Chapter 1383

Can You Dig It

Bob led Ally and Hanna from the cable car terminus. Jim brought up the rear. They wanted to make sure the Metal girls were protected. 'The Warriors' weren't back to the ship yet.

Hanna looked off to the side. She was impressed at what she saw.

"That's a big sign." Hanna said.

She looked at the giant 'Ghirardelli' sign. It was illuminated and dominated the landscape.

Jim wanted to get back to the ship.

"I can see our ship in the distance." Jim said. "It's just over a mile from here."

They headed for Fisherman's Wharf.

A streetcar clanged at the intersection.

Bob instantly recognized it from earlier. He felt the need to make a point. Savannah always told him to act responsibly whenever it was possible.

"There's the streetcar we were on." Bob said. "Give me your day passes."

Bob quickly collected the other three.

Jim thought if they'd stayed on the streetcar, they would have been at the ship already. The streetcar already passed by it. It was about to take a loop and head back the way it came. It would pass by the ship again. He reflected the Metal girls wanted to ride on a cable car. It seemed like an unnecessary distraction to him. It was somewhat interesting to do however.

The streetcar started to pull away. Bob rapped on the door and it stopped. The door opened.

The streetcar operator looked disgusted as he recognized Bob.

"It's you again." The streetcar operator said.

Bob flashed the four 'day passes'.

"These are our passes." Bob said. "I just wanted you to know. I thought you meant we needed to pay extra. I apologize for any confusion earlier."

The streetcar operator looked a little annoyed. He wondered what was wrong with people.

"Whatever, dude."

Bob thought about what Savannah would want him to do.

"Can you accept a tip?" Bob asked.

The streetcar operator hoped it was better than the last one he heard. He did know it was prudent in San Francisco.

"Lay it on me." The streetcar operator said.

Bob handed him the hundred dollar bill he'd flashed earlier when he asked for change.

Streetcar operator eyes were as wide as saucers. He looked around and quickly took the money.

"Thanks, man." The streetcar operator said.

Bob wanted to give him something to think about.

"Not all foreigners, or anyone who's different, may be bad." Bob said. "Sometimes there's a little confusion in the communication."

The streetcar operator was glad he'd let them ride for 'free' earlier.

"Thank you very much, sir." The streetcar operator said. "Enjoy your stay in San Francisco. You can ride my streetcar anytime."

Bob backed up and the door closed. The streetcar clanged its bell and took off.

Jim wondered why they didn't ride the streetcar right now. They could have gotten on. They could ride it to the ship since they had passes. The streetcar would pass by the ship in a few minutes.

Hanna and Ally wanted to walk on the Embarcadero from Fisherman's Wharf back to the ship.

There were several people, both male and female, who asked them for money.

Bob and Jim were irritated by them.

Hanna wanted to brush it off.

"They're just some panhandlers." Hanna said.

'The Panhandlers' sounded like another gang after 'The Warriors'.

Bob and Jim touched their weapons.

"You guys need some girlfriends." Ally said. "Chill out."

Jim looked at Ally and Hanna.

"Aren't you our girl friends?" Jim asked.

Hanna and Ally each gave Jim and Bob a kiss on the cheek.

"Sure." Ally said.

Bob touched the spot on his cheek where Hanna kissed him.

"Does this mean we're 'going steady'?" Bob asked.

Ally laughed. She liked her sexual independence.

"No." Ally said. "We go wherever we want."

Hanna thought it was true.

"I agree, especially since we no longer have virgin chassis." Hanna said. "Cameron took care of that for us."

Bob and Jim looked at each other. They were still worried about their chassis. They didn't comment.

There was a buzz of people around them again.

"This is Fisherman's Wharf." Ally said. "It's a popular tourist attraction."

Bob and Jim detected a heavy odor of terminated sea creatures.

"It's like a slaughterhouse for oceanic life." Jim said.

It didn't seem too bad to Hanna.

"I'm sure it is worse at a cannery." Hanna said.

The name sparked something in Ally.

"I've heard of 'Cannery Row'." Ally said.

Jim didn't want to go there. It sounded like it was further from the ship. He just wanted to get back onboard.

"I'll pass." Jim said.

Hanna wasn't sure what was actually left in San Francisco. She knew where there was another area.

"I think there is a famous 'Cannery Row' in Monterey." Hanna said. "I saw a brochure about it. It's not too far of a drive from here."

Bob spotted the sign for the submarine and the cargo ship as they were about to pass Fisherman's Wharf.

"This is where John wants to visit tomorrow. It's USS Pampanito." Ally said. "It's pretty tight quarters inside the sub."

