Turn 1.

It has begun, the duel that will decipher the fate of the world and if it will be ruled by Kagemaru, the person that made Duel Academy, the person that started the Shadow Riders and the stronger than all of them, or will it be saved by Jaden Yuki, the Slifer Red in Duel Academy, the last of the Key Keepers, the Hero Duelist.

The two former Shadow Riders looked at each other as they could tell that, no matter what happens in this duel, Jaden has to make every combo work in order to win this duel since a single mistake could change the tide of the duel.

Every former Key Keepers, Chumley, Syrus and Sheppard looked at each other and back to them as they knew that this duel between him and Kagemaru wouldn't be an easy one and it will be the hardest duel that he will ever have.

Kagemaru and Jaden both drew their 5 cards, but Kagemaru drew his 6th card first, "I'll start this duel first!" he yelled as he looked at all of his cards in his hand, and despite most of his face being covered by the mask, they could tell something bad is about to happen.

"I'll end my turn after I set these 5 Trap cards face down." he said as 5 cards were set vertically in front of Kagemaru as they all looked at him in shock.

Turn 2. Jaden - 4000 lp - 5 cards

"Wait, is he serious?" asked Celina as she couldn't believe what she has heard.

"Yeah, is he? I think he got his circuits crossed." said Chazz as he agreed with the only female Slifer Red.

"What do you guys mean by that?" asked Syrus as he tilted his head in confusion.

"Well Sy, allow me to answer this simple enough. When you set cards face down, you don't say what they are. Even if you say that they are Trap or even Spell cards, you never would say that, because there are cards that could be activated, but are the opposite that you said." Zane explained to his younger brother.

"Correct, and even if you say that you are setting Spell or Trap cards, that doesn't mean that they can't be monsters as well since there is an archetype that allows you to do that." said Yusuke as Chumley looked at him.

"Wait, monsters can also be set like that?" he asked.

"Yeah, they are named Artifacts. Monsters that can be set in the Spell and Trap zone with having effects when they are destroyed." said Alexis as the rest of the group nodded with her.

"Well whatever if they truly were Trap cards, I just hope that Jaden can get out of this as soon as possible." said Dennis in worry for the Slifer Red.

Kite nodded with his friend, "Same here and before they arrive in the duel." he said as they looked at Jaden drawing a card from his deck.

"It doesn't matter if you set Traps, Spells or monsters! To me, nothing can bring me down!" he said as he took a card from his hand, "If you can see now, I summon my Elemental Hero Stratos!"

On his side of the field appeared his trusty, Level 4, Wind Warrior monster that had blue skin, dark blue armour around his chest, a white helmet with glass that covered his eyes, metal propellors on his back, dark blue white gauntlets on his arms and tight white pants.

(Elemental HERO Stratos: Level 4 - Wind Warrior - Attack: 1800. Defense: 300.)

"Ahh yes! The monster that helps him with his Hero strategy!" yelled Syrus as was pumped to see his best friend use some of his well known monsters this soon.

"That's right, Sy and I will activate his effect!" he pointed at his monster with a grin as he placed his hand near his deck, "When he is summoned on my side of the field, I get to fetch one of his budd-"

"You will do no such thing!" Kagemaru yelled, shocking most of them as he revealed his middle set card, "I activate my Trap card, Skill Drain!"

"Oh no! Not that card!" Crowler placed his hand on his hair as everyone knew what that card did.

"With this, I pay 1000 Life points…"

Kagemaru: 4000 - 3000 life points

Jaden: 4000 lp

"...so all the monsters on the field can not activate their effect!" he roared as Jaden's eyes widened, but he kept his grin on his face.

"No worries! I can still Fusion summon!" Jaden took a card from his hand and inserted in the card, "Like my Polymerization! This card allows me to fuse my Stratos on my field with my Avian in m-"

"I don't think so! I activate my Non-Fusion Area!" he yelled as his middle-left card was revealed.

"Curses! Not that Trap!" Bastion cursed under his breath as he remembered in his tag team with Jaden when he had to remove that card since it would destroy Jaden's strategy of Fusing.

"That card destroys Jaden's main strategy!" yelled Alexis as their eyes widened once more.

"She is correct! Now you and I can not Fusion Summon, so do you have any more moves left boy?" he said as even if he did have a move left in his arsenal, he still has cards that will negate that.

Jaden sighed, "I can't activate monster effects or fuse, but I still have one more thing left!" he thrusted his arm forward while yelling, "Go, Stratos! Attack dire-"

"Think again!"

"Oh come on!"

"I activate my other Trap, Wall Of Revealing Light! This card allows me to pay multiples of 1000 life points, and you can not attack monsters with equal or lower than the amount I paid for!" he said as a wall of light bursted from the Trap card and shielded him from all harm.

Kagemaru: 3000 - 1000 life points

Jaden: 4000 lp

Despite having 4 times the amount of life points than Kagemaru, everyone can tell who is in charge the entire duel. His opponent can't activate monster effects, can not fuse and can not attack, it was like he built this deck to survive for one specific monster.

Jaden gritted his teeth as he looked at his hand and took two of them, "Well, I throw down two cards face down and call it a turn." he said as two cards were set behind his Wind Hero.

Turn 3. Kagemaru - 1000 lp - 1 card

"My turn, I draw." Kagemaru said as he drew his top card and then, the atmosphere changed as soon as he drew his card. They can feel it, they know what was about to happen.

"Boss!" yelled Ojama Yellow as he appeared on Chazz's side, slightly scaring him, as the rest of his monsters appeared, "Something bad is about to happen!"

"I really don't like that feeling, Boss!" "Neither do I, you numbskull of a brother!" "I feel like they are gonna blow us up!" "Really now, I thought it would rain cats and dogs, Red!" "I just hope they are friendly, honestly." said Ojama Green, Black, Red, Blue and Pink as the Dark Scorpions continued. "Yeah, Boss, one of the greatest threats to the Dark Scorpions!" "What is again?" "Gorg, are you serious!? One of the Sacred Beasts!" "I wish I was there! I would have removed all of those Traps!" "Bro, you do know that your effect only allows you to destroy one, right?" "Shut it, Chick!"

Chazz sweated around his forehead as his Light Union monsters made noises and his Armed Dragons roared.

Honest appeared besides Zane and Yusuke as they listened to the Light Fairy monster, "Master Fujiwara, Zane, I want to tell you that you should take shelter right now. A monster with power to rival Slifer The Sky Dragon will be summoned." Zane and Yusuke's eyes widened as they heard a monster that rivaled even one of the Egyptian Gods would appear.

Dennis' monsters appeared with some weird poems that a powerful monster would appear as Kite widened his eyes when he heard his Galaxy-Eyes roar in fear.

"I think it's time to show the summoning of the first Sacred Beast!" yelled Kagemaru as Jaden smiled.

"Sweet! I always wanted to see one!" yelled Jaden as they all looked at him.

"You should be more careful with your words boy, since I send my three Trap cards, in order to summon the first Sacred Beast!" his three face up Trap cards disappeared from the field, "Come out, the legendary monster whose flame destroys everything in its way! Uria, Lord Of Searing Flames!"

As the three Trap cards disappeared, fire hotter than the Sun appeared from them as they went in blazing Speeds behind the Kagemaru to create a blast of pure energy that was something of a small Sun or an explosion. Everyone gasped as they saw it, but then they gasped louder as they all saw a fire tornado appear from it as then, a monster appeared from it.

The monster had two sets of mouths, one inside of the other mouth as it had dark yellow eyes. It had a snake like body that wrapped itself around the field as it had a massive blue gem on the top of its head. On the top it was red while at the bottom it was black. Around the top part it had wings with 4 claws and wings that were almost transparent. It had spikes all over its body.

(Uria, Lord Of Searing Flames: Level 10 - Divine Divine-Beast - Attack: 0. Defense: 0.)

When it was summoned, the duel spirits felt weaker, a lot weaker than before. Zane, Chazz, Yusuke, Dennis and Kite all looked at their monsters, but they knew it was something about this monster.

Honest gave a weak smile, but Zane and Yusuke knew that it was a false one, all of Chazz's monster tried their hardest to protect Chazz from harm's way even while they were in a weak state, Kite saw his monster try his hardest to stay awake while Dennis' monsters gave weak puns to him to show that they were alright.

"Uria gains 1000 attack and defense points for every Trap card in my graveyard, so he gains a total of 3000!" he yelled as his monster roared in power.

Uria: 0 - 3000 attack/defense points

"I now activate my Uria's effect, Trap Destruction! It destroys one Trap on the field!" he yelled as his monster created a ball of fire and targeted one of Jaden's monsters.

(A/N: I changed Uria's effect so don't ask about this part.) Jaden stepped his foot backwards as he pointed at the one that was about to be destroyed, "Not so fast, I activate my Trap card, Elemental Recharge! I gain 1000 life points for every Elemental Hero on the field!" he yelled as he glew red for a bit and the Trap avoided being destroyed by Uria.

Kagemaru: 1000 lp

Jaden: 4000 - 5000 life points

"You may have survived this move, but soon you will be turned to dust! I will play my Field Spell, Fallen Paradise!" he yelled as his duel disk opened the Field Spell slot and he slotted the card in.

The field has now become a waste land with no life in it in the slightest. There were some mountains in the back, but that's about it.

"Not good."

"Not good indeed! Since this Field Spell allows me to draw 2 cards if I control a Sacred Beast!" he said as he took two cards from his deck and drew them.

"What?!"

"A draw 2 each turn?!"

"Great Scott!" yelled Alexis, Celina and Bastion at the same time.

Kagemaru looked at the two cards and laughed, "This is great! I have cards that will help me get my Sacred Beasts faster!" they did not like that part, "I will first activate Emergency Provisions. I send the two cards on my field so I can regain some life points." he said as his two set cards went to the graveyard like his Mirror Force and Anti-Spell Fragrance as he glew red for a bit.

Uria: 3000 - 5000 attack/defense points

Kagemaru: 1000 - 3000 life points

Jaden: 5000 lp

"Then I will activate the Continuous Spell card, Opening Of The Spirit Gates!" he yelled as the card appeared on the field, "I get to add one of the Sacred Beasts when it is activated!" he yelled as a card popped out of his duel disk to which he took it, "I think I will add Hamon, Lord Of Striking Thunder!" he said as he took the card in his hand.

"Ahh man! That means he will be ready to summon another one soon!"

"This is so not lischus!"

"This is all that I could have done with this hand, but soon, more will come." he said as chills went up their spines as he pushed one of his mechanical hands at them, "I will now attack! With Hyper Blaze!" he yelled as Uria charged a massive amount of fire in its mouth as it threw the attack at him as it went towards the Wind Hero monster and the monster tried his hardest to stay alive, but unfortunately, he wasn't strong enough.

Kagemaru: 3000 lp

Jaden: 5000 - 1800 life points

Jaden slid his foot backwards as it was his chance! "When you destroyed my Hero, I get to activate Hero Signal!" he yelled as a stylized H appeared from the Trap card and went above Kagemaru, "This card allows me to special summon a fellow Hero from my deck, like my Bubbleman!"

He said as then on his field appeared his go to Water Hero monster, with a cape, a cannon on his arms, a blue colouring scheme, bubbles inside of him and Batman-like helmet on his head.

(Elemental HERO Bubbleman: Level 4 - Water Warrior - Attack: 800. Defense: 1200.)

Jaden thrusted his hand forward as he began explaining, "When he is summoned, he doesn't like being lonely, so he allows me to draw 2 cards from my deck!" he said as he drew his two cards.

"Leave it to Jaden to make the most of a bad situation." said Sheppard with a smile on his face.

