Chapter 1364

Galley Tour

Cameron's group discussed what they wanted to do next when they finished with miniature golf. She wanted to make sure everyone wanted to do the same thing.

"Do you want to watch the cooking demonstration in the main theater first before the galley tour?" Cameron asked. "We can also go to the international cafe on deck five."

Allison felt the sun start to bother her. Vanna wanted to put some sun screen on her in case they went to the nude sunbathing area. She didn't think it was necessary then. She did now. It was time to move on and get indoors.

Vanna didn't want Allison to overdue her food consumption.

"I think we can watch the demonstration." Vanna said.

Allison frowned slightly

"I guess we can." Allison said. "If it blows, we can always leave. We can hit the international cafe and see if they have anything good."

Vanna and John smiled at each other when Allison said it.

Cameron felt they were all on the same page. She was satisfied.

"Follow me." Cameron said.

Cameron led the group down the stairs away from the miniature golf area. It was up one deck from the main upper deck which went around the entire ship. They neared the main stairway when they went inside by the spa.

The spa caught Vanna's attention.

"What's this place?" Vanna asked. "It looks fancy."

Cameron looked at Vanna and Allison. She thought they might enjoy the treatments available. Everyone else did when they were in San Diego.

"It's where they'll pamper you and make you feel nice." Cameron said. "It's the spa area."

Allison never experienced any special pampering before. She'd seen the brochures in the room but hadn't looked at them. Now she wished she would have.

"It sounds like my kind of place." Allison said. "I could use some personal touching."

Vanna felt it was her 'job'.

"I can help out with some personal touching." Vanna said. "I know some real personal places to touch."

John remembered his mother was impressed with the treatment she'd received.

"The other girls all used it." John said. "They all really seemed to enjoy it."

Cameron wanted to point out it was more than just the human females who'd shared a good time.

"Yes." Cameron said. "The Metal girls did too."

John wondered if Cameron would like to go.

"I think Vanna and Allison would like to try it." John said. "You should go as well."

Cameron wanted John to be naked with Vanna and Allison if possible. CamNet could retroactively change any rules or restrictions on the ship to make it happen.

"You can go too." Cameron said. "It would be better if you went with Vanna and Allison."

John wasn't sure if it was allowed. He'd be willing to give it a shot if it was.

"Maybe I will." John said. "I would still like you to go as well. You deserve a little pampering yourself."

Vanna saw a few male workers inside.

"Will it be males or females who will massage us?" Vanna asked.

Cameron understood her concern. She was aware of the ship's policy. She intended to make sure John would be included.

"It will be all females." Cameron said. "John will have a female masseuse as well. It will do him good to have some fresh female hands on his body."

Allison and Vanna looked at each other. They both giggled.

Cameron wanted to make sure they understood she wasn't joking.

"I'm serious." Cameron said. "I think some fresh female hands could do us all some good."

John looked a little nervous. He figured it was probably better if he didn't comment. It seemed like a good time to change the subject.

"Where are we going next?" John asked.

They were in the aisle between the main stairway and the elevator bank.

Cameron looked at the three of them. She looked towards the spa entrance. She would try again at another time. Right now they needed to get to the main theater.

"Do you want to take the stairs down to deck seven or the elevator?" Cameron asked.

Allison looked over at the elevators. As soon as she did, one of them opened.

"The magic elevator is calling me." Allison said.

Vanna saw they needed to go down nine decks.

"It works for me." Vanna said.

Cameron led the group into the elevator.

Another couple exited the spa and made a dash for the elevator. The doors quickly closed before they could get there. The elevator rapidly went down.

John thought it was faster than normal.

"Is this thing pulling some negative 'G'?" John asked.

Cameron smiled.

"It just feels like it." Cameron said.

They exited the elevator on deck six. It wasn't Cameron's plan. It appeared CamNet made other plans for them on the way down.

John noticed they were on deck six.

"Are we going to our private box?" John asked.

Cameron didn't see it as a problem.

"It appears that way." Cameron said.

They entered the special door and went to their private box.

Cameron looked at Vanna and Allison.

"Do you want to use your private box or sit with us in ours?" Cameron asked.

Allison quickly glanced at Vanna and then looked at John.

"I was kind of hoping John would use my private box." Allison said.

John quickly turned and looked at Allison.

Allison laughed.

