Chapter 1161

Have You Ever

The two homeless men were headed away from the homeless encampment. Dan and Frank followed them. They could see one of the men use a cell phone. It wasn't usually something homeless people possessed. That in itself sent out a red flag.

Dan attempted to ascertain the nature of the phone call.

"One of the men has a cell phone." Dan said. "He just received a call."

John Henry wanted to track where the call came from.

"I'm trying to intercept it now." John Henry said.

It looked like the call ended to Frank.

"I think he's done." Frank said. "He put it away now."

John Henry was able to get a hit on the call. The team wasn't far away from where it originated.

"The call came from a pay phone." John Henry said. "It's located near a shopping center about a mile away from you."

It seemed by the fact a pay phone was used that someone didn't want to have their position known or their true identity known.

Dan saw it wasn't the way the men were headed now. It was another red flag.

"It's not the direction they're going." Dan said.

The surveillance operation looked like it was about to get a lot more complicated.

Summer sat silently and watched everything.

She listened to the different conversations.

She noticed John Henry looked over in her direction a lot.

"What would you do?" John Henry asked.

Summer looked around. John Henry asked her. She deduced he referred to the telephone conversation that just occurred.

"I'd send a drone there now." Summer said. "I'd try to see who made the call before they get away. I believe whoever made the call is the higher value target at this point."

John Henry looked over at Summer. He was pleased to see she'd made the same call he would. It was soon evident they weren't the only ones who came to the same conclusion.

"A drone is already on the way." John Henry said.

Summer knew it was Young Allison who was behind it.

"Allison sent it." Summer said. "They're always busy in the bunker."

John Henry pointed out CamNet acted before he did. CamNet was often one step ahead of him.

"CamNet already redirected one." John Henry said.

She was aware CamNet responded to Young Allison.

"It's the same thing." Summer said.

The idea made John Henry wonder about CamNet. He wondered if CamNet restarted the inappropriate relationship with Young Allison again. He knew he would need to use a subtle approach if it was possible.

"Does Young Allison communicate directly with CamNet often?" John Henry asked.

Summer I wasn't privy to all of the details. Based upon her observation it seemed to happen quite often. She didn't know what the nature of any private conversations were. She wanted to keep her answer simple and non-descriptive.

"Yes." Summer said.

John Henry was worried he might bring CamNet down on himself by the next question. He still wanted to know.

"Do you communicate with CamNet often?" John Henry asked.

Summer didn't think it was a big deal. Sometimes they needed to discuss things.

"Yes." Summer said.

It was a surprise to John Henry. Summer mentioned it in passing previously. Now he had more concise and accurate information. It made him wonder if Cameron was aware of it or if she was the one behind it.

John Henry wanted to get things clear.

"You do communicate directly with CamNet." John Henry said.

Summer didn't see it as a problem. She'd done it for a long time.

"I do everyday." Summer said.

Summer saw a distressed look on John Henry's face for a second. She wondered what happened.

"Is everything OK?" Summer asked.

John Henry was aware he needed to tread carefully at this point.

"Yes." John Henry said.

CamNet just contacted John Henry and told him to stop asking Summer questions about her. It was a forceful communication. He knew he must have hit a 'nerve' with CamNet. He was unaware Summer was in direct communication with CamNet everyday. He would have to clandestinely let Cameron know about it. He didn't know the full extent of CamNet's inappropriate behavior with Young Allison previously. It was what prompted Savannah to act and start a closer relationship with CamNet. He was afraid CamNet would select a new younger 'target' to share with. He wasn't so sure Summer would be as susceptible to CamNet's charm as Young Allison was.

John Henry was glad he received new information so he could change the subject.

"The drone is within camera range of the pay phone that was used." John Henry said. "There's no one there."

He was more than a little disappointed they hadn't picked up a target. It did make him wonder about the nature of the call. It seemed whoever made the call thought they might be tracked somehow. It seemed to indicate a high stakes player was definitely involved. It could be Skynet related or even the Syndicate. It could also be some type of drug deal. It could be a dealer contacted one of his runners. It could be a dealer looking to make a sale with a previous customer.