"I can see why you are the last of the Key Keepers. You can go ahead." he said.

Turn 4. Jaden - 1800 lp - 4 cards

"And I will!" he said as he drew his next card and smiled, "Hey, remember when I activated my Polymerization last turn, but I couldn't use it due to your Trap and it was sent to the graveyard?" he asked as Kagemaru looked at him weirdly.

"I do, since it was a couple of minutes ago, but question. What monster will you summon out? There are no monsters in your deck that can stand up to the Sacred Beasts!" yelled Kagemaru as Jaden smirked.

"True, but I am not aiming for that type of monster." Everyone looked at him as Jaden took out a card from his hand, "I'll activate the Spell card, Polymerization! This allows me to fuse the Bubbleman on my field with the Avian in my hand to create a new type of Hero!" he said as his feather Hero appeared on the field, before he and Bubbleman were sucked in a Red-Blue Spiral Vortex.

Jaden began to chant, "Here comes the Hero that searches the deepest part of the ocean for trouble! My Elemental Hero Mariner!" he yelled as on his side of the field appeared a hero with light blue skin, long dark hair that went down his shoulders, wearing blue shoulder pads, wore dark blue boots, a white chest piece around his chest, a blue mask with red eyes with anchors on his hands.

(Elemental HERO Mariner: Fusion - Level 5 - Water Warrior - Attack: 1400. Defense: 1000.)

"That's an interesting monster," commented Zane as he narrowed his eyes at Jaden's new Fusion monster as the rest didn't know how to feel about the monster that, sure, they were interested at how Jaden will use the card to his advantage, but then again, they looked at Uria who looked down upon the newly summoned monster, and wondered at how would that help?

Kagemaru, however, laughed, "That monster will help you? Please! My monster will toast that Mariner into pieces when I get to him!" he yelled as Jaden grinned.

"Sorry, but no can do because my Mariner has a sweet effect, but first I will throw down a face down." he said as a card was set vertically behind Mariner as he thrusted his hand forward as he explained his next move, "Now Mariner's effect activates! He can attack you directly if I have a card set!"

"Oh, so he is going to chipping the damage away with his new monster? That's not a bad strategy actually." said Chazz as he was completely honest, and if he was in his shoes, he probably would have made the same move as him.

"Awesome! That's what I would have done…if I was as skillful as he is…and he gave the instructions on the deck…and if he-"

"Okay, Chum, we got it." said Syrus, stopping his friend from rambling.

"Now go, Mariner! Attack with Anchors Away!" he yelled as his Water Hero monster jumped towards the Sacred Beast as Uria raised its head as fire appeared in its mouth, but Mariner simply dodged him and threw a punch at Kagemaru's body, making a small crack on the machine, and then returned back towards his master.

Kagemaru: 3000 - 1600 life points

Jaden: 1800 lp

The life point situation was changed as Jaden is now in the lead in them, but he and the rest could still tell that Kagemaru was still in the control as he was the only one to control a 5000 attack and defense point monster.

Jaden looked at his hand, and sighed. Nothing can help him in this turn, but he did look at his set card and smiled, "Now onto the Main Phase 2, I reveal my set card, Damage Off Zone! This card allows both of us to take damage equal to the half amount we would have gotten!" he explained.

Kite frowned as he did the math, "Sadly, that still wouldn't be enough since the difference between attack points are 3600, and if you cut that to half, then…"

"...It would be enough to defeat him." Dennis sighed.

"Nah, it wouldn't work like that." the two former Shadow Riders looked at Celina, who had a grin on her face, as she knew what that card did, "That card has a second effect that will help him in the next turn, and I should know, Alexis and I lost because of it." she said as Dennis raised his eyebrows as he looked at the Key Keeper that defeated him, as she nodded when she said that, and then looked at the field with interest.

"That will do it for now! Go ahead, Kagemaru!" yelled Jaden.

Turn 5. Kagemaru - 1600 lp - 1 card

"Oh, and I will." he said as he drew his card, revealing to be one Continuous Spell card, but he wasn't finished just yet. "I will then activate the effect of my Fallen Paradise! Since I control a Sacred Beast, I get to draw 2 cards from my deck!" he yelled as the machine drew two cards for him, and then, he laughed, and it wasn't a small one and it isn't a cocky one since this was one of the laughs that rivaled that of the Venom Rider's.

It started off slow, but then over the seconds it went to maniacal laughter so loud that it could be heard from the end of the island, "hahahahAHAHA AHAHAHAHAH HAHAHAHA! Jaden Yuki! I am so glad that you are my opponent right now since you are going to be the first one to meet a second Sacred Beast!"

"What!?"

"So soon!?"

"Is he insane!?"

"This can't be happening!"

Kagemaru took two cards from his hand, "I'll start by activating the Continuous Spell cards, Spectral Ice Floe and Spirit Wave Barrier!" he yelled as the two Spell cards appeared on his side of the field as normally they would have helped insanely. One would stop direct attacks once and the other would've protected all of his cards by banishing a Dark monster from his graveyard, but he didn't need those effects, no, he will use them to the highest degree!

Yusuke and Zane saw the pained look on Honest, but the Light Fairy monster tried his hardest not to seem hurt as he nearly fell over. Galaxy-Eyes' roars were becoming quieter and quieter by the passing second. The Performages tried their hardest not to be noticed by the former Shadow Rider. Armed Dragon's growls were quieter, Ojamas' skin were becoming paler by the second and The Dark Scorpions fell to the ground, all of them, as everyone that could see them knew something was about to be summoned.

Kagemaru raised his hand and one card in his hand, "I now sacrifice my three Continuous Spell cards, in order to special summon a Second Sacred Beast." he said as Jaden's eyes widened as Kagemaru's 3 Spell cards became frozen. "Come out, the legendary monster whose thunder strikes and destroys everything in the tip of its body! Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder!"

He yelled as then from the Spell cards, ice was flown from it and towards the back of Kagemaru. From all sides of the new landscape, ice pillars appeared left and right, up and down as then a beast had been awakened inside of the ice as it exploded, revealing the massive monster.

The monster was something that none had ever seen before. It was the same size as the other Sacred Beast, but it was much different than the snake-like monster. Its skin looked tough enough to break a sword if it connected with it as it was dark yellow. It had dark red eyes. Its skin was something that couldn't be described at all. It looked and from what they could tell, felt like they were actual bones in their case, as they could see the ribcage being fully visible and the other parts of the body being fully skinny. It had massive wings, that on the thin parts of it was dark green and see through. Its claws were sharper than the sharpest sword.

When summoned, thunder appeared when it roared in power.

(Hamon, Lord Of Striking Thunder: Level 10 - Divine Divine-Beast - Attack: 4000. Defense: 4000.)

Everyone stared at the newly summoned Sacred Beast and they took a step backwards, even the Kaiser and Emperor of Duel Academies and Kite Tenjo. The monsters made every other monster look like they were…little toys for destruction, but for the people that could see Duel Spirits, they saw something new as well.

All of their monsters nearly fell down as they could barely even stand, even the mighty Galaxy-Eyes and Armed Dragon Kagerou Thunder, the strongest Armed Dragon monster there is. All of them felt powerless to the two Sacred Beasts, and their presence alone made them feel weak. They felt sick to their bones.

"What's happening?!" yelled Chazz.

"Honest, are you alright?!" yelled Yusuke in worry as he and Zane knelt down to them.

"Something's wrong." Zane narrowed his eyes.

"I can feel it as well." Kite looked at his Galaxy-Eyes, whose head was over him, so he placed his hand on the weak Light Dragon.

"Guys, guys are you alright?" asked Dennis in worry.

Everyone else looked confused on why they reacted to it as they didn't see anything, as Sheppard's eyes widened.

"By the gods, the rumours were true!" They all looked at the Chancellor of Duel Academy, "The Sacred Beasts do possess a power I thought was impossible, but it seems that didn't stop them." He narrowed his eyes at Hamon and Uria.

"What do you mean by that Chancellor?" asked Crowler as he looked at him.

"The Sacred Beasts have been rumoured to have an ability that no other Duel Monster card can have, taking Duel energy from other Duel Spirits." They all looked confused at what he said, even Bastion looked at him confusion, "You see, the ability is that it could suck up the strength of any and all Duel Spirits out there, making them unable to fight against it and only the current opponent's monsters aren't able to lose their energy, but the ability was so strong that not even the Egyptian Gods, Gren Maju De Eiza, Zushin The Sleeping Giant and Exodia The Forbidden One, the strongest monster in all of Duel Monsters, don't have that ability, but to see the Sacred Beasts have it…is frightening." he said as everyone around him realized what he meant by that.

"Great Scott, if that is what happens only 2 of them are around, I would hate to see all three of them appear." said Bastion as Syrus turned to the Ra Yellow.

"Don't jinx it!"

The duel Spirits all looked as their energy were being absorbed into Kagemaru's pod, "EVERYONE LOOK!" yelled Perfomage Shadowmaker as they all turned to see tiny balls of energy being absorbed into the pod.

Their eyes widened as Kagemaru laughed, "YES! YES! I CAN FEEL THEM INSIDE ME! THE POWER! THE YOUTH COMING BACK TO ME!" yelled Kagemaru as then the pod opened and he began looking much younger than before.

The man walked out of the pod and took the duel disk. Kagemaru was now a young man that possessed the power of the Sacred Beasts and had long flowing black hair, with gray eyes, cloth around his waist (Everyone was thankful for that at least) and an impressive build.

"Wha- Why are you- What is going on!?" yelled Jaden in shock as Kagemaru raised his muscles and flexed them.

"This oh nothing, you poor, sweet, innocent, oblivious, teenage, fool, I have got the power of something that noone will ever have. The power and strength of the Sacred Beasts, as I now have their power from every other Duel Spirit around!" he laughed as Jaden's eyes widened, "But don't worry, your monsters are fine, it is just everyone else's monsters are goners after the this duel:"

"You-You monster! How could you!? I am going to stop you, Kagemaru!" yelled Jaden as he pointed at him.

"Really? Well, I am going to show you something. Take this pod for example as you," everyone looked at it, "and I am me, obviously, so how about I show you the strength of the Sacred Beasts?" he asked as he walked over the pod and used his strength to…

…throw that pod out of the island.

"WHAT THE HELL?!" yelled almost everyone.

"You see that's the strength of the Sacred Beasts! You will be nothing but a pulp when I am finished with you!" he yelled as he pointed at Mariner, "Go, Uria! Attack that Mariner! With Hyper Blaze!" yelled Kagemaru as his Sacred Beast's mouth appeared fire that is hot as the surface of the Sun as then it was shot at the newly summoned Hero monster.

"This is bad!"

"I can't watch!"

"Jaden!" yelled the two Shadow Riders and Yusuke as they watched the attack go through, but the Slifer Red had something for it.

"I am not done this quickly! I activate Damage Off Zone's other effect, I lose half of my life points and I have to tribute this card, so I don't take any damage for the rest of the turn!" he yelled as he took the card from his duel disk and glew red for a bit.

Kagemaru: 1600 lp

Jaden: 1800 - 900 life points

"I should've attack with Hamon," Kagemaru cursed under his breath as he continued on with his move, "Well your monster is still getting cooked!" he yelled as the fire from Uria went towards Mariner, as the Water Hero used all of the water from his body to stop the attack, it became steam as it went down with an explosion as Jaden went flying making everyone worry for him.

"Yeah, but I am still kicking!" he rubbed his nose as he stood up, but slowly as he felt some pain when he stood up, a bad sign on what's to come.

"Not for long," he said as he took the last card in his hand, "I will end my turn after I set this card face down." he said as a card was set vertically behind the two Sacred Beasts, who were looking at everyone else like food.

