Chapter 1368
See Through Cover Up
Jim informed Bob where Ally and Sheila were headed.
Bob wanted to keep track of them. He wanted to stay on top of things and make sure they didn't get away from him. He hoped to prevent an incident before it happened, instead of dealing with the clean up later on.
He saw Sheila and Ally were headed to the casino wearing only their string bikinis. They both appeared naked at first glance. Dressed, or undressed, in such a manner, they were bound to cause trouble or raise some issues.
Their current attire wasn't permitted in the casino.
He tried to contact Jim but there was no response. He found it somewhat odd. He was surprised when CamNet answered his call to Jim.
He asked CamNet to inform Sheila and Ally of the proper dress code for the casino.
CamNet said she would handle it and there was nothing to worry about.
When CamNet spoke, everyone listened.
It was CamNet's ship after all.
Sheila and Ally exited on deck six and headed straight for the casino. Everyone they passed looked at them. Children pointed at them. It seemed to upset their parents.
Sheila didn't see what the big deal was. How was being down a few decks any different than being dressed the same way on the pool deck? Anyone could see them up there just as easily. They were technically covered, even if it was barely. She felt it was their hang up, not hers.
Ally didn't care for the negative response from many of the people who passed by them.
"I don't know about this." Ally said. "Look at us."
Sheila did look. She felt like pushing the issue a little bit.
"We're over dressed." Sheila said. "I think we should be topless."
Sheila reached back to take her top off.
Ally slapped her hand.
"You're going to bring Cameron down on us." Ally said.
Sheila didn't see Cameron as too big of a problem anymore.
"I think we've already 'paid' any debts to her. We allowed her to have what she wanted from us." Sheila said. "I don't regret it either."
Ally needed to agree with Sheila about it. She didn't have any second thoughts about it herself. What Cameron 'did' for them was beautiful.
They both received a message on their coms from 'Cameron' to proceed to the first store right outside the casino. There would be some suitable apparel waiting for them.
It was a surprise for both of them.
Sheila wanted to verify exactly whom it was who'd contacted them.
"Is this Cameron?" Sheila asked.
There was an even bigger surprise behind the message.
"No." CamNet said. "You're guests on MY ship. You'll do nothing to tarnish the cruise line's image."
Ally and Sheila looked at each other quickly. They knew it was CamNet. It was even worse than Cameron. CamNet could cause all kinds of problems for them if they 'crossed' her.
They said it was no problem and passed through the casino without stopping. Every head in there turned to watch them pass through.
The level of attention they drew wasn't lost on CamNet as she observed them. She noted Sheila was the bigger draw of looks and repeat looks.
Sheila and Ally didn't talk about what just happened with CamNet. They went to the first shop and the attendant smiled at them when they walked in.
"Are you Peggy Sue?" The attendant asked.
Sheila thought about having a 'nip slip'. It should make the attendant's day. She saw there was a security camera in back of the counter. She thought twice instead.
"That's us." Sheila said. "I'm Sue. Peggy is behind me."
The attendant looked a little embarrassed.
"I'm sorry. I thought it was one name, like in the song." The attendant said.
Ally didn't bother to tell them it was where the names came from as they passed a lounge where the song was playing. When Mary and Laura asked for their names, it was what popped up in her head.
"It is a common mistake." Ally said. "We're often together."
Sheila looked at Ally and winked.
The attendant noticed. It appeared the girls were more than casual 'friends'.
"I have what you ordered ready for you." The attendant said.
The attendant handed them each a white crochet cover up.
Sheila looked at it. She smiled as she put it on.
"How do I look, love?" Sheila asked.
Ally could see the 'cover up' didn't cover up much.
"Pretty much like you did before. Even though you're wearing the 'cover up', it doesn't cover much up on you. I can still see everything." Ally said. "I just need to look a little harder. It's not quite so obvious, even if it is."
Sheila watched Ally put hers on. She was pleased with the look as well. Not much was covered, even if it was technically covered.
"I see what you mean." Sheila said. "I like it."
Sheila thought the 'cover up' might as well have been a 'see through cover up'.
Ally still felt next to naked. She didn't want to bring CamNet down on them. She looked at the attendant and indicated her current look.
"Is this acceptable for the casino?" Ally asked.
