"Now that we're all gathered," Kingsley said in his booming voice, "we can discuss some new intel. Regulus?"
Regulus, who'd been sitting close to Remus, stood and cleared his throat. "Yes, thanks Kings," he said, "The Dark Lord has agreed to my suggestion of restructuring some of the ranks. We need it to look like a bit of a boon for his plan, but I have a few thoughts on how we can manage that."
Hermione looked towards him, even more intrigued, "A way to trick the forces?" she asked.
"Yes," Regulus said with a grin, "he's honestly one of the least self-aware people I've met. He has no idea who is in his ranks, let alone the Order of the Phoenix, with the exception of the Inner Circle and the Undesirables. I think we should start glamouring ourselves before battles and using a similar trick to how we did with Kingsley and Lucius."
"That's genius," Hermione clapped, "If they feel like they're winning, they'll be less likely to worry about their backs. But on our side, we'll continue to keep the same numbers. They'll feel like they're gaining an edge, when in reality it's us who will be gaining the edge."
"This is great," Harry said, "Do we think this can move up the timeline?"
"Fleur and I ran some numbers," Andromeda said, "if we can have consistent battles from now until April, we should bolster their confidence and build up enough power on our end to enact the Final Showdown by May."
"You'll have to show me those numbers," Hermione said, "I always enjoyed Arithmancy."
"Never hurts to have another set of eyes," Andromeda said with a wink.