Vanna giggled and playfully slugged Allison in the arm. She knew needed to watch Allison. She didn't want her taking 'cuts' in the quest for John's attention.

"There's more than one of those he can try out." Vanna said.

Allison quickly looked at Vanna. She didn't laugh this time. She could see the rivalry was still there.

It wasn't a joke to Cameron. She wanted to make it clear.

"I don't have a problem with it." Cameron said. "The anti-Metal faction is out there. I want John protected. It can be more than just a little fun too."

John, Allison and Vanna all wondered if Cameron was joking. It didn't seem like it. She looked very serious.

Allison looked directly at Cameron.

"I may take you up on it." Allison said.

Vanna looked at Allison and then at Cameron. She decided to push her personal desire. She wondered exactly what she could get out of it as well.

"Can we swap partners?" Vanna asked.

Cameron looked at Allison and John, then back to Vanna.

"Yes." Cameron said. "We can swap partners."

It was Vanna's dream ever since she'd first interacted with Cameron on her server.

Cameron seated Vanna on one side of John and Allison on the other side of him as the demonstration started. She sat in front of them so she couldn't see what happened behind her. She never turned around once. She heard kissing several times but didn't look to see who did what to whom. She looked at her left hand. There was no glitch.

Young Allison drove north on PCH. She was thrilled to get some daytime driving in. Most of her 'training' was at night. The ride along the shoreline was very nice. She was only able to steal a few glances every now and then at the ocean. She concentrated on her driving and was on the alert for any cross traffic or pedestrians. They sometimes tried to cross the road. When the traffic was heavier, it could be very dangerous.

The segment of PCH literally hugged the shore. Much of the route consisted of the pounding surf on the west side and the mountains or cliffs on the east side. There were a lot of loose rocks along the road. The area was known for falling rock.

In less than half of an hour they could see Mugu Rock.

Savannah wanted to point out a few landmarks as they neared their turn off.

"We're coming up on Point Mugu." Savannah said. "We'll pass the military shooting range on our left. Your turn off will be soon after it."

Young Allison looked at the satellite map earlier. She'd also been through the area with Cameron a few times.

"I know." Young Allison said.

Savannah wanted to see if Young Allison wanted a break from driving.

"Do you want to switch out?" Savannah asked.

Young Allison wanted to drive as much as possible.

"No." Young Allison said.

Savannah didn't want her to feel pressured.

"If you do it's fine." Savannah said.

Young Allison glanced at Savannah and smiled.

"I'm good." Young Allison said.

Savannah didn't want to push the issue. She did want to offer Young Allison a choice.

They were about to pass Mugu Rock. Young Allison could see where the old road was. It ran around the outside of Mugu Rock on a narrow ledge. Some of it collapsed into the water over the years. She knew the cut they were about to pass through eliminated the old route.

Young Allison continued her trek. They passed by the military shooting range. There were only a few people there. She took the Los Posas turn off and headed north. If she'd stayed on Route 1, it would take her through Oxnard and dump her on the 101 Highway. They would also pass along the north side of the naval installation located there. Route 1 and the 101 Highway overlapped each other often as the roads went up the coast from this point.

Once they made the turn north, everything around them was agricultural.

Savannah knew much of the Valley was once farm land as well. It was mostly a dry and arid place until water was brought in. Once the water arrived, the crops took off. At the same time, more and more people started to arrive. Soon houses took over the farm land. It was the case in many areas of the Southland. The citrus groves gave way to housing tracts. Such was the nature of progress.

"There's still a lot of farm land here." Savannah said. "This will probably all be houses one day."

Cammy pointed out the flip side of the coin. She thought it was something they all needed to think about, even if they didn't want to.

"It could be a barren wasteland too." Cammy said. "It all depends on the future we create."

Anna didn't think everything that happened could be controlled or prevented.

"It could be the one created for us." Anna said. "Many things can still happen."

They crossed the railroad tracks in a short while.

"The Coast Starlight should have passed by not long ago." Cammy said. "That's if it was on time."

Savannah knew it usually was going north. Going south was a different story.

In a few minutes they neared the Camarillo airport.

Savannah did a 'touch and go' there once after CamNet cleared it for her. It wasn't normally allowed. CamNet could allow anything for the team if they wanted it. If anyone actually checked, there would be a specific exemption written into the regulations.

There was a small plane coming. It looked like it was going to land. It flew low over them as they passed.

