Chapter 1457

Best Threesome Ever

John Henry checked in with the Young bunker.

Anna needed to know how Young Allison wanted to play it.

"What do you want to do?" Anna asked.

Young Allison was aware the ambush was put into play earlier in the day. It was actually set up before the incident at the port. There were several options available to her.

"They set this into motion hours ago." Young Allison said. "We can bring those buildings down and take out those four crews."

Anna didn't see how they would get any answers if they did. She wasn't sure if it mattered or not. It would be nice to know, one way or another.

"We can." Anna said. "We still don't know where they came from."

Young Allison tried to think about the chain of events. She was sure the way things played out wasn't how it was originally supposed to play out.

"I'm beginning to think this is about Coltan or something else." Young Allison said. "I think the original group in the port building was a group of Grays. They ran afoul with the Syndicate, thanks to us. The other group waiting to intercept the Coltan was the Fanatics. By us showing up there, and the Syndicate looking for some payback, we disrupted everything."

Anna knew they went over it before. There was a very important piece of the puzzle missing. It was actually a piece which would be quite significant. There was no Coltan.

"Where's the Coltan at?" Anna asked. "Someone must have been about to deliver it. We always thought the Fanatics were waiting for it."

Young Allison felt a certain amount of frustration over the mystery. She believed the incident today involved at least two different groups. It was possible it was three different groups. There was really no way for them to know at this point. One thing they did know was one of the groups arrived in a white van. The white vans were used in several operations they'd been involved with. All of them ended tragically for the Grays who'd used them.

"It's probably why we have the Grays and Fanatics still interested in the place two weeks after it was hit by us." Young Allison said. "I don't know where the Coltan is at, or if it was the actual thing they were to receive. I don't know who was to deliver it or where it came from. All I know is something else was supposed to happen there and it didn't. It's still out there somewhere."

She also needed to worry about the Syndicate involvement. They were still out there as well. She was unaware of the altercation CamNet's Terminators had with them at two locations the night before the attack on the port facility. There was also another white van involved currently.

It always seemed there was more they didn't know. The more they did know, the less they seemed to know overall.

CamNet fed Summer the conversation from the Young Bunker.

Summer tried to put it all together with the facts they knew. There was one major problem. They didn't have all of the facts. Most of what they went on was supposition.

"Did you ever determine where all those containers at the port facility came from or what was in them?" Summer asked.

John Henry failed to make a determination. Not only was it the ones at the port facility, it was the ones located at the old steel mill. Those containers all arrived with something in them, or they all planned to leave loaded. It was always their assumption the ones at the steel mill were waiting to be loaded. As for the ones at the port, they didn't have a clue.

"No." John Henry said.

Summer hoped more of the containers would turn up somewhere.

"Have you found any more of them around there since the first raid?" Summer asked.

John Henry hoped more of them would arrive at the port, or in any of the container storage yards. They could have been in transit by rail across the country. In two weeks time, they would have arrived somewhere. So far there was nothing.

"No." John Henry said.

Summer wanted a better answer.

"I need you and CamNet to go through every nation's spy satellites and look for any activity on the night of the first raid." Summer said. "I think there was at least one or more of those same containers on the way there. It's more than likely the Gray or Grays who were driving them saw the attack and parked them somewhere else down there and ran."

John Henry knew they looked for things like it before and always thought it was something about Liquid Metal. Coltan was an afterthought. He started on it with CamNet.

"We're both doing it right now." John Henry said.

Anna was updated. It was something Young Allison questioned before.

"Summer wanted them to follow up on your suggestion." Anna said.

Young Allison was a little skeptical anything fruitful would be produced. Too much time had passed since the original incident.

"I know they looked before." Young Allison said. "It could have disappeared in the weeks since the first raid."

Anna pointed out the obvious. It was clear they weren't the only ones who were interested.

"There are still two or more groups involved in this area around the building." Anna said.

There were a number of things to consider going forward.

"If there was Coltan in the building we missed somehow, I would have to think it was melted at this point and mixed with who knows what." Young Allison said. "I would also have to think the authorities are going to have their eye on the port area for a few weeks still."

Anna believed the surveillance cameras which were set up in the surrounding area should be sufficient for now. There was no reason to involve personnel on the ground, or other equipment in the air, around the port facility. If the other groups involved were still interested, they were all still out there. With the authorities involved, it would only lead to needless casualties or death among them if another incident occurred

"It seems likely." Anna said. "It's best if we can stay away from there."