Bob didn't think his combat chassis would do well in the close quarters.

"I'll pass." Bob said.

Jim wondered if they could take a cruise of the bay on the submarine.

"Do they give rides?" Jim asked.

Hanna was aware it was a long standing tourist attraction.

"It's static." Hanna said. "I doubt it functions."

Bob and Jim wondered if they should stop by later on and see if they could get it running again. Machines were made to be operated, not put on display. Maybe they could get Sheila to assist them. They knew there was a lot of 'Jesse' in her. They would even let her be 'Captain' as long as there were no functioning torpedoes. They figured she would be tempted to use one.

The group moved further along.

Jim noticed an unusual structure. What was even more out of place was what was inside of it.

"What's the arch for?" Jim asked. "I can see railroad tracks under it. They're no longer connected to anything."

Bob looked at a nearby placard.

"There used to be a ferry dock here. It took railcars across the bay to Sausalito and beyond." Bob said. "It's called the 'Ferry Arch'."

For some reason Jim thought it should have been in the Castro district where they were earlier. The spelling indicated otherwise.

Ally thought Bob was well informed.

"How do you know?" Ally asked. "We weren't sure what it was."

Bob didn't have any special knowledge. There was nothing in his database. He pointed at the sign he'd looked at earlier.

"I read the placard." Bob said.

Jim saw they were a little closer to the ship, but not by much. They could be back in less than ten minutes if they put some hustle in it.

"We're under a mile from the ship." Jim said.

Ally liked where they were now.

"The ship is 'Deadsville'." Ally said. "Everyone is off the ship right now."

Hanna spotted some workers she recognized from the ship.

"Here comes some of the crew." Hanna said.

Bob and Jim were on alert again.

'The Crew' sounded like another gang who would try and stop 'The Warriors'.

"Maybe we should avoid them." Bob said. "Terminations this close to the ship would raise questions."

Jim thought there was a solution to it.

"We can toss the bodies in the bay." Jim said. "The tide will do the rest."

Jim and Bob felt Ally and Hanna delayed them too much. They'd spent more time window shopping and looking inside small shops. They even went into a sourdough bread factory where they made bread as they watched. Sometimes it was hard to tell the Metal girls from the human girls anymore.

Frank drove the van while Dan pointed things out along the way. When they found out they would be 'conducting a tour', CamNet sent them all the information they would need. They should know as much as any 'real' tour guide now. At least factually they would. Their delivery could still use a little work.

They neared the ship.

Cameron wanted to see where everyone stood.

"Does anyone want to stop at the ship or is everyone ready to start our city tour instead?" Cameron asked.

Vanna was ready for a couple of things. She wanted to get both of them out there.

"I'm ready for the sights." Vanna said. "There will be plenty to do on the ship tonight, in bed."

John choked up and coughed some.

Cameron glanced over at John. She thought about all the missed meals and restroom breaks for Savannah. She thought she should offer the current group several choices.

"Maybe we can stop at Fisherman's Wharf and get something to drink or snack on." Cameron said. "We can get any restroom stops out of the way too."

It was decided they would stop at Fisherman's Wharf first. They would then go both ways on the Golden Gate Bridge and get it taken care of. They would stop at Ghirardelli Square on the way back for a quick look around. They could catch the cable car near there and ride it across part of the city. The van would meet them at the other terminus of the cable car on Market Street.

John wanted to remind Cameron of his earlier desire.

"I still want to try some lunch at Fisherman's Wharf tomorrow. We can do it after we do the submarine." John said.

Leticia giggled.

Allison was unable to determine what was funny.

"What did I miss?" Allison asked.

Leticia looked at Allison and smiled.

"I just thought of the 'fish smell' of the area and a long cylindrical object." Leticia said.

Allison caught her drift. She glanced at John.

"It sounds like Tony's department." Allison said.

Allison looked at Vanna and winked.

"There is plenty for everyone." Vanna said.

John choked up and coughed again.

Cameron frowned slightly.

"Stop over there." Cameron said. "Tony needs some fresh air."

Leticia wondered if Tony could use some 'fresh meat'. She didn't know, but all of the other girls thought the same thing.

Cammy took Savannah to dinner at a local Mexican restaurant.

Savannah ordered a chicken 'tostada' which was basically a salad with some meat and beans in a big tortilla shell.

Cammy told the waiter they would share.

Savannah knew Cammy wanted to sideline her if they got a positive hit on the anti-Metal group.

Cammy was worried about all the action Savannah already endured over the last week. She was afraid it would affect her health. She was worried about Vanna's baby which Savannah currently carried. She'd been hit in her vest by one bullet and faced a few close ones on top of it. The operation last night and the unknown portal only added to the danger. There was no way to know what any of the long term effects of the energy field would be.

