Chapter 1205
Complete Update
Cameron wanted to give John a surprise and something to think about. She laid down a set of rules and got things 'started up'. She soon was on top.
Events progressed rapidly.
John was along for the ride. He finished quickly. He was under the impression Cameron was in Sheila's chassis.
It pleased Cameron. She smiled and moved next to him. He fell asleep quickly. She still hadn't allowed him to 'touch' her. It was all part of her little ruse to make him think about things. Maybe some of what happened was more thought than the actual physical aspect. She wasn't sure what he thought because of the way she'd joked around with him earlier. She'd tried to pass herself off as being in Sheila's chassis in the dark. She thought she'd pulled it off. She would probably find out later if she had or hadn't.
Once John was asleep again, she decided to head into the Control Center for a complete update. She picked up her clothes and started to dress as she walked.
She went to the pass door and entered the Control Center.
Jim was a little surprised to see Cameron was only partially dressed.
"What's happening?" Cameron asked.
Jim tried not to look as Cameron finished dressing.
CamNet kept the current operation with Steve and Tom clandestine.
"Nothing of any relevance has happened." Jim said.
Cameron was glad to hear it. It was the past events on the ship she wanted a complete update on.
"Let me see all the footage from earlier." Cameron said.
Jim already knew what she wanted to see.
"Do you want to plug in?" Jim asked.
Jim figured it was the best and quickest way for her to go over everything.
Cameron wanted to wait on plugging in at this time.
"Maybe later I will." Cameron said. "Let me watch video footage for now."
She watched everything that happened to Sheila from the moment there was any video of what occurred after she'd proposed using Sheila's chassis.
Cameron didn't intend for Sheila to have such an adverse reaction. She studied it now to see what triggered Sheila to become 'Jesse' at one point. She hoped it would help prevent her from becoming 'Allison' when one of those episodes occurred. She was unable to see when it happened to Sheila. It was a seamless transition. No wonder she could never tell it was about to happen to her. It just happened on its own.
She received something else she didn't ask for. There was audio from the Metal girls too. It was from their coms.
What disturbed her most, was all of the girls said if she 'used' their chassis like she'd originally intended, they would choose not to be reactivated. It was clear they were all a long way from being under the thumb of Skynet. Their chassis, sheath and appearance mattered to all of them, just like they did to her.
Cameron realized now if she ever did 'use' another chassis for sex, it would need to be on a female Terminator recently captured or one she'd Resequenced and hadn't been activated yet. She did have several of those. If she did it, she would have to make sure it was in total darkness for a few of them. She thought he might be able to identify one of them in the darkness. She wasn't so sure about the others. She doubted John would be pleased at who she 'was' for some of them. Then again, maybe he would be.
She still wanted to try a different chassis and sheath at least once. How else could she know what was 'different'? Maybe nothing was. Maybe everything was. It could be John's response to the sheath too that would make a difference. She still wanted to find out. Sheila was still her best choice. Sheila said she would share her 'first experience' with her. She wanted a real 'first experience'. She was sure she could get Sheila to 'ask' her. It would take some skill and finesse. It was a challenge.
Cameron decided to plug in and review everything in detail.
Once she was plugged in, she could communicate directly with John Henry and CamNet. She wanted all the updates from them as well.
The 'activity' that occurred at the Resistance base was very enlightening and entertaining. Because she was plugged in, it allowed her to watch the girls in the small theater perform at the same time as she did other things.
She asked CamNet for the footage from the Young residence and bunker. She was very upset by the specific trauma she'd caused Young Allison. Seeing how it bothered Young Allison made her content she'd listened to her and reconsidered. It was the approach she needed to change, not the goal. Maybe some added incentives would do the trick. She was still sure she could pull it off.
The episode with Sheila on the balcony railing wearing only her high heels and jewelry was very troubling. It was her fault. If Sheila would have fallen overboard, it would have been on her. She was sure the Metal girls would have held it against her. She imagined Savannah and Young Allison would have as well.