There was another issue which was unresolved. It still bothered Young Allison.

"There were some sub assemblies which were delivered to the old newspaper plant by rail." Young Allison said. "We took down a few other satellite firms associated with the raid as well. There were containers at the old steel mill too. They were all empty."

Anna was aware they ran down every lead involving both of those places.

"There are always missing pieces of the puzzle." Anna said. "Look at the equipment we've been able to capture and use as our own."

Young Allison knew it was a lot. She knew Cameron was able to put the grab on the machinery used for the assembly and fabrication of a lot of those components. It wasn't in the hands of the Resistance. It was in the hands of Cameron and her base. It was all dispersed to remote locations.

"It makes me wonder if we took all of the components down or not." Young Allison said. "We hit a lot of places over the last few years."

They were left with more questions than answers.

"We never found out where they obtained the Coltan from at any of those places." Anna said. "They found a source CamNet, or Mrs. Weaver, didn't know about and used it."

It was an issue which remained unresolved. There was another issue Young Allison could resolve. It was the one they currently faced.

"I want to deal with the ambush they set up near the brown car." Young Allison said. "I'm tired of playing games."

Sheila and Cammy came across a mystery of their own. They needed to find out some more information about it. They didn't want to push Jesse because of her current condition. They didn't want to be the ones responsible if anything went wrong again.

"I think you should get some sleep." Sheila said.

Jesse was a little surprised when Cammy and Sheila decided to leave. She thought they were going to be there all night. She was ready for a lot of action. There was a lot of tension built up inside of her which she felt needed to be released.

Cammy didn't want to overdo it with any of the girls.

"You need your rest." Cammy said. "I'm going to let Savannah rest all night too."

Jesse checked the time.

"It's pretty late." Jesse said.

She was still used to 'all nighters'. She was pretty sure Gail, Sheila and Cammy all treated her differently since she'd been with John. None of them asked about it, but she felt they knew. Now it made her wonder.

Sheila and Cammy both gave her a kiss and a hug. They were going to leave naked. They both still carried their clothes as they left.

Jesse wondered if there was something different about her now. She didn't know she was pregnant.

The Metal girls all did. They knew she always went through a lot of trouble. The pregnancies all terminated on their own. Nobody wanted to say anything. It always hurt Jesse when the pregnancy ended. Young Jesse had her covered now. Everyone thought they should leave it the way it was. It was most likely the only sure way around the issue.

Nobody wanted to be the bearer of bad news.

Vanna and Young Jesse decided to wrap it up for the night. They knew there was more to come.

"Savannah may want to be with you in the morning and we both need to get some sleep." Vanna said.

Young Jesse and Vanna shared a long deep slow loving kiss. They expressed their new love for each other.

"We all need to remember our place." Vanna said. "We're open to new or better things, but we always need to remember our place."

Young Jesse knew this was how it was for Vanna all the time. She was usually by herself with Camille. No one else was in Australia with them. There were male Terminators who watched over her parents. They had minimal contact. None of it was of a sexual nature. She wasn't there to make waves or create problems for anyone.

"I'll remember." Young Jesse said. "I like to share and love, but I don't want to hurt anyone either."

Vanna learned everything needed to have some moderation.

"We always need to keep it in mind." Vanna said. "There will always be time to share at some point."

They shared another long kiss and Vanna left.

Young Jesse figured Vanna wasn't done for the night since she'd left naked carrying her things. She was kind of beat. She thought about going in and joining Savannah so they could be together and just sleep.

Maybe she would take a shower and think it over. It seemed Camille would be back soon. It could be Camille stopped by and saw she was still busy. She could see what Vanna meant about needing to think of the others too. It seemed there was a lot going on around there. It also seemed like there was the possibility for much more to happen.

John was having the time of his life. He was pretty sure it was the best threesome ever. The funny part about it was, it was really just Cameron and him. Cameron was able to be 'two' people by switching back and forth.

It seemed to him when Cameron was active in Samantha's chassis, she seemed more excited than when she was in her own chassis. Either way it was a thrill for him.

