Chapter 1297
This Is One Of Those Times
Cameron checked with John about how much longer he wanted to stay at the Air And Space Museum. They discussed what else was planned and how much time they would need to do it. He spoke with Derek and Kyle. They were just about done with the exhibits. They finished up fifteen minutes later.
She contacted Jim so the girls in the spa could be notified they would be back on board in less than thirty minutes. It would give them the option to return to their suites and knock off a quickie before dinner or stay longer at the spa.
It never occurred to her the human females would rather spend more time at the spa. It was a real treat for them. They could knock off a quickie anytime. To be pampered and preened was special. It was enjoyed immensely by all of them.
Holly was in the pool with Jan and Summer. They were all having a good time. She watched them swim and jump a little in the 'deep' end. It wasn't very deep. There was a 'no diving' sign so she only allowed them to do it a few times. They didn't do any actual diving. They were really more like big splashes than anything when they jumped in.
She wanted to keep her hair dry if possible. She still wore her com. Jim updated her on the status of the other two groups. The group was about to return from the Air And Space Museum. Some of the females would soon finish up at the spa.
Holly clued the girls in to what was happening and reminded them they would need to wash off and get ready for dinner. They both agreed and said they would finish up in fifteen minutes.
There was a cool breeze blowing now and the pool water wasn't very warm. She contacted Jim again and asked him to have a warm bubble bath ready for the girls in fifteen minutes. He said he would take care of it.
Holly went back to watching the girls play and swim.
The girls looked happy and content to her. She thought it was the life they should live all of the time. They should never need to worry about Skynet and Scavengers. She couldn't help but think about where they were at and the places they'd visited. Skynet wanted all of it destroyed. Why? What was to be gained with such needless destruction?
Jim decided to run a warm bubble bath in all of the suites. When the girls returned, they could relax and soak a little more to soothe themselves.
There was a lull in the operations out in the field anyway. He was a little worried about what was happening where Cammy and Savannah were. It was the fact nothing was happening which seemed to be the issue.
Jim would make sure the baths were ready and the rooms were in order. It was part of his job as room steward to make sure the rooms were perfect. He took his job seriously.
Terminators were known for getting the job done. He was no exception.
The girls in the spa received word everyone would be back on the ship in about fifteen minutes. They were on the way back right now.
Riley enjoyed all the attention.
"Do we have to leave?" Riley asked.
Sarah liked all the pampering too.
"I hope not." Sarah said. "I want to stay here for the rest of my life."
Sheila joked about what was sure to follow.
"If you stay here, do you want us to 'fill in' for you when the boys get back?" Sheila asked.
Sarah decided to joke right back. Then again, maybe she wasn't joking.
"Maybe we want you to fill in for the boys with us instead." Sarah said.
Sarah's statement brought a round of laughter.
Claire liked the idea. She felt a strong attraction to Sarah. She knew she couldn't do anything overtly. It didn't hurt to send a message anyway.
"I will." Claire said.
Sarah and Claire looked at each other. There was a connection there they were both unsure if they should explore. Sometimes Sarah wanted a little bit more. She longed for the touch of a female. No, it was more than that. She longed to touch a female again.
Jesse was always ready for some action. It didn't really matter who it was to her. All sex was good, some of it was just better.
"I'm game for anything or anyone." Jesse said.
The girls all played around and joked as they got ready to head back to the suites. Dinner was only a few hours away and everyone needed to get ready and for anything else they wanted to do before then.
To be around all the girls nude, really piqued Sarah's appetite to be with a female again. She just didn't think it would be a big deal. It would be something a little extra every now and then. She would have liked to have been able to touch some of the girls right now in the spa.
She wanted to ask Gail if she could touch one of her breasts but didn't. Maybe if they were alone she would have asked. She just wanted to see what something so large felt like. She absentmindedly reached up and touched one of hers. When she was younger, she always wanted to be larger. Now it was just how things were and it didn't really matter. She thought there was something else she could do to enhance her attractiveness.
Sheila passed by her. She moved her head close to her ear.
"You would look even more beautiful with a set of rings." Sheila whispered. "Size isn't everything."
Before she could respond, Sheila was gone.
She watched Sheila move back over by Jesse. She didn't think it was by accident either with the look and smile Sheila gave her when she did. She needed to agree with her assessment. She could compare Sheila and Jesse side by side. Jesse was considerably larger because of her nursing breasts. The rings Sheila wore were a definite attention getter. If she were to do it, she would want a heavier gauge and probably a larger diameter ring. If she was going to do it, she would do it all the way.
She looked over at Claire and pictured her with a set. She needed to clear her mind. She'd be back in her suite again and Kyle would more than likely be all over her. It was fine with her.
She might run the rings by him one more time and see what he thought. She would also need to bring up the issue of her having a girlfriend every now and then. It wouldn't change anything between them. She was sure he would understand. Her eyes drifted around the room at all of the girls as they started to dress. There was so much available in front of her right now. She would just like to have five minutes with one of them. She wouldn't care which one it was either.