As soon as Young Allison was informed a phone was being used by one of the homeless men, she immediately directed CamNet to send one of the drones to the pay phone's location. It could get there very quickly or get back quickly if necessary. She hoped they could see who made the call and follow them to wherever they went next. If it was related to the port operation and not some type of drug deal, they might have come across a high value target.

The news that Anna delivered wasn't good news.

"The drone is over the pay phone location that was used." Anna said. "There's no one there."

The information made Young Allison question the nature of the call itself. There were several other options that may have been used to make it appear the phone call came from that location.

"Was there ever anyone there or was the phone used remotely or in a relay?" Young Allison asked.

The drone footage changed direction slightly.

Anna looked at a zoom in of the current image.

"I think there was someone there." Anna said. "Look at the phone from this angel."

What Young Allison could see now, almost looked too obvious.

"I can see that the phone is off the hook and still gently swinging." Young Allison said. "Someone left there in a hurry."

Anna wondered about it too. Maybe someone wanted them to see or find the phone like it currently was to make it appear the phone had been used for sure. It may have been left like that as bait.

"Do you have any speculation why?" Anna asked.

Several thoughts rushed through Young Allison's mind. The thought that stood out the most prominent was it was clear the two homeless men had been made. Depending on who witnessed what when the port facility was taken down, may have dictated their current actions. Anyone from the future would have known that a drone was used to attack the building where the sniper was, the Syndicate vehicles and then the loading dock area of the building. If a drone was used in those attacks, there was more than likely one on station now.

"The caller must have found out the men were no longer in the building and knows whatever they were doing is now in jeopardy." Young Allison said.

It seemed plausible to Anna.

"it's a good theory." Anna said.

Young Allison knew the caller still needed to be in the vicinity. Whoever made the call couldn't be too far away. They would most likely be checking around them to see if they had been detected or were being tailed.

"Can you spot anyone that looks suspicious that's moving away from there?" Young Allison asked. "They have to be less than a minute's running distance from the phone."

Anna was able to see the search had already been initiated.

"CamNet and John Henry are both searching for anyone suspicious." Anna said.

Young Allison looked at the satellite image overlay and the current drone footage. There appeared to be a multitude of places where an individual could hide or seek cover.

"They may be in one of the cars at the shopping center or in the shopping center itself." Young Allison said.

CamNet assured Anna she was processing all the information with John Henry.

"They're going through the surveillance footage of everything around there including the traffic cameras." Anna said.

It left another question unanswered.

"Where did the two homeless men get the phone?" Young Allison asked. "Did they have it the whole time?"

Anna checked the information from John Henry.

"I think they did and it was turned off." Anna said. "It's a burner and has been modified to only receive calls."

The new information left more questions unanswered.

"Why would someone use a pay phone instead of a burner to call them?" Young Allison asked. "They must be in the area for something specific."

Young Allison worried this was a further measure to draw them into some prearranged target area. If whoever made the call thought they might be tracked or surveilled, they wanted the responders to go towards that specific location. It looked like a setup from any angle it was viewed.

Anna broke her train of thought with a new revelation.

"John Henry has identified a possible target." Anna said.

Young Allison was surprised with the current revelation. It was usually her team with CamNet that did. She wanted to verify Anna's information was correct.

"John Henry found it before CamNet?" Young Allison asked.

Anna double checked the information she received.

"It appears his 'assistant' made the spot." Anna said.

Young Allison thought Allison left earlier.

"Is Allison still helping him?" Young Allison asked.

Anna was surprised by it as she wasn't surprised when she found out who it was.

"No." Anna said. "It was Summer."

It was a real surprise to Young Allison. She knew Summer sometimes watched her and Anna work but her mother usually came and took Summer away. Maybe there was more going on than she knew. More than likely there would be some negative repercussions from her mother if she found out. She didn't think they would be directed at Summer either.

"Summer made the spot?" Young Allison asked. "Mom is going to flip if she finds out about this. I bet I'll get blamed for it."