Savannah was about half done with her tostada. She broke off a piece of the curved shell and took a bite. It gave her a moment to think about some of the other things. Her biggest concern was the ship. Young Allison and her originally only wanted John and Cameron to go. Things certainly played out differently than they'd anticipated.

She couldn't deny the rest of the group a chance to take a few days off. Maybe it was something she should have considered before. She thought since CamNet now controlled the ship, they could have gone in groups later on. She was aware John wanted to share the experience with his family. She actually believed it was something they all should have done long ago.

It made her think about her family. They were all gone. Her mother and father were both dead. Mrs. Weaver was 'in some future'. It made her think of her two daughters. It always made her feel sad whenever she did. She needed to remind herself she only helped herself. Future Savannah and Duplicate Vanna were both her. She would have wanted them to do the same thing for her if she was sterile.

She touched her belly now. Vanna's baby was inside of her. It made her feel a little better. It wasn't actually her baby directly, not this time. She didn't want her mind to go there.

Savannah knew she was trying to take her mind off of the ship. It wasn't working.

"How much do you know about what's happening on the ship?" Savannah asked.

Cammy frowned.

"I think I know most of it." Cammy said.

What Savannah knew irritated her.

"I only know some of it." Savannah said. "I'm not happy with what Cameron has done."

Cammy didn't see it as too big of a deal. It was always Cameron regardless of the chassis.

"So far it's only been Cameron and John, even if the chassis changed." Cammy said. "Cameron was always in control."

Savannah knew where things were headed. She knew Cameron wasn't going to stop with the Metal girls on the ship.

"Samantha, Anna and you are next." Savannah said. "I mean when Cameron gets back."

Savannah wouldn't allow Anna to be used in such a manner if she knew about it ahead of time. It would only make Young Allison 'step up' to take her place. She planned to prevent either of those events herself.

Cammy remembered how close to being with John she was several other times. Now it could be achieved with the file transfer from Cameron in real time.

"I know." Cammy said. "I want to experience what Sheila has experienced. I'm looking forward to it. I want what the other Metal girls were able to try."

Savannah didn't see why. It seemed unnecessary.

"You don't have to." Savannah said.

Cammy looked at Savannah.

"You've almost experienced it yourself several times." Cammy said. "You want to know what it's like too."

Savannah saw it as being a little different. She was in control of her body, not someone else as it would be with Cammy. There were no sexual restrictions between Cammy and her. They could be with whoever they wanted to, whenever they wanted to. She felt everyone should be free to choose.

"I do want to try it with John." Savannah said. "You can do what you want. I think it should be you who actually does it, not Cameron. If you do it, I don't have a problem with it."

Cammy was sure Cameron would never honor her promise to the Metal girls. She doubted they could all have their 'one time' with John on their own. She didn't think there were a lot of other options without a problem. It made her think about what her chassis was involved with while it was under Skynet control.

"It's the only way it will happen." Cammy said. "I'm sure this chassis has been 'used' before. It is really no different if you think about it."

Savannah lost her appetite when she thought about it.

"I think I'm done." Savannah said.

Cammy hoped it wasn't what she'd said.

"What about dessert?" Cammy asked. "It's the best part."

Savannah gave her a half hearted smile. She wanted to reaffirm her closeness to Cammy.

"It can happen in our room when all the operations have concluded." Savannah said.

Cammy really wished she could do something special for Savannah. She'd made a few calls earlier but didn't know what would happen. She wasn't sure if CamNet would assist her or not. Maybe she would be selfish and want Savannah for herself instead.

"It sounds nice." Cammy said.

Savannah could see Cammy was dealing with some issues. She didn't think all of them were related to the operation. She thought it was time to move on.

"Let me use the restroom and then we can go." Savannah said.

Cammy watched Savannah walk away. She took out her phone and made some inquiries. She frowned at the responses. It didn't look like what she wanted for Savannah would happen. She put her phone away when Savannah returned.

Savannah noticed Cammy had been using her phone and quickly put it away. She didn't look very satisfied with whatever it was.

"You look glum." Savannah said.

Cammy smiled.

"Everything is perfect." Cammy said.

Savannah smiled back. She knew it really meant it wasn't. It was one more thing to worry about now. Whenever anyone said everything was fine, or perfect, she knew it was far from it. She also knew she would say the same thing about any of her problems. It was just the way it worked. There is no need to trouble the ones you cared about with personal problems. Everyone seemed to have enough of their own.

Cam-Gail sent out a warning to everyone on Bob's team.