She was sure every single one of them looked at her with 'hungry eyes'. Maybe it was exactly how she looked at them. The difference was, they all shared with each other. Only Riley and her didn't. Wait. Maybe Riley did. She basically had a full time live in female Terminator in her room.
She was pretty sure if she did, she would take advantage of the situation. Now she really hoped she could get pregnant again. She would ask Cameron for a female Terminator to assist her.
She knew Sheila and Ally were both unassigned currently. Which one would she pick? She wanted to be with both of them. Maybe they could switch off every other day. What if Cameron assigned her a new Terminator? Would she want the new female Terminator to look like her? The idea intrigued her. She would want her with her teenage appearance. She really thought she was beautiful back then. Maybe it was because her high school years still shined in her memory. Those were some beautiful times. They were also before anything Skynet related happened to her.
Sarah blinked her eyes. Everyone else was almost dressed. All she'd put on was her underwear. She wondered why no one said anything to her. She realized it was because they were all checking her out. They wanted to see as much as they could, when they could. They probably thought they would never see her naked again. She would offer to go to a spa anytime once they were back at the base. She really hoped something would blossom.
Ally passed by her.
"All you need to do is ask." Ally whispered.
Sarah quickly hurried to finish dressing. Everyone else was almost ready to go. She figured she'd have her clothes off soon enough anyway once she got back to the suite. She was pretty sure she would have Kyle do a few things and imagine it was one of the girls doing them. Who would she pick first? She felt very aroused with the thought.
Ken and Lou let John, Cameron, Derek and Kyle off at the curb in front of where the cruise ship was docked. The first security checkpoint was located there. They only needed to show their card keys to pass through it. When they reached the ship, the next checkpoint was more intensive.
Dan and Frank would remain in the van with Ken and Lou.
John, Derek and Kyle started back towards the ship.
Cameron stayed and spoke with the team of Terminators in the van.
Dan wanted to know how things were going to work tomorrow. Catalina was an island off of the coast.
"What do you want us to do in Catalina tomorrow?" Dan asked.
Cameron wanted them to stay close and be ready for tomorrow. The van wouldn't be able to drive to Catalina for obvious reasons. There were other options available to the team. She wanted them to use them.
"After the ship is out of the harbor, you can parallel us until we're off the coast of Catalina." Cameron said. "You can drive back to the base. You can fly out in the Blackhawk in the early AM and bring the weapons. CamNet will give you clearance for everything. Transportation will be waiting for you at the Catalina airport."
"Affirmative…." The group replied.
Cameron looked at each of the Terminators one at a time.
"Thank you for watching over John and his family." Cameron said. "Thank you for watching over me. I really appreciate it."
She left them at the van and hurried to catch up with John, Derek and Kyle. Bob was already there at the crew and VIP entrance.
Cameron quickly caught up to the others. They approached the checkpoint.
Bob took a quick look around.
"I've been waiting for you." Bob said.
John smiled. It appeared Bob was going to say it every time. He wasn't quite sure why. He liked it when Bob said it anyway.
Bob ushered them on board and through security without any problems.
John headed for the closest elevator. The door opened as he approached. Cameron followed him in. She waited for Derek and Kyle to join them.
Kyle looked at the open elevator door and then at Derek.
"I think I'm going to take the stairs." Kyle said.
Kyle pulled on Derek's sleeve. He indicated he wanted Derek to come with him.
Derek was a little beat from all of the walking. He would have liked to have taken a ride in the elevator. He could see Kyle wanted to tell him something. He had a pretty good idea what it was.
"I will too." Derek said.
Cameron was a little worried they would be split up. She knew the threat level was minimal. It was more the idea of it. She felt responsible for everyone currently.
Bob noticed what was happening and quickly sent a message to Cameron. He said he would shadow Derek and Kyle up to their suites.
Cameron looked over at Bob and smiled.
The door closed on the elevator and John and Cameron went up. They didn't need to push any buttons.
Kyle started into the stairway. He looked around to make sure there were no security cameras in the stairwell. He didn't see any. He could see Derek looked a little less than thrilled.
"I'm sorry about climb, Derek." Kyle said.
Derek didn't feel up to the stairs right now.
"I think I could have used the elevator ride." Derek said.
Kyle looked around before he spoke to Derek.
"I wanted to hit you up about the medicine." Kyle said.
Derek quickly looked around when Kyle asked him.
Kyle figured they could catch the elevator as soon as they reached the next deck. He knew he needed to discuss everything before they did. There were security monitors in all of the elevators. It seemed the stairwells were one of the few places where there weren't security cameras.
"We can take the elevator on the next floor." Kyle said.
It sounded good to Derek.
The brothers quickly discussed the medicine. Derek would pass some to Kyle on the way to dinner. They both wanted to keep it under wraps. They certainly didn't want their mates to know they were going to use a little assist.
