Friday afternoon found both Hermione and Theo waiting impatiently for Draco to come home. They hadn't seen him since Wednesday morning due to a tough potion he was working on. They had a very muted dinner, both of them picking at their food and retired to the library where they pretended to read into the night. They heard the Floo in the front room, but when they didn't hear footsteps immediately afterwards, they looked at each other and rushed out of the room.

When they arrived in the Floo parlour, Draco was laying in a pool of his own blood, unconscious. Theo immediately started casting Diagnostic spells at Draco and Hermione gasped when she saw the extensive Cruciatus damage that had been inflicted on him.

"You'll be alright, mon étoile," she murmured as she rested his head in her lap. She began to cast a few gentle Scourgify's on him to clean off the blood. His right arm was resisting her magic, and was pulsating Dark Magic. Theo hovered his wand over Draco's arm and audibly gulped.

"Love, I need you to call Narcissa and Andromeda. I'll close off the Wards as soon as they arrive so we won't be disturbed," Theo whispered, hoarsely.

"Expecto Patronum," Hermione whispered thinking about their wedding day. "Narcissa, I need you to get Andi and come to Mitternacht immediately. This is not a drill. Drop everything you are doing and come now." She watched her little cat sprint away and continued to stroke Draco's hair. "What can I do?" she whispered to Theo.

"Nothing, love. Just keep comforting him. Can you sense his Magic?" he asked, not looking up from his Diagnostics and spell casting.

She reached out for the connection she'd only felt tenuously in the past, she could feel Theo's Magic strong and true, but Draco's was wavering in and out, almost like it was being suffocated. "Yes, it's like it's being strangled," she said breathlessly.

"I need you to try to soothe the bond," Theo said, "You've done' more research on it, so you're the best equipped to do that. Once Narcissa and Andi are here, I'll join you, but I need to keep him stable."

Hermione didn't say anything as she was too engrossed in tightening the bond between their Magic. She fed him small amounts of her own Magic and took small amounts from Theo in turn.

After what felt like ages, Narcissa, followed quickly by Andromeda and Ginny were spat out of the Floo. Theo immediately went over the current diagnostics with Andromeda, who quickly took his place as he shut down the Wards. Only those who were Nott's by Blood or Marriage could enter now.

"Tell me what to do," Theo said softly, coming to sit next to Hermione on the floor.

"Sit behind me, with your legs on the outside of mine and place your hands over mine, make sure your fingers are touching him as well," Hermione said, her calm voice hiding the racing of her heart. Theo enveloped her from behind and laid his hands accordingly. "Now that you're not using your Magic to keep him stable, we're going to open a loop so that he can take from us if he needs to."

She felt him nod against her temple. "Once he's stabilised, we'll move you three to the bedroom," Andromeda said brusquely. "You'll have to be as undressed as you're comfortable being, the more skin touching the stronger the bond will be to help heal him. I think about ten more minutes and we should be able to move him."

Narcissa and Ginny were standing off to the side watching the proceedings, worry etched on their faces. Hermione felt Theo's Magic envelope hers. They sent a pulse down through their connection with Draco, and could feel his Magic trying to grasp on to theirs. "That's it, amor," Theo murmured. "You're not allowed to give up on us yet. We have to know who did this to you so they can be next on the hit list."

Hermione felt a spike of arousal shudder through their bond. "Oh you like vindictive Theo as much as I do?" she murmured, forgetting to be embarrassed about the other people in the room. She felt Theo press himself closer to her.

"You like the idea of me avenging you?" he growled, and they both felt another spike of arousal pulse through their bond. "Fuck, Drake you have to stop that or we'll be rutting in front of your mother, aunt, and my sister."

"Focus on stabilising," Hermione murmured, guiding Theo and her combined hands through his hair.

Close to midnight, Draco had stabilised enough to be carried to their bed. Andromeda shooed Ginny and Narcissa away and turned, to allow Theo and Hermione to undress themselves and Draco. When they were situated under the sheets, with Draco between them, Andromeda turned around.

"I have to syphon a bit more of the Dark Magic out of him, and I can't do anything about the Cursed Wound until he wakes us up," she said, gesturing to his arm. Hermione shuddered when she looked at the markings. Carved into Draco's right arm, opposite his Dark Mark were the words "Blood Traitor" in a much neater script than the "Mudblood" carved in her own.