Turn 6. Jaden - 900 lp - 2 cards

Everyone that was spectating turned their gaze to the Slifer Red and they could tell he had nothing in his hand that could stop this move. From what they could see in that hand was a Trap card that they have never seen before and a new Hero monster that he added a couple of weeks ago, but haven't seen in action yet.

Zane narrowed his eyes as he looked at Jaden as he also tried to hold onto Honest, he knew he had something in this duel to change something, but he is afraid that wouldn't be the case, he knew that Kagemaru's field was near indestructible and judging by the lone set card, it could be that he is not worried about this future turn.

"Alright then! My turn!" he said as he drew the top card in his deck and nodded, "Alright! I will first throw down a face down." he said as a card was set vertically, but before he could do anything else, Kagemaru decided to step in.

"Before you do anything of value, I activate my set card, Awakening of the Sacred Beasts!" They gasped as Kite looked at the Trap card that was just revealed, "Judging by how many Sacred Beasts I have on the field, I get to have 2 Continuous Effects on both of our turns."

"Interesting." Yusuke placed his hand under his chin, "Since there are 3 Sacred Beasts, and if all of them are on the same field, he could have 3 effects on the field, and judging by how powerful all three of the monsters are, they have to be powerful effects to compliment them." he stated as Bastion nodded along with him as the rest looked at worry.

"I just hope there is something that can help him out and doesn't do anything like those 3 Traps in Turn 2." said Celina as they nodded.

"I have to be careful around those then," he said as he took a card from his hand, "but first I activate the Spell, Card Of Sanctity! Those that Trap of yours negate Spells?" he asked as Kagemaru smirked.

"No, it doesn't, go ahead, continue explaining that card," he said as the Final Keeper nodded.

"Right! This card allows both of us to draw until we have 6 cards!" he said as the two drew up to 6 cards, he drew 5, while Kagemaru drew 6 new cards which was an awful trade off, but he really needed that for new combos.

Jaden frowned when he saw his hand. It…didn't help with the current turn. One of them was a Level 5, one had to be to discarded to be helped, one could help, but he wanted to save him for another turn and the other was a Trap card that could only stall for a turn.

What can he do?

He then heard a familiar coo, he turned his head towards his hand and his eyes soften and he smiled at it. "Winged Kuriboh! How could I miss you buddy?! Hope you could forgive me!" his smile went higher as he heard Winged Kuriboh cooed into his ear.

"Phew dodged a bullet there! I am glad that you are safe, I don't know what I could do without you." he said as Winged Kuriboh pointed at one of the cards in his hand, "OH! You are a genius!" he thought as Winged Kuriboh grinned without a mouth.

He took a card from his hand, "Alright, time for you to meet my friend! Winged Kuriboh!" he yelled as then on his side of the field appeared the puff ball with small wings, cute eyes and sharp claws in an X position.

"You are saving your friends and the world with THAT!?" Kagemaru laughed.

"He may be small, but like they say, good things come in small packages!" he said as Kagemaru looked at him, with a serious expression.

"Oh I am sure of it, but you just activated Awakening Of The Sacred Beast's first effect! I gain life points equal to the newly summoned monster!" he yelled as he glew red for a bit with a smirk on his face.

Kagemaru: 1600 - 1900 life points

Jaden: 900 lp

"Oh, so the first effect is life point gaining." said Chumley, surprised.

"That's…actually not that bad," said Syrus.

"But the second effect has to be a deadly one since he controls 2 of them." said Crowler as he tried his best not to glare at the Winged Kuriboh.

"What can it be though?" asked Dennis.

Jaden then took two cards from his hand, "I will throw down 2 cards face down and call it a turn." he said as two cards were set vertically behind Winged Kuriboh.

Turn 7. Kagemaru - 1900 lp - 6 cards

Kagemaru drew his 7th card and no one liked the amount of cards he had in his hand, and they are going to hate it when he says this, "I now activate Fallen Paradise's effect! Two more for me!" he yelled as he drew 2 more cards as he now has 9 cards in his hand.

"Y'know, I really regret giving him that big of a hand, Winged Kuriboh." Jaden pouted as his Duel Spirit nodded with him with a coo.

He looked over his hand and gritted his teeth, "Damn it! Where are you Raviel?! I should have you right now." he hated the fact that he couldn't summon his last Sacred Beast as he only had a perfect card for the job.

"Well, since I have nothing better to do, I activate my Uria's effect! Trap Destruction!" he yelled as fire appeared in Uria's mouth, "I destroy one set card on your side of the field! So I will pick the one that is left!" he yelled as he pointed to his left, Jaden's right.

Jaden grinned as Uria shot the massive amount of fire towards his field as he pressed a button, "Nuh uh, Kagemaru! I activate my Trap that you just targeted! Hero's Rule 1: Five Freedoms!" he yelled as the card revealed itself as he began explaining, "This card allows me to banish any cards in our graveyard, and I will choose your 5 Trap cards!" he yelled as Kagemaru's eyes widened.

Five cards appeared on his duel disk only to disappear as Uria's strength weakened.

"Ahh yes! That means he has no Traps in his graveyard!" cheered Syrus.

"With Uria having an effect in the graveyard depending on how many Traps are there, which is now zero." said Celina with a grin on her face.

"Meaning that the monster now has…

Uria, Lord Of Searing Flames: 5000 - 0 attack points

0 attack points." said Crowler as he crossed his arms with a smirk on his face as the fire landed on the ground. Winged Kuriboh cheered with a little dance.

"You insolent little child! I will show you why you shouldn't underestimate me! Attack Hamon! With Cerulean Skyfire!" he yelled as from the mouth of Hamon appeared blue lightning that looked hot enough to kill any living being on the planet with just the tip of it as it then blasted straight towards Winged Kuriboh who stopped dancing at this moment as he realized his doom.

"Don't even think that you are safe because your little friend is in defense mode, because when Hamon destroys a monster by battle, he can deal you 1000 points of damage!" Kagemaru laughed as they gasped as Jaden took a step back.

"Jaden, do something!" yelled Kite as he looked at the Slifer Red.

The Slifer Red looked at Winged Kuriboh, who had sad eyes with small tears in them as he looked at his master, but he smiled, showing that he will be fine.

Jaden took a step forward, "I send 2 cards from my hand," everyone gasped when they heard that, especially Chazz, "to activate my Quick-Play Spell, Trancesdent Wing!"

"Oh yes! That card will make those Sacred Beasts into Sacred Chumps!" cheered Chazz as he remembered when it…humiliated him in the promotional exams.

"That's right because now my Winged Kuriboh evolves thanks to the Spell into a higher being!" he yelled as his Winged Kuriboh glew into a bright shining light as his little wings evolved into something much bigger than ever before as they were longer than Hamon's wings. "Come out, Winged Kuriboh LV10!"

Kagemaru: 1900 - 2200 life points

Jaden: 900 lp

"Since Card Of Compensation was sent to the graveyard, I get to draw 2 cards from my deck!" he yelled as he drew his next 2 cards, that card really comes in handy times like this.

Kagemaru smiled as the attack stopped since it was a new monster as he looked at his hand, "Thanks for that." he said shocking mostly everyone, "because you special summoned a monster, I get to discard one card from my hand." he did so, but he revealed it to be Jar Of Greed.

"So I can special summon my Chaos Hunter!" He yelled as on his side of the field, next to Hamon and Uria, was a woman with long white hair with white eyes, wearing a tight uniform that was dark red and black while she wielded a whip, with several whips going around her.

(Chaos Hunter: Level 7 - Dark Fiend - Attack: 2500. Defense: 1600.)

Uria, Lord Of Searing Flames: 0 - 1000 attack/defense points

"A new monster eh? And one that I have to admit looks pretty sweet!" he said with a grin.

"You should worry for yourself, since my Hamon still hasn't finished his attack since a replay occured! So go! Attack with Cerulean Skyfire!" he yelled as from the mouth of Hamon appeared blue lightning as hotter than anything before and shot at the LV10 monster.

"That poor old fool." said Chazz as he shook his head.

"Not so fast there, Kagemaru! Winged Kuriboh LV10 has an effect! I can tribute it so all of your new monsters are destroyed!" he yelled as the Lightning was absorbed by the targeted monster as it glew into a shining light. "Not to mention that you take damage equal to the amount of the attack points of the destroyed monsters!"

"If this works, Jay won!" yelled Chumley as they shielded their eyes from the light.

Kagemaru…smirked, "Oh I don't think so." they all turned to him as he pointed at his Continuous Trap card, "Awakening's second effect activates! All monster effects that are activated are now negated!" he yelled as Winged Kuriboh LV10 exploded as it didn't manage to destroy anything.

Everyone looked as the monster that would have given them a sure fire victory was destroyed in a matter of seconds.

"If I am not mistaken, this is the Battle Phase right?" everyone held their breaths as Kagemaru laughed, "With this, it is over!" he yelled as Hamon charged lightning in its mouth for the 3rd time this duel as it blasted towards Jaden Yuki.

"Jaden!" yelled Dennis in worry as to their fortune, he had something for this move.

"Oh no, you don't! I activate Waboku! This card makes it so I don't lose any life points in any way!" he said as a pair of nuns appeared on his side and blocked the attack of the Sacred Beast, but not managing to fully protect him as parts of the lightning landed on him as he yelled in pain.

They all looked in panic for their friend as Kagemaru gritted his teeth, "Great, you survived, but I am not done! I activate my two Continuous Spell cards, Field Barrier, which protects my Field Spells from any of your effects, and my Cerulean Skyfire, which you will shortly understand its effect." he explained as he took the last card in his hand, "I will end my turn after I set this card face down." a card was set behind Chaos Hunter and the two Sacred Beasts.

Turn 8. Jaden - 900 lp - 3 cards

"Alright, so I have 2 beasts staring me down and one hunter ready to hunt me down…I like those odds." he says as he looked at his hand, it was an amazing hand since he could do many things with it as the rest looked at him like he didn't want to challenge two gods in a duel.

"Is he like this always?" asked Kite as he looked at the former Key Keepers.

"Yep."

"Uh huh."

"Typical Slacker." said most of them as Kite sucked in his breath.

Jaden looked at the top card in his hand and drew it. He looked at it and grinned, "Alright! I'll start by activating the Spell card, E - Emergency Call! This card allows me to add-"

"That won't be happening." said Kagemaru as Jaden looked at him.

"Huh?"

"Because I activate Cerulean Skyfire's special effect! Once per turn, if I control Hamon in attack mode and you activated a Spell or Trap, this card changes the battle position and negates that effect!" he yelled as Hamon roared as his wings protected his body as lightning appeared from the Spell card and vaporized E - Emergency Call.

"Dang it!" yelled Jaden as he had his best searcher be destroyed by a Spell card.

"Oh come on! Not only does Uria destroy set cards and that Spell card negates Spells and Traps, but it means that he can't do anything in his own turn with his Spells or Traps!" yelled Celina as Bastion had a thought.

"Actually, there has to be a way to get around this. While you are correct that he can't activate Spells or Traps during his opponent's turn, but he could play a card that on the surface looked like an actual perfect card for the situation, but it is instead a bait for another Spell." noted Bastion as he placed a hand under his chin as he observed the situation on fold.

"That's right, and we just have to hope that Jaden can figure out how he could do it." said Zane

"Okay, that's alright, but I still have my Pot Of Greed Spell in my hand!"

"Or he could do that." said Yusuke as Jaden drew 2 cards from his deck.