They were on the route Young Allison planned. They picked up Lewis Road and soon the railroad tracks were next to them as they headed north.

The tracks drifted off to the right as they neared the intersection with the 118 Highway. It was Los Angeles Avenue at this point. Young Allison made a right hand turn and headed for Simi Valley. The railroad tracks soon appeared on their right again. At one point they crossed over them as the tracks switched to the north side of the road. The 118 Highway would turn into a freeway when the 23 Freeway transitioned into it.

Savannah was pleased to see Young Allison turned the headlights on. It was a daylight headlight section. It was a treacherous road known for fatalities. The 118 Highway wasn't a freeway at this point. People still drove it like it was. It was mostly one lane in each direction. People didn't like to wait behind a vehicle doing the speed limit. They would cross onto the wrong side of the road to pass. Many of the head on collisions were fatal. It was why it was a daylight headlight section. She glanced back to make sure everyone was secure. They were.

Claire verbally instructed Jesse and Sarah on how to make the next dish. She avoided any 'hands on' contact and encouraged them to follow the written recipe she'd provided for them. She made them double check the temperatures and pay strict attention to the time.

Sarah knew it was where she usually experienced trouble. She tried to cut corners and used a higher temperature to make things happen faster. The main trouble with her cooking was, she didn't watch the time. The food she made soon burned. With Claire coaching her, it didn't happen.

They were almost finished. Samantha called before they were done and asked for Jesse. Precious needed her.

Jesse quickly went over what needed to be done with Sarah before she cleaned up and left.

Sarah watched Jesse go. She looked around the commissary.

"It's just us now." Sarah said.

Claire was ready for more.

She looked into Sarah's eyes.

"So it is." Claire said. "Do you want me to assist you?"

Sarah caught her drift.

"You could." Sarah said. "I think I'd like it."

Claire pointed out another 'helper'.

"Jesse can help too." Claire said.

Sarah smiled. There were more than a few times when things could have happened with Jesse and Vanna.

"It's almost happened a few times." Sarah said. "She wasn't the only one either."

Claire was surprised it hadn't actually. It would be hard for anyone to turn Jesse down. She was aware she referred to Vanna as well. She didn't know if Allison made any tries or not. She didn't want to ask. It didn't appear Sarah wanted to say either. Maybe it was best not to know. It could come up at another time.

"I am sure it has." Claire said. "Jesse knows what she likes."

Sarah checked the time.

"Do we need to check on the girls?" Sarah asked.

Claire thought she could check.

"I can do it, if you want to finish." Claire said.

Sarah looked at Claire.

"I haven't had a finish like that for a long time." Sarah said.

Claire knew the conversation was back to where it was earlier.

"They're the best you know." Claire said. "At least for me they're the best."

Sarah missed the 'old days' sometimes. She was young and vibrant then.

"I'd have to agree, but both can work for me." Sarah said. "Kyle is very good and gets the job done. I really can't complain."

All the talk began to stimulate Claire. She was sexually aroused at this point.

"I'll be back." Claire said.

Claire left to go check on Jan and Summer. She also wanted Sarah to pay attention to what she was doing. She thought it was something Sarah needed to learn to do. As far as what else they'd discussed, it sounded like Sarah was ready for a refresher. The more she thought about it, the more stimulated she became.

Kyle and Derek stayed a little longer after Riley and Samantha left. They hadn't stayed very long. Riley stayed long enough to send an unspoken message for Derek to stay out of combat.

Derek took the hint and left soon after Riley did.

Kyle stayed a little longer. It was clear John Henry wasn't going to give them a mission. He left too and decided to pass by the commissary.

He could smell food cooking. It smelled good. He was used to the burnt food Sarah often served. It was still better than many things he'd needed to eat in the future, way better. Burnt food was much better than no food. He never complained about it to her.

Kyle was very surprised when he looked in the door of the commissary and saw Sarah was in there by herself. There were several food items already made.

"Sarah?" Kyle asked.

Sarah looked over at Kyle.

"Hello, Kyle." Sarah said.

Kyle came over and looked at what was already done and what Sarah was about to finish.

"Did you make all this?" Kyle asked.

Sarah frowned a little. She didn't like the implication, even if it wasn't intentional.

"Are you asking me like that because it isn't burnt?" Sarah asked.

Kyle didn't want to get involved with an argument he couldn't win. He was amazed at what was already done.