He figured the only thing which could be hotter, was if Cameron was to activate both chassis at the same time. He was pretty sure she was close to doing it. He would love to see her with herself as 'mother and daughter'. He would like it even more if both of 'her' were with him simultaneously. He could think of a few possibilities how everyone could be satisfied at the same time.

John finished up again with Samantha-Cameron on top. He needed to rest. She moved off of him and lay next to him on one side and cuddled up to him. Cameron's chassis did the same thing a few seconds later on the other side. Cameron gave him a deep kiss. He was sure it was so she could 'experience' Samantha.

Cameron was elated. She regretted not doing what just occurred sooner. She needed to remind herself it would have taken some temporal management to be able to do so. Samantha only just finished Resequencing in the last day. It would have been impossible otherwise.

"I'm glad I saved this for last." Cameron said. "I've enjoyed this the most. I can see how I am compared to what would be 'my mother'."

John wanted to tell her it was a really rare comparison. Then again there was 'Mrs. Robinson' and 'Elaine Robinson' in 'The Graduate'. He knew he better not start thinking about movies. He would be hung up on his movie soon enough. He really wondered how the movie was even made and distributed. It was all top bill actors too.

He was pretty sure the social norms changed due to the personal fears of those involved. They didn't want to admit the truth so they 'hid' it. It didn't say much about them at all. They pretended like it didn't happen. He really wondered what the prosecution rate was for anyone 'under age'. It seemed to him about half of the population was guilty. It was funny how it didn't matter when they did it. It didn't matter to him either. It was their hang up, not his. He believed it was the call of nature. He didn't want to lose focus on where he was at right now.

"It's really special, Cameron." John said. "I need to rest up a little. We can still kiss and cuddle."

It's what they did.

Cameron switched back and forth every two minutes at first and then she did it every minute. She decided she wanted a little more. She was willing to take it one step further. She thought about her close encounter with Leticia on the ship. It was time to take what she wanted.

"I want to activate Samantha." Cameron said. "She can have her one time now."

John was sure no matter how good it sounded to him, it was a bad idea for Cameron. There were also some 'personal' considerations to take into account. He wanted Cameron to think things through a little further. He didn't want her to get caught up in the moment. He knew how easy it was to do.

"I think Samantha would like to be alone for her 'first time'." John said. "I think even Sheila would. It will be a special time for them. You're always alone for your 'first time'. I don't really think you would want to have an audience, even if they became a participant, not on the 'first time'."

John hoped Cameron didn't point out Future Riley and him were alone in the truck the one night. He wouldn't have wanted to be with more than one person anyway. It was a special time. It should be for everyone. It seemed most of the girls didn't have a special 'first time'. Maybe only Young Jesse did. He wasn't sure about his mother and he wasn't going to ask. He was pretty sure it was a high school encounter.

From what he saw at school, they didn't last long on any level. He still didn't know who harassed Jordon and was indirectly responsible for her death. He didn't want to think about it. There were times where he wanted to find out and confront them about it.

He was sure if Cameron got wind of it, she would confront them and then terminate them as retribution. It actually made him wonder if she didn't do it anyway. Since he stopped going, he didn't follow what happened at the school. Maybe there were a few 'disappearances' he didn't know about. It was possible a student, or a teacher, may have 'transferred' to another school suddenly.

Cameron was very elated with her most recent 'first time'. She told John the honeymoon was officially over. She'd reconsidered several options because they didn't happen on the ship. She didn't see any reason why they couldn't happen now. There was no need to push the one issue when there was an even better one she could offer. Well, it would be even better for John. It would better protect him as well.

"It was just a thought." Cameron said. "I need to get Claire and Jesse in here too."

John was very elated to hear Cameron say it. He wanted what she offered desperately. He wanted to give himself a little cover too. He wanted to tell Cameron he was with Jesse earlier. It just didn't seem like the right time or proper setting.

Cameron was very pleased with John and everything he'd allow her to do. She'd been able to be 'someone different' many times over. She thought of bringing Savannah to him during the night. Then she thought otherwise. She would leave the choice and decision up to Savannah.

She was back in her chassis right now.

John looked away from Samantha's chassis.

"I love you, John, and you love me." Cameron said.

She gave him a kiss.

"I love you, Cameron, and you love me." John said.

They were both pretty sure the night was far from over.