Young Allison hoped her 'training' of Summer to 'replace' her in the future didn't get out. She knew that her mother was dead set against Summer becoming involved in any Resistance matters. She'd taken it upon herself to make sure there was a replacement for her if she fell in combat. She wanted her position to be covered in the 'Natural Order'. She believed Summer was the best choice to fill in for her.

The drone camera zoomed in.

"There." Anna said. "That's the man there."

Young Allison didn't notice anything different about him or any of the others that were in the area. Nothing about him made him stand out or seem suspicious to her.

"He looks like anyone." Young Allison said. "Why did she pick him? I don't see anything special."

Anna didn't notice it either until she was told by John Henry. The man's actions were very subtle and covered by his body movements.

"He keeps looking back twice as often and he's looking all around. He appears to be looking for something." Anna said. "That's what Summer saw."

Young Allison could tell that the man never thought to look up. Then again, it wouldn't have done him any good. He couldn't see a drone at fifty thousand feet. Nobody could. It was the whole point why they were at that altitude.

"He thinks he's been made and is looking for a tail." Young Allison said.

Anna figured as much. She didn't think the man suspected there was a drone overhead.

"Apparently…." Anna said.

Young Allison didn't want the man to elude them. She wanted one of the teams of Terminators to acquire him as soon as possible.

"We need a team on him now." Young Allison said.

Young Allison could see the teams were going to start to be reduced in size as more targets presented themselves. The operation looked like it was going somewhere now. They didn't know where. The more they learned, the less they knew.

It was clear at this point the two homeless men were more than just two homeless men. Even if they were just two homeless men, they'd obviously been set up and were being used as 'patsies' by another group. The question was, who was the other group?

Sarah and Kyle were at the back of the ship. The ship was in the open water of the ocean now. They'd left the port and breakwater behind. There was much more movement to the ship at this point. Not only did it move up and down, it also had a slight side to side motion.

They shared a private moment of closeness. They spotted John and Cameron headed in their direction.

Sarah saw them pause to give them some space. She appreciated the gesture. She finished up with Kyle. She turned toward John and Cameron and motioned with her head for them to come over.

Gail and Hanna were on opposite sides of the ship near the back. They both watched everything around them.

John and Cameron joined Sarah and Kyle.

Kyle looked back at the wake of the ship. He could see how the four screws on the rear of the ship really churned up the water and left a very visible and long wake behind them. He turned towards John and Cameron. He wanted to make sure they understood his genuine feeling of appreciation and gratitude. He normally tried to be as involved with any Resistance matters as he would be allowed. It was usually only for a recon of some type. Someone needed to do the recon. Derek and him were both more than willing to do it.

Surveillance was usually a more tedious event. Often they would set up remote surveillance. Sometimes a Terminator would sit on a location. A Terminator could remain in one spot for days at a time without any problem at all. Sometimes a recon turned into a little more, either by necessity or if somehow they were detected. They did see combat from time to time.

Where they were at right now was a completely different world to him. It was a world that was unimaginable when he was in the future. There was nothing like it that could exist in a Skynet future. He wasn't sure exactly what all was involved. He knew Cameron was behind everything that led up to where they were now.

"This is beautiful, Cameron." Kyle said. "Thank you for having us."

Cameron wanted John to have the credit. She didn't think she did much on her own. John was the one who asked to have his family come along. Young Allison was the one who was responsible for the Syndicate and the Cartel being attacked and raided by CamNet. Young Allison and Savannah also were the ones who made sure that John and her were on the next voyage of the ship. It was where they were at right now.

"Thank John; he's the one who asked others to come on board with us." Cameron said. "Young Allison and Savannah made it all happen."

They all knew it was what Cameron wanted all along. She even seemed to have nice clothes ready for them. Their closet was fully stocked with a multitude of new clothing.

Sarah had been a little surprised to find more than a few dresses that were her size waiting for her in their suite.

"I have several evening dresses in my closet that are my exact size." Sarah said. "They were there after the lifeboat drill."

Cameron did some preplanning but decided to give CamNet the credit for responding. She didn't wish to reveal how far her planning went and for whom. Some of her earlier thoughts about using a different chassis had evolved and expanded greatly from what she'd initially planned. She didn't know if she could get any of the human girls onboard and into John's bed but she did plan to use all of the Metal girls' virgin chassis with her in control of them as she shared with John.