"Thanks a lot for it." Kyle said. "Sarah is really wearing me out."
Derek knew the feeling. He'd experienced a wild and renewed vigor in Riley.
"I hear you, brother." Derek said. "Riley is making up for the last four months of her pregnancy."
Kyle looked around to make sure no one was around.
"I don't think I could keep up without it." Kyle said. "Sarah has been very demanding."
It seemed like the more he gave Sarah, the more she wanted. Sarah talked about having a girlfriend on the side a few times in the past. She told him it would just be for fun. Maybe it was something she needed more than he was able to give her. If it was just for fun, he didn't think it would be a problem as long as it was what everyone wanted to do.
Who knows, maybe he would get lucky and be able to 'tap' it a few times himself. He would see if she made it part of the deal on her own. He wasn't going to ask. He wondered if she still wanted to get a set of rings. There were a couple of places where she could wear them. It was an intriguing thought. He knew he was drifting. He quickly turned his attention back to Derek.
Derek thought Kyle looked a little absentminded right now.
"Are we still on the same page, Bro?" Derek asked.
Kyle quickly pulled it together.
"I was just thinking about what was to come." Kyle said.
Derek smiled.
"That's a ten four, Bro. I would have failed after the first five times in a day without it." Derek said.
Kyle wondered how much they needed to ingest.
"What's the dose we're supposed to take?" Kyle asked. "I don't want to OD."
Derek wasn't sure.
"I think it is based on the milligrams." Derek said.
Kyle frowned.
"I don't know tech stuff." Kyle said.
Derek tried to remember what he'd observed in small print on one of the signs at one of the many pharmacies they'd passed in Ensenada.
"I think it's no more than two in a twelve hour time period." Derek said. "They should be four hours apart. I really don't know."
Kyle chuckled.
"I remember a TV commercial where it said, 'if you have an erection for more than four hours to call your physician'." Kyle said.
Derek remembered someone on a TV interview who said they would rather call every female they knew. Right now one seemed to be more than he could handle.
"I don't think Riley would get her fill even with that." Derek said.
They exited the stairwell one floor up from where they started and moved across to the elevator. The elevator door opened as they approached. Their floor was already pre selected as the doors closed.
It was one of the reasons why they hadn't discussed their personal options in the elevator.
Bob carefully followed them up and saw them enter the elevator. He contacted Jim to make sure they made it back to their suites. He went up the stairs anyway and watched them exit on the suite deck. He then went back down the stairs to his post.
The girls reluctantly left the spa behind. It had been an enjoyable and pleasurable experience for all of them. It wasn't something any of them ever did on their own. Most of the things were just things they'd heard about.
They headed for the elevator bank. One of the doors opened as they approached. They all crowded into one elevator to go down to the suite deck. They were still laughing and joking.
Sarah wanted to make her desires known.
"If anyone wants to cop a feel, it's OK with me." Sarah said. "I'll face the elevator doors and close my eyes."
Sarah did exactly what she said. She was a little surprised when she felt seven different pairs of hands move around the sides of her and do exactly what she'd said. She realized it was all of them. She turned around and faced them.
"What happens on this ship, stays on the ship." Sarah said.
They exited from the elevator to see John and Cameron enter the private area ahead of them. They started in pursuit.
They were almost there when Derek and Kyle emerged from another elevator behind them. They hurried to catch up to the girls.
The girls all acted like nothing happened. It was something none of them thought they would ever be able to do. They all hoped Sarah stayed on the ship for a long time.
Holly was about to remind the girls they needed to go back to their suite to get cleaned up and ready for dinner. She was just about to say something when Summer came up the steps in the pool and got out. Holly handed her a towel. Jan was still in the water. She was a little reluctant to get out. She wanted to stay longer.
Summer began to dry herself off. She looked back towards Jan.
"We need to go back now." Summer said. "We don't want to cause any problems for Holly."
Jan frowned and came up out of the pool. Holly handed her a towel.
"Thanks, I don't mean to be selfish." Jan said. "It was just fun for me."
The girls left the pool area. There was a cool breeze blowing. Maybe it was because they'd just gotten out of the water it felt cool. The air temperature was actually rather warm. They were both glad they could wrap the towel around themselves as they walked towards the interior.
Summer looked back at Holly. She saw she wore the towel in the same way as she'd done on the way there. The entire front of her sheath was on display in the scantily clad bikini. It was quite obvious no one would look at them, when they could look at her.
There was an elevator waiting for them as they approached. The door opened and they walked in. The floor was already selected. The door closed and the elevator started to go up.
Jan looked at the control panel for the elevator.
"I like to push the buttons." Jan said.
Summer didn't think it was a problem.
"You can still push them anyway." Summer said.
Jan pointed at the control panel.
"The floor is already lit up." Jan said.
As soon as Jan made her statement, the light went out for their floor. The elevator continued to move anyway.