Vanna left Young Jesse behind to get some sleep. She was still fighting jet lag. She went back to her room and found Allison and Holly were together. She didn't want to bother them. Maybe she could find Cam.

She passed by Jesse's room and was surprised to see she was alone. It was a first. There was almost always activity happening in there. She wondered if Jesse wanted some alone time. She decided not to disturb her.

Vanna moved on and found Cam with Gail and Ally. Cam excused herself and was about to take Vanna to Holly's room. She mentioned to Gail that Jesse was all alone and so was Young Jesse.

Gail and Ally spoke to each other. They both left.

Cam and Vanna stayed in the room they were in. It was as good as any. They soon were up to speed as they shared with each other.

Gail went in and joined Jesse. She'd thought about going to visit Young Jesse. She was worried about Jesse and her condition. She just climbed in bed next to her. They would take it easy for a while. Jesse seemed sleepy. She scanned Jesse. She didn't want to 'push' her in any way. She was still pregnant. She knew some of them ended quickly. She wasn't going to mention it. It always made Jesse cry. It made her cry as well. It was a very unpleasant feeling.

Ally checked on Young Jesse. She was asleep. She checked on Savannah. She was asleep.

'Great, I'm 'odd man out' right now.' Ally thought.

She decided to check on operations. She started to dress as she headed for the Command Center. She was just about to put her top on when she walked in. She was greeted with John Henry and Summer. They both looked at her.

"Hi." Ally said. "I'm sorry. I should have dressed sooner."

She quickly put her top on.

Neither John Henry nor Summer was sorry to see Ally finish dressing.

Young Allison checked the drones over the other locations they'd conducted operations at over the last few days.

Everything looked sedate without any activity.

She checked the surveillance cameras at several of the other locations they'd been to earlier. Everything was calm. It didn't appear the current activity was connected to anything else. It didn't appear to be actively connected anyway.

"I think what we have in the industrial area is it for now." Young Allison said.

Anna checked everything Young Allison looked at every few minutes. She knew they were all clear. It was time to make some decisions.

"What do you want to do in the industrial area?" Anna asked. "You have ten drones available. More can be there shortly."

Young Allison formulated a plan. She ran it by Anna, and then CamNet. Once they were all on the same page, they presented it to John Henry. They were all in agreement. Summer suggested a few tweaks to John Henry and he ran them by the Young bunker. It looked like they were good to go.

It was Showtime.

There were four men inside the first building. They were 'Team One'. They began to grow weary as they waited.

"How much longer are we going to wait here?" The first man asked. "Nothing is going to happen."

The team leader looked around at his crew. He knew everyone was tired. They'd been there all day. He needed to check with the other team.

"I don't know." The leader said. "Maybe I'll contact 'Team Two' and see what they want to do."

The second man yawned.

"We've been here for hours." The second man said. "This gig blows."

The third man could have done without the mention of anything 'blowing'. He'd been doing a lot of it on his own.

"I'm just glad they have a bathroom here." The third man said.

There was the sound of gas passing. It repeated itself two more times. Each one was louder than the ones before it.

The second man looked over with disgust.

"Come on, Rodriguez. I told you to lay off the hot sauce." The second man said.

The third man didn't think he needed to defend his eating habits. He felt a little insulted.

"You just don't know what's good." The third man said.

The leader didn't like the lack of attention paid to the operation.

"Knock it off and stay sharp." The leader said.

The first man looked around the building they were in.

"Stay sharp for what?" The first man asked. "We got played, again."

The leader saw things differently. They were a little too close to home, especially today.

"We lost a few good men earlier." The leader said. "It could have been us."

The second man thought about how close it was for their team being sent instead of the other team.

"If Rodriguez wouldn't have been on the can, it would have been us." The second man said. "When the order came to move out, we weren't ready and able to leave in time."

The third man smiled triumphantly. He felt the hot sauce saved the day. Well, at least for them.

"See, the hot sauce paid off." The third man said. "I told you it was good."

There was the sound of passing gas with a liquid gurgling noise this time.

The third man ran for the restroom.

The second man looked over in his direction with disgust.

"Jeez, Rodriguez, put a cork in it." The second man said.

They all heard some sound outside of the building.

The leader looked out the window when he determined it was a vehicle.

"Look alive." The leader said. "We've got movement."

The first and second man joined him with their weapons ready.