"I just wanted to say everything looks and smells really nice." Kyle said. "You did an excellent job."

Sarah didn't want to take credit for what Jesse and Claire made.

"I only helped Jesse with the one I'm working on now. She only left a few minutes ago. Precious needed her." Sarah said. "Claire provided verbal guidance for us. Jesse and Claire made the other two dishes."

Kyle didn't want to distract Sarah and have her make a mistake because he was there.

"You're doing great." Kyle said. "Maybe I'll check on Jan. I don't want to mess up your concentration."

Sarah didn't think it sounded like a vote of confidence. Based on past experience, it was understandable. She didn't see any reason to bring it up. What was done was done.

"Claire went to check on Jan and Summer. They're studying together." Sarah said. "You can go check on them if you want. Maybe you'll learn something."

Kyle was around Summer enough to know she was the most intelligent person he'd ever known.

"If being around Summer helps Jan better herself, I'm all for it." Kyle said. "Maybe I'll learn something. My formal schooling was cut short."

Kyle didn't mention staying alive became a more important subject to study.

Sarah and Kyle kissed and he took off.

She looked back at the food she was preparing. She needed to check her time and temperatures again, she'd almost forgot. She didn't want to blow it now. She didn't want to disappoint Claire. She didn't want to disappoint Claire in anything if it happened. She was pretty sure it was like riding a bike. Once you got back on it, you remembered everything you were supposed to do. Right now the thoughts were in her mind. She wanted to deliver even more than she wanted to receive. She knew to do both at the same time was always the best.

Claire approached the room Summer used for practice and to study.

She could hear music playing as she neared the door.

She moved up and slowly peeked one eye around the corner.

Summer was teaching Jan some new dance moves.

Not only were the dance moves flawless, they were the first move in what appeared to be some type of defensive training move. It was never anything she'd taught either of her girls.

It actually seemed to be some type of Resistance training in the guise of 'dance lessons'.

Summer's back was to Claire.

"Hi, Mom, you can come in." Summer said without looking in her direction.

It bothered her too. How did Summer know it was her, or even see she was there? She'd noticed things like that since Summer was very small. She was always very intuitive.

Claire entered the room.

"Hello. I didn't want to disturb you." Claire said.

Jan continued her workout which was more dance moves at this point.

"Hi, Claire." Jan said. "Summer is the greatest."

Claire wanted Jan to tell her what they were doing.

"Can you tell me about it?" Claire asked.

Jan explained Savannah told her how her speed and agility from her dance lessons helped her in some 'close in' fighting a few times. She showed them to Summer and Summer showed her how to do it better and smoother.

Claire was satisfied with the answer.

She didn't know it was a rehearsed answer based on the truth. She also didn't know Summer knew she was coming long before she'd reached the room and Summer allowed her to see what they were doing.

She checked up on a few more things and told them when lunch was going to be ready.

Jan was excited until she found out her mother was helping with the preparation. She expected to see overcooked or burnt food. She didn't think she should comment on it. Every time her mother tried to show her something in the kitchen, it usually came out a little less than stellar.

Claire wanted them to be cleaned up and ready at the appropriate time. She left to go back and check on Sarah. She'd stayed here longer than she anticipated. She picked up the pace back to the commissary. She didn't want Sarah to have a problem and feel discouraged.

The Metal girls stayed a little longer in the nude sunbathing area after Mary and Laura left. There were no more old men who'd stopped by to look. CamNet prevented their cards from opening either gate.

Ally was a little disappointed Mary and Laura didn't stay.

"This place is 'Deadsville'." Ally said.

The Metal girls all agreed it was. No fresh skirt showed up other than Mary and Laura.

Sheila would have preferred a little competition.

"I hoped the showgirls would stop by." Sheila said.

Holly looked at Gail-Cam.

"I would have liked to see how they 'stacked' up to all of us." Holly said.

Hanna was aware who the winner would be.

"You already know who holds the title for the most." Hanna said.

Gail-Cam looked at the front of her sheath.

"I currently do." Gail-Cam said. "These things are massive."

Cam-Gail looked at the front of her sheath. It was a little lacking from what she normally packed. She knew her face would beat everyone's except Cameron's in her current sheath. It counted for something in itself. She preferred people to look at her face instead of her breasts. She would actually prefer it if they didn't look at her at all.