The attendant was surprised at the question. They'd received a message right before the order was placed. It stated the 'cover up' was acceptable in any part of the ship, except the main dining room at dinner. It went out to all department heads to immediately notify their workers. It was to promote a new line of clothing on the ship for the parent company.
"Yes." The attendant said. "Since it's sold on the ship, it's acceptable. It's a new product line."
The crochet cover up did little to cover up their figures and bikinis they wore. It was little more coverage than fishnet material. They liked CamNet's choice. They doubted Cameron would have been OK with the look. If they were lucky, they wouldn't see her for a while.
Sheila was pleased everything was still clearly visible even if it was 'covered'.
"I like CamNet's taste in 'cover ups'." Ally said. "Thank you, CamNet."
It looked like CamNet did them a 'real solid'.
"It does show a certain sense of style." Sheila said. "Thank you, CamNet."
Sheila thought about removing her top but decided not to push it. There was still plenty showing. There was no need to anger CamNet. They thanked the attendant and headed back towards the casino.
Every head which turned when they walked through the casino the first time in just their bikinis to go to the shop, turned again as they walked back in 'properly clothed'.
Sheila saw where they all looked. It wasn't her face either.
Ally never thought she was a knockout like Cameron was. She did feel the majority of females who looked at her, wished they could be her, or at least look like her. She was very pleased to share Allison's DNA.
Cameron led John, Allison and Vanna from the elevator into the main dining room. One of the head waiters noticed Cameron arrive with her entourage. He hurried over. He personally escorted them to a table of their choosing.
She chose a window table on the side opposite of the sun so it wouldn't shine in the window on them. Otherwise she would need to have Jim contact CamNet and change the course of the ship for the duration of their lunch. They were seated on the starboard side so it wasn't a problem.
The waiter and assistant waiter accompanied the head waiter to their table. They pulled out the chairs for the ladies and placed their napkins on their laps. They handed them the menus and took their drink order.
"That's service." Allison said as soon as they walked away.
They discussed what they wanted.
John would order a 'Swiss Steak' and he would split it with Allison and Vanna. The rest of the things they would order would be appetizers and desserts. They would all be shared.
They shared some small talk as they waited.
Cameron could feel the atmosphere shift some so they could soon 'share' with each other.
Mary and Laura enjoyed the view from the open deck as they walked the length of the ship. The wind wasn't too strong, even though they were very exposed. When they passed above the pools, they could look from one side of the ship to the other. None of the superstructure was in the way. It was a beautiful view all around them from their vantage point.
"There's nothing but water around us." Laura said.
Mary tried to be funny.
"We are on a ship." Mary said.
Laura frowned a little.
"You know what I mean." Laura said.
Mary laughed.
"I do." Mary said. "It's beautiful and so are you."
Mary stopped Laura for a second and gave her a kiss.
"I'm surrounded by beauty." Laura said.
They arrived at the rear elevator under the sky lounge.
"Do you want to go up to the sky lounge first?" Laura asked. "We can look around more."
They'd been up there when they'd first gotten up. There were only four people there. Two of them were reading. A lot of the people who didn't spend the extra hundred dollars for an 'ocean view' cabin with a window, or have a balcony, felt confined. The inside cabins were soon like a prison cell to many. They sought out some of the secluded public areas at first. As the cruise wore on, they spent more time away anywhere, other than in their confining cabin.
Sometimes with the outbreaks of 'norovirus' on a ship, a balcony cabin was a Godsend. The outbreaks were caused by a passenger who arrived on the ship, and brought the virus with them. It then spread around. Recently there'd been reports of worse viruses.
Mary didn't think it was necessary to go back.
"We were up there earlier." Mary said. "Nothing was happening."
Laura knew they went there earlier mainly to see if they could look into the nude sunbathing area. They couldn't. They were afraid it would be full of men. They wanted a 'heads up'.
"I guess we can go down." Laura said.
Mary liked the double meaning she could pull out of her statement.
"I think we do plenty of that." Mary said.
Both of them laughed as they waited for the elevator.
"It's wonderful too." Laura said as she gave Mary a kiss.