Jaden looked at the card and grinned, he is about to have an amazing play, "I will now activate the Quick-Play Spell, Twin Twisters!" he said as he took a card from his hand as the card appeared next to him, "This card allows me to send one card from my hand, like my Break Draw." he said as he discarded the card as two typhoons appeared from it.

"So I can now destroy up to 2 Spell or Traps! So I pick your Awakening and Cerulean Skyfire, not to mention I get to draw 1 card from my deck thanks to Break Draw!" he said as the two typhoons went towards the two Continuous cards that Kagemaru owned as he watched in wide eyes as they were sucked up and then exploded in them.

Uria, Lord Of Searing Flames: 1000 - 2000 attack/defense points

"Now I summon the monster I just drew, Elemental Hero Blazeman!" he said as on his field appeared a hero wearing a tight black and gray body suit that had dark red lining on them. He wore a hard red chest plate with shoulder pads with gauntlets under his dark gloved arm as he wore a red helmet not to mention his hair was on fire. He had 6 orbs around him tied by a string.

(Elemental HERO Blazeman: Level 4 - Fire Warrior - Attack: 1200. Defense: 1800.)

"This blazing hero has a great burning effect! When he is summoned on my side of the field, I get to add a Polymerization, my final copy." he said as he took out a card from his deck.

"You can add any card to your hand, nothing will save you from the destruction from my Sacred Beasts!" boasted Kagemaru as Jaden grinned.

"Oh, and wanna test that? Sure I don't have good grades, but I do ace these types of tests! I activate Polymerization! I fuse on my field Blazeman with the Liquid Soldier in my hand so I can create a Hero that hasn't been seen so far!" he yelled as then a monster that looked similar to his Sparkman and Blazeman appeared on the field, but blue, only for him and Blazeman to be sucked in a Red-Blue Spiral Vortex.

Jaden began to chant his own way, "Here comes the Hero who mastered all Elements! Elemental Hero Sunrise!" on his side of the field appeared a new Hero to shock everyone. The hero wore a long blue cape. His suit was fully mechanical that of being a Hero as it was gray, red and yellow on some parts as it had yellow lining around it and he wore horns around his torso and head.

(Elemental HERO Sunrise: Fusion - Level 7 - Light Warrior - Attack: 2500. Defense: 1200.)

"Woah! I never saw that monster!"

"When did Slacker get that?" asked Syrus and Chazz as Sheppard chuckled.

"It was probably from his father once again. Whenever there is a new Hero card, he always gets the first copy." he said as he kept reading mail from his father once a card was finished.

Jaden pushed his arm forward as he began explaining, "Two effects go off! First, thanks to Sunrise being Special summoned, I get to add a Miracle Fusion from my deck!" he said as he took a card from his deck and returned it.

He then placed his fingers on top of the deck, "Then, since Liquid Soldier was used as a Fusion material, I get to draw 2 cards, but then I had to discard one." he said as he drew one card from his hand and then sent another.

He then picked up the card he just added to his hand, "Now I will activate the card I just added to my hand! Miracle Fusion! This card allows me to banish all of my monsters from my graveyard as Fusion Materials!" he said as Liquid Soldier and Blazeman appeared on the field only for them to be sucked in by a White-Red-Blue Spiral Vortex.

Jaden then began to chant, "Here comes the Hero whose fire is hot as the Sun! Elemental Hero Nova Master!" he said as then on his side of the field appeared a hero that was like a royal knight. He wore red and yellow gauntlets, red knee pads, black and yellow shoes, a tight black leather suit underneath his battle suit as he wore black gloves and a red yellow helmet. He wore a dark red cape. Around him was fire that could even rival that of Uria.

(Elemental HERO Nova Master: Fusion - Level 8 - Fire Warrior - Attack: 2600. Defense: 2100.)

"It's Nova Master!" cheered Chumley.

"I always wondered where he kept that card," said Alexis, nodding. Crowler hated seeing that monster again.

Some didn't do the math since they knew, despite overpowering the two monsters, all that will deal a total of 600 life points, which wouldn't be enough.

However, Jaden wasn't finished, he was far from finishing that as he raised his duel disk, "Since I control Necroshade in my graveyard, I get to get an additional normal summon with no tributes, so come out the Hero with the sharpest of blades! Elemental Hero Bladedge!"

A dark silhouette of a dark hero appeared Jaden, before it disappeared as soon as a new flash of light appeared on the field to reveal Jaden's strongest non-Fusion Hero. It was a hero that wore a battle suit that was similar in design as Sunrise, but this time it was golden with green orbs on his stomach and chest as he had green eyes and he was as sharp as the sharpest blade around.

As then, they all saw three powerful Hero monsters will almost the same strength as the others all standing proudly to fight against the Sacred Beasts and one of the greatest hunters in all of Duel Monsters.

They stretched their muscles as the power from the Sacred Beasts weren't affecting them and looked at their master, with a single nod, they realized what their mission was right now.

Take them down.

"That's not all since Sunrise's effect activates! All of my monsters gain 200 attack points for every different attribute on the field!" he yelled as a red light was around them for a little bit.

"His Bladedge is an Earth monster." said Zane, narrowing his eyes.

"His Nova Master is a Fire monster." Yusuke held his dear friend close to his arms.

"And his Sunrise is a Light monster." Kite gripped his hand.

"Which means…" Dennis' eyes widened as they all said at the same time, "...they gain 600 attack points!"

Elemental HERO Bladedge: 2600 - 3200 attack points

Elemental HERO Nova Master: 2600 - 3200 attack points

Elemental HERO Sunrise: 2500 - 3100 attack points

"Alright now! Time to attack! Bladedge attack Uria with Slice and Dice attack!" he yelled as the blades on the Earth Hero were then sharpened as he then flew towards the Sacred Beast.

Kagemaru stayed silent as he laughed, "How silly of you! You are not targeting Uria, you are targeting Hamon, because thanks to Hamon's effect, the only monster you can attack is him when he is in defense points!" he said as Bladedge stopped where he was going and turned his view towards Hamon and went for it.

If this succeeds then Jaden would be left with a total of 100 life points, which isn't bad, but isn't good either!

Jaden smirked, "You think that's gotta stop me?" he asked as they turned to him as he pointed at his Sunrise with his thumb, "When another Hero attacks a monster, I get to target one card on the field and destroy it, so I will destroy your Hamon! Elemental Surprise!" he yelled as from the palm of Sunrise's hand appeared electricity, earth and fire as it concentrated all of its power towards Hamon as the monster roared and something that they would never see…

Jaden took down a Sacred Beast.

"YEAH!"

"Great job, man!"

"One more to go and this is all over!"

"You can do it!"

"Destroy that old man!"

The strength of every other Duel Spirit seemed to change as they felt much more stronger, but not enough because there is one more beast to take down.

"Bladedge, I think it was time to continue your attack! Attack Uria with Slice and Dice Attack!" he yelled as the monster went towards Uria and Kagemaru stayed still as he eyed his set card, but not before yelling.

"Because Hamon was destroyed when it was in defense, for the rest of the turn, I take no damage!" he yelled as he saw Bladedge cutting through Uria's neck like it was a demon as all of the Duel Spirits felt like they were at their normal state, but Kagemaru stayed strong.

"Aah, that sucks, but hey! My Nova Master will still attack you with Blazing Universe!" he yelled as the fist of the Fire Fusion monster engulfed in flames as it approached the Chaos Hunter and delivered a mighty blow, making a small explosion.

"Since Nova Master destroyed a monster, I get to draw 1 card from my deck!" he yelled as he drew his next card, but Kagemaru laughed.

A slow one that turned into a psychopathic as he looked at Jaden, "I knew I shouldn't have set this, but I will still use it to my advantage! I activate my set card, Trap Booster! I send one card from my hand," he revealed the card to be Tragodia as he sent it, "so I can activate a Trap from my hand, and I will pick my Hyper Blaze!" he said as he inserted the card in his duel disk.

"Ahh man!"

Kagemaru pushed his hand forward, "I will now activate the effect of my Continuous Trap card, I can send a card from my hand," he revealed the card to be a Resurrection Tribute, "so I can" a smirk appeared on his face as they hated that, "special summon from my graveyard one of my Sacred Beasts."

"WHAT!?"

"Are you kidding me?!"

"He just sent that to the graveyard."

"ARISE! URIA, LORD OF SEARING FLAMES!" he yelled as then fire from the depths of hell appeared as then a large snake-like dragon appeared from it, looking down on all of them as every Duel monster Spirit felt weak because of its presence.

Jaden gritted his teeth as the rest of his heroes knew that one wrong step will lead to his downfall. He took a card from his hand, "I throw down a face down and call it a turn." he said as a card was set vertically behind the three Heroes.

Turn 9. Kagemaru - 2200 lp - 1 card

Kagemaru grinned as he drew his card as he looked at it. He then looked at Jaden as he touched the top card with his fingers on top of it, "I now activate the effect of Fallen Paradise."

They saw Kagemaru draw 2 cards from his deck, "I really hate that Field Spell." said Celina.

"Same."

"Ditto."

"I concur."

Kagemaru took one of the cards as he pointed at his Continuous Trap, "Thanks to Hyper Blaze, I get to discard a card from my hand," he did so as a card popped out of it and he took it, "so one of my other Sacred Beasts can arrive!" he yelled as he slammed the card on his duel disk.

"ARISE! HAMON, LORD OF STRIKING THUNDER!" he roared with the strength of a god as from the depths of hell itself emerged, lightning stroke the ground, making a massive hole in the ground as from it, emerged a massive being known as Hamon and it roared when summoned creating thunder behind it.

"I just took that thing down." said Jaden as he gripped his hand in frustration as his three Heroes prepared themselves to fight for the safety of everyone around them.

"If you thought two is bad, then you will hate it when I summon the last one." he said shocking everyone.

"You have it in your hand?!" Jaden yelled in surprise as Kagemaru laughed.

"OF COURSE I DO!" he showed the last of the Sacred Beasts and many thought it was it, that they were about to lose the war they tried so hard to win, "You see this!? This is the last of the Sacred Beasts I have to summon! When it is summoned, nothing! And I mean NOTHING! WILL STOP ME!" he yelled at the top of his lungs as lightning struck next to him as he had a crazy smile on his face.

"But first, since I send Card Of Compensation, I get to draw 2 cards from my deck!" he yelled as he drew the top 2 cards from his deck. He smirked, "This is the end for everyone! I activate the Spell, Phantasmal Martyrs! If I control Hamon and Uria, I get to discard two cards from my hand," he did so as he thrusted his hand upwards, "So I get to special summon 3 Phantasmal Martyr Tokens in attack mode!"

He yelled as on his side of the field appeared 3 vampire-like zombies on the field as their skins were purple, they had wings like Hamon, but visible, their claws were that of sharp knives, and they were the same size as Kagemaru.

"3 monsters…"

"...No…please don't summon that." said Honest as he held on to dear life as he knew what was about to happen.

"Since the two cards I sent were Wings of Misdirection and Soul Strike, Uria gains 2000 more attack points." he said as his Uria roared in power.

Uria, Lord Of Searing Flames: 2000 - 4000 attack/defense points

"But that won't matter, since I sacrifice my three tokens," his three tokens disappeared as Kagemaru took out the only card he had left in his hand, "Come out! The Legendary Beast that reeks havoc around every planet that goes around it! Raviel, Lord Of Phantasms!"

Dark clouds appeared on top of everyone as they saw, not until all of the Duel Spirits fell unconscious as all of their energy were being sucked right towards them, as lightning began coming all around, but then a massive blue piller of light appeared on the field, making everyone nearly blind from the summon as it died down to reveal the last of the Sacred Beasts, but the final form of the Sacred Beasts.