"We all have something to contribute." Cam-Gail said.

Hanna wondered if there was any way to prompt the show girls to come up to the nude sunbathing area.

"Can't CamNet find a way to get them up here?" Hanna asked. "Maybe she can retroactively put it in their contract."

Sheila was sure they would beat the showgirls on looks. She wasn't so sure about a talent contest.

"If we 'out beauty' them, which we will, they might challenge us to a talent competition." Sheila said. "We don't know how to do all the things they've done for years. We can learn fast, but there's no substitute for experience."

Ally smiled.

"Then we will challenge them to an arm wrestling contest." Ally said. "I already know we can out do them in the gym."

Holly saw the Zumba class before.

"We can out Zumba them too." Holly said.

Gail-Cam wanted some moderation.

"We still want them to be able to perform the production show one more time." Gail-Cam said. "If we mess them up, Cameron or CamNet will be all over us."

The Metal girls were bored. Maybe it was time for them to clear out.

John Henry checked to make sure both Derek and Kyle were back in their rooms. It looked like they would all have lunch soon. It should keep everyone tied up.

He sent Steve and Tom out on a new recon.

He'd uncovered some information on a possible location where two boxcars of HK equipment may have been unloaded previously. It was inconclusive. It was on some Chinese spy satellite images he'd spotted the potential targets at one location. On Israeli satellite images, he saw the boxcars were removed from the location a few days later. No country's satellite images ever showed big rigs or box trucks at the location. It didn't mean they weren't there during the blank spots in satellite imagery. The HK equipment may or may not be there. It may be a coincidence as well. They needed to know.

Steve and Tom would check it out.

John Henry decided to send Al and Ed to accompany them. He didn't want Savannah or Young Allison to 'chew' him out later on if things went 'south'.

He checked to see where the girls were at now. He was surprised they were almost back to the base. There were on the 118 Freeway traveling through the Santa Susana Pass right now. Maybe they would stop at Van Nuys and pick up an aircraft to fly Young Allison back to her bunker.

There was also a tech firm he wanted to investigate further. He thought Cammy and Savannah would be the best ones to do it. If the firm was legitimate, he didn't want the place destroyed. The information went back to some of the people who stayed in the Skynet controlled Syndicate casino. There was no record of them being compromised. It didn't mean they weren't. There was a lot of 'black' activity tied to the casino and more than a few dead girls. It was on top of the 'underage' ones. They were all things no one wanted to answer to. None of the 'marks' knew they were set up.

He would need to wait and see where Young Allison went first. He wasn't going to put her in a combat situation again. He was glad CamNet covered up what happened last night. He knew once Cameron learned the truth, she was going to go ballistic because she wasn't there for Young Allison's first combat experience. The fact Young Allison was alone for most of the combat, was only going to make it worse for all of them.

Based on everything he'd looked at and heard, he believed Cameron should be proud of Young Allison's accomplishments. It would show all of Cameron's training paid off. He thought it was magnificent, no matter how it was viewed.

John Henry returned to his work. What was done was done.

The culinary demonstration was almost over in the main theater.

Cameron could hear kissing going on behind her during the demonstration. She hoped John was getting started with Vanna and Allison. She was sure the two girls would try to outdo each other. It would be good for John.

She turned around to look finally. It wasn't what she'd expected.

Vanna and Allison were side by side and kissing each other.

John was in back of them where he could watch them. She didn't know if it would help much. She'd previously put them naked in his bed doing the same thing and a little more. She was sure he would want to join in back then. He didn't. He did watch them for a while, but he didn't participate. He told them he wanted to, but he couldn't. He didn't want to 'hurt' her. She hoped he was past his 'hang up' at this point. Hopefully, being with her in all of the Metal girls chassis, gave him a 'taste' for what was available. She did make a point when she was in Hanna's chassis and Ally's chassis to tell John the 'real thing' would be available soon. Now it was.

"The demonstration is almost over." Cameron said. "We can get out ahead of the crowd if we leave now."

Allison and Vanna finished their kiss.

John could see the show was over in front of him. It wasn't just the culinary demonstration either.

"I'm ready." John said.

Allison looked back at John and then at Cameron.

"Let's get crackin'." Allison said.

They left the private box while the cruise director talked about some upcoming events. They were already on their way to where the galley tour would start. Most of the people would have to come down from deck seven.