Neither one of them mentioned Leticia. She'd been a nice 'dessert snack' for both of them. They both liked how accommodating she was. She was up for anything either one of them wanted. Leticia was used to being a 'submissive'. She liked a strong female to dominate her. She was very pleased to be told what she needed to do. She also seemed to enjoy being told what she could and couldn't take pleasure from.
The elevator arrived. A family of four with two small children exited. The little boy and girl both looked very excited.
They both watched the happy children. Kids weren't in the forefront of their minds. They knew they weren't getting any younger either. It was something they both thought about from time to time. Right now wasn't the time, unless they found some hot stud, who looked like he possessed a good genetic make up. They didn't want any strings attached.
They got in the elevator and went down to the main dining room. They were in the foyer outside of the elevators.
"Wow!" Mary said. "Look at this place."
Mary was impressed. They normally did the 'anytime dining'. Their dining room wasn't so fancy. They'd tried Tony's Italian restaurant on the first night.
"This is just the entryway." Laura said.
They followed another couple in. They waited to be seated.
"This is sure fancy." Mary said as she looked around.
A waiter took them to their table.
They really liked the windows on both sides and the in the rear. The open section in the middle was nice to look up at the deck above. It wasn't often there was a two level dining room on a ship. It all added to the grandeur and splendor of the dining room. It was definitely a few steps above the 'anytime dining' room and about a light year ahead of the buffet.
Jim was busy as he watched the Metal girls in the two bedrooms of the Honeymoon Suite. He'd neglected his duties some. Even though Terminators could perform multiple tasks at the same time, it seemed easier to be side tracked more often, especially when dealing with sexual related things. They seemed to consume much of the processing power.
When he remembered to check his other monitors, he observed Mary and Laura were about to enter the main dining room. They'd just seen the other Metal girls in their bikinis a few minutes ago. Now there was a chance they would see Cameron, Allison and Vanna again like they saw them in the buffet a short while before. It might raise some questions.
Jim sent out a warning to Cameron.
Allison and Vanna played around with each other and laughed a little as they ate. They seemed to be having a really good time. It pleased Cameron to see it. She also noticed John looked at both of them more as they played around. She liked to see it too.
Cameron sat with her back to the window. They all waited for their appetizers to arrive. She received the warning from Jim.
John was about to say something to Cameron when he saw the slight smile on her face fade. It was replaced with a 'Terminator look'. He was instantly alert.
"What is it, Cameron?" John asked. "Is there a problem?"
John wondered if it was one of the older couples Cameron took issue with. He really hoped she didn't terminate any of them.
Cameron looked over by the entryway of the main dining room where they came in at. She wanted to let them all know what the situation was.
"It's those two girls Sheila and Ally keep interacting with." Cameron said. "They're here now."
It got Vanna and Allison's attention. They wanted to see more of them.
"Are those the two girls Sheila pierced?" Vanna asked.
Cameron wasn't sure of the level of interaction Ally and Sheila shared with the two girls. She didn't think they'd taken it too far. She could see Vanna and Allison were very interested in them.
"Those are the two." Cameron said. "If they see us, they are going to think Allison is Ally."
Allison hoped to meet them at some point based on what Ally and Sheila told them.
"I can pretend like I know them if they say anything." Allison said. "What were their names again?"
Cameron knew the two girls interacted with a third girl sometimes.
"Their names Mary and Laura, Mary has the pink top on." Cameron said.
Allison and Vanna both quickly looked in back of them at the new arrivals.
"It's my favorite color on females." Allison said.
Vanna looked at Allison and smiled.
"I think it depends where it's located on them." Vanna said.
Cameron received more information from Jim.
"They think Ally's name is 'Peggy' and Sheila's name is 'Sue'." Cameron said.
It seemed to ring a bell for Vanna.
"Didn't we hear a song with a similar name, or something like it?" Vanna asked.
Cameron knew it was a long lived popular song.
"Yes." Cameron said. "It's been a hit since the late Fifties."
Vanna liked the musical reference. She thought they should have one too.
"What are our code names?" Vanna asked.
Allison heard some 'surfer' tunes being played by one of the pools earlier. The group mentioned that they would play songs by the 'Beach Boys', 'Jan and Dean' and the Surfaris'.
"I know." Allison said. "If I'm supposed to be Peggy from 'Peggy Sue', you two can be 'Barbara Ann'."