There was the sound of squealing tires along with some heavy acceleration.

The second man sensed serious danger.

"What the Hell is going on?" The second man asked. "How many cars do they have?"

The leader wanted the team ready to respond.

"Pay attention." The leader snapped. "It's happening right now, whatever it is."

There was a loud 'crash'. The rear door on the building caved in. A vehicle came in the rear door after it was knocked open. It sideswiped both of their vehicles and crashed out the front entrance. It never slowed.

The three men opened up as it passed. They shot their own cars up in the process. One of them began to smoke.

They heard a scream off to the side.

The second man quickly lowered his weapon down.

"They got Rodriguez." The second man said.

The leader looked at the direction the other two men had been firing. It wasn't him who missed the target.

"'It was probably one of you morons who hit him." The leader said. "Look at our cars. We may need to move."

They tried to see where the speeding vehicle went but it was gone.

The first man found a fire extinguisher and put out the fire which started in one of their cars. The second man went to look for the third man. He found him.

The second man was a little concerned about the missing man.

"They got Rodriguez." The second man said. "He's still sitting on the can. He's dead."

The first man thought about the implications of what was indicated. An image popped into his mind he'd heard years ago.

"He went out like Elvis then." The first man said.

The second man was a little confused. He thought it was someone else.

"Did Elvis get shot?" The second man asked. "I thought it was Yoko's husband."

The first man wanted to downplay the issue. He knew it was actually drug related, even if indirectly.

"He was on the can when his heart stopped." The first man said. "More than one 'king' has died a tragic death."

The team leader wanted his troops to regroup and be ready. They'd already lost one man. Both of their vehicles were heavily damaged.

"Shut up and get ready. I hear the car again." The leader said. "Get ready to move out. We're going to stop them this time."

The first and second man formed up on the leader.

They looked out the front.

With a screech of tires the car reentered the building from the rear again. It sideswiped both of their disabled cars again and almost ran them down as it went out the front. The car which caught fire the first time, caught fire again. The speeding car clipped the second man and sent him sprawling.

The leader and the first man tried to collect their weapons and fire at the car. It moved towards the second building. It was at a ninety degree angle to theirs. It crashed through the front door. There was the sound of gunfire and a loud 'crash' followed by a second 'crash' almost immediately.

"Let's go." The leader said.

The first man was with him. The second man limped behind them a little.

Team Two heard the commotion in the first building. They knew they were under attack.

"Here it comes."

"Open up on it."

The four men began to fire as the car crashed through the front door. It impacted their first vehicle and pushed it into the second one. The men fired wildly at the crushed vehicles.

One of the men looked out the door from where the vehicle crashed through. He spotted some men moving up on them.

"Here comes a ground assault."

One man turned and fired at three figures who advanced on their position. One was limping. They all went down. He wasn't sure how many he'd hit.

The ruptured fuel tank on one of the crushed cars exploded. Two men caught on fire. They ran screaming from the building as human torches.

The man who fired on the three men earlier looked back and was hit with gunfire from one of the figures on the ground he thought he'd shot. At least one of them was still alive. Darkness overtook him as he saw the two burning men fall also.

The leader of Team One dropped down as soon as they started to take fire. The first and second men were a little slower. They were both down and out. He used the second man's body for cover. He checked both men. They were dead. He took aim and fired as two human torches exited the building. He cut them down and fired at the spot where the shots came from which took his team down. He heard a scream.

He rolled off to the side and advanced in a zig zag motion towards the building, He figured Team Two was down. The gunmen in the car must have taken them all out.

There was some movement by the door. A figure staggered out with a pistol in their hand. He emptied the rest of his magazine into them. They fell over backwards as one wild shot was fired. The leader was hit in the head and died instantly.

All eight men from the two ambush teams were dead. The second building was a raging fire. The first building Team One was in, was also burning now.

They watched the events at the industrial complex go down in the Young bunker.

"Was it how you imagined it would play out?" Anna asked.

Young Allison looked at the results. She didn't know exactly what she'd expected to play out. It wasn't quite what actually happened. What happened seemed rather spectacular on its own accord.

"Not really." Young Allison said. "I thought we would at least have to use some of our drones."

Anna wasn't sure if the fighting was done. They didn't know how many other individuals were in either of the buildings. They didn't know for sure if there were any other individuals in other buildings.