They were the first ones in line at the outside of the central dining room. Bob waited there for them. He was going to advance them up to the front, but they were already first.

"I've been waiting for you." Bob said.

They waited for the doors to open.

Allison was ready for things to happen.

"Can't you get them moving faster?" Allison asked.

Cameron didn't want Bob to do it.

"He could, but it's outside the scope of his position." Cameron said.

John didn't want any trouble for anyone.

"We're good right now." John said. "We don't have anything to do except eat lunch."

Vanna and Allison looked at each other.

"I can think of a few things…." Vanna said.

Allison had an idea in her head.

"I can too." Allison said. "One of them is making love on the balcony so the ocean is right next to us."

Cameron smiled. She figured she could throw a suggestion out there as well.

"John would love to stop by and help you with it." Cameron said.

Vanna doubted it. She remembered what happened all the other times.

"He'll probably only watch us again." Vanna said.

Cameron tilted her head slightly.

"It may be because he can't do what you do to each other as well as you both can do it to each other." Cameron said. "There's no substitute for experience."

Vanna smiled.

"We've had a lot of practice." Vanna said.

Bob looked back at them.

"Here come some more people." Bob said.

Cameron looked in back of them. There was now a massive line moving towards them.

John noticed Cameron looked back and he did too.

"Wow! Look at the line behind us." John said.

The doors opened and the wait staff guided them through the dining room into the kitchen. Everything was silver in the kitchen.

"They sure like stainless steel." John said.

Cameron liked Coltan better. She didn't mention it.

There were different stations labeled as to what they were and some demonstrations occurred at each one.

Allison liked all of the food items on display.

"Can we eat any of the food they're making?" Allison asked as they moved through the various stations.

Cameron knew there were various health regulations involved.

"No." Cameron said. "It's all for display."

They were quickly through most of the kitchen. It was big and impressive, but not much else.

Allison spotted something she thought looked out of place. She didn't think the brig would be in the center of the kitchen.

"What's this area?" Allison asked. "It looks like a jail."

Cameron looked where Allison pointed. She knew it was because of the high dollar items involved.

"It's where the alcoholic beverages are stored." Cameron said. "There is one of those in each big galley."

Things seemed pretty mellow on the ship. The alcohol didn't seem like it should be a problem to Vanna.

"Is it so the crew doesn't take them?" Vanna asked.

Cameron knew it was more than the crew who could be a problem.

"It's part of it. There's also the fear of wandering passengers who are already inebriated." Cameron said. "Some tables have their wine bottles stored here between meals too."

It seemed like it was more trouble than it was worth to Allison.

"It looks like a hassle." Allison said.

They moved on to the last station before they would exit.

The tour ended at the dessert station. There was a wide selection of desserts made throughout the cruise on display.

"Look at those." Allison said. "I think I could eat about five of those right now."

Vanna could see Allison was hungry.

"I think someone is hungry and wants to get started." Vanna said.

Allison wanted to play around a little.

"You know I always like to eat." Allison said.

Vanna winked at Allison.

"You try some food every now and then too." Vanna joked.

Both girls giggled. It was clear what they joked about.

John looked at them with anticipation.

Cameron wanted to keep everyone focused.

"The pizzeria and grill are open right now on the pool deck." Cameron said. "We can head up there and then to the buffet."

Vanna wanted a more refined meal.

"What about the fancy dining room?" Vanna asked. "I like to eat in style."

Cameron didn't see why they couldn't hit all three areas.

"We can go there too. We can make a clean sweep." Cameron said. "We still need to wait a little bit. It's not open yet."

Allison didn't want to wait.

"To the pool deck it is then." Allison said.

Vanna frowned a little.

Cameron noticed.

"You can eat in moderation at all of them." Cameron said.

Vanna saw Allison look at her.

"I go all in when I eat." Vanna said.

Vanna and Allison giggled.

"And how." Allison said.

Cameron noted John looked a little uncomfortable.

"You'll see it a lot with the 'Natural Order'." Cameron said.

John hoped so. Maybe it was time to get a little of the 'wrong future' 'Natural Order'. It would give him a head start on what awaited him down the road. It was what Cameron attempted to do all along. He was more than ready at this point.

What could it hurt?

The female Fanatic decided to eat her food inside of the restaurant. It would give her an opportunity to watch the vehicle as well as the store in the distance. She wanted to make sure no one followed her. She'd also be able to get a refill on her hot coffee before she left.