The monster revealed itself as it was in between Hamon and Uria. It was a massive monster, that had teeth of a monster, its head being that of a crown, as it had massive shoulders with spikes on them, massive claws that could destroy a mountain with a single slash, it also had purple skin that was around its chest, arms, legs, stomach and hands as it also had massive wings that were much bigger than Hamon's as the thin parts of it were thin. When it was summoned he and the two other Sacred Beasts roared, shaking the island and even the planet alike.

(Raviel, Lord Of Phantasms: Level 10 - Divine Divine-Beast - Attack. 4000. Defense: 4000.)

Everyone looked at the monster in shock and in fear. They have never seen monsters quite so powerful in their entire life, they don't even think that even the Egyptian Gods could even go against monsters like these, but they will soon find out that a monster like that will make the Egyptian Gods cover in fear.

"Bo-boss…" Chazz turned his head as he saw his Ojama Yellow trying his hardest to make it to Chazz, but he saw how, no matter how much he tries, nothing will work out and passed out, as he was on death's bed.

His eyes went in alarm as he tried to look over, but he saw Ojama Green, Black, Blue, Red, Pink, the Armed Dragons, even Kagerou Thunder, the Light Unions and the Dark Scorpions all on the ground, on death's bed. "N…no…no…No. No. No! NO! Please don't die on me!" He said as he tried to keep them alive as much as he could, but he knew it was futile.

"Everything will be alright, Honest. Everything will be alright." Yusuke tried his hardest to keep Honest awake so he doesn't die on him, but sadly, he thought it would be impossible. Zane looked at the two with sad eyes.

Kite looked at Galaxy-Eyes as it fell on the ground and tried to comfort it while it was on the ground.

Dennis tried to make them laugh as he wanted them to be happy, but they knew it was a facade.

Jaden looked at Kagemaru as he saw the Duel Energy went straight towards him as he laught, "YES! COME TO ME! I WILL RULE THE WORLD!" he yelled in a demonic voice as the duel energy have been sucked into him as he looked at them.

Everyone looked at him as he had a smirk on his face, "The spirits have told me one thing. Your defeat, meaning that they have surrendered themselves to me, and right now, I will make them do one thing! Do destroy you!" he yelled as he pointed at Uria, "I activate Uria's effe-"

"Not so fast! I activate my Trap, A Hero's Job!" he yelled as he revealed his set card revealing an alien-like Hero protecting what looks like a smaller Jaden from Volcanic Doomfire, "This card allows me not to take any damage involving an Elemental Hero, during the battle and after the destruction!" he yelled as all of his Heroes went towards Jaden and protected him from all three of the Sacred Beasts.

Kagemaru gripped his hand and gritted his teeth, that meant that he couldn't win this turn, but that won't matter in the long run as he took out a card from the graveyard, "Alright, I activate Wings Of Misdirection from my graveyard! I banish it and send 2 cards from my graveyard, like my Field Barrier and Fallen Paradise!" he said as the terrain returned from what it was before.

"So all of the cards you currently have on the field have their own effects negated and my Uria gains 800 attack points!" he yelled as the Trap appeared on the field as Uria roared in power.

Uria, Lord Of Searing Flames: 4000 - 3800 attack points

Elemental HERO Bladedge: 3200 - 2600 attack points

Elemental HERO Nova Master: 3200 - 2600 attack points

Elemental HERO Sunrise: 3100 - 2500 attack points

"Battle!" he roared in a demonic voice as he pushed his arm forward, "Uria attack Bladedge with Hyper Blaze!" fire appeared in the mouth of the Sacred Beast, "That's not all, because when Uria is involved in a battle, I can send 1 Trap from my deck, so my Uria's attack points become the amount of Traps on the field and graveyard x 1000 thanks to Hyper Blaze!" he yelled as he took a card from the deck and sent it as the fire became stronger and bigger (ATK: 3800 - 5800.) as it sent the massive ball of fire towards Bladedge, destroying it making Jaden get on his knee.

"Hamon! Destroy Sunrise with Cerulean Skyfire!" blue lightning appeared from Hamon as it was flown straight towards Sunrise and exploded with the strength of a mini nuke, making Jaden fall on all fours.

"FINALLY! Raviel destroy Nova Master with Shimmering Scraper!" Raviel's claws began to glow into bright blue claws as it sent the claws at Nova Master with a massive slash, destroying it with a power of a more powerful nuke making Jaden fall on his back.

"JADEN!" yelled mostly everyone in worry as they saw how Jaden was struggling to keep himself on balance as he stood up with barely energy in this duel.

He turned to them and gave them a thumbs up and looked back at Kagemaru.

"You should give up now while you still have the chance, I won't stop you, so go ahead."

"I will…never give up, Kagemaru." he said with determination.

"Fine. Your move and make it count." he said.

Uria, Lord Of Searing Flames: 5800 - 4000 attack points

Turn 10. Jaden - 900 lp - 0 cards

Jaden took several deep breaths as he looked at his deck, he needed something to counter or at least to stall him some time so he could find a way to even stand a chance, so he drew his card, but not before shouting to him, "I activate Take Over 5's effect from the graveyard! After the Standby Phase after it was sent to the graveyard, I get to banish it from my graveyard so I could draw one extra card from my deck!" he yelled as he drew the top card in his deck once more.

He looked at the two, Clayman and… he gasped as he took it with a smile, "I activate the card I just drew! Fusion Recovery! With this I can return a Polymerization I used and a monster that was used as a Fusion Material!" he said as two cards popped out of his graveyard as he took them.

"Now's my chance! I summon Elemental Hero Bubbleman in defense mode!" he yelled as his trusty Water Elemental Hero appeared on the field with a thumbs up to him as he was in an X position.

Jaden pointed at his Bubbleman, "When he is summoned, he hates it when he is alone, so now I can draw 2 cards from my deck!" he yelled as he drew the 2 top cards in his deck and grinned as he saw them.

Kagemaru scoffed, "When you summon a monster, Raviel's effect allows me to special summon a Phantasm Token in defense mode!" he said as a mini Raviel appeared on the field.

"Alright! I will first start off by equipping him with the Equip Spell, Bubble Blaster!" he said as a massive water bazooka appeared on Bubbleman as he grabbed it with minimum difficulty. "This card gives my monster an 800 attack points boost!"

Elemental HERO Bubbleman: 800 - 1600 attack points

"Now, I will equip him with the Equip Spell, Bubble Rod!" a blue rod appeared in the hands of Bubbleman as he also grabbed it, "He also gains 800 attack points!"

Elemental HERO Bubbleman: 1600 - 2400 attack points

"How is that gonna help Jay out? Those aren't going to help him out!" Syrus titled his head in confusion as Bastion crossed his arms as he narrowed his eyes at it.

"Maybe the attack gaining isn't the only effect that it could have, maybe they have effects that could give Jaden some advantage." said Bastion as he put his hand under his chin.

"If so, let's pray to God that it can save him from those Beasts." everyone agreed with Celina as Jaden placed his fingers on the top of his deck.

"Now, I activate A Hero's Job's second effect! I get to draw one card from my deck as I banish it in my graveyard." he said as he drew one card and took the card from his graveyard into his pocket.

He looked at the newly drawn card and grinned, "I throw down a face down and call it a turn." a card was set vertically behind the Water Hero.

Turn 11. Kagemaru - 2200 lp - 0 cards

"That…is your defense?" asked Kagemaru with a scowl as he knew that even the Sacred Beasts are angered at such a horrible defense. "A weak monster with a water gun and a rod?! Are you trying to lose this duel?! Because if you are, then you have succeeded at it!"

"No way! Because this defense is better than you can ever imagine!" said Jaden as he gripped his hand into a ball and looked at Bubbleman who looked at him with a grin.

"If you are so confident, then I will show you your demise!" he yelled as he drew his card and looked at it, "Oh, this is going to be useful later." he thought to himself as he pointed at Uria, "Now I activate Uria's special effe-"

"Not so fast, I activate my Set card, Hero Barrier!" he yelled as a barrier that was the size of a shield appeared on Jaden's side of the field that shielded his Bubbleman, "This card negates one attack that would go against my Bubbleman!" he said as Kagemaru 'tch'ed.

"Fine then! Uria will attack your Bubbleman! Hyper Blaze!" he yelled as from the mouth of Uria appeared flames that could incinerate any monster in its way and threw the powerful ball of fire, but was stopped by Hero Barrier who then disappeared.

"He is using Jaden's Trap to his advantage." noted Alexis out loud.

"Now Hamon destroy Bubbleman with Cerulean Skyfire!" he yelled as from the mouth of Hamon appeared lightning that is powerful enough to destroy an entire mountain and blasted directly towards Bubbleman as the Water Hero yelled in pain as he still stood his ground, "And when Hamon destroys a monster by battle, you lose 1000 life points! I WON!" he roared at the end with a demonic voice.

Jaden however, smirked, "Are you sure about that?" everyone looked at him as they then saw Bubbleman still standing.

"WHAT!?" yelled most of them as they were shocked at this.

"HOW!?" Kagemaru roared.

"Because of my Bubble Blaster destroying itself instead of Bubbleman if he would be destroyed by battle, and even though he was in defense mode, I would still have not taken any battle damage!" Jaden said as Bubbleman's bazooka disappeared.

Elemental HERO Bubbleman: 2400 - 1600 attack points

"That Bubbleman is the only reason why we are even alive right now," said Chumley as the rest nodded.

"INSOLITE LITTLE CHILD! Raviel destroy that disgusting excuse of a Hero with Shimmering Scrapper!" he roared as Raviel's claws began to glow as it sent his two claws straight towards Bubbleman as a single slash decimated it making Jaden fall on the ground on his stomach.

Jaden placed his hands on the ground and picked himself up as he then placed fingers on the top of his deck "When a monster equipped with Bubble Rod is destroyed, I get to draw 1 card." he did so as Kagemaru scowled.

"Do anything you want to do, you still won't be destroying my Sacred Beasts! Your turn." he said.

Turn 12. Jaden - 900 lp - 3 cards

Jaden looked at his hand and he smirked. "I have just enough to create a monster that can help me in this turn, but first…" "It's my turn! I draw!" he yelled as he drew the card that was at top of his deck and he looked at it.

He grinned ear to ear when he got it. This card will not only help him protect his monster from harm, but will only help him out during the next with his new monster! Jaden placed the card in his hand as he activated the card in his hand, "I now activate the Spell card, Polymerization!"

"This card allows me to fuse the Clayman and Burstinatrix that is in my hand to create a Hero to bypass all of your monsters!" he yelled as his Hero made out of Clay and the Fire Heroine who wore a tight red suit appeared on the field, only for them to be sucked in by a Red-Blue Spiral Vortex.

Jaden began to chant, "Here comes the Hero whose offense is as great as its defense! Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster!" he yelled as on his side of the field appeared a woman wearing Clayman's body as armour whose feet are yellow with having massive shoulder pads, a flaming helmet, a yellow and red shield with a rocket launcher on the other hand. She was in an X position.

(Elemental HERO Rampart Blaster: Fusion - Level 6 - Earth Warrior - Attack: 2000. Defense: 2500.)

"Oh yeah! Rampart Blaster is now on the job!" cheered Celina as she remembered Rampart Blaster's great effect.

"I heard about this monster," said Bastion as he narrowed his eyes, "She has an effect to attack in defense mode, similar to an archetype that came a little while ago called the Superheavy Samurais."

"She has a sweet effect! While she is in defense mode, she can attack you directly with her attack points being cut in half!" he explained as Kagemaru widened his eyes.

"Excuse me?!"