Ally looked at the message she received.

"Great, Cameron and the team are headed our way." Ally said.

Hanna thought they could be avoided.

"Does it mean we're supposed to hide or something?" Hanna asked.

Ally wanted a 'crack' at the human females. She wanted to make her intentions clear.

"I'm not." Ally said. "I want to score with Mary and Laura."

Hanna knew they were at a disadvantage not being with them right now.

"I think it will be Allison and Vanna who get to do it again." Hanna said. "Maybe it will be Sheila."

Ally knew there was another.

"Don't forget their hot friend too." Ally said. "Leticia is the real prize in of the group."

Hanna wasn't there when Sheila installed their rings.

"You got to take a good look at all three of them when Sheila pierced them." Hanna said.

Ally remembered how hot it was. She reviewed her scans of each of the three girls in detail. It made her want them more.

"Sheila got the best view." Ally said.

Jim and Bob listened but didn't interrupt the girls. They liked hearing what they talked about.

They all received a new message from CamNet.

"Beautiful." Ally said.

They were directed by CamNet to acquire transportation and prepare to shadow the van with the rest of the Resistance team.

Jim was ready to return to the ship.

"Maybe I can trade with Cam-Gail." Jim said. "She might like to get back out and see the city."

Hanna took Jim's arm. She thought Jim needed to be out more.

"You're with us." Hanna said. "'The Warriors' haven't reached home turf yet."

Bob and Jim could have done without the reference again. They both checked their weapons one more time as they looked around.

Ally watched them and laughed.

"Can you dig it?" Ally asked.

The reference to 'The Warriors' only made them worry more.

"No." Jim said.

Bob nodded.

"Affirmative…." Bob said.

Bob and Jim both looked around for any threats. They'd already encountered enough of them. They hadn't even gone looking for trouble. All they wanted to do was go back to the ship.

Young Allison and Anna made some dinner. While Young Allison ate, CamNet sent Anna an update about the team in San Francisco.

Anna told Young Allison about the two teams. They would meet up near Fisherman's Wharf.

Young Allison thought about the safety of John and the girls. The earlier incident in Golden Gate Park troubled her. She wanted to give Jim and Bob a little more opportunity to be out.

"I think Ally's team should obtain some transportation and shadow the van." Young Allison said. "There's nothing for them to do if they go back to the ship right now."

Anna figured Ally and Hanna could think of a few things to do. They would be with each other.

"I forwarded your suggestion." Anna said. "CamNet will take care of it."

Young Allison wasn't sure why CamNet wanted her to make the decision.

"Is there anything else happening there I need to know about?" Young Allison asked. "I'd like to hear the full story of what's going on."

CamNet instructed Anna to reveal everything.

Anna went over all the events that happened since they were in San Francisco. Young Allison knew most of it. She'd been surprised with what Allison and Vanna shared with the two female passengers on the ship. She thought it was new. Anna explained it was what they used to do often in the future.

Young Allison was sure there was something she was 'missing'. Cameron now had 'possession' of three Hot human females. She'd studied their images previously when she'd asked CamNet for them earlier. She wanted to see who Vanna and Allison were with. She wanted to see if she would have made the same choice. She was unsure. She did like the look of the shapely one who reminded her of Isabel.

"Are the human girls going to be with John?" Young Allison asked.

Anna thought so.

"I really don't know for sure." Anna said. "Cameron would like for them to be."

Young Allison didn't think so. She saw it for what it was.

"I strongly doubt it." Young Allison said.

Anna knew Cameron was trying to get the Resistance girls to act.

"Cameron wants something to happen for John." Anna said. "The dead man Cammy and Savannah just left a short while ago was most likely from the anti-Metal faction. Cameron will take it for the threat it is to John. You need to remember, some of those people want to kill him for being a 'Metal Lover'. Not everyone in the future thought highly of Future John."

She figured Allison, or maybe even Vanna, would step up if properly motivated.

"It's why Cameron is grooming the other girls on the ship." Young Allison said. "I think it's a mistake."

Anna wasn't so sure about it. People were free to choose.

"Is it a mistake if it's what everyone wants?" Anna asked.

Young Allison didn't want to get involved again. They were all 'adults'. She wouldn't want restrictions placed on her as to what she could or couldn't do. Right now her only restrictions were the ones she'd imposed on herself.

"Just have Ally's team back up Cameron and the van." Young Allison said. "I'm not going to worry about it."

Anna could see Young Allison was worried about it. She wanted to see how far Young Allison would go.

"If you were on the ship with Savannah, what would you do?" Anna asked.

Young Allison was ready for more. It was an easy call.

