Wednesday saw Hermione and Ginny hosting Millie for tea. When the three women were settled, Hermione cleared her throat. "Millie," she started, "I have come to see you as an extremely close friend. Since Gin is my sister, there seems to be no competition for the role of my best friend." Millie looked a bit misty at Hermione's speech and grinned at her. "I have talked it over with the others, and I feel as though I can trust you with anything."

"Of course you can, Myuh," she said softly.

"Now know that this is a life or death secret. You will be required to take a Vow of Obliviation for it even." When Millie looked confused at the term, Hermione continued, "A Vow of Obliviation is similar to an Unbreakable Vow, but instead if you share the secret with anyone who does not already know, the whole thing will be erased from your mind." She gave the other woman a few moments to understand what she'd said before she asked, "Are you willing?"

Millie looked at her with her head tilted for a few moments. "I am, it seems fast, but I trust the two of you with anything."

Ginny stood between them, her wand touching their clasped hands. "Do you Millicent Bullstrode promise to keep the secrets that we are about to disclose to you with only those who are already included in them, fully knowing that you will be Obliviated if you share them without consent?"

"I promise," Millie said solemnly.

The burst of Magic embraced them and Hermione gestured for Millie to sit down. "Well," Hermione said, fiddling with her ring, "my name isn't Myuh its…" she turned off her glamour and as Millie was letting out a gasp continued, "Hermione Granger."

"H-How?" Millie asked quietly.

"Well…" Ginny started, and the two of them proceeded to give the shortened version of Theo, Hermione and Draco's love story. Millie clapped and gasped at all the right times, just as Hermione had hoped she would.

"So," Millie said, coming to sit next to Hermione, "all those times I mentioned you, you just had to pretend like you had no idea?"

"Pretty much," Hermione shrugged, "but I meant what I said, I really value your friendship and hope to continue building it?"

"I think that can be arranged," Millie said with a grin. The rest of the afternoon, Millie and Hermione discussed all things Hermione Granger and the things that Millie hadn't been sure about sharing with her when she was in disguise.

"So Blaise knows?" Millie questioned.

"Yes," Hermione huffed, "he'd figured it out so fast! Apparently he's known about me for ages, and kept it a secret."

"That sounds like him," Millie said thoughtfully, "I'm quite honoured to be the first person you told willingly."

"Like I said Millie, I've come to really like you and I felt like I was lying to you…"

"It was all for a good cause, Hermione," Millie said, looping her arm through Hermione's. She wrapped her in a big hug and stepped through the Floo back to her own home for the evening.