Summer glanced up at the security monitor.
"Now you can push it." Summer said.
Jan didn't think it was the same thing. She pushed the button anyway. The light came back on.
They reach their deck a few seconds later. They were on the suite deck. The door open and the girls exited.
Holly followed Jan and Summer from the rear elevator.
Jan could see the others.
"I see everyone up ahead." Jan said. "It looks like we'll be the last ones. Maybe I should have hurried a little more. I'm sorry."
Summer didn't think it was a big deal. She doubted anyone would see them.
"They should all be in their rooms when we get there." Summer said. "It will be our secret."
Jan walked with her towel tied around her waist.
"I'm cold now." Jan said as they continued down the hall.
Holly draped her towel around Jan's shoulders.
Jan looked back at her and smiled.
"Thanks." Jan said.
Holly was clad only in her skimpy bikini. She would turn any head, male or female. It would be impossible for anyone not to look at her.
Summer noticed Holly was a little quieter than usual.
She dropped back and took Holly's hand. She understood what was going to happen and all of the implications associated with it. They were actually more than a few. She wanted to make sure no one was being pressured.
"You don't have to do anything you don't want to do." Summer said. "I can prevent it."
Holly looked at Summer and wondered if she could read her thoughts. It was something she often wondered anyway.
"Every day is a new day and presents us with different challenges and opportunities." Holly said. "Life moves forward, not backwards. I need to embrace some of those changes. I want to move my life forward"
Jan wondered what they were talking about.
They were almost to the door for the private area.
"Cameron is there." Summer said. "She's waiting for us."
Summer knew it was really Holly who Cameron waited for.
Holly and Jan both looked at Summer. The door was still closed.
When they reached the door it opened.
Cameron greeted everyone.
"Hi, Cameron." Jan said.
"Hi, Cameron." Summer said.
Cameron and Holly looked at each other for a few seconds. She gave Holly a once over in her bikini from head to toe and back again. She marveled at Holly in her bikini. She was very impressed and excited at what she viewed. Holly was a total knockout. She really wanted to use her chassis. She knew John wanted it too. She was very pleased.
Holly looked a little apprehensive.
Cameron looked at Holly and raised one eyebrow.
Holly gave Cameron a faint smile and a slight nod.
Cameron smiled at her and went back to her suite.
Summer still held Holly's hand.
Holly opened the outside door into the extra bedroom of the Honeymoon suite and the three girls went inside.
Jan needed to use the bathroom. She popped back out almost instantly.
"The tub already has a warm bubble bath ready for us." Jan said.
Summer gave Holly's hand a squeeze and released it to go see.
"Remember what I said." Summer said. "I can prevent anything if it's necessary."
Holly nodded. She didn't want to prevent what was about to happen from happening. It was just a little unnerving for her. She knew somehow she would be different, even if she wouldn't be. She wanted both girls to lose the chill they felt.
"You two warm up and clean up in the tub." Holly said. "The water will be nice and warm."
Summer looked directly at Holly.
"Will you join us?" Summer asked.
Holly looked at Summer for a long moment. There was something about the wording.
"It will be too crowded." Holly said. "I'll use the shower."
Holly knew there was room in the tub for all three of them. If she got in she would need to wear her bathing suit still. If she used the shower, she could be naked.
The shower for Holly was fine with Jan and Summer. The shower door was clear glass. They could see everything clearly. Holly had a lot to see. It was something they wanted to see. Jan really wondered if she could look like Holly one day. She didn't think so.
When Cameron entered the suite, she looked around for John. She found him in the bathroom. His clothes were on the floor and he was in the giant whirlpool tub. Only his head was visible above the mass of bubbles.
"Will you join me?" John asked.
Cameron was a little surprised. She'd expected to find him in the bedroom. She thought he was always up for a quickie.
She quickly stripped and entered the tub.
John immediately started to fondle her in the water.
Cameron moved closer so John could get his hands on everything.
"This wasn't where I expected to find you." Cameron said.
John stopped fondling Cameron for a second. He used both hands and lifted up a mass of bubbles.
"This looked too inviting to pass up." John said. "It was already here and waiting."
Cameron hoped there would be some other things on the cruise that ended up in his bed and he would feel the same way about them. She looked at John with a very playful smile.
"Some things are like that. John." Cameron said. "Remember, what happens on the ship, stays on the ship. You're going to have the best honeymoon ever."
John couldn't help but look at Cameron and swallow hard. He didn't know everything she was going to do. He wasn't going to fight it. Whatever happened, happened. He really hoped it stayed on the ship as well. He strongly doubted it would.
Cameron planned a lot of things for John to enjoy on their honeymoon cruise. As long as she was the one to arrange it and set it up, it was what she wanted for John. She knew there was a difference between sex and love. As long as John's love was only for her, she wanted him to have a good time. Sex was just for fun. Love was for someone special.