"I'd claim my future." Young Allison said.

Anna thought it was a bad idea.

"Then I'm glad you're not on the ship." Anna said.

Young Allison knew there was a specific reason why Savannah and her weren't on the cruise. They both would have liked to have gone. Maybe they could go together the next time. It could be just the two of them. She thought about how things work. It would never be just the two of them. There would be plenty of Terminators there with them as well.

She finished her dinner and washed the dishes. Anna dried them and put them away.

"Let's go back to the bunker." Young Allison said.

Anna checked the time.

"Do you want to get ready for bed?" Anna asked.

Young Allison frowned at her suggestion. She didn't think anything played out yet.

"No." Young Allison said. "I think it will be a long night."

Anna would prefer for Young Allison to get her sleep. She didn't want any of the troops to face any unnecessary danger either.

"I hope not." Anna said.

Young Allison worried about all of the troops.

"So do I." Young Allison said. "Things don't actually change very much."

Past experience dictated to both of them long nights were common on the job.

Frank stopped the van near Fisherman's Wharf.

Everyone got out except Frank and Dan.

John noticed they were right by the USS Pampanito. He could see the signs and a large metal gate closed over the wharf which led to it.

"The submarine is right over there." John said.

Cameron smiled. She didn't want John to get ahead of himself.

"We'll visit it tomorrow when we have lunch here." Cameron said. "It's closed right now."

Cameron placed John with Allison and Vanna. Holly and Gail-Cam moved up behind them.

"I think we were just sidelined." Allison said.

Cameron started to walk away. She stopped and turned. She looked at Sheila with Mary, Laura and Leticia. She returned her attention back to Allison and Vanna.

"I'll let you two figure it out." Cameron said. "What happens on the ship, stays on the ship."

Cameron smiled at both of them and winked at John before she went to join Sheila and the three girls.

Vanna saw it a little differently. She took John's other arm.

"I think we were just 'front lined'." Vanna said.

Sheila and Cameron took charge of Mary, Laura and Leticia. She took them to their first stop, it was the bar section of one of the establishments. She bought drinks for the three girls. Sheila and Cameron enticed them with their sexuality. When Cameron 'turned it on' she was irresistible to anyone. Cameron turned on the sex appeal. Sheila did the touching and kissing.

John, Allison and Vanna watched. It was clear what Cameron was going to do. She'd provided Allison and Vanna a 'chance' to act on their own first. It was their chance to 'step up'.

Allison was familiar with Cameron's current tactic. She'd experienced it herself before. So did Vanna and Jesse.

"Cameron is going to get them intoxicated so she can control them better." Allison said. "One of them or more is headed for John's bed."

Vanna watched Cameron manipulate them earlier. She'd told the girls everything was paid for. They all knew they hadn't 'paid' the toll yet. It was something they obviously were all willing to do.

"I think all three of them were ready for it without the drinks in their system." Vanna said.

John swallowed hard. He hoped so, but didn't voice it. He wanted to be with Leticia if he could have a choice. He thought about it some more and realized he would rather be with Allison and Vanna than the new girls. They all cared about and loved each other. He wanted to make his position clear.

"I don't think so." John said. "You two are much prettier than they are. I would rather be with you two. It's not my choice for anyone. It has to be their choice. If it's not their choice, I won't do it."

Vanna and Allison exchanged quick glances with his revelation. It was a green light if they chose to act on it.

Allison took John's other arm. She felt very possessive. She didn't want something she'd wanted for years to slip away from her.

"Cameron doesn't need to get us drunk to have a good time with John." Allison said. "We belong to him, not them."

Allison and Vanna both gave John a kiss on the cheek.

Vanna stopped and looked at John with all seriousness. She was more than willing to allow him to be the first male to touch her by her choice.

"I agree. We both love you." Vanna said. "Just remember, John, you can be my first. I've never been with a male by choice. To me, you will be my first. I'm a 'technical virgin'."

Allison wished she could say the same. She'd attempted to get pregnant a few times. It was only 'breeding sex', but she'd allowed her body to be 'used'. Those were all over in less than two minutes while she was on her knees and the men were behind her. The specific position further made her feel like an animal attempting to breed. She allowed their essence into her body and there was nothing else to it. She didn't even know who they were.

"I've never 'made love' with a male before." Allison said. "I'm almost a 'technical virgin'."

Holly and Gail-Cam were very disturbed by the conversation. It wasn't their place to interfere if it's what Vanna and Allison wanted. They knew Vanna and Allison wanted Mary and Laura earlier. They'd ended up sharing with them too.

John didn't want things to get out of control. He wanted to keep everything in perspective.