Maybe that was her biggest fear. It wasn't about what could have happened. It was about how she would have been viewed by the ones she cared about. Maybe she only did care about herself. It wasn't a pleasant thought either. Maybe she was as shallow as she thought at times.
It made her wonder what would have happened to Sheila at that point. Would she have plunged to the bottom or been ground up in the propellers? Would her power cell have ruptured if she was? What would have been the damage? Could the ship have sunk?
Maybe Sheila would still have thought she was Jesse and 'drowned' as she went down. She could have entered into 'Sleeping Beauty' mode like she was in when she'd reactivated her. If it would have happened on the bottom of the ocean floor, what would they have done? They would have needed to launch some type of recovery effort. She decided she would have procured a small research submarine and would have gone to look for her on the ocean floor. If someone didn't want her to use it, she figured she could be very persuasive and change their mind.
It was all very disturbing to her.
Cameron continued her review.
Steve and Tom took the enemy team under observation.
The drone on wide recon picked up a potential threat.
There was a vehicle that appeared to be headed straight towards the target location.
Steve was a little worried about their position. They didn't know what path the new vehicle would take when it arrived.
"I think we need to fall back a block." Steve said.
It seemed like a good idea to Tom.
"Maybe we should make it two blocks." Tom said. "We may need a drone strike otherwise."
Steve immediately moved the vehicle two blocks over. There was one drone over the target location and one drone over them. The third drone stayed on recon as it trailed the new threat.
The two men covered Jasper from behind the wall of the property next to the target location.
Jasper currently looked in the corner of the window of the office area of the target location. He couldn't spot anything. It was completely dark. He produced a small flashlight and shined it into the interior. All he could see were a few desks and old file cabinets. He produced a set of lock picks and began to work on the lock of the office door.
The two men on the other side of the fence could see what he was up to.
"What's he doing?" The first man asked.
"I think it's exactly what it looks like." The second man said.
"Are we supposed to join him and go in together?" The first man asked.
"He didn't say anything about it when we were in the car." The second man said. "I'm fine where we're at."
The first man knocked his fingers against the side of the magazine on his rifle. It made a dull metallic thud noise. He attempted to get the attention of Jasper.
Jasper looked over at them with an angry look. He indicated he wanted them to remain where they were at.
"That clown is out of his mind." The first man said.
"Sometimes I think we all are." The second man said.
Jasper managed to open the lock on the office door. He carefully opened it an inch. No alarm sounded. He was ready to bolt at any second. He opened the door six more inches.
"I can't believe this." The first man said.
"I'm glad we have a block wall between us and the building." The second man said.
"Let's hope we don't need it." The first man said. "Stay sharp."
Jasper took one more look back at the other two men. He was glad to leave them behind. He'd looked over their injuries and they weren't very severe. They both made it sound like they were attacked by a pack of wolves.
He briefly looked around the office area with his small flashlight. He didn't see anything of value. He was a little surprised the door wasn't wired with a bomb or an alarm. He carefully opened the door from the office area into the workroom floor.
He shined his light over a large open empty area. He figured it was where vehicles were normally parked. There were none in the building. He turned his attention to the other side of the interior. He paused and listened for a moment. He didn't hear any sound whatsoever. Usually if there were more than one individual, he would hear some type of snoring noise. There was nothing.
Jasper checked the office area one more time to make sure no one followed him in. It was clear. He moved to the other side of the building and spotted the kitchen area. He located the sleeping area. It was empty. He checked the two bathrooms. They were both empty. He quickly moved around the entire interior of the building. He was unable to locate anyone. He was sure if anyone was hiding, they most likely would have taken a shot at him by now.
He located the computers. He tried to turn them on but nothing happened. He wasn't sure if there was some type of fail safe he hadn't noticed. Since everything was still hooked up, it hadn't occurred to him yet the hard drives might not be in the computers.
Seconds ago:
The two men on the other side of the fence heard some noise between the two buildings which were located in front of the target building.