"You are excused as Rampart Blaster will attack you directly with Rampart Barrage!" he yelled as from the rocket launcher of Rampart Blaster were shot rockets directly towards Kagemaru, bypassing all of the Sacred Beasts.

Kagemaru: 2200 - 1200 life points

Jaden: 900 lp

"Ahh yeah! If Jay's monster survives the next turn and she gets a boost, this will all be over!" yelled Syrus in hope of this war finally ending.

Kagemaru eyed Jaden as his eyes turned purple, shocking everyone, "You BRAT! Once I get to the REAL POWER OF THE SACRED BEASTS, you and this PATHETIC WORLD will be DESTROYED!" he roared in a demonic voice shocking everyone to their core as they could feel a monster coming in Kagemaru's deck that dwarfs these Sacred Beasts in power.

Jaden tried his hardest not to be feared, "Yeah! Then bring it, Kagemaru! I throw down a face down and call it a turn!" he yelled as a card was set vertically behind Rampart Blaster.

Turn 13. Kagemaru - 1200 lp - 1 card

Kagemaru's purple eyes looked at the top of his deck, "My turn! I DRAW!" he roared as he drew the top card of his deck and flipped it, and then he…laughed.

Everyone felt it, this was a power that made the Sacred Beasts look like children in comparison, and even made the Egyptian Gods look like a joke. The dark energy went around Kagemaru as he laughed when he felt the power going inside of him, growing stronger and stronger.

"He's…not summoning that, right? … RIGHT!?" Sheppard looked at Kagemaru who continued to laugh as Jaden took steps backwards.

Honest looked at the Kagemaru with all of his strength, "No…anything, but that, please no."

Yusuke looked at his duel spirit, "What do you mean, Honest?"

"It's a monster that only Exodia The Forbidden One could defeat." Yusuke, Zane and Chazz's eyes widened when they heard that, a monster that only the strongest monster in all of Duel Monsters could even defeat?! Is that even possible?!

"THIS THE END, JADEN YUKI! I activate the Spell, Dimension Fusion Destruction!" Kagemaru roared as everyone held their breath.

"A Fusion monster!?"

"Is that even possible!?"

"No, it can't be!"

"They are already powerful and you are meaning to tell me that there is something more powerful than THAT!?"

"That's right you puny mortals! I combine Uria, Hamon and Raviel to create a monster whose power is anything other than your creation!" he roared as Uria, Hamon and Raviel roared in power as then a portal to a different dimension appeared and they went into it, and everyone felt the power.

Everyone, not just watching the duel, but everyone in Duel Academy looked at the Sky as they saw that it had turned pitch black as a massive spike of power appeared from it. They heard a massive roar shattering most ear drums as they were frozen in place, unable to move.

Syrus held his breath for a long time.

Chumley held his mouth in shock.

Crowler had his hands in his hair.

Dennis dropped to his knees.

Alexis laughed weakly.

"...no way." Bastion couldn't believe this.

"It's so unreal." Chazz said.

"What…What the hell is that?" asked Yusuke.

Kite didn't say a word as he looked at it.

"This is…way out of anyone's league." said Celina.

Jaden looked at it as drops of sweat went down to his face.

"Is this the power of a God?" asked Zane.

Sheppard looked in horror as the monster he didn't want to appear, appeared in what might be the last thing anyone will ever see.

They all saw an amalgamation of all the three of the Sacred Beasts appearing on the field. Its very size was bigger than the entire island as its mere presence sucked all of the power of any monster in the whole world as only Exodia wasn't being sucked in. Its face was that of Raviel on the top, but on the bottom was Hamon, and the stomach, as his ribcage being that of Hamon's while having one arm of it as it had his massive wings that are now fully visible and the size of an entire volcano, destroying most of the trees in the back of it, as the lower part of the body was also that of Hamons on the front, but on the back it was Uria's back with spikes all over it, with the very center being that of Raviel's tough as a Star's skin as it circled around the arena so no one could escape as the left hand of the monster was that of Uria's face and around its shoulder's was Uria's skin, and on the very end of the tail, was a pointy top which was a combination of Uria, Raviel and Hamon.

When summoned, it roared with the power of a destroying Galaxy, making everyone nearly deaf from the screech. "HERE IS THE TRUE POWER OF THE SACRED BEASTS! THE MONSTER THAT NOTHING CAN EVEN COMPARE! CHAOS PHANTASM ARMITYLE!"

(Chaos Phantasm Armityle: Fusion - Divine (Dark) Divine-Beast - Attack: 0. Defense: 0.)

"Wha…What is that thing!?" yelled in horror Jaden as he saw the strongest monster in all of Duel Monsters he ever saw staring him down.

Kagemaru calmed down as he loved the despair look on his opponent, "This, my student, is the combined power of the Sacred Beasts, powerful enough to destroy this entire planet and more, and as you can clearly see, I! AM! THEIR! MASTER! Nothing stands behind me!" he roared as he loved the despair look of everyone around him.

Jaden turned around and saw the reaction was something that no words can describe. Hopeless, helpless, full of despair and agony as they knew, nothing in their decks could even stack against that power.

Jaden turned around to face Kagemaru, "Oh yeah?! Then how about your monster doesn't even have attack points?!" He made a good point, but Kagemaru was one step ahead of him.

"That part? Don't mind that part, since his effect is much greater than his attack points, and I assure you of that," he said with his purple eyes glaring at Jaden who gulped.

Everyone stared in shock as Kagemaru pushed his arm forward, "Time to Battle! Chaos Phantasm Armityle destroys your Rampart Blaster with Land Wide Obliteration- Transmigration Wave!" from the mouth of Armityle appeared a massive ball of dark energy that is powerful enough to destroy a country, but it was only with 0 attack points, but Kagemaru roared, "When this beast battles, his attack points become 10 000!"

"WHAT!?" everyone yelled as Armityle roared in power.

Chaos Phantasm Armityle: 0 - 10 000 attack points

"JADEN!" everyone yelled in panic as they saw the massive ball of energy becoming bigger and bigger.

Armitlye's ball of dark energy grew in size as it blasted towards Jaden's only monster on the field, but he isn't going down easily, "Not so fast, I activate the Trap, Invincible Hero! This card allows my monster to be safe from harm!" he yelled as a blue glow appeared on Rampart Blaster and took on the blast, creating a massive explosion that could be seen from Domino City that was of a nuclear bomb.

Only Kagemaru stood tall as he wasn't affected, but a small portion of blood appeared in his mouth, and it was only a miracle that Island isn't in pieces as the rest were on the floor, and they all stood up with massive amounts of scratches on them as Jaden stood up, barely enough energy to even speak.

Jaden stood up, "I am…not finished yet." he said in between breaths as Kagemaru raised his eyebrow.

"That maybe be true, but I still have one more effect for my Armityle. I can switch the position of it to another player and during the End Phase, every other monster on the field is banished." said Kagemaru as his massive beast of destruction disappeared.

Everyone looked at the beast in shock as they had never seen it from behind as Jaden and Rampart Blaster turned around and saw the look of it…it was…smiling maliciously.

"No…not my defense." he said, too weak to even think about a way to even go against a monster like this.

"That's right, and I end my turn." he said as Armityle created dark beams of energy and blasted at Rampart Blaster and the Phantasm Token with no mercy in its soul as they all yelled in pain as they were disintegrated into million of pieces, and then it returned to its master.

Turn 14. Jaden - 900 lp - 0 cards

Jaden breathed in and out as he grabbed the top card in his deck. He needed something to destroy that Armityle, but he knew he didn't have anything in his deck that could even stack up to the monster.

He looked at it and tried his absolute hardest not to fall as he took the card, "I throw down a face down and end my turn." he said as a card was set vertically in front of Jaden.

Turn 15. Kagemaru - 1200 lp - 1 card

To everyone that cheered for Jaden, they saw a side of him that never thought they ever saw, a one that was filled with despair, without hope, any help and even the thought of giving up. They hated watching him like this, even for Crowler, as they wanted nothing better for him to be succeed in this, but knew if they were in that monster's blast radius, they were about to be destroyed.

But to Kagemaru, he didn't care as he drew the top card from his deck and grunted when he saw it. It was Gorz The Emissary of Darkness, one of the best Dark Fiend monsters as it changed the way of how everyone plays the game as they would always attack with the weakest monster they had if they would attack directly, but right now, he didn't need it, but he eyed the second card in his deck with a malicious grin on his face.

"It's time for me to end this duel and your existence! I activate the Spell, Sacred Reborn!" he yelled as a card appeared on the field as it revealed to be Hamon, Uria and Raviel coming out of a portal, "This card allows me to special summon my three Sacred Beasts from the banish zone if I control Armityle." he said in a demonic voice as everyone realized what that would mean, as Jaden lazily widened his eyes in horror.

"Wait what?!"

"The Sacred Beasts as well!?"

"They were bad enough alone, but with Armtiyle!?"

"Ahh man!"

"This card makes it so all of my Sacred Beast's attack points are now 4000, but they can not activate their effects for the remainder of the duel. SO COME TO ME! THE PIECES OF ARMITYLE! SHOW YOURSELVES TO DESTROY ALL OF THEM!" he roared as Armityle roared.

A portal appeared on the sky as Jaden looked up, almost like he used all of his energy in his body as his eyes droned off to unconsciousness, but his eyes were wide awake as soon as he heard Raviel's screech, followed up by Hamon's and then Uria's as they all landed around the combined form of them as they made a notion that was similar to a bow.

As then all three of the Sacred Beasts and their combined form appeared on the field, and roared in a power that shook the entire Milky Way. If 3 of these things weren't bad enough, and the combination of the three weren't enough, but all 4 of those monsters on the field? Well you might as well summon Exodia at that point.

But there was something different compared to all those times where they sucked all of the energy off, not just Jaden's monsters, but all of the energy of Jaden as he felt more and more tired by the second as he tried his hardest to even stand up.

Jaden tried his hardest to even stand up as he looked at the three monsters, but he couldn't do it anymore, he felt as if he was about to lose.

Kagemaru laughed, he…he…never felt more powerful in his entire life! He felt every muscle fiber in his being being fueled by the strength of actual gods. He felt as if he would destroy a mountain with only a single punch. His eyes flared up as the strength of his power grew, but he also felt blood in his mouth from too much power, but he ignored it, but that would be a lie since he tasted it and he loved every cell of it.

"I love it! The thrill of battle! The pounding of my heart! The taste of my own blood! The look of despair of my opponent! The sheer power of my very own soul! I LOVE IT!" he roared as his purple eyes flared so much that it covered Kagemaru's full body as he began to laugh, it began small and normal, but each second he began hungry for power as the laugh covered all of Duel Academy as they all heard a laugh that shook their spines to their core.

To some of them, it made the Venom Rider's laugh look like a baby laughing.

Kagemaru looked at his opponent, who was one second away from falling down as he threw his arm forward, "BATTLE! ARMITYLE! DESTROY JADEN YUKI WITH EXTINCTION CATASTROPHE!" He roared as the dark energy appeared in the mouth of Armityle as his points began to boost.

Chaos Phantasm Armityle: 0 - 10 000 attack points

The dark energy inside of Armityle began to increase as it was the biggest blast known to mankind as it then blasted straight towards the lone Slifer Red.

"JADEN!" everyone screamed in hope that Jaden could survive this move.

Jaden slowly raised his hand to his duel disk as his set card was activated, "I activate Back To The Front. I can summon a monster in defense mode that is in my graveyard." he said as a card popped out and he placed it on his field.

Winged Kuriboh appeared on the field.

(Winged Kuriboh: Level 1 - Light Fairy - Attack: 300. Defense: 200.)

"When he is destroyed, I take no damage for the rest of the turn." Jaden said weakly.