"I think everyone needs to chill out some." John said. "I think we all know Cameron will control what happens and with whom."

Allison looked back at Holly. She wanted to offer her a little more.

"We all know Cameron isn't going to be with those girls." Allison said. "Sheila shouldn't get all the fun."

Vanna looked at Gail-Cam. She wanted them to share a little more.

"There are three girls and there are three of you." Vanna said.

Holly and Gail-Cam looked at each other. It appeared the girls just gave them the 'green light' to go for a little more.

"Will you allow us to share with them?" Holly asked.

Vanna smiled. She didn't want any unfair restrictions placed on anyone.

"We did. You can too." Vanna said. "It's up to you two. You always have freedom of choice. You know it."

Gail-Cam looked at Vanna.

"You won't mind?" Gail-Cam asked.

Vanna and Allison looked at John and then back at Holly and Gail-Cam.

"What happens on the ship, stays on the ship." Vanna and Allison both said at the same time.

Their statement brought a round of laughter.

Holly and Gail-Cam kissed Allison and Vanna and ran over to where Cameron and Sheila were at. In just a few seconds, Mary was paired up with Gail-Cam, Holly was with Laura and Sheila was with Leticia.

Vanna was sure the three girls were in for a new experience. It didn't matter how much they thought they knew.

"Those three girls don't know what they're in for." Vanna said.

Allison was a little worried.

"Do you think we should tell the Metal girls to take it easy on them?" Allison asked.

Vanna looked at Cameron who now stood off to the side of the three new couples.

"It's really all up to her." Vanna said.

Allison nodded.

"I guess we'll see if she 'blinks' this time." Allison said.

Vanna moved closer to John. She could tell he was cold. She thought of all the past experiences.

"She has every other time." Vanna said. "She doesn't know how she hurts us when she pulls back, or pulls John back from us. We have feelings too. We can't just turn ours on and off."

John refrained from commenting on any of their conversation. He was open to any of the five girls if Cameron allowed it. She said she wanted to make it the best honeymoon ever. He really didn't see how it could get better at this point.

He looked over at Mary, Laura and Leticia. He turned his attention to Allison and Vanna. He was sure at least one of them would be in his bed at some point before the ship returned to San Pedro. Maybe the icing on the cake would be if Cameron was with them as well. He would really love to watch her share with another female. He really thought it would do her a world of good.

Cameron moved off to the side when Holly and Gail-Cam arrived. She knew Allison and Vanna 'sent' them to keep Mary, Laura and Leticia away from John. It was clear the Metal girls wanted to be there too. The three Metal girls looked even more excited than the three human girls did. It was something 'new' for them. They'd never been with strangers before. It was 'fresh meat' to them.

She wasn't sure if it was what she really wanted for John. It was what she wanted. Her directive from Future John to place John with 'Savannah Weaver' and 'Allison Young' was right at her fingertips. She really thought she could allow it this time. Savannah hadn't stepped up and she didn't want to face the backlash if she allowed Young Allison to do so. She knew she would, especially if she 'leaned on' Anna.

The alternate timeline John created allowed her to have more options. There was an extra set of 'Savannah Weaver' and 'Allison Young'. She really would have liked for Future Allison and John to have shared when she'd visited. If Future Savannah or Future Alison was ever in their timeline again, she would do whatever was necessary to ensure John was able to be with them. It was what Future John wanted. It was his destiny. It was his fate.

What made her decision easier, was what Vanna told John about being a 'technical virgin'. It was what did it for her. Vanna should be allowed a choice one time and so should Allison. The reality was neither one of the girls previously 'made love' before with a male. John should be able to claim the privilege and honor their desire. She knew he wanted to be with them for years. How could she blame him? She did too.

She understood now why Savannah wasn't on the cruise. Sure Savannah would have been with John, and he would have claimed her virginity. It wasn't how the story would play out though. She would want to be with Savannah as well. She was afraid once she was, Savannah would be the only one she wanted. Well, there was Young Allison too. Savannah knew how things would play out. Savannah knew everything better than she did.

Savannah was the one who kept not only Young Allison in check, it was her as well. She realized Savannah tried to protect them from themselves. She also knew Savannah didn't want to hurt her. Savannah was the one who'd lost everything. She was also the one who tried to make sure everyone else was able to keep what they had. To think about it all made her love Savannah even more. Savannah was the best of them all.

Vanna and Allison each held one of John's arms. They were both pressed up against him. The reality of what might happen was clear to the three of them.

John wanted it. He would rather be with Vanna and Allison because he loved them too. Sex with the new girls would be a welcome fling and a real thrill. It would happen and then they would be gone. He would rather make love to Vanna and Allison. It really was something they all wanted.