"CamNet made sure there were semi formal clothes delivered from the shops on board." Cameron said. "Everyone has some. They don't need to wear them if they don't want to. It's just an option. There are several different types and styles available to everyone."

Kyle saw how fancy and beautiful the dresses were. He looked forward to seeing Sarah in one. He figured she would look ravishing. Sarah dressed much like the women in the future. They needed to be able to move quickly and there was no fashion or style anywhere. Everything was about survival. He was sure any female wearing a dress like the ones in their closet would be abused repeatedly by the majority of males. It didn't matter if they were in the Resistance or not.

For some reason, the image of Mrs. Weaver changing from an Irish Setter to a female wearing a white dress and high heels stuck out in his mind. It was exactly what Allison said she'd witnessed when she was about to be abused by a group of Scavengers. He still wasn't quite sure why she took that particular appearance when she could have taken any appearance. Somehow it made a bold statement. It made her distinct and stand out in more ways than one.

"I don't get to see Sarah in a dress very often." Kyle said.

Sarah hadn't worn one for years.

"Have you ever seen me in one?" Sarah asked.

Kyle didn't think he ever had.

"No." Kyle said. "The closest thing to a dress I've seen you in is a bathrobe."

Sarah smiled. She wondered how Kyle would like her in a maid's outfit. She would ask Sheila to borrow one. It would get her in a short skirt real fast. She didn't plan to wear any underwear either.

John wanted his family together at dinner. He didn't want to push it for all the meals on the ship but he wanted it to be at least one meal a day. He didn't want to make a big deal about it but he wanted the idea out there.

"Are you going to go to dinner with us?" John asked. "We're going to try the main dining room tonight."

Sarah liked the idea and wanted to give Kyle a treat at the same time. She actually thought it would be a treat for her as well. She really wanted to see what she looked like in a fancy dress. She believed her figure and looks still were a match for other females. Well, except maybe the Metal girls. They were definitely a hard act to follow when they looked Tight. She glanced over at Kyle and he didn't appear to object. She really didn't think it would have mattered if he had. What John suggested was something she wanted. It appeared it wasn't going to be a problem.

"We would like to join you for dinner tonight." Sarah said. "I want to wear one of the dresses. They look beautiful."

Kyle looked uncomfortable. He wanted to see Sarah dressed up nice. He didn't think he would look appropriate.

Cameron noticed his apprehension right away. She wanted to put his mind at ease. She wanted to make him feel comfortable. They were supposed to be on vacation. There shouldn't be any pressure.

"Kyle doesn't need to wear the suit tonight." Cameron said. "It's 'casual' tonight. You can still wear one of the dresses. I can get different colors or styles if you want. I picked what I thought you would like, even if it's not in camouflage."

Sarah, Kyle and John all looked at each other for a moment. It was clear Cameron made a joke. They all laughed.

Sarah and Kyle didn't have time to look around the ship much since they'd been on board. John told them about all the places to eat and where they were located at. He mentioned their private box in the main theater.

Sarah noticed the Metal girls in the background.

"Are they coming to dinner too?" Sarah asked.

Sarah indicated Gail and Hanna.

Cameron knew it was a problem. She was afraid it was bound to attract unnecessary attention to their group.

"No." Cameron said. "It's bad enough with just me not eating much. I don't want more of us doing the same thing."

John felt he needed to offer a specific explanation. He figured it would be more than just the dining room staff that might notice. He remembered the older couple at lunch time.

"There were some people that watched Cameron at lunch time." John said. "They paid too much attention to her."

Cameron frowned at the thought of the whole episode. It still bothered her. She wasn't sure why she was targeted. She'd never seen the older couple before.

"They may have some other issue with me." Cameron said. "I don't know what it was or is. I'll take care of it."

Sarah made a joke about it.

"No terminations I hope." Sarah said.

Cameron thought the actions of the older couple would determine their fate, not her. She would merely carry out the sentence that they gave themselves.

"Not yet." Cameron said.

Sarah saw Cameron was dead serious. She decided to drop the issue. She knew when to back off when it came to Cameron.