"FINE! BUT THAT WON'T SAVE YOU FROM ARMITYLE'S ATTACK!" Kagemaru roared as his monster's dark energy ball went towards Winged Kuriboh, making a massive explosion that everyone had to cover themselves from the attack, but Jaden had a small barrier from Winged Kuriboh.

"I am…not finished yet, Kagemaru." said Jaden as then, to almost everyone's horror, they saw Jaden, The Final Rider, the Slifer Slacker, the person that was fighting against the Sacred Beasts, the person who was fighting against Kagemaru…

fall to the ground…

and fall unconscious.

"No…no…this is impossible." said Crowler, he can't believe this.

"Jay…" Syrus looked in horror as he saw his best friend on the ground, unconscious.

"Come on, Jaden. This isn't funny." Celina said frantically, but her eyes were wide as plates and were shaking.

"Jaden!"

"Come on, man!"

"Wake up." Jaden heard a new voice that he never thought he would hear, but he couldn't see anyone as he had no more strength in his body. He moved a finger, but even that destroyed his stamina.

"I said wake up." the tone became more harsher as he could hear the anger in the person's voice, but he wondered. Why did it sound like him?

"Wake up, Jaden Yuki! If you don't, everyone you know will fall!" the tone was that of a boulder landing on him with how harsh it was, but he opened his eyes and his eyes widened as he looked at him and gained a lot of energy from the shock.

He…looked…like him!

Except why were his eyes amber? And why did he dress up in medieval times? Oh, god were Syrus thoughts on them being reincarnation of Pharaohs true?

"Who…Who are you? And why do you look like me!?" Jaden asked him as the one that looked like him scowled at him.

"And you are supposed to be my reincarnation? Pathetic." The man shook his head as he looked at Jaden with a mighty glare that sent chills down his spine, "My name is Judai Haou Yuki, but you can call me Haou or even by my, or you could call it, our title, The Supreme King."

"Haou? But wait, I don't remember any of this and why are you here?" asked Jaden as he titled his head in confusion.

"Because you are my reincarnation, my descendant, that's why you don't remember anything, and I am sure you don't even know Yubel? Right?" Jaden's eyes widened as he tried to remember where he heard that name before, but he got a sharp pain in the head as he held it with his hands.

"Of course you don't, why would you?" asked Haou as he shook his head, "And like the little pathetic person that you are, you couldn't even finish a duel that you started, like the one you are currently in."

"What are you talking about?" asked Jaden as Haou looked at him.

"Are you an idiot!? The duel against Kagemaru, the one with the 3 Sacred Beasts and the combination you idiot! The one where if you lose, he will rule the entire world?!" Jaden's eyes widened as he met with Haou's cold and amber eyes.

"What?! Are you serious!? And I passed out?!" Haou nodded his head as Jaden realized the stakes of what was currently happening. "Then what do I do?!"

Haou sighed, "Listen here, as I will only tell you this once, I will give you a small taste of my power, of the Supreme King's power, so you can finish the job and defeat that idiot of a duelist right there and now and protect your friends and even your girlfriend," Haou put on emphasis at the last word as Jaden looked confused, but he didn't say anything about it, as Haou's cold, calculating, almost merciless eyes looked at Jaden's warm and cheerful brown eyes.

"And this will be the last time that I will help you like this, because if you ever fall to the darkness, even once, I am going to be honest with you…" his gaze met with Jaden's as their heads were inches away from each other, as it was threateningly close, "...I will take over your body and rule the entire dimension you are in, because nothing will stand in my way, not even the power of those new monsters like the XYZ and Synchro monsters. Got it?"

Jaden thought about it and even though it felt like an immense risk of using the power of the Supreme King, he needed it. He needs the power to defeat the Sacred Beasts and win the duel, saving the duel. Jaden nodded.

"Good, now give me your hand, now." he said as Jaden placed his hand to which Haou took it as then, Jaden could feel it. The power of him giving even a small part of it was just immense! Not even Armityle could do something like this!

He felt like waking up.

He felt alive!

He felt like a king.

He could hear their voices coming back to his ears.

"Jaden!"

"Wake up, please!"

"Jaden, come on!"

"Jay, this isn't funny!"

"You are our only hope!"

"Give it up, all of you." everyone turned their heads to Kagemaru's purple eyes with their own glares. "He can't stand up, he doesn't have the energy inside of him, the Sacred Beasts already took everything from him! He LOST! I WON!"

"Are you sure about that?" everyone turned their heads towards Jaden Yuki as he began to stand up, shocking everyone, as relief came to everyone as they saw the man that was fighting the Sacred Beasts, but something felt off.

His energy felt…off, like a dark deity was helping him with it, but they couldn't exactly put their hands to it. The Sacred Beasts looked shocked at the shere sight of him. Hamon glanced at Raviel and Uria, as Armityle growled in fear as they thought he was dead.

The Supreme King, Haou.

"Don't worry everyone." he turned to them with a smile, but they swore they saw amber in his eyes, but it quickly disappeared. "I will be finishing the job! Right here and now." He then saw a card popped out the entire time as he picked it up and his eyebrows were raised as he then explained what just happened.

"When my buddy Winged Kuriboh is destroyed, I get to add Sabatiel - The Philosopher's Stone from my deck straight to my hand!" he said as he took the card and revealed it as The Sacred Beasts screeched in terror.

"Whatever! Add that puny card! Nothing will help you in your turn! I END MY TURN!" he roared as his eyes flared up.

Turn 16. Jaden - 900 lp - 1 card

Jaden looked at Sabatiel and smirked, "It's now or never, really." he said as everyone felt like a massive amount of willpower went through the roof from one person as they had to shield themselves from the sheer willpower.

He then placed his fingers on the top of his deck and thought to himself, "Now it is now or never. And like one man used to say "Set Your Heart Ablaze! Overcome My Limits!"" Jaden thought to himself as he felt he actually set his heart ablaze into a massive amount of fire and went to the tip of his fingers as he yelled, "IT'S MY TURN! I DRAW!" he yelled as flames appeared on his fingers as he drew the top card of his deck.

He flipped the card he just drew and smirked, "Perfect!" he thought as he placed the card he just drew and took the one he added last turn, "I activate Sabatiel - The Philosopher's Stone's effect! I pay half of my life points!" he yelled, shocking everyone, including Kagemaru.

Kagemaru: 1200 lp

Jaden: 900 - 450 life points

"Why would you do that?!" Syrus took a massive amount of hair in hand in panic.

"Slacker, you better have a good reason for that!" yelled Crowler.

"Oh I do, because, thanks to this, I get to add any card from my deck, not to mention I get to activate this effect two more times!" he yelled as everyone was shocked at the effect of the newly activated Spell card as a card like that couldn't be possible to activate, and for the only price of half of your life points? And you can activate it up to 3 times?! They want a copy of that card!

"Thanks to it, I get to add the Spell O - Oversoul which I will now activate!" he said as from the Spell card appeared a massive purple O, "Thanks to it, I get to special summon an Elemental Hero Normal monster from my graveyard, so come out, my Elemental Hero Clayman!" he said as his signature Hero made out of Clay appeared on the field in an X position against the three Sacred Beasts and Armityle.

(Elemental HERO Clayman: Level 4 - Earth Warrior - Attack: 800. Defense: 2000.)

"Next, I activate Sabatiel's effect once more!" He yelled as he took a card from his deck straight to his hand, as he returned the deck into his duel disk as he revealed the card he just drew (LP: 450 - 225.), it was the famous Spell card, Monster Reborn, "I now activate Monster Reborn!"

A tomb for this very occasion went above the ground to reveal a coffin, "With this, I can special summon a monster from our graveyard, so come out, Elemental Hero Bladedge!" he yelled as from the coffin jumped up a Hero with golden armour with armour piercing blades around him.

(Elemental HERO Bladedge: Level 7 - Earth Warrior - Attack: 2600. Defense: 1800.)

"Now I will activate the final effect of Sabatiel! I pay half of my life points once more, so I can add…" he said as he took out his deck to reveal a 2nd Miracle Fusion, and then returned the card back to his duel disk (LP: 225 - 113.), he then inserted the card in his duel disk, "Which I will now activate!" he yelled with a grin on his face, but with the strength of Haou which made the Sacred Beasts and Armityle to think about bowing down because of him.

Fortunately for them, he won't be appearing in this, but their doom is going to be summoned right now, "This card allows me to use monsters on my field and graveyard as Fusion Materials for an Elemental Hero Fusion monster as long as I banish them! So I will banish the Clayman in my field, with the Burstinatrix, Avian and Bubbleman in my graveyard to create the ultimate Hero!" He said as then on his side of the field appeared his feather Hero, his Fire Heroine and his Water Hero as all four of them were sucked in by a White-Red-Blue Spiral Vortex.

Jaden then began to chant, "Here comes the Hero that controls all of the Elements of the Elemental Heroes! Elemental Hero Electrum!" on his side of the field appeared on the field the very hero that defeated The Final Rider, Professor Lyman Banner, Amneal, as it wore a yellow suit, red vizor, a white E on his chest followed by a blue circle.

(Elemental HERO Electrum: Fusion - Level 10 - Light Warrior - Attack: 2900. Defense: 2600.)

Jaden then took all of the cards that were banished, "When he is summoned on my side of the field, I get to shuffle all of the cards that were banished straight to our decks!" he yelled as he took them and placed them in his deck and shuffled it.

Kagemaru was silent as he saw the moves of the Slifer Red as then he realized something, he used all of the effects of Sabatiel. He was quiet as he couldn't contain himself as his purple eyes flared up, "You call that a turn!? You wasted all of the effects of Sabatiel for THAT?! HOW PATHETIC! NOTHING CAN COMPARE TO THE SACRED BEASTS AND THEIR MASTER!" he roared as he looked at his monsters, but they were looking at him as if they didn't want to anger the Supreme King.

Celina heard three sets of growling from her deck, but she decided to ignore it. This was more important.

"Well, who said I was done? Because I have two more moves left! Like this! I activate the Spell, Gift Of The Martyr! I get to send one monster from my field, in order for another monster on my field to gain attack points equal to the amount of the tributed monster! So bye-bye Bladedge and say hello Electrum!" he yelled as Bladedge went towards Electrum whose muscles grew in size as its power nearly doubled and the vizor became more powerful.

Elemental HERO Electrum: 2900 - 5500 attack points

"Try as you might, but thanks to Sacred Reborn in my graveyard, you can only target Armityle for an attack so that attack point boost is useless!" Kagemaru yelled as Jaden grinned.

"Oh, believe me that was my target." Everyone looked at him shocked as he only had one more card in his han- wait what?

"Is he insane?" asked Kite.

"Most likely honestly, I wouldn't be shocked," said Celina.

"Well, it is time to end this charade." said Jaden as he looked at Sabatiel - The Philosopher's Stone in his hand, "Thanks Professor Banner." he said with a smile on his face, but then with a determined look in his face as he eyed the all four of those monsters that brought everyone pain, "This is over! I activate the final effect of Sabatiel - The Philosopher's Stone!"

"What?!"

"The final!?"

"It has more?!"

"After I used the previous effect up to 3 times, I get to activate this final effect! One monster on my side of the field gets his attack points multiplied by the number of monsters on your side of the field!" he said as then in Electrum's hands appeared a massive double edged sword as he grabbed onto it as everyone did the math for Jaden. "I counted 4 monsters on your side of the field which means my monster gains…"

Elemental HERO Electrum: 5500 x 4 = 22 000 attack points

"22 000 attack points!?" yelled everyone and Kagemaru as it dwarfed the amount of attack points Armityle had.