Cameron thought about the recent contact with the anti-Metal group. She also wanted John protected too. She hoped to be able to help the girls as well. She didn't know what would happen but she was ready for anything to happen. If John went all the way with one of them, or even all of them, while they were on the ship, she wasn't going to have a problem with it. She needed to think about his safety. It was the most important thing to her. It was more important than the love she felt for him. If he wasn't alive, what good was the love? She wanted to make her position clear without bringing up her fear of his demise.
"If I didn't want something to happen, it wouldn't." Cameron said.
John smiled and nodded. He did know it was true. He thought he was ready for whatever Cameron arranged. He really looked forward to every new adventure waiting for him in his bed as each day of the cruise progressed. He was sure she was going to use all of the Metal girl's chassis. He was a little concerned she also might use Bob and Jim's chassis. If she did, she did. It would still be Cameron.
He didn't know if she would put one of the human females in his bed. Right now it was Jesse and Claire on the ship. He was more than willing to give either one of them a go. He didn't know if he'd be able to deliver on his first time with either of them. He was worried he would be so excited, he might not last long enough. He was sure if Cameron put one of them there, she would make sure he was up to it. It was like Cameron said, if she didn't want something to happen, it wouldn't. The ship was a very controlled environment.
John briefly wondered what he would do if Cameron put Riley there. If Derek and Riley were both on board with it, he would go for it. He wondered what Derek would want in return? Maybe it was some alone time with Jesse or Sheila. He needed to refocus. He pushed all of those thoughts out of his head. He was here with Cameron now. He looked Cameron in the face and made eye to eye contact.
"I love you, Cameron, and you love me. John said.
Cameron smiled and moved closer to John. She placed his hands back onto her sheath. She wanted him to continue to fondle her. It made her feel wanted. She was sure he only really wanted the parts he touched. She knew they could belong to anyone. They didn't. Right now they belong to her. She moved close to give John a kiss.
"I love you, John, and you love me." Cameron said
Cameron moved even closer and kissed John deeply. It was a very pleasant setting.
Young Allison wanted to find out if the building the nurse was previously held in was booby trapped. She didn't want to wait until night to do a drone scan or use a missile. She conducted an 'off the books' operation with CamNet. She watched the drone footage on her monitor. The surveillance Steve and Tom set up was disabled by the 'sixth man' who'd been hiding in the building some place before he'd left.
She was still a little worried where he could have been hidden. Three Terminators who searched the building couldn't find him.
Anna monitored all three locations as well. She picked up a hit on the building the 'sixth man' was in.
"There are two cars approaching the building." Anna said. "I think we have something."
Young Allison quickly glanced at Anna. She didn't want her to take any action yet. She knew what the situation actually was. She figured a reprimand would come soon enough.
"I think we need to sit tight for a few minutes." Young Allison said.
Anna knew right away Young Allison must have done something.
"What did you do?" Anna asked.
Young Allison mainly wanted to see if they tripped a booby trap or if the building would explode. She really didn't think it was a big deal based upon who would be involved.
"I asked CamNet to send a couple of future Scavengers to this location to see what happened." Young Allison said. "They're not really necessary in the future."
Anna warned her again about using 'outsiders'.
"You know it's not the right thing to do." Anna said.
Young Allison felt justified in overstepping a little based on everything happening. She knew there were probably a lot of things which weren't the right thing to do. She'd been involved in more than a few of them. It wasn't the right thing to do from the perspective of some people. She was gambling with other people's lives.
"I do know it's not the right thing to do." Young Allison said. "I want it done anyway. Our troops have faced enough danger today. Savannah and Cammy are sitting on who knows what. I don't want this to be another location they need to go back to and endanger themselves further."
Anna looked at Young Allison and frowned slightly. She knew everything was already set into motion. There wasn't a whole lot they could do now to stop it.
As they watched, one car pulled up to the open roll up door while the other car remained in front the driveway at the street to keep it blocked and to keep a lookout.
Two men got out of the car in front of the roll up door. It was the driver and a passenger. They stood outside the open roll up door on each side of it and looked in. It appeared they wanted to see what they were about to walk into. They looked for a while and then they entered.
Anna wanted to see what Young Allison's goal was specifically.
"What do you think will happen?" Anna asked.
Young Allison thought a lot of different things could happen.
"I really don't know." Young Allison said. "There could be five bodies on the floor for them to find. Maybe there's just a lot of dried blood on the floor. Cammy, Steve and Tom didn't find any explosives."
Anna knew they'd missed something important too.
"They also all missed the 'sixth man'." Anna said.
Young Allison was aware there could have been some explosives in the location the 'sixth man' was hidden at. She really didn't know. It's why their team wasn't there right now. She wasn't going to take any chances and find out the hard way. The 'sixth man' was hidden somewhere and they didn't know where or what else was with him.
"It's true." Young Allison said.
It seemed like a long time passed without anything happening. It was only a few minutes.