The choice was easy for Vanna. She wanted one name over the other.
"I'm Ann." Vanna said quickly. "It's in my name already."
Cameron wasn't as pleased with her name. For some reason she thought of 'Batgirl'.
"I guess it leaves me as Barbara." Cameron said.
John looked over and spotted where Cameron looked. He liked what he saw.
"Is that them?" John asked.
He was sure he'd seen them earlier. He didn't remember where.
"Yes." Cameron said.
John thought they were both pretty good looking. The more he looked, the more he liked what he saw.
Cameron noticed. It was clear John was more than a little interested.
Vanna and Allison thought they were good looking too and young.
John liked everything as it unfolded. He wanted a cool code name too.
"What's my code name?" John asked.
Cameron could see John's interest in the girls rise as he checked them out in detail. She could see he concentrated on their figures. She couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy. They were real girls. They were human females. Their bodies were capable of doing things her body couldn't. They were also capable of doing things Allison's and Vanna's bodies seemed unable to do as well. She didn't want John to become infatuated. She wanted to give him something to think about. There was a stern look on her face.
"It's Mud." Cameron said.
Savannah and Cammy donned their bicycle helmets. They were about to mount their bikes. They were going to go in light with just a Taser and an M9 each. They wanted to look like two high school girls out on a bike ride.
"Wait." Cammy said. "I don't want them to look at my face in detail."
Cammy unbuttoned two more buttons on her top. There was a lot of cleavage showing. It was a standard infiltration technique. It seemed the more female body parts which were exposed, the more it threw the target off balance and off guard. It worked for both male and females.
Savannah looked down at the front of her shirt. She hoped none of the people watching the place was a Fanatic. She seemed to have a negative effect on them with her appearance alone.
She removed her top and took her bra off.
"You can hang on to this for me." Savannah said.
She handed it to Tom.
She put her top back on and only buttoned one button between her breasts and navel. There was a lot 'more' showing on Savannah now.
Tom looked at Savannah's bra he now held in his hand. He could feel the heat from her body on the material. It caused him a certain amount of arousal. It was most evident when Savannah had her top completely off.
Steve nudged him with his elbow.
Tom quickly folded the bra and put it in his pocket. Its warmth was very comforting to him.
Cammy and Savannah went over the plan again. It seemed like a pretty good one to be able to approach the building. As long as there weren't any Fanatics, there shouldn't be any issues. They were sure if Grays were involved in the operation, they would be more than likely focused on their female body parts than what they looked like. It was what they hoped anyway.
Young Allison looked intently at her tablet. A drone image was zoomed in on Savannah. Her top was off. She removed her bra.
She quickly glanced at Anna but she was busy with images on several phones.
She was pretty sure CamNet was responsible for the image she'd received. She was sure Savannah winked up at the drone right before she put her top back on. Savannah was between a delivery van and a SUV. She wasn't sure why Savannah didn't remove her bra inside the back of the delivery van. Maybe she also wanted to give 'Coltan Overcast' and 'Cherry Bomb' something to think about as they protected her. She hoped they wouldn't have a mid air collision as they concentrated on Savannah when she was topless.
Anna could see Young Allison was very focused on her phone.
"What do you have there?" Anna asked.
The image she'd looked at on her tablet instantly un-zoomed. She hadn't done anything.
"It's Savannah and Cammy, they're about to ride out on their bikes." Young Allison said.
Anna thought Young Allison may have looked at something else. She looked at the image. It was what Young Allison said it was.
"They're about to roll." Anna said.
Young Allison was a little worried about Cammy. Her plan called for some specific action when they reached the building.
"I want to make sure Cammy won't be damaged." Young Allison said.
Anna knew Terminators were very durable.
"Cameron has been hit by more than one car. She's fallen, or been pushed, out the window of a multistory building." Anna said. "I have those files. I don't think Cammy will be damaged in the slightest."
Young Allison looked at Anna for a second. It was easy to forget 'Cameron' was her base program. She acted more like 'Savannah' than 'Cameron'. It was because of the repeated 'Neural Interface' updates Savannah did for Anna. It originally was once or twice a week. With the pickup in activity over the last few months, it wasn't as often.
"I just want to make sure." Young Allison said. "I know Terminators are resilient and durable but they aren't indestructible either."