"Someone's here." The first man said.
"We'd better blow." The second man said.
"What about Jasper?" The first man asked.
"As far as we know he's already down." The second man said.
"We don't know that." The first man said.
"Let's go now while we still can." The second man said. "I want to stop at the property where the dog attacked us. I'm going to kill it."
"Let's see what happens here first." The first man said.
"I'll tell you what's going to happen." The second man said. "If Jasper's not already smoked, he's going to be."
Jasper thought he heard something outside. He was closest to the roll up door. He moved over to it and listened. He'd tried to open the door from the outside earlier so he didn't take a look at it when he stood next to it inside. He'd missed the fact the locking bolt on one side of it was sheared off.
A minute ago:
Steve and Tom watched as the unknown vehicle approached the target location. It stopped half of a block down from the two buildings it would need to turn between to approach the target location.
They expected someone to get out and approached the location on foot. Nothing happened. The vehicle instead crept forward slowly. It was blacked out. It made the turn to go between the two buildings and moved even slower.
"They seem to have the location." Tom said.
Steve noticed they hadn't driven around the block.
"I think someone is looking for something and they don't know what it is." Steve said.
Tom thought the answer was clear.
"They're looking for trouble." Tom said.
Steve checked the drone images for any additional threats.
"It looks like they came to the right place." Steve said.
The Metal girls finished their eighth song.
Sarah and Bob both clapped.
The girls discussed their next song.
"'Flip Flop and Fly' by 'Bill Haley', is our next number." Ally said.
Sarah and Bob were both ready. Each song seemed better than the previous one.
The girls were fantastic.
It made Sarah wonder what else Terminators could do on a creative effort like this. Right now they copied what they'd heard. Could they create something on their own? She was aware that Cameron was able to learn different types of dances on her own. She may view them a few times to see how they were done but she could expand upon them and improvise flawlessly. She was pretty sure the Metal girls would be able to do the same with the instruments if they tried. It was something she might suggest when the time was appropriate. She didn't want to take anything away from their current ability.
Cammy carried Claire back to her room. She avoided going by John Henry. She figured he would watch them anyway. He'd become quite the 'Peeping Tom'. It seems to be even more so recently. She didn't mind, but she didn't want him to be too forward with Claire. She'd noticed the way Claire looked at the male Terminators. It was clear what Claire wanted to try. She wanted to know if a male Terminator could deliver and get her there.
She knew Cameron wanted Claire for John. It was fine with her. The more 'obstacles' Cameron put up between John and Savannah was a blessing in disguise. The longer Savannah wasn't an active participating part of the 'Natural Order', the better it was for her. If anything, she would try to assist the union of Claire and John whenever possible. She figured it would also put quite a bit of space between Young Allison and John at that point as well. Hopefully it would be a further deterrent for Savannah too.
She could tell Claire was both sleepy and tired as she carried her. She scanned Claire as she held her. She entered Claire's room. Jesse was asleep and Claire was almost asleep.
Cammy carefully set Claire down and made sure both Jesse and Claire were covered. They would need to get up in a few hours. Cam or her would need to accompany John Henry on the flight to Ensenada to make sure everything went smoothly. She would make sure two male Terminators went along as well. It would give them good coverage if anything went wrong.
She went through the pass door to check on Summer and Jan. She became alarmed. Both of the girl's beds were empty.
Anna watched the girls perform on the ship. She delayed checking on Young Allison again. Now Cameron was in the system.
Cameron made her give a complete report of everything that happened down to the smallest detail. She wasn't exactly sure what it had to do with anything on her end.
"I want you to make sure this isn't a problem that reoccurs." Cameron said.
Anna was frustrated by Cameron's statement. She didn't see it as anything she was responsible for. She felt she needed to point it out.
"I'm not the one who created it." Anna said.
Cameron blew her off.
"Nevertheless, you'll be the one who makes sure it's fixed." Cameron said.
Cameron's answer was very troubling to Anna. It was like Cameron didn't get it.