The drone image backed out to show several blocks around the location. There were two police cars with their lights and sirens on coming down the street the building was on.
The car which currently blocked the driveway, pulled out into the street and drove off. It headed away from the approaching police cars. The drone camera zoomed in again and it showed the two men run from the inside of the building and get into the car. As soon as they were in it, they sped off. They headed out in the same direction as the first car.
Young Allison was curious at what their conversation was about. It might indicate what they'd observed inside of the building. She wasn't sure if they left because of the sirens, or what they found inside of the building.
"Can CamNet pick up their phone traffic?" Young Allison asked.
Anna received the information.
"She has." Anna said. "They were in communication with the first car that left. They said there was nothing in the building but a lot of dried blood. They thought they were being set up by someone in their gang to take a fall for something. The approaching police cars seemed to prove it."
The drone footage zoomed out again.
The two gang cars made a quick right turn.
The police cars turned two streets before the building and continued with their lights and sirens on. CamNet wanted to use them to spook the gang members. Now they were off on a call that didn't exist. The call would be canceled, in a very short time.
Young Allison found out a few things by their entry into the building and their phone conversation.
"Well, the building didn't blow up." Young Allison said. "I kind of hoped it would."
Anna could see it put the ball back in their court for dealing with the building.
"You know we'll have to send a team back there now." Anna said.
Young Allison didn't want to pull any Terminators off of the current operation.
"It won't happen until something happens where Cammy and Savannah are." Young Allison said. "The drone will remain on station."
Anna wondered what was going to happen to the two cars of gang members. She didn't think Young Allison was through with them.
"Are you going to do anything further with the gang members who just left the location?" Anna asked.
Young Allison felt the gang members should be held accountable for their actions which harmed other people.
"I wouldn't worry about them." Young Allison said. "CamNet has arranged for them to run into some trouble on the way back."
Anna was worried Young Allison involved a second gang.
"Are you going to start a local gang war?" Anna asked.
It wasn't the plan she'd asked for. She actually didn't think it was a bad idea either. It would just be a mini version of the Syndicate and the Cartel fighting each other worldwide.
"I don't think so." Young Allison said. "The leaders of the gang think the two cars currently out are trying to set up their own drug distribution and bypass the gang. In other words, they think they're being cheated."
Anna wondered if some type of execution was scheduled.
"So what will happen?" Anna asked.
Young Allison wasn't worried about them.
"They'll face 'street justice'." Young Allison said. "They'll all be dead before the hour is up."
Anna looked at Young Allison but didn't comment further.
Young Allison noticed and understood she'd pushed it too far. Their troops were safe for now. It was all that really mattered. If the other individuals hadn't chosen to live the gang lifestyle, they wouldn't be where they currently were right now. She didn't choose their life for them, they chose their own life. Life was about choices. They chose wrong.
Savannah was very concerned about the location they'd been watching. She wanted everyone to pull back and they did. There were several drones watching the area and the building the 'sixth man' went into.
She was worried the longer nothing happened, the more they were being set up to be targeted.
Cammy didn't like the inactivity. It seemed it would breed more trouble to her.
"I still think we should go in and clean the place out." Cammy said. "I don't like being a sitting duck."
Savannah didn't want to risk unnecessary damage to their troops.
"No." Savannah said. "There must either be an ambush set up inside of the place by now or it's wired to explode."
Cammy knew something needed to be done.
"What are we going to do?" Cammy asked.
Savannah wanted to play it safe.
"At this point, I would want to wait for darkness so we can do some close in drone scans, if nothing breaks loose." Savannah said. "What does the energy usage show?"
John Henry monitored the heavy energy use. He waited for there to be some type of fluctuation. There never was.
"I have been on it since the man led us there." John Henry said. "There's been no change in the energy usage."
Savannah figured something needed to change at some point.
"There's something off about this whole place." Savannah said. "What about calls or internet traffic?"
John Henry monitored everything in the vicinity.
"Nothing has been detected." John Henry said.
Cammy knew Skynet liked machines.
"Maybe the location is totally automated." Cammy said.
Savannah observed it wasn't all machinery.
"The 'sixth man' went in there." Savannah said. "We watched him go inside."
John Henry went over what went down at the location the 'sixth man' left from in the SUV. He didn't tell her Young Allison was behind it.
Savannah didn't approve of using 'outside contractors'. It left the door open to more trouble later on. The problems associated with the Syndicate were never too far in the back of her mind.
John Henry assured her it wouldn't be the case in this instance. He didn't tell her Young Allison took care of the problem too.
There was another big worry for Savannah.
"What about the nurse?" Savannah asked.
John Henry was actually surprised by her inactivity on all levels.
"She hasn't called the police or left her room." John Henry said. "She hasn't gone down to look at her new car either."
Savannah was sure there was one person she would tell.
"What about her husband?" Savannah asked.
John Henry monitored her phone. He was sure CamNet did as well.