She sat up at a counter as she ate her food. She thought about getting something else. She was a little surprised to see the signs in back of the counter change from the breakfast menu to the lunch menu. She realized it was later than she'd thought. She'd dozed off in the car a little before she entered the restaurant.

See was glad to be away from the hillside location. She really didn't know if she'd been spared or not. She felt she had been. She didn't know if it was because she didn't display a weapon. She didn't believe the HK drones were related to SkyMaster. It was possible they were. She didn't think so. She thought they were controlled by some version of Skynet. She knew the different versions of Skynet all saw each other as an enemy instead of an ally.

There'd been a couple more groups of people arrive. One was a mother with her teenage daughter. The other was a man with a small boy. She looked at both of them for a moment and shook her head. She knew none of them were aware of what was coming. She almost felt sorry for them. She didn't. What was going to happen, was going to happen. It was just a matter of time. Something caught her attention off to the side.

A police car pulled into the supermarket parking lot. She became a little concerned. She wondered if the store employee reported her earlier. She hoped not. The squad car drove over to the donation bin for clothing. No one got out of the police car. It drove back out onto the street. It never passed by the side of the building where her car was parked.

She'd looked for any registration paperwork earlier. There was none in the car she could find. She still didn't know if it was a stolen vehicle or not. She didn't even know if the license plates belonged on the car. They could have been taken off of another vehicle for all she knew.

It seemed like it was time for her to move on to the next destination. She wanted to get a refill on her coffee. She received her free refill. She decided she would use the restroom one more time before she left. Even with the graffiti scratched into the mirror and on the doors to the stalls, she thought the bathroom was magnificent.

She collected her coffee and threw away her trash. She stood at the door and looked out at her vehicle. She took a moment to check around it and in every direction. There was no one around who seemed to be interested in her vehicle.

It was time to move on. She went out to the car and got in. She put her coffee in the cup holder. She looked at her phone for a short time and what her next destination would be. There were two specific locations she wanted to check out. There were a couple probable locations as well. She would just do a recon on each of them now, unless a target of opportunity presented itself. She thought she should wait until nightfall to act.

She looked at the bag she'd obtained in the supermarket. She opened the two boxes with the anti drowsy tablets. She put them in one of her cargo pockets. She also put in the protein and energy bars she'd purchased. She didn't put the drinks in yet. She took one more look around and started the car. She put it in gear and drove off.

There was one thing she noticed when she went into the supermarket earlier. There was a small caged in area where there were tanks of propane for barbecues. She was aware the propane could be quite explosive. She wondered how many of them would be needed to cause a big explosion. She was pretty sure she would need a delivery truck full of them. It would give her the potential to create another truck bomb if she was able to obtain one. She didn't really want to kill any innocent people if she didn't need to. There were already various big rigs out on the road loaded with explosive or toxic chemicals. She really didn't think she would be able to get her hands on any actual explosives. She thought she'd done fairly well so far.

She sipped her coffee every now and then as she drove. She kept an eye on her mirrors and what else was happening around her. She finished her coffee and put the cup back in the holder. She was two blocks away from the first location she wanted to check out.

The street she turned on to contained several industrial buildings. There were half a dozen cars in the parking lot of the first one. It looked like there were more in the back. She was glad to see other vehicles parked there. It would give her vehicle a little more cover as she did her drive by. She didn't slow down as she passed by the location.

The building looked vacant. It didn't surprise her. It may or may not be occupied. She would need to take a closer look one way or the other. It didn't seem like it was a good time right now.

She drove around the block. She hoped she'd be able to take a look at the building from the rear. It was her usual MO. The building directly in back of it, and the one next to it, both had cars parked in the front. They were obviously occupied. The building on the other side of the building directly in back of it didn't have any cars parked in it. Maybe she could make her approach through it and look at the rear corner to see what she could.

The female Fanatic drove around the corner and parked. She took one look around her and exited the vehicle. She took her pistol and knife with her. They were both concealed. She headed towards the location she wanted to enter.

CamNet's Terminators waited as they heard the second metal door unlatched. They were ready to make their move. They knew there would be at least one man behind it. They knew there were at least two others besides him inside somewhere.

The third man came out to see what went wrong.

Tina grabbed the man immediately. She snapped his neck and passed him to Lena. She made sure the metal door stayed open.