"That's right! I am gonna end this war once and for all with this! GO! Attack with Ultimate Sword Sabatiel!" Jaden yelled as Electrum nodded with his master as he swung his massive sword around as he went towards Armityle.

"NO! ARMITYLE! ATTACK BACK! DON'T LET HIM WIN!" roared Kagemaru as dark energy appeared from Armityle as it tried their hardest to attack back against Electrum as it sent towards the massive ball of dark energy that would've had enough strength to destroy all of Duel Academy, but it was no use as Electrum used his double edged sword to cut through the dark energy and then land in front of the three Sacred Beasts and Armityle and jumped up in the air, raising his double edged sword and then with one powerful strike, it cut through the powerful Fusion monster in slice, making it roar in pain as it created a massive explosion which Kagemaru was at the epicenter of as the Sacred Beasts roared in anguish when they were turned into dust.

Unbeknownst to everyone, is that Duel Academy got back all of the missing students, all except one.

Everyone who were spectating the duel closed their eyes as they couldn't see anything as Jaden looked at the explosion with a smile on his face. Happy that this war, this battle, this pain, was over.

Kagemaru: 1200 - 0 life points

Jaden: 113 lp

JADEN YUKI: WINNER!

Jaden looked as he saw Kagemaru's eyes returning back to the old gray ones he had before the duel, and his body returning back to an old man, as he also saw Electrum and every other monster on the field disappear as it means that this fight was finally over.

He raised his hand to show only the index and middle finger and pointed towards the down Kagemaru as he yelled his iconic catchphrase, "That's game!"

The ones that were spectating the whole time looked at the only standing duelist in the duel and they saw that the Final Keeper, Jaden, was the one to defeat Kagemaru and they were ecstatic as they saw that this duel was finally over.

But the ones that could see Duel Spirits, they were even more happy than the others. "Mas…Master Fujiwara? Zane?" Yusuke and Zane all turned to Honest as they saw the energy of the Light Fairy monster returning after the defeat of the Sacred Beasts. "Are you alright, you two? Did something happen? Were they defeated?" he asked as Yusuke went down to his level and hugged the Light Fairy monster with tears of joy in his eyes.

Honest took that as a yes and returned it as Zane looked at the two with a rare smile on his face.

Dennis looked like the happiest man in the entire world as he hugged all of his Performages.

Kite pet the head of his Galaxy-Eyes.

Chazz was extremely happy that all of his monsters that he almost shed a tear when they were all fine.

Everyone else, sans Sheppard, thought they were insane, but they let it slide for now.

Jaden took out the card that helped him in this duel and in the last turn with a smile on his face, Sabatiel - The Philosopher's Stone. "What a card. This card helped me alot in that turn, without it I might have lost. This card will come in…handy?" he said as he saw the card turned into bubbles as he heard Banner's laugh.

He looked up in the sky with a smile on his face, "Thank you, Professor Banner."

He looked at the the cards that were the Sacred Beasts and Armityle, and picked them up as then a machine popped out the ground to which he walked over and returned them back there.

He then turned to Kagemaru's real body and he slightly gasped, "It's true." said Kagemaru as he turned to the winner of the duel, "I am an old man, wanting only something that every old man wants. To be young again. And harnessing the power of the Sacred Beast was the only way I could be young again."

"Yeah, and to take over the world." said Jaden as walked towards Kagemaru.

"Can't you forgive an old soul." said Kagemaru as he walked gripped onto Jaden's arm so he could walk properly, "His delusions of grandeur?"

"Yeah, I guess, but don't you see, Kagemaru, stealing or taking something isn't a way to feel alive again." said Jaden as almost everyone were shocked that he forgave him after he almost killed him several times in one duel, "You have to feel strength in yourself to feel alive again."

"I can't, it's too late for that."

"It's never too late. Come on, try and get up. Right now. Just go for it. GIve it your all!" cheered Jaden as Kagemaru thought about it, and listened to the one that defeated him in a duel.

He tried his hardest to get to stand, as he nearly fell over, but thanks to the cheering from Jaden, and from mostly shocked expressions and somewhat angered looks, he got up! He felt alive! He felt young!

"Hey look! I am standing!" Jaden nodded with a smile on his face, "It must've been our duel! Yes that's it! All the excitement put the strings in my spine! Thank you!"

"Your welcome, Kagemaru!" Jaden said as he smacked Kagemaru on the back, but it was fine to him. He then turned to his friends with a smile on his face, "See guys, everything is fi-

"NO!" everyone that wasn't Sheppard yelled at the same time, shocking them.

"Um? What's the matter guys?" asked Jaden as he looked at his friends.

"What's the- Jaden! Why on Earth are you forgiving him?! He nearly KILLED YOU for god's sake!" yelled Celina as she looked at him.

"Oh come on, Celina, I think he deserves to be young again, there is no problem with that. Right?" he asked as he looked at them.

"Slacker I agree, but that is to a different person that isn't him! He wanted to rule the world!"

"Yeah, and he almost killed every Duel Spirit, whatever that is."

"Not to mention, he nearly killed all of us with Armityle's several attacks!"

"AND, he almost destroyed this Island almost the entire time!"

"Not to mention he would've made it so we would drown." said Crowler, Syrus, Chumley, Chazz and Zane one after another.

"Okay, I agree with that, but everyone deserves redemption, right?" Jaden asked a good question. However they then looked at him like he was mad.

"Good point, and I agree everyone deserves one, but what you are giving him is a slap on the wrist!" yelled Bastion.

"Don't forget that because of him, I can't see my brother again," said Alexis.

Yusuke nodded, "Right, and why almost all of my friends, that isn't Zane, disappeared from this island."

"Because of him, I can't go back to my dimension or see my younger brother again." said Kite as he narrowed his eyes at Kagemaru.

"Not to mention no one, but you guys know me since even my own parents don't even remember me." said Dennis in sad eyes.

"So what are you guys planning to do? I don't have any problems with the guy, so what do you want to do?" asked Jaden as they thought about an idea of punishing him.

"Wait, what are you-

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Everyone that wasn't Sheppard and Jaden yelled at the same time as that made the Sacred Beast master shut up.

As then, a horrible idea appeared in the mind of Celina, as she grew an evil, sadistic, animalistic grin as she turned to him, "Hey, have any of you watched Chainsaw Man? Or read it?"

A couple of people raised their hands as Bastion said, "I have read the manga, and I have to say I feel poor-"

"Bastion, finish that sentence and I will shove my foot up your ass." said Chazz.

Bastion stopped talking.

"Well, come here, I will explain my idea." she said as everyone got close to her and she whispered the idea as Sheppard called a helicopter to get him out of here, as fast as humanly possible.

As then the same evil, sadistic, downright animalistic grins appeared on their faces as they all looked at Kagemaru.

They all, sans Jaden and Sheppard, began walking towards him as Kagemaru feared for his life.

Half an hour later

After they were done…uhm…being ball busters, being the nut crackers, the child destroyers, kicking him straight at his Kuribohs and Hanewattas, a helicopter arrived to come and pick him up, which he barely walked towards.

Jaden and Sheppard were horrified the entire time as they all had satisfied grins, even Zane.

"I hope he made some kids, because he is never making them ever again." said Chazz as they saw the helicopter fly away.

"I don't think he could make them before we did that, but I understand what you mean." Bastion nodded.

"That was fun, but real talk, if I ever see him again, I am gonna cobble him up," said Celina as Jaden looked at her.

"You mean clobber, right? To cobble is to make a shoe." Everyone looked at Jaden as he said something correct.

Celina stared at him for a couple of seconds as she shook her head, "Okay, first, I am going to cobble up some boots so I could kick his butt with it, and second, how do you know that?" she asked a very reasonable question as this was the same guy who doesn't know what a fiancee is.

"My mama is a clothes designer so I know most words when making clothes." said Jaden, "Wait, you guys forgot about that part?" they all made faces that said "Oh shit we forgot.".

Sheppard coughed in his hands as they all looked at him, "Well, anyways. Thanks to all of your efforts in defeating the Sacred Beasts, Duel Academy is safe from all of the threats, but there is one thing that all of you should know about." they all looked at Sheppard as Crowler grinned ear to ear, "All of you must hit the books because finals are reaching." he said.

Everyone nodded as they understood that, except Kite and Dennis because they are only there to be around them, but they aren't going to help them cheat.

However, there was one person that didn't like that.

Jaden Yuki, the Final Keeper, the Slifer Red, the person that defeated the Sacred Beast, the 2nd strongest junior of Duel Academy, dropped to his feet, "NNNOOOOOO! Kagemaru! Please return! Take the Sacred Beasts and duel me! PLEASE!"

It spoke volumes that he would rather fight for the end of the world rather than exams.

Everyone looked at him with amusement, but Yusuke looked at his PDA as he heard a notification and his eyes widened. "Dumon? Like one of the Barians, Dumon?"

Sheppard, Crowler, Bastion, Chumley, Alexis and Zane all looked at him shocked when they heard that as they were shocked. Why of all times, did they return? Was it because of…

…Kagemaru's duel?

Authors Note:

DONE! FINALLY! 40 GODDAMN PAGES! NEARLY 18K WORDS! 16 TURNS OFF THIS DUEL! I AM DONE WITH THIS DUEL! Anyway I hope you guys enjoyed the duel between Kagemaru and Jaden and the finale of the Shadow Riders arc as, if I am being honest, quite enjoyed writing it! It was really fun and I liked making so many changes to the canon, small or big.

Next chapter is going to somewhat explain how they returned, everyone expect a certain Red-Eyes player, I hope you understand, as there will be a duel, but it is more of a fun duel rather than something like this and it will be one of the Key Keepers, hope you guys can see who I am talking about.

Kagemaru was a villain that…sucked in the canon if I am being honest and I am glad that the villains go more and more impressive the more they improve on it and I made it so that Kagemaru was foreshadowed a lot, I mean, he was in every Shadow Riders' backstories. He will have a moment like in Season 4, but it is going to be minor like in canon.

Also about that purple eye and somewhat god-like moment, is something that I have made up on the spot since when I watched the dub, he had a somewhat demonic voice when Raviel was summoned so I decided why not? I decided to add Armityle in this duel because I was disappointed when I was rewatching the show and Armityle didn't appear in that duel, but only in Season 3, so I thought, why the hell not? And added it in his deck to show that he is their master.

And finally, about that Haou scene in Turn 15 is something that I actually planned the entire time as I always wanted to add Haou earlier since when I started the whole fanfiction, but I never thought when? Like during Camula's chapter, but I wanted to give Celina a win before Yuri, but then I decided now was the moment. When is he going to appear? Well, let's just say that, his brron eyes are going to turn amber. Also foreshadowing about Yubel because obviously is going to be important.

Made Up and Altered Cards:

Uria, Lord Of Searing Flames: Decided to make it so they could be responded to.

Chaos Phantasm Armityle: The change control effect is from the Anime, and despite not gaining attack points during the opponent's turn it can gain attack points during their Battle Phase as well.

A Hero's Job: Normal Trap - For the rest of this turn, if you would take damage involving an Elemental Hero or after the destruction of an Elemental Hero, you don't take any damage. You can banish this card in your graveyard, not the turn you sent this card, and draw 1 card.

Sacred Reborn: Normal Spell - If you control "Chaos Phantasm Armityle" on your side of the field: You can special summon "Uria, Lord Of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord Of Striking Thunder" and "Raviel, Lord Of Phantasms." from the banish zone in attack mode, as their attack and defense points now become 4000, but their effects are negated for the remainder of the duel. Your opponent can not activate card effects when you activate this card. Your opponent can only target "Chaos Phantasm Armityle" for attacks while you control any other monster on your field.