Anna felt the problem needed to be dealt with at its source.
Cameron questioned Anna further on everything.
John Henry was pleased with all of the evening's events.
The best part of it, other than seeing all the naked activity, was the girl's performance on the ship.
He was able to have one of the video cameras on the ship capture high quality video of everything. It was set up in the small control booth for the rear theater. Bob must have set it up. It was probably done at Cameron's request.
He waited for Cam to exit Riley's room after she carried Vanna inside but she didn't emerge.
Now he waited for Cammy to exit from Claire's room.
Cammy exited out of Summer's room with a look of concern on her face. She was headed straight for the Command Center.
He became immediately concerned. He could see Cammy was highly agitated.
Cammy looked around frantically as she headed in his direction.
It further confirmed his suspicion something was amiss.
Cammy burst into the Command Center seconds later.
"Where are Jan and Summer at?" Cammy asked.
John Henry didn't have a clue. His files indicated they were still in their room. There was no record they'd left.
"They should be in their room." John Henry said.
It wasn't the news Cammy wanted to hear.
"They're not." Cammy said. "They're not in Claire's room either."
John Henry checked everything two more times.
"I have no record of them leaving the room." John Henry said. "I've triple checked."
Cammy considered hitting the 'panic button'. There were so few people there, she didn't see the point.
She began to wonder if maybe a time bubble appeared and the girls entered it. Were they captured by someone? Did someone from the future want Summer? What if Summer was really River and her brother or someone from the future retrieved her? What future were they in now? They could be in the future or the past. She needed some facts before she drove herself crazy.
"Was there any temporal activity indicated?" Cammy asked.
John Henry checked several times and in different ways.
"No." John Henry said.
Cammy wanted some answers fast from CamNet.
"Ask CamNet where they are." Cammy said. "If she wants me to bring Savannah to see her tomorrow she'd better come clean."
A view of the commissary showed up on a screen.
Jan and Summer were up to get a 'midnight snack'. In their case it was actually some food to eat.
Cammy didn't understand how they were there and undetected.
"How is there no record of them going there?" Cammy asked.
John Henry wondered how inattentive he'd become. He checked his files again. There was no record of the girl's movement there. It left only one option. CamNet needed to be involved.
"I don't know." John Henry said. "Only CamNet could do that."
Cammy looked upset.
"I'll get back to you." Cammy said as she left.
John Henry figured he was going to have some explaining to do if things got away from him. He began to wonder if these were some of the things Cameron experienced. If they were, hers were ten times worse than his. How did Cameron even function at times he wondered? She needed to carry a lot of baggage.
The Metal girls finished their ninth song.
Sarah and Bob both clapped.
The girls discussed their next song.
"'Good Rockin Tonight' by 'Ricky Nelson', is our next number." Ally said.
Sarah and Bob waited in anticipation.
The girls were great.
Earlier:
Samantha quickly checked on Precious. She heard Cammy leave with Claire.
Allison sat up in bed. She touched the bed next to her.
"Vanna?" Allison asked.
Samantha didn't want to alarm Allison.
"It's me, Samantha." Samantha said. "Everything is fine."
Allison looked around in the darkness.
"Where's Vanna?" Allison asked.
Samantha would try to skip the part about Claire being there and what almost happened with Claire and her.
There was some noise from Precious.
Samantha quickly moved to the crib.
"Vanna stepped out with Cam for a little bit." Samantha said. "I have everything covered. Hang on for a few seconds. I need to do something real quick."
Samantha changed Precious and she was soon back asleep.
Samantha felt Allison's hand touch her. It touched her left breast and went down her side over her rear end to her left leg.
"You're naked?" Allison asked.
Samantha felt a rush of excitement as Allison touched her.
"Yes." Samantha said.
Allison just checked.
"I can tell." Allison said. "Your skin, I mean your sheath is so smooth and beautiful."
Samantha wanted to give her a better explanation other than that she was just with her mother a few minutes ago.