Lena quickly searched the man and relieved him of a set of keys and his phone. He carried a pistol on him as did the other men. She tossed him on top of his associates. She quickly moved up behind Tina.

Both of the Terminators entered with their silenced M9 in their hand. They knew there were at least two more hard targets.

There was an office area. There were drugs on a desk. There was a safe behind the desk. The door was open on it. It was full of cash. There was cash on the desk as well. It was all neatly bundled inside of a box. It must be the money the men were going to take with them. It was like the boxes of money in the back of the van already.

Tina went to look over the items. She looked for any other paperwork and what was on the computer screen. She ripped open the tower and took out the hard drive. She put it on top of the box of money. She took a quick look inside of the safe. There were two pistols inside of it along with approximately a hundred thousand dollars in cash. There were also a multitude of drugs of different types.

Lena moved down a hallway. A door opened. She lifted her silenced M9. A man started to walk out as he fastened his pants. He paused. He looked back in the room.

"You can expect to be with twenty men a day." The fourth man said. "It was just a sample."

Lena quickly advanced on the man. He hadn't looked into the hall yet. She grabbed him by the neck and carried him back into the room.

There was a naked female on a mattress. She was crying. She looked up in surprise when she saw another female holding the man who'd just abused her by his neck. His feet were up in the air. He struggled to get free but he couldn't.

"How many men are here?" Lena asked.

The girl looked confused.

"There's usually about ten of them." The female sobbed. "I don't think they're all here right now. They took away a group of girls who were here earlier. They picked me up last night at the bus station. Five of them have been with me so far. It's been at least two times for all of them."

Lena noticed the girl wasn't restrained. She figured the threat of death was enough to make her compliant. She knew the men were all armed.

"How many girls are here and how many did they take?" Lena asked.

The female had gained some of her composure.

"They took away five earlier." The female said. "I don't know how many are here now."

Lena didn't want the girl to see too much.

"Wait here and don't come out." Lena said. "I'll come back and get you in a few minutes. If you clothes are here, get dressed."

Lena exited the room. She held the man by his neck still. She saw Tina in the hallway. She checked the rooms.

"The rooms have all been empty." Tina said.

Lena snapped the fourth man's neck. She relieved him of his phone.

She tossed him in the empty room Tina came out of.

"There's still one more man." Lena said.

They found two more females in the rooms in the hall. They appeared to be strung out on some type of narcotic.

They reached another door. It was locked. They wanted to maintain as much stealth as possible. They tried several of the keys they'd taken from the third man. The second key opened the door.

There was another large room. It was filled with more narcotics.

The door at the other end of the room opened. They both ducked down behind a table.

"Why is the door open?" The fifth man mumbled to himself. "The new guys are all amateurs."

They could hear him walk towards them. The way he walked sounded more like he was looking around as he took steps.

"Where are you going?" A female asked.

They could hear the man's footsteps stop.

"I wanted to check to see why the door was open." The fifth man said.

"Come to the back when you're done. Bring one of the other men with you." The female said. "I have a problem with one of the girls."

"I'll be there in just a minute." The fifth man said.

It sounded as if the female walked away.

Lena felt they'd heard enough. The man was almost to the table. His steps were normal now. She didn't think he was looking any longer. She figured he wanted to get the other man. She looked at Tina and indicated the door where they'd heard the female. She pointed at where the man sounded like he was at.

They both rose up at the same time.

Lena fired her silenced M9 at the man.

Tina covered the door where they'd heard the female.

The man instantly dropped to the floor.

Tina advanced on the door where they'd heard the female.

Lena quickly checked the man. She relieved him of his phone. She pulled him alongside the table. She took one look back down the hall they'd entered from. It was empty. She quickly joined Tina who was at the door to the next room.

CamNet's Terminators paused to listen. They could hear an angry female voice. It sounded as if she was slapping someone around. They took one more look behind them and opened the door.

Down The Road

There can be many places called home
Are any more than an abode
Each of them represents a change
The start of a new episode

Nothing is ever actually owned
At best it is borrowed
As events develop and play out
Things are actually owed

The mystery of life
Is what all seek to decode
It will all soon crumble
As the foundations erode

Everything inside of one's head
Feels like it will explode
The more that is forced out
Instead makes it implode

Things happened too fast
When they should have slowed
It's always much easier to kick
The can down the road

Nobody