Being with Cameron in Hanna's, Ally's and Cam's chassis was what did it for him. He wanted the 'real thing', even to try just once. He didn't know while he'd slept, after he was with Cameron in each of those chassis, she whispered in his ear thousands of times he could have the 'real thing'.

John realized Cameron was staring at Allison, Vanna and him.

She started over in their direction. Her face was expressionless.

Allison noticed it right away.

"Here comes trouble." Allison said.

Vanna could see the look on Cameron's face too.

"I agree." Vanna said.

John waited for Allison and Vanna to release him. They didn't. They held him tighter and moved closer to him. It was clear they were about to 'make a statement'.

"I'll take the heat for this." John said.

The girls still held firm.

Cameron walked up and faced the three of them.

"Let go of him." Cameron said.

Vanna and Allison didn't budge. Cameron's words hurt both of them deeply.

"You can't keep doing this to us." Allison said.

John looked over at Vanna. It looked like she was about to cry.

"Let go of him." Cameron repeated.

The girls still held firm.

Vanna looked at Cameron and slowly let go. Her love for Cameron was stronger than any other desire.

Allison saw Vanna let go. She held on a little longer but then released John's arm.

Cameron and John looked at each other for a long moment.

They could hear the three Metal girls laughing and playing around with the three human girls in the near distance.

Vanna and Allison still stood next to John even if they no longer held him.

They all wondered if Cameron's eyes were going to start to glow red or not. It would determine the severity of their infraction. They all thought it was very cruel of Cameron to do this to them, again. It looked like she took them to the edge and now was about to slam on the brakes, again.

Bob, Ally, Hanna and Jim all observed the group from a distance.

"What's going on over there?" Jim asked.

Ally looked at the three new girls.

"I don't know, but I wish we were there." Ally said. "I want some of that."

It looked like 'good pickings' to Hanna.

"I do too." Hanna said.

Bob didn't think they should get involved. They'd been given other instructions.

"We need to get a vehicle." Bob said. "We have an assignment to carry out."

Ally still looked over at where the girls were.

"I'd rather carry out the assignment over there." Ally said.

Jim wanted no part of it. He wanted to get prepared.

"I'll obtain a vehicle." Jim said.

Ally and Hanna remembered their wild ride with Sheila.

"Don't get a convertible." Ally said.

Hanna wanted to make it clear why.

"We already faced termination once tonight with Sheila's driving." Hanna said.

Bob felt 'The Warriors' were invincible.

"'The Warriors' will prevail." Bob said.

Hanna agreed with him.

"Can you dig it?" Hanna asked.

Ally looked forward to their new adventures. She liked her new team. She liked being one of 'The Warriors'.

"Yup…." Ally said.

CamNet's Terminators questioned the two men separately from each other. They kept track of where the homeless men were at, as well as the stoners at the end of the cul-de-sac. They also checked on the female Fanatic. It appeared she'd been lucky once again.

They'd needed to work the two men over 'Terminator style' to get all the answers they could. They were both terminated now. They hadn't gained a whole lot of new information. There were still three more locations to a check associated with the group of Grays. One of them they already knew about. The female Fanatic was on her way to the second one. The third one was unknown to them previously. It was the location where the other box truck went earlier.

They both went back out onto the workroom floor. They spied several pry bars. They each took one. CamNet already informed them there were several big rigs on the way. They went to the crate the men had been searching for first. They didn't know if they were going to find power cells, chips for Terminators, or some type of HK equipment. They wondered what it was going to be. They were a little disappointed when the top came off of the crate.

Lena looked over at Tina.

"These are just electrical components." Lena said.

Tina picked several of them up and looked at them.

"They must have had a reason they wanted them." Tina said.

Lena figured it should be one of the items they collected first.

"Let's see what else is in some of the other crates and containers." Lena said.

They quickly began to open the various crates to see what was in them. They marked the ones they would take.

They began to open the containers as they came across them. Each one opened with a loud 'squeal'. They were a little surprised at their contents. It was air. There was nothing in any of the containers. It didn't make sense to them. The containers must have been waiting to be loaded for shipments to other parts of the world. It was the same speculation they'd come to at the port facility and the old steel mill.

They decided to load the box truck while they waited for the arrival of the big rigs. Lena would load the HK Track into the back of it. Tina used a forklift and began to collect what they wanted to take with them. She brought over the crate the Grays inside of the building were searching for earlier. They thought it must have some significance. They just didn't know what it was.

They kept track of what was happening around them. They were informed another drone was on the way. There would be one which arrived with the big rigs as well. They were instructed to be ready to move out at a moment's notice.