Kyle checked the time. He didn't know how long it would take Sarah and him to get ready. He didn't want to get into a jam.

"When's dinner?" Kyle asked. "We need to make sure we have enough time to get ready."

Cameron tilted her head slightly. She didn't think it would be a problem. It wouldn't be a problem for her anyway.

"Dinner is in fifty seven minutes." Cameron said. "Fifty six minutes."

Sarah looked at Kyle. She wanted to get started.

"I need to get ready." Sarah said. "I'm not used to doing this."

Cameron still didn't see it as a problem. She could fix Sarah up in no time. Maybe she could have one of the Metal girls assist her.

"I'll help you." Cameron said. "I'll get ready as well."

Sarah was glad to hear that. She could use the help.

"OK. Thank you." Sarah said as she looked over at Kyle. "Give us some privacy. I need to speak with Cameron."

Cameron and Sarah started to walk away.

Kyle didn't think his wardrobe would be a problem tonight.

"I just need to change my pants and shirt." Kyle said. "I'm done in three minutes tops."

Sarah looked back over her shoulder.

"I'll put them in the spare bedroom." Sarah said.

Kyle and John watched them walk away.

"That gives us a good half hour to kill." Kyle said. "What can we do?"

John knew where to take Kyle.

"Follow me." John said. "I know just the place."

Kyle wondered if they were going to the casino. He hadn't been in one in a long time. He'd only visited a couple of them since he returned to the past. He really didn't care for them. There were too many people. There was too much noise. He didn't like to watch his money disappear.

"Where are we going?" Kyle asked.

John headed for a staircase.

"We're going to the buffet. It is one deck below us, down those stairs." John said.

It seemed strange to Kyle. It was almost dinner time.

"But we're going to dinner in less than an hour." Kyle said.

John smiled at Kyle.

"I know." John said. "It will get us warmed up. They had all kinds of things for lunch. I bet they have even more for dinner."

Kyle was excited about the new adventure. He'd been to buffets before. They usually had a good selection. John told him it was good so he wanted to find out for himself.

"I'm in." Kyle said.

Holly was in the front of the ship up above Derek and Riley.

She received a call from Cameron. She asked her if it looked like Derek and Riley were going to go to dinner in fifty three minutes. Cameron told her that Sarah and Kyle would join them in the main dining room for dinner.

Holly said she would casually mention it and call her back if they weren't going to go.

Cameron said it was fine but they would also need to get ready. It might take Riley some extra time. She suggested Riley might need assistance.

Holly moved down a deck to where Derek and Riley were at. Most of the other passengers headed back down to the party as it was getting a little brisk with the cool sea breeze.

"I just wanted to remind you dinner was in fifty minutes. The dress code is casual." Holly said. "Sarah and Kyle are joining Cameron and John. There's room for all of you at the table."

Riley looked at the dresses that were in her closet earlier. She wasn't sure when they were for her to wear. It seemed like an opportunity just presented itself.

"Can I wear one of the nice dresses that's in my closet?" Riley asked. "There are a few of them."

Holly thought Riley would look beautiful in a nice dress.

"Sure you can." Holly said. "Cameron said she picked them out for you."

Derek couldn't help but look at Holly's shapely figure and giant breasts.

"Are you going, Holly?" Derek asked.

Holly noticed Derek check her out but didn't act like she'd noticed. She really didn't want to get into the full explanation as to why not. She decided to keep it simple.

"No." Holly said.

Riley looked at Derek and then at Holly. She'd noticed Derek check Holly out. She really couldn't blame him, she'd done the same thing. She wouldn't mind spending some close up time with Holly.

"I'm not very good at getting dressed up." Riley said. "Could you or one of the other Metal girls help me get ready? I know you're all really good at it. You all always look so beautiful."

Holly smiled at Riley. She liked the compliment. Cameron asked her to assist Riley if she wanted the help.

"I can help you with your dress and makeup if you want." Holly said. "You're already beautiful, I can help you look even more beautiful."

Riley was thrilled about the dinner and with Holly helping her. She couldn't really contain her excitement. She hoped to have Holly see her naked. She could see Derek didn't look too thrilled. He might not want to do it. She decided to ask him nicely.