"I thought about joining you when Cam left with Vanna. I didn't want to wake you. You looked so peaceful sleeping." Samantha said. "You're even beautiful when you're asleep."
Allison liked to hear that. She always thought she looked awful when she woke up.
"I am?" Allison asked.
Samantha spent as much time looking at Allison as she did Precious when she wasn't in standby.
"Yes." Samantha said.
Allison wanted to make an offer.
"I'm naked too." Allison said. "I'm also awake now."
Allison lay back down on the bed and moved the sheet down. It was a silent invite for Samantha.
Samantha lay down next to Allison.
Allison kissed her and touched her.
It was time to get down to business.
Allison rotated around and made a move on Samantha.
It was even better than Samantha hoped for. It was exactly what she'd done with Claire only a few minutes ago.
Both girls were excited and 'dug in'.
Samantha ran her calculations and comparisons. There was no doubt about it. Claire was a better lover for giving love and receiving love. She was glad she was able to try the 'mother-daughter' thing she'd heard about, even if it wasn't at the same time. A few minutes apart was 'close enough'.
Allison felt Samantha intensify her efforts after the first few seconds. It was a very focused and directed intensity. She knew where she was headed fast. It was good. It's where she wanted to go. The route there could vary, but the destination was always the same. The future and all of its ills, was far from her mind.
Savannah was tired out. Being with two Metal girls earlier and then with Cam and Vanna really wore her out.
She enjoyed being with Vanna. It was really being with 'herself' to her. It was actually quite exciting for her. She felt Vanna was a little reserved at first but she loosed up about half way through and went all out. It made it even more exciting. They both knew what they wanted and liked. There were things she'd wanted to try on herself but couldn't. Each girl indicated what it was they wanted and the other one delivered.
Savannah quickly showered and went back to bed. She was tired and expected a long day tomorrow. Hopefully it wouldn't be as violent as it was earlier for her.
She glanced over at the clock and saw it would be time to get up soon. She wondered where all the time went. It seemed the extra time she needed for the day always seemed to come out of her sleep.
There were so many things to do.
She needed to take some time for pleasure too. She felt she'd earned the time.
Cam carried Vanna back to Riley's room.
She hesitated at the door.
Vanna picked up right away something was different. She hoped it wasn't Precious. She was worried she'd been away for too long.
"Is something wrong?" Vanna asked. "Is Precious OK?"
Cam decided to give it to her straight.
"Allison is busy." Cam said.
Vanna wondered who it was.
"Is she with Cammy?" Vanna asked.
Cam didn't see any reason to dance around the issue.
"It's Samantha." Cam said.
Vanna didn't like to interrupt. Few things were worse than a ruined finish. It was always unpleasant for her to be almost there and then things just stop. She didn't want to be the cause of it. They could wait next door.
"I think Precious is going to need me soon." Vanna said. "We can wait in the nursery."
Cam thought Vanna would want to interact with them.
"Do you wish to join them?" Cam asked.
Vanna didn't want to intrude. She wanted to let Cam know her position and why.
"I think I'll leave them alone." Vanna said. "It's sort of like barging in if I show up all of a sudden. I might spoil a finish for one of them. It's always frustrating to be right at the edge and 'lose it'. We can't quickly replay a file to 'make it'. We need to start over."
Cam opened the door to the nursery. She wanted to give Vanna a little reassurance.
"I'll listen for Precious." Cam said.
Vanna thought about being with Cam again but just didn't feel like it.
"Thanks, I'm beat." Vanna said.
Vanna lay down on the bed and was asleep in less than a minute.
Cam figured she could move into Riley's room to be closer to Precious. She decided to listen for a few minutes before she entered. It sounded like things were about finished.
A few minutes later Samantha opened the door to the nursery.
"Allison is asleep." Samantha said.
Cam looked back at Vanna.
"We're not." Cam said.
The two naked Metal girls both looked at each other.
Samantha came up with an idea.