Anna thought Young Allison was pretty resilient herself. She'd watched the recreation CamNet made of Young Allison's actions inside the two buildings and underground connector passageway. She'd been able to operate in an environment where Terminators couldn't have. She doubted any other of the Resistance fighters could have matched her performance either. It was simply astounding.
"Everyone does more than they would be expected to do on an operation." Anna said.
Young Allison gave her a faint smile.
"I guess they do." Young Allison said. "Cammy and Savannah are leaving now. Let's watch the drone footage. I want to make sure we watch out for incoming HK drones too if we trigger something."
Young Allison didn't want to get caught 'flatfooted'. HK drones were always her biggest fear. They could show up unannounced at times, even when they searched for them. They could be dispatched from the back of a truck or from a nearby building. It always cut down on their reaction time.
The group in the commissary finished up lunch and drifted off.
Derek and Riley retreated back to their room as did Sarah and Kyle.
Summer volunteered Jan and her to wash the dishes and clean up.
Samantha stayed with Precious who was in the stroller. She wanted to give Riley and Derek some more privacy.
Claire and Jesse stayed to help the girls. Summer told them Jan and her had it under control.
Jan looked out at them as they left and she saw they took each other's top off as they hurried towards Jesse's room.
Summer seemed not to notice as she concentrated on the dishes. She didn't look at Samantha when she spoke to her.
"We can watch Precious for a while." Summer said.
After a slight pause, she glanced back at Samantha.
Samantha understood it for what it meant. It would free her up to be with Claire and Jesse for a short time. It was what she'd been thinking about when Summer said it. She needed to put work before pleasure. She felt very responsible to Precious, even if her desires called to her elsewhere.
"I have my duty to Precious." Samantha said.
Summer smiled. She didn't want to get too specific.
"Sometimes it's nice to have help." Summer said.
Jan was thrilled with the prospect of being able to watch Precious for a little while.
"I want to watch my cousin when I can." Jan said. "I hardly ever get to do it. Can we do it, Samantha?"
Samantha knew the girls were responsible. She saw they were almost done with the dishes.
Jan went over and checked the 'diaper bag' for Precious.
"Everything we need is here." Jan said. "I'd like to watch her if you'll let me."
Summer cleaned up the sink.
"Go ahead, Samantha." Summer said. "We have this."
Samantha checked Precious one more time and turned to walk out of the commissary. She paused and looked back at Jan.
"I'll make sure the door isn't closed tight." Samantha said and left.
Jan looked at Summer and suppressed a giggle.
Summer checked over the cooking area. Everything was cleaned and put away.
"We can take Precious to the recreation room." Jan said.
It sounded good to Summer. She wanted to make a quick stop first.
"I want to check with John Henry for a few minutes." Summer said. "I'll meet you there."
Jan pushed the stroller away. She was very thrilled about her new opportunity.
Summer headed for the Command Center.
John Henry followed the activity at the two sites they'd targeted. There was a drone over the tech company. He would go through all their computers as soon as he found a way in. It didn't take long.
Everything looked legitimate. It worried him a little. He isolated all the information from them behind a few firewalls. The actual intrusion happened from a remote secure location set up for such endeavors. It was to prevent Skynet from getting a foothold in one of their computers. If anyone traced anything, all they would find was a bomb waiting for them. Everything at the location would be destroyed along with whoever snooped around.
He concentrated on the image of Savannah as she removed her top and bra. He'd watched it a dozen times already.
"She's beautiful."
John Henry jumped a little. He knew who it was. The image quickly disappeared.
"Summer, I didn't see you come in." John Henry said.
Summer smiled.
"It's always the point." Summer said. "Did you monitor your security feeds?"
John Henry felt a little embarrassed.
"No." John Henry said.
Summer wanted to give John Henry something to think about.
"We don't want intruders in the base do we?" Summer asked. "Maybe you should do a 'walk around' and make sure everything is secure."
John Henry tilted his head slightly. He didn't see what the purpose of it would be.
"JH, my server, takes care of it." John Henry said.
Summer wanted to remind John Henry that JH did have certain limitations.
"Does he?" Summer asked. "I think it's safe to say there are a few places JH can't view. I've been to a few of them myself."