"Will you! Thank you." Riley said. "Can we do it, Derek?"

Holly could see Derek looked uncomfortable. She wanted to remind him he didn't need to do anything fancy.

"You only need to wear your pants and shirt. It's casual for the dress code tonight." Holly said. "The suit is optional and not required."

Derek was more than a little relieved to hear that. He looked at Riley. Her eyes were wide with anticipation. He could see it was really something she wanted to do. He liked to see her happy. He'd missed the smile on her face for so long. It was beaming right now.

"I don't get to see Riley much in a dress." Derek said.

The smile on Riley's face grew broader.

"Please, Derek." Riley said.

Derek didn't want to rain on her parade. How could he say 'no' to a smile like that?

"We're in." Derek said. "I want Riley to have a good time."

Riley was very excited. She planned to give Derek a treat later on. She didn't know what yet but she would do whatever he wanted her to do. If he wanted to do something else she didn't normally care for, she would allow him to do it anyway.

"Thanks, Derek." Riley said. "I really appreciate this. It's not something that I'm ever able to do. I don't get out much."

Riley gave Derek a quick kiss. She grabbed Holly's hand and led her away.

Derek felt a little guilty when Riley reminded him she didn't get out much. They were out now, so they should make the most of it.

Riley was very excited Holly was going to assist her. She was actually a little embarrassed about her lack of knowledge as far as fixing herself up.

"Thank you, Holly." Riley said. "I'm going to need your help. I'm not good at girl things at all."

Holly remembered back to when Riley wanted to start a sexual relationship with her. She'd held out for Allison at the time. She was very open to assisting Riley at this point in her existence. She'd learned that each girl, whether Metal or human, all could offer something different, even if what was offered was the same. She quickly found out that the only thing that was the same, was if the DNA was the same. Everything else was very distinct and different.

"I'll help you with whatever you want." Holly said.

Holly looked back to make sure Derek followed them, he was. She also couldn't help but wonder a little bit about Holly's statement. Maybe a little more could happen at this point in time. She really wanted to be with a female again. She didn't think it should be a problem. It wasn't like she could get pregnant or anything from another female.

Vanna looked around. She went and checked on Precious again. Precious was still asleep. She was all alone and there was nothing to do right now. She felt she needed to do something.

Normally she would either go to work on something in the lab or seek out one of the other girls. It didn't really matter which one it was. They were all good. Some of them were just better.

Vanna went to clean the kitchen area. It was little more than a sink, a small oven with a stove and a refrigerator. She cleaned and straightened everything up. It was all already in order so it didn't take long.

She checked on Precious and she was still sleeping.

Vanna then went and cleaned and straightened the small living room and dining area.

She went to check on Precious again after that. She changed her and held her for a while. She tried to feed her again but she wasn't hungry.

Even though Vanna wanted to take care of Precious, there wasn't much for her to do.

Vanna tried to softly sing to her. She wasn't much of a singer. Precious looked at her when she tried to sing. She knew that Jesse sang softly to Precious sometimes.

Vanna tried to put Precious down, she looked like she was about to cry so she continued to hold her.

After another half hour she was able to feed her again. She changed her and put her down for another nap.

Vanna cleaned the bedroom. She then went into Precious room and cleaned it while she slept. She started to feel bored. There was little for her to do other than what she normally did when she nursed Precious for Riley. She basically sent everyone away so she could deal with Precious by herself. At this point she realized it was a mistake.

She went to their computer and tried to work on some things she was doing in the lab. It just wasn't the same.

Vanna checked the time. Riley only left five hours ago. She still needed to do this for almost two more days.

Maybe she should call Allison. They could be with each other to break the boredom. Maybe a little 'bell ringing' was just the thing she needed. She figured once they got started, as she was about to make it, Precious would cry or stir in her room. She was more than willing to give up a finish to make sure that everything was fine with Precious. She thought maybe she would need to warn anyone that she was with that Precious came first. She smiled to herself at the play on words.

Allison lay back and closed her eyes. Jesse 'rang her bell' a few times before they made love to each other and Jesse sent her to heaven again.