"Bring Vanna in and place her next to Allison. We can use this room." Samantha said.
Cam wanted to share with Samantha.
"It'll only take a minute." Cam said.
Cam carried Vanna in and laid her down next to Allison. She pulled the sheet up for both of them.
Samantha was with her. She checked on Precious again.
Cam headed back to the nursery. Samantha followed her.
Cammy moved up carefully to the commissary. She wanted to see what the girls were up to.
Jan talked softly and the refrigerator door was open. She figured Summer must be getting something out of the refrigerator.
Cammy was going to surprise them. It looked like she caught them unaware.
Jan quickly moved behind the refrigerator door out of sight.
"Zap!"
Cammy spun around and Summer was there holding her Taser.
"Hi, Cammy." Summer said.
Jan emerged from behind the refrigerator door with her Taser.
Cammy was aware the girls ambushed her. They could have taken her down. It reminded her of a similar incident with Young Allison at the park. Young Allison and Savannah were able to get the drop on Cameron and her.
"You got me good." Cammy said. "You girls need to finish up and get back to bed. You need to start out early tomorrow."
Jan was awakened from a noisy room next door.
"Sure, Cammy." Jan said. "It was noisy in Claire's room earlier."
Cammy knew it was Jesse and her.
"It was?" Cammy asked.
Summer didn't think it was a big deal. It was certainly nothing new. She knew exactly who they were without having to see them.
"It's noisy a lot from mom's room." Summer said. "Jan isn't used to it."
Cammy didn't want to linger.
"Promise me you will finish up here soon and then go back to sleep." Cammy said.
"I promise, Cammy." Jan and Summer both said.
Cammy headed for Riley's room. She hoped they would brush their teeth before they did. Personal hygiene was important.
The Metal girls finished their tenth song.
Sarah and Bob both clapped.
The girls discussed their next song.
"'Tear It Up' by 'Johnny Burnette', is our next number." Ally said.
Sarah and Bob were able to enjoy another tune.
The girls were outstanding.
Sarah looked at the clock up on the wall in the hallway outside.
Bob noticed Sarah look.
"It's late." Bob said.
Sarah told him her concern.
"I need to get up for a sunrise breakfast on our balcony." Sarah said.
Bob thought Sarah looked sleepy.
"You look tired. You need to get back to bed. Sunrise is only in a few hours." Bob said.
Sarah waited until the girls finished and excused herself.
She thought about taking the stairs but decided to ride the elevator instead. She didn't want to get her heart rate up any higher than it already was. She hoped to squeeze in a few more hours of sleep, unless Kyle was ready to 'go' again.
As she approached the elevator, the door opened. She looked around and no one else was around her. As soon as she got in she saw the button for her floor was already lit up. The door closed and the elevator started upward. She wasn't sure if Jim was involved or not. It was clear someone was.
When the elevator reached her floor, the door opened. She paused for a moment and checked in both directions before she stepped out and headed towards the private area.
Jim opened the door to the private area as she approached.
Sarah held up something to show Jim.
"This time I have my card key." Sarah said with a smile.
Jim thought about the earlier encounter.
"It's good to have but I'm always here." Jim said. "Well, someone will be."
Sarah wanted to make sure Kyle was able to see the sunrise.
"I need you to make sure I get up before sunrise and that our 'room service' food is here before then." Sarah said. "If we aren't 'busy' you can come in. You've seen us naked before. It's no big deal."
Jim got a pretty good look at Sarah earlier in her loosely closed bathrobe.
"I'll make sure everything is ready and waiting." Jim said.
Sarah wanted to make sure everyone was up.
"John and Cameron and Derek and Riley all want to do the same thing." Sarah said.
Jim planned to have the food carts delivered and the food served. He thought of a way to expedite the service.
"I'll have the girls assist me." Jim said. "There will be two of us for each room."
Sarah didn't want them to over do it.
"I hate to inconvenience anyone." Sarah said.
Jim felt they all liked to assist rather than do nothing.