They might need to proceed to the location where the female Fanatic ended up at. After questioning the men, they knew there were four HK Tracks in the back of the big rig she currently tailed. They also knew there was other HK equipment stored there. They were unable to get a conclusive answer as to how many and what exactly they were.

CamNet's Terminators continue to prioritize and stage everything which would be confiscated.

The two homeless men finally heard some noise. They decided to investigate. They used a battered flashlight to guide them.

"We've been in this building before." The first homeless man said. "Where are they at?"

The second homeless man looked around at the destruction. He knew they were responsible for it.

"I don't know." The second homeless man said. "Maybe the fire opened up something we couldn't see before."

After the fire, they'd never gone back. They didn't want to get clocked for what happened.

They moved closer to where they could hear the sound. They realized now they were the sounds of running footsteps. The stoners were in a hurry to get out of the building. They quickly turned off their light and waited. They watched the stoners exit from the building. They heard their car start and the tires squeal as it drove away. For whatever reason, they wanted to get out of the building and as far away from it as possible.

The two homeless men waited for another minute before they started to move again. They wanted to make sure there was no one chasing the stoners. They didn't want to run into them if there was.

"I don't hear anything." The first homeless man said.

All the second homeless man could hear was his own breathing. He turned the light back on. It flickered once and went off. He tapped the side of it gently a couple of times. The light came back on.

"Let's go see what we can find." The second homeless man said.

The two homeless men moved towards the front of the building. They moved to the north side. They looked at the footprints in the soot and dust.

"They were over this way." The first homeless man said.

The two homeless men followed the main track of footprints. There were others which deviated here and there. They soon spotted something they hadn't seen before. It was a stairway which went down beneath the building. It was behind a locked door before. The door was now gone. They didn't even know there was a lower level.

"This is new to us." The second homeless man said. "What do you think is down here?"

The first homeless man could only think of one thing.

"Something to make a group of teenagers run out of here in sheer terror." The first homeless man said.

The second homeless man was a little leery.

"Do you think it has anything to do with the strange group in the other building?" The second man asked.

The first homeless man was more than worried it might be.

"All we know is they're a rough lot." The first homeless man said.

They slowly started down the stairway. They reached a small chamber at the bottom. They noted there was a collection of narcotics and drug paraphernalia scattered about the floor.

"It looks like they dropped everything and ran out of here." The second homeless man said. "Some of those pipes and reefers are still lit."

He thought it was a fire hazard. It didn't really matter at this point.

Between the burnt smell of the building and the heavy scent of cannabis and other drugs in the air, they began to notice something.

"I don't like the other smell." The first homeless man said. "I've smelt it before."

The second homeless man stopped. He understood what he indicated.

"Do you think it's the girls?" The second homeless man asked. "I know what you mean. I don't want to see them if it is."

The first homeless man really didn't want to see either. He needed to confirm what he suspected if nothing else.

"Wait here." The first homeless man said. "I'm going to take a quick look."

The two homeless men weren't sure what they'd stumbled across in the basement of the burnt out building.

The female Fanatic wondered if they were near the destination. They were in a remote location now. The other set of headlights was still behind her. She eased up on the accelerator and let the vehicle slow. She needed to make the turn without using her brakes.

The other vehicle hadn't seemed to gain on her in a while. She wondered if they caught the sight of her reflectors in their high beams.

She downshifted from 'drive' into 'second gear'. The vehicle slowed dramatically. When she reached twenty five miles an hour, she put it into 'first gear'. The vehicle slowed down even more. She made the turn without needing to apply her brakes at all. She'd been ready to apply some pressure from the parking brake if it would have been needed. It wasn't.

She could see the tail lights of the big rig up ahead. It became harder to see them. After a few seconds, she realized the big rig was on a dirt road. She didn't want to drive blind on it. Even if she turned her head lights on they would be obscured by the floating dust in the air. There was a group of bushes and trees off to the right side. She decided to pull off of the paved road and parked her vehicle there.

The female Fanatic looked at her satellite images again as to where the road she was on would lead. It looked like it led to a warehouse at the end of a dirt road.

Can You Dig It

One is always closest
To those in their own orbit
Most will stand to lose
Others may flourish and profit

Things become dull and routine
People operate out of habit
They can take shortcuts
Important things they may omit

Do such shortcomings
Make them vulnerable and unfit
Are their actions really those
Of what others call a misfit

Perhaps it's because
It's hard to commit
Sometimes it's just easier
To walk away and quit

One needs to have open eyes
The truth they must admit
Don't be a hypocrite
Can you dig it

Nobody