She looked over at Jesse who had a big smile on her face.

Allison wondered if she'd delivered. She didn't think so.

"Did I really get you there?" Allison asked.

Jesse was pleased with the end result.

"I was able to make it." Jesse said.

Allison saw that Jesse actually needed to finish herself off. It left her with an empty feeling.

"You needed to help yourself." Allison said. "I'm sorry."

Jesse didn't think it was a big deal. She would step in at any point with anyone at times to give herself a little extra mileage on a finish. Allison got her most of the way there. It didn't take long for her to finish. It was clear that Allison was distracted. She knew what the problem was.

"You're uptight." Jesse said. "You're worried about Vanna."

Allison felt bad she didn't deliver completely. Jesse sent her to heaven several times already. It was beautiful and fulfilling too. Her mind kept drifting back to Vanna. She really wanted to stay with Vanna and Precious earlier.

"I am worried." Allison said. "I still should have been able to do better for you."

Jesse liked having Allison to herself. She didn't think it was a problem.

"All the Metal girls are out." Jesse said. "We have each other."

Allison was aware how popular her mother was. She knew the reason why. She didn't really want to talk about it but it sort of slipped out anyway.

"I think my mother's a better lover than me." Allison said.

Jesse knew that to be true. All the girls did. There was still something special and unique with every female.

"Everyone has something different to offer." Jesse said. "I enjoy sharing with you. You know that."

Allison only seemed to have her body to share.

"What do I have to offer?" Allison asked.

Jesse thought the answer was obvious.

"You have yourself to offer." Jesse said.

Allison didn't think it was much.

"We all have that." Allison said.

Jesse wanted to stress that everyone was different.

"That was my point." Jesse said. "Everyone is special in their own way."

Jesse felt she was able to offer something to everyone. Everyone was able to offer something back. As long as everyone was a willing participant and the sharing was mutual, she didn't see a problem with it. She couldn't help but think about some of the things that she'd done in the future. When she ran with a bad crowd, she always tried to visit any female that was captured and abused. It was always exciting for her to be with a new female. She didn't want to think about some of the other things that she'd done to a few of them. That was then, this is now. Life moved forwards not backwards.

Claire spent a long time working with Jan. She could see Jan needed to take her mind off of her parents leaving. She was able to do that for her. She thought that Jan looked a little tired. She didn't want to push things too far.

"Is that enough practice for today?" Claire asked.

Jan was very pleased that Claire could show her things that her parents couldn't. Sometimes Savannah spent time with her but Savannah was busy most of the time now doing other things.

"Yes, thank you." Jan said. "I learned a lot today. I want to be as good as Summer."

Claire looked around. She hadn't seen Summer for a while.

"Do you know where Summer went?" Claire asked.

Jan wasn't sure where Summer was at. She did know Summer liked to spend time with Precious.

"Maybe she went to see the baby." Jan said. "We're going to have a sleepover for the next two days."

Claire knew there were a lot of things around the base that could draw the attention of a curious mind. Not all of them were good things and some of them were dangerous. She didn't think Summer would get into any trouble or create any mischief. Summer was a very well behaved child. She needed to remind herself that Summer wasn't so little anymore. She was well on her way to being a teenager. It only took a look at Jan to remind her of that.

"Let's go find her." Claire said. "I hope she isn't where she shouldn't be."

Jan thought Summer was perfect.

"I would strongly doubt that. Summer never causes any trouble." Jan said. "I wish I was as good as she is. I wish I knew half of the things that she did."

Claire did know that Summer was never a problem. Maybe she went off to study.

"I'll ask John Henry where she is, he knows everything." Claire said.

Have You Ever

There's always 'what if'
Is that any way to live
It's the path to nowhere
It's life through a sieve

When it all first started
Things were grand and bold
It didn't take very long
For things to grow old

It soon came down to choices
Most of them were bad
At the time they seemed right
The glad soon turned to sad

Who is the one to blame
It must be someone's fault
What's there right now
Is the final result

The ship has sunk
You were always so clever
Try to remember what once was
Have you ever

Nobody