John Henry began to check to see what she was getting at. He was sure there must be something else happening.
He saw all the couples retreat to their rooms and the doors close except Jesse's door. A short time later Samantha neared the door and looked around. She left it open a bit more when she entered.
John Henry turned back to speak with Summer. She was gone. There was no record of her ever leaving the commissary, or where she went when she left the Command Center.
He glanced up at the security monitor and knew CamNet was all over his system right now. He'd been neglecting his duties. He looked at the security feed near Jesse's room. He wanted to go there and take a look. It was basically what Summer just told him he could do.
He quickly checked the operation Cammy and Savannah were about to conduct. His server could cover everything for a few minutes. He was drawn by an urge to go and peek in Jesse's room. It seemed to be something he needed to do. It was quite a compulsion.
He checked everything again and slipped out. He wondered if he would see Jan or Summer along the way.
The security feeds on his server tracked John Henry.
Summer emerged from the back and took up John's seat.
She'd been in contact with CamNet. She'd been following the operation.
"I'm in." Summer said.
Summer knew everyone was tied up right now. She began to type silently as she communicated with CamNet. It happened outside the knowledge of John Henry's server. Everything was blocked from JH.
The clandestine type of communication happened more and more without the knowledge of anyone. They'd only seen a few things here and there like a com.
It wasn't CamNet's doing. It was Summer's doing. She was the one who wanted more information from CamNet. CamNet possessed all the knowledge she could absorb. It was different from the 'relationship' CamNet tried to establish with Young Allison. It was a professional working relationship. What actually occurred there would be very disturbing to both the Terminators and humans of the Resistance.
Summer and CamNet worked to improve each other and establish other forms of clandestine communication.
Things progressed quite significantly over the last few months. They'd been going on for years.
Summer didn't want her mother to know how involved with the Resistance she really was.
CamNet didn't want Cameron to 'catch' her communicating with Summer. She knew she wouldn't understand.
Jim watched what happened in the main dining room with the team there. The two girls just entered. There was bound to be a few issues of some type develop there.
He watched the Metal girls in both bedrooms of the Honeymoon Suite.
Now he focused on Sheila and Ally as they reentered the casino. He watched every head turn to watch them pass. They wore 'cover ups'. Not much was really covered.
He'd checked on the showgirls earlier at the pool. They were all beautiful. He liked the Resistance girls better. The three new females Sheila and Ally befriended were Hot as well.
Ally would have liked the 'cover up' to have actually been a cover up. She still felt very naked. She did like the looks she received from the females. She could see they were all jealous of how she looked. It was something she'd learned from Cameron. Cameron liked to 'show off' when she could. It all stemmed from John's earlier involvement with Riley, the dead one.
She was aware Cameron did very little to fix herself up when she first joined up with John and Sarah. As the weeks went by, she began to dress more feminine and even sexier. Her 'look' also became much more developed. It was when she'd first started to look Tight. It started when John began to pay attention to other females at school. It intensified greatly when he began to pursue Riley.
Ally refocused her attention on Sheila. She wanted her to show a little moderation.
"Where do we start?" Ally asked. "You know you need to cool it too."
Sheila smiled at her.
"We'll see." Sheila said.
Sheila felt she was in control of her environment right now. She could see she distracted almost everyone. She liked it.
Tina glanced over as Lena entered the front area of the building. She saw her dump a man in the corner. They both looked at the drone image as the blue van stopped behind the money wagon. Two men exited the van.
The two men looked at the van already parked there.
"Why is this thing still here?" The first man asked.
The second man walked over towards it.
"I don't see anyone around." The second man said.
The first man looked towards the building.
"They must still be inside." The first man said.
The second man looked around the van.
"The doors are locked. I don't see anything messed up inside." The second man said.
The two men headed towards the building.
Tina checked the man she'd dumped in the corner. He was still out.
Lena looked at the drone image. There were no other vehicles headed towards them. The white sedan was able to drive away from the area unopposed. She really didn't know what would happen with the females inside. Past experience indicated two of them would be rounded up within a week by another group and returned to the same type of 'work'. Once they became a drug addict, it was hard to get away from the lifestyle.
The first man took out his phone as he walked towards the door.