"She hasn't called anyone." John Henry said.
Savannah wondered if there was some other issue. Now she was worried the nurse may have been beaten more severely than they knew when she was unconscious. Maybe she'd suffered some type of internal injury and it resulted in her death. Would she be responsible for the nurse's death? Her first instinct was to take her to the hospital anyway. She'd made the choice not to take her after she talked everything over with Cammy. Now she saw 'those eyes' again. She hoped she wasn't responsible for the death of another female, especially since this one was innocent.
"Keep us posted." Savannah said. "I want each of the teams to acquire new transportation and wait further away from this building. Keep the drones on high alert for an attack against them from the ground or air."
John Henry continued to monitor everything in the vicinity of the building both on the ground and in the sky.
"I'll make the arrangements." John Henry said.
Cam's team set up surveillance at the suspected anti-Metal location.
They pulled out and ran each other through an ambush along with the drones overhead to make sure they weren't being followed. They were worried someone from the anti-Metal group was still out.
Cam knew where Savannah and Cammy were at. She would be near there in a few minutes. Al and Ed followed her.
She contacted them and said Savannah and Cammy could ride in her SUV.
Cammy agreed to link up with her and dump the SUV they were in. They thought it had been around the target location for too long.
Al would let Ed off and he would obtain a new ride for Steve and Tom. It left Hank and Larry to get new wheels on their own accord.
There would be four teams for now and they were all in a holding pattern away from the target location. There would be one team on each side of the building. If anyone did leave, they could be intercepted quickly. They still had full drone coverage for each team and for the building.
The teams all did the vehicle swaps and waited for something to happen.
The longer nothing changed or happened the more Savannah worried.
Vanna and Allison worked in the lab with Samantha. Vanna would check on Precious every so often when Samantha wasn't doing it.
"The operations seem pretty dead right now." Allison said.
Vanna knew each situation was unpredictable. It was unknown what would happen.
"I don't trust the location where Cammy and Savannah are to remain that way." Vanna said.
Samantha reminded them there was additional assistance there now
"Cam is with Cammy and Savannah now." Samantha said. "Al and Ed currently cover the fourth side."
Vanna didn't like it Cam was there now either.
"I'm just glad Cam made it through the last place without being damaged." Vanna said.
Allison was aware they took two female prisoners.
"What's going to happen to the prisoners?" Allison asked.
Samantha tilted her head slightly.
"It will be the same thing that always happens to them." Samantha said. "They will be questioned and terminated."
Vanna looked at Allison. She wanted to remind her of the cold hard truth.
"It's not something to dwell on." Vanna said. "These people are out to kill us or blow up the world. Their actions have dictated their sentence, not us. They're the ones who chose the lifestyle they lead. They don't have to be here and they didn't need to stay once they were here."
Allison nodded. She thought they didn't need to be there either, but they were both still there.
Samantha wanted to give them something else to think about.
"Savannah has been shot several times by them." Samantha said. "Her body armor has protected her from serious injury or death. It's all you need to remember about these people. If they could get a hold of either of you, you would both be killed. They would probably savage your bodies before and afterwards."
Vanna could have done without the reminder of the cruelties of the future.
Allison knew it was true.
"It still seems like a harsh sentence." Allison said.
Samantha was sure she understood what troubled Allison the most.
"It's only because they're females why it's bothering you." Samantha said.
Vanna decided to throw in a new dynamic.
"What if they were Scavengers?" Vanna asked.
Allison felt it was a raw deal no matter how it was looked at.
"Let's just drop it." Allison said.
Allison received a call.
She looked at Vanna and Samantha and excused herself. Her dreary mood seemed to brighten considerably in just a few seconds.
"Excuse me. I need to take this." Allison said. "It's Holly."
Allison went over to a corner.
Vanna listened. She could only hear Allison's response.
It started out with the usual greetings and questions about how people were. Then it became serious.
"Hi, Holly." Allison said.
Pause.
"What?" Allison asked.
Pause.
"No. It can't be." Allison said.
Pause.
"What?" Allison asked.
Pause.
"Are you kidding me?" Allison asked.
Pause.
"I'm not saying you can't." Allison said. "You have free will."
Pause.
"What?" Allison asked. "Cameron is going to do it for you?"
Pause
"What?" Allison asked. "Are you sure?."
Pause.
"Cameron is going to use your chassis?" Allison asked.
Pause.
"Let me get this straight, Cameron is going to lose your virginity, while you watch." Allison said.
Pause.
"Are you sure this is what you want?" Allison asked.
Pause.
"You know our relationship is open and we're free to choose our partners." Allison said.
Pause.
"I hope you know what you're doing." Allison said.
Pause.
"I know you want to try it one time." Allison said.
Pause.
"I just think you should get to do it yourself for your first time, not someone else." Allison said.
Pause.
"She said you'll get to try it one time later on, alone?" Allison asked.
Pause.