"There's not a whole lot for them to do on board the ship." Jim said. "They don't sleep. They would rather do something other than go into standby."
Sarah was sure they would think of a few things they could do with each other to pass the time.
"Thanks, Jim, you're the greatest." Sarah said.
Sarah entered her suite and checked on Kyle. He was fast asleep. She stripped off her clothes and crawled into bed. She was ready for action if Kyle woke up. She thought she might nudge him a little so he did. It never took her very long to be ready.
Cammy left the commissary behind. She looked in on Savannah and she was asleep.
She headed for Riley's room. As she neared the nursery, she could tell it was being used.
Cammy entered Riley's room and checked on Precious. Precious, Vanna and Allison were all fast asleep.
Cammy left and went to the pass door that led into the nursery.
"Come in." Cam said.
Samantha was thrilled Cammy was there.
"We've been waiting for you." Samantha said.
Cammy hoped that John Henry made sure Summer and Jan got back to bed soon. It looked like she was going to be busy for a while. It was a very productive night for her and Sheila wasn't even there. Maybe it was a good thing. Things tended to get wild when she was.
The two men watched the vehicle move slowly between the two buildings. They knew trouble when they saw it.
"We should go." The second man said.
"We need to see what happens first." The first man said.
The vehicle continued to roll slowly forward towards the target structure.
It came to a halt about a hundred feet in front of the roll up door. It sat there for about a minute before the two front doors opened and two men got out.
"Is this the place?"
"It is from the information we were given."
"We weren't given much information."
"They told us to check it out."
"Well, we checked it out."
"We actually haven't checked anything yet."
"Lead the way."
"What else is new?"
The two men approach the building. One of them tried the roll up door while the other one moved to the office door.
"The big door is locked."
"So is the office."
The two men looked all around them. They looked at the property on each side.
"Hey, did you see that?"
"See what?"
"I thought I saw some movement by the fence."
"It was probably just a bird."
"Birds aren't out this late at night."
"Maybe it was an owl, they are."
A few moments ago:
Jasper heard the car stop outside the roll up door. It seemed secure enough to him when he'd checked earlier. It was made of metal. He quickly moved to the office area. He figured it would be the weak point. If someone were going to come in, it was where they would do it.
He could hear someone try the roll up door and someone else try the office door. It didn't appear they had keys, then again, he didn't either. He was inside now. They may be inside soon too.
From the sound of it, it only appeared there were two individuals. It didn't mean there might not be a backup force for them or others on the way. He could try to surprise them and shoot both of them when he exited from the building. The other two members on his team should back him up.
His other choice was to hide. He'd only briefly looked around. He didn't know where the best hiding places were.
Moments ago:
The two men on the other side of the fence watched the newcomers check the building and discuss what to do.
"We can pop both of those guys and Jasper can get out." The first man said.
"It's dark out." The second man said. "What if we miss? They'll probably shoot back at us."
The second man changed his position to try to get a better look.
"Stay down, stupid." The first man said. "They're going to see you. We'll get shot before we can shoot them."
It sounded like one of the newcomers may have spotted some movement from them.
"We're screwed, man." The second man said. "We should have booked earlier."
Jasper moved up to the window of the office area. He could see the newcomers seemed distracted. They looked over in the direction where the rest of his team should be at. He figured one of the morons had been spotted.
He looked at the newcomers' vehicle and didn't see anyone else in it. It was time to make a choice.
Steve and Tom watched everything go down from the drone footage.
"I think one group is going to kill the other group." Steve said.
Tom could see the situation looked tense.
"I think the newcomers are going to get taken down." Tom said.
From the Drone image they could see gunfire break out. They could hear it a fraction of a second later.

To not back off then
Will only eventually alienate
Things will never improve
If all one does is irritate
To look elsewhere at another
Is the only way to liberate
To cling to the past
Will make a mind stagnate
The feelings within one
Must change and mutate
It's not open for debate
Reality will eventually dictate
One must allow their heart
A complete update
Nobody