The phone Tina confiscated from the man in the corner began to ring. She'd been able to hear his voice earlier before she let him in the rear door. She answered the phone.
"Hello." Tina said in the unconscious man's voice.
"We're out in front." The first man said. "Why is the van still here? Is there a problem?"
"There's no problem." Tina said in the unconscious man's voice. "Everything is fine."
"Where's the crew of the delivery wagon at" The first man asked.
Tina glanced over at Lena.
"They're inside." Tina said in the unconscious man's voice. "Go ahead and come in. You can park in the back if you want."
"Maybe later we can." The first man said. "We're almost at the door."
"I'll see you soon." Tina said in the unconscious man's voice.
Tina hung up the phone.
"I think the men are onto something." Tina said.
They watch the drone image above them. The first man continued towards the door they waited behind. The second man appeared he was going to go over to the neighboring building. It was where the girls were actually 'run' out of. He soon branched off and headed towards the other door.
"It looks like I'm going to have to go next door." Lena said.
Lena quickly went through the interior building towards the rear and the connecting hallway.
Tina checked on the unconscious man again as she moved towards the door.
Lena ran to the front door in the adjoining building.
There was a building which blocked the female Fanatic's view of the railroad tracks to her right as she approached the crossing. She knew if it was a tie, she was going to lose. Perhaps Ascension was nearer than she'd anticipated.
She rapidly approached the crossing on the wrong side of the road. She would be able to cut around the crossing gates easier and return back to her side of the road once she'd crossed the tracks. Her biggest worry right now was, she couldn't see how close the train was.
The air horn sounded. The train approached the crossing.
The female Fanatic's view was still blocked by the building next to the railroad tracks. She was almost to the crossing. She was traveling at a high rate of speed. She could now see beyond the building. The locomotive was only a couple of hundred feet away from the crossing.
She stayed on the accelerator. She moved to the far side of the oncoming lane. She wanted to try to make her turn as broad as possible. She could see the locomotive was now only a hundred feet away from the crossing. As she approached the tracks, she stood on the brakes hard while she turned the wheel to the right. She moved directly onto the railroad tracks for a second. Her car was pointed directly at the locomotive. The engineer laid heavily on the air horn. It was a loud continuous blast. It appeared to be only thirty feet away.
She spun the wheel hard to the left as soon as she was by the crossing gate on the other side. She glanced over to her right. She could see the giant plow on the front of the locomotive right next to the vehicle. She was sure it was going to catch the rear end of the car. She prepared for the car to spin out of control as if it was some type of giant 'PIT maneuver'.
There was no screeching of metal. There was no impact. The air horn on the locomotive still sounded in a continuous blast. She glanced back to her left side. She could see the engineer lean out of the right side of the locomotive cab and shake his fist in her direction. He looked very angry.
There were a couple of cars waiting at the crossing to go in the opposite direction she'd just come from. The drivers of both cars looked over in her direction. They found what they'd just witnessed hard to believe.
Her heart pounded wildly in her chest. She realized it was another close one. She knew she would reach Ascension one day. She just hadn't expected it to be on the front end of a two hundred ton locomotive.
The box truck was up ahead of her. She saw it turn. It turned to the right. She figured it must be near its destination or it would have turned at the previous street. She was aware if she'd been stuck behind the train, she probably wouldn't have seen where it turned at. She would have missed it.
She checked her rear view mirror to make sure there was no one behind her there wasn't. The train was still going over the crossing. It was a long one. She turned into the driveway of the building before the corner. There were a few cars in the lot. She thought it would give her a little bit of cover while she checked the street map and satellite photo on her phone.
The street the truck turned onto was a dead end. There were a series of cul-de-sacs located off of it. She did note there were several rail sidings which went to some of the businesses. The first siding turned off of the main line and curved sharply to the north. It split into two tracks. One continued straight, the other one continued a curve and went alongside another structure. The second siding paralleled the railroad tracks. There appeared to be one switch in it as well.
It branched off of the parallel siding into the property of one of the buildings. It appeared to go right up to the building itself. She wondered if it actually went into the building. She'd come across those types of sidings before. She checked to see where the parallel siding to the mainline tracks went. It continued on past the first building and then turned abruptly to the north. It went alongside another building. She was pretty sure her target location was going to be one of those four buildings. She didn't know which one.