Vanna found the conversation extremely disturbing. She didn't know what was being said on the other end. By Allison replies, it seemed like something she wouldn't want to happen to her, even if it already did, in a different way.
She thought she'd heard enough. She began to operate some machinery. She didn't want to hear anymore. It reminded her too much of what she'd went through.
A few minutes later Allison came over to work with Vanna again.
Vanna stopped a few seconds later. She looked over at Allison. She even looked more glum than she did before she'd received the phone call.
"You don't look so hot." Vanna said.
Allison didn't look at her.
"I'm fine." Allison said.
Vanna knew she wasn't.
"Is everything alright?" Vanna asked.
Allison shrugged her shoulders.
"I guess." Allison said.
Vanna thought Allison needed to talk about it.
"You don't seem like it." Vanna said. "Is Holly OK? You can tell me if you want."
Allison didn't say anything for a while.
"You know we all love Cameron." Allison said.
Vanna wasn't sure where the conversation was going.
"We do." Vanna said.
Allison looked intently at Vanna. It took her a moment to speak.
"Sometimes we don't agree with her actions and hate what she does." Allison said.
Vanna nodded. There were things she didn't agree with at times.
"It happens." Vanna said.
Allison frowned.
"This is one of those times." Allison said.
She turned away from Vanna. She really didn't want to discuss it.
The Gray didn't see anyone. He figured they must have picked up some fresh skirt. He would wait until he got a turn before he told the others about what happened. He knew there was going to be a big hoopla about it when he did.
The Gray exited the car and headed for the building. He really didn't know what he was going to find inside. He reached for the door handle and turned it. It should be locked. It wasn't. He opened the door and went inside. He wondered why it wasn't locked.
The female Fanatic looked at the satellite image of the area on her phone. She wished it was able to zoom in a little bit better but the image became blurry when she tried to go too close. She wanted to get a look in detail of her best avenue of approach if she arrived on foot.
The easiest method was to enter the property on either side or in the back to take a look. She looked down at her green dress. It had worked its way up again. She could see some hair down there. She lifted herself up and pulled the dress forward. It didn't matter if there was no one else around. It bothered her. She'd just been through the back of a few properties and ran into a few people. It was daytime now. People were at work. They were doing jobs.
She'd spotted a donation bin in the parking lot of a supermarket a few blocks back. It was on the way to where she currently was. Maybe she would go back there and get some other clothing. She felt she could make a fair trade. She would donate the dress in return. She really wondered why any female would put herself on display in front of others in such a short dress. She knew it was because they didn't know what the future was like.
She was aware razors were common in the past. They were a luxury in the future. It seemed most of the females used them in the present. She'd actually trimmed herself a few times. One time she was in a hurry and got a little careless with the scissors. She felt a little 'sting' as she started to close them where she didn't want to feel a little 'sting'. She quickly stopped and checked herself. Things healed up in a few days. She gave up trimming after the incident. She certainly wasn't going to fool around with a razor down there. Why would anyone need to do it? Everything was still there if someone wanted it. It certainly didn't matter in the future.
She jumped a little bit. She'd started to doze off. She was very tired. She looked over at the box of anti-drowsy medicine. She'd taken most of the tablets in it. She didn't think she could overdose on caffeine or what ever other ingredients were in there. She picked up the box and looked at it. She needed to stay focused on the enemy. She needed to make another bomb. She had a solid target and she was going to hit it. She wasn't going to do it with her pistol and knife which she couldn't conceal anywhere on the green dress. She looked down again and could see hair. She tried to pull the dress further down. She really hated the dress.
The female Fanatic took a few more of the anti-drowsy tablets. She would watch the building for a little bit. She would then go to the donation bin and get some different clothing. She planned to leave the dress there. She would return and start her reconnaissance in the rear.
CamNet's Terminators pulled up on the side street the Gray had taken and stopped before the intersection. If the female Fanatic advanced on foot, she would need to pass in front of them.
"Now it's time to hurry up and wait." The first Terminator said.
The second Terminator looked over. They figured they contributed to the wait time.
"I made good time on the way over here." The second Terminator said.
The first Terminator was aware of the ability to control the signals through 'traffic management'.
"We did have a lot of assistance." The first Terminator said.
CamNet's Terminators watched the drone footage. They observed the Gray enter the building. They also kept track of the female Fanatic in her car down the street. So far she hadn't gotten out. They figured she would at some point. They continue to wait.
This Is One Of Those Times
Is it easier to forget
Than it is to remember
A forest fire can start
From a single small ember
Maybe what one forgets
Is more about convenience
They hope the other one
May show them some lenience
It is often a little deeper
What's forgotten is by their choice
Selective memory is usually done
To stifle another's voice
Truth is often ugly
It's why people try to make it bend
Do they even know the real message
To another what they actually send
All that may be left
Are a bunch of meaningless rhymes
Look around and see
This is one of those times
Nobody