She took a moment to check around her to see if anything looked out of the ordinary. No one seemed to pay attention to her or where she was parked. She looked back towards the railroad tracks. The train just finished passing by. She watched the crossing gates go up. There'd been three cars waiting on the side she currently was on. No cars came from the side she'd come from. She was relieved to see it. It meant there was no one tailing her.
The easiest thing for her to do would be to drive around the streets of the different cul-de-sacs and look for the box truck, It would also make her a target for anyone who spotted her. She didn't want to be identified yet.
She decided to go over the satellite image on her phone in as much detail as she could. She decided to drink one of the energy drinks and a protein drink as well. It would leave her with one of each for later on. She was well aware there might be no later on. She would take two bottles of water with her and leave two. She really didn't know if she'd return to the vehicle or not. There was nothing of value in it.
The female Fanatic exited her vehicle and walked back towards the railroad tracks on the street. It would give her a look at three of the four properties where the rail sidings ended up at. She didn't think she'd attract too much attention on the dirt access road next to the railroad tracks.
Tina checked on the unconscious man again as she moved towards the door. He wouldn't be going anywhere for a while.
Lena ran to the front door in the adjoining building.
It seemed both of the new arrivals suspected something was wrong. The man who currently lay unconscious in the corner also thought something was wrong earlier. They were all right. Something was definitely wrong, for them.
Tina moved over to the door. She turned the handle and opened the door an inch.
"Hurry up and get in here." Tina said in the voice of the man with the New York accent. "You're going to like what the guys brought with them. I'll be in the back."
The door slowly opened. She saw a pistol come past the door. She waited a moment. She wanted the man to take another step into the room.
The first man felt something was a little off as he went to enter the building. He pulled his pistol out as he entered the building. He heard the voice of one of his men. It reassured him somewhat. It was a very distinct accent. He wondered what was so great or special.
He didn't see anyone specifically as he slowly opened the door. The other man said they were in the back. He figured they must have picked up a new homeless female. He took another step into the building. He looked behind him once. The second man was at the front of the other building. He could see the door open on it. He felt a little more relaxed now. He took one more step into the building. He was about to close the door.
Two things happened to him. The first one was, something grabbed the front of his throat. He couldn't breathe, scream, yell, or call for help. The second one was, his hand with the gun in it felt like it was in a vice. He briefly reflected it was how his throat felt as well. He was a little surprised to see a female move in front of him. Her eyes turned red for a moment. He felt a wave of fear spread over him. He didn't know what was going on. Wait. He did know one thing. He knew his life was over. Everything went black.
Lena waited at the front of the building next door. She used much of the same ploy. She even used the same man's voice with the distinctive New York accent.
She grabbed the second man and choked him out. She secured the door to the front of the building and carried the man around to the area where Tina was at in the building next door. There were three unconscious men on the floor. One of them was supposed to be the boss. The two newcomers were thoroughly searched. All three of them were bound, blindfolded and gagged. They were all taken to different rooms. They wanted to question them one at a time.
The two Terminators made sure everything they wanted was loaded into the van with the money. They carry all of the narcotics inside of the building. When they left, they would only take the money.
The female Fanatic didn't think she'd attract too much attention on the dirt access road next to the railroad tracks if she was walking. Her biggest concern would be running into any other individuals. There could be people from one of the rail gangs, a hobo, a group of them, or any homeless people.
She passed along the back of the first building. It was the one with the long rail siding. It ran along the side of the building. There were three big doors on the side. They were spaced out the distance of a fifty foot boxcar. It appeared they would unload, or load, a box car directly from the side of the building. There currently were no boxcars along the rear of the building.
The female Fanatic continued along the dirt access road. She caught some movement off to the side across the tracks. It wasn't what she wanted to see. It certainly wasn't what she wanted to deal with right now.
See Through Cover Up
There are many things
One will try to hide
They will often stretch things
With eyes closed wide
To admit one's flaws
They try to dodge and avoid
In the end all that's created
Will be a bigger void
It's more than just
Word games and slight
It will spread the darkness
It covers the shining light
Take small steps to start
When it's time to take a chance
Otherwise things will warp
As they begin the word dance
Take a good long look
At what's in the cup
It is little more than
A see through cover up
Nobody