"We still may need some drone activity." Anna said. "John Henry has suppressed any emergency response. If anyone else emerges out of the burning building, what do you want?"

Young Allison wanted it over. It was time to wrap things up.

"Bring them down." Young Allison said. "We don't have time for games. I don't trust any of these groups."

They watched for an escape. No one else was spotted as the burning buildings collapsed in on themselves.

Young Allison checked her monitors for any other action or activity anywhere else. There was none.

"I guess it's bed time now." Young Allison said. "It looks like everything there is concluded."

Summer checked over everything on her monitors in the Command Center.

"It looks like bed time now." Summer said. "I think we're done for the night."

John Henry thanked her for her assistance. It was her tweak of Young Allison's plan which produced the deadly results.

He would recall Michael and Richard, as well as Hank and Larry. He thanked CamNet for their assistance.

Ally hadn't done anything but watch since she'd arrived in the Command Center a very short time ago. She was a little surprised at all the activity and who appeared to be responsible for it.

"I guess I'm not needed here." Ally said.

Ally followed Summer out and to her room. She decided to see if she could join Claire and Hanna.

Earlier:

CamNet's Terminators monitored the progress of the female Fanatic. They awaited the arrival of the two men in the white van as they sat in the desert. They'd been instructed to drive to a secluded canyon. They were informed another drone was on the way.

They could hear a drone approach their location. It wasn't just one drone, it was two drones. Both of them landed. They were a little surprised to see there was a male Terminator on top of one of them. He got off and gave them their new instructions. They looked at each other and at the two drones which landed.

Lena handed him the keys to the SUV.

The Terminator drove away.

Tina and Lena each climbed on top of a drone and it took off. It certainly wasn't the way they'd expected events to play out.

The first man got back behind the wheel of the white van and continued down the mountain side. They passed the entrance to the aerial tramway and were back on the flat land of the desert floor.

They were able to make a call. They were instructed to return back to their base. There'd been a number of developments since they'd been out of communication. It didn't appear the person in charge was very happy with them about anything. It was on their advice a team had been sent to its death at the port facility. They were unaware of it. When they informed them everything was gone, they were further chastised.

The two men in the white van continued on their way. It didn't appear it was going to be a happy reunion.

The three rowdy men continued their journey. They didn't know their conversation was being monitored by CamNet. Everything they'd said since they'd left the gas station and parked in front of the diner before they went in had been heard. She'd been able to activate the microphone on all three of them as each of the men attempted to use them earlier. It didn't matter if the men didn't think they were on or not.

She was very dissatisfied with what the men said. She also wanted something from them.

Later on:

Three men were a little upset because they hadn't spotted the vehicle with the females yet.

"I don't think they're on this road." The first man said.

The second man agreed.

"They're gone." The second man said.

The third man was a little irritated. There was only one road.

"Where did they go?" The third man asked.

The second man shrugged his shoulders.

"They're just gone." The second man said.

The third man was angry. He was about to make a rude comment.

The first man saw something up ahead. He immediately let off the gas and started to brake.

"Hey, check it out." The first man said. "We just found them."

The second man was surprised.

"Where's their car?" The second man asked.

The third man looked around.

"At the speed they were driving, they probably wrecked it." The third man said. "Chicks and driving don't mix well. They all suck."

The first man didn't care where their car was.

"We can give them some mouth to mouth resuscitation." The first man said.

The three men laughed.

"It's not the only thing I plan to give them." The third man said.

The three men laughed again. It looked like they were in for a good time. They stopped short of the two females by the side of the road. They were illuminated in the headlights.

The Gray figured he'd better pay attention to what was in front of him at this point. He'd driven for a while and thought he was near the location. He was sure it was just a little further up ahead. He spotted a set of railroad tracks. There were several buildings on each side of the street after it crossed the railroad tracks. All of them had a rail siding.

He sure hoped the men there wouldn't open up on him. He didn't know if they would recognize the vehicle or not. The two teams didn't usually interact with each other. He figured it was smarter to leave his headlights on rather than try to make it look like he was making a clandestine approach.

All of the buildings looked abandoned in the daytime. In the night time, they all looked a little spooky. He didn't want to say they looked haunted, but after what happened at the mine, it was the thought in his head.

He pulled up to the second building on the right side.

"Stay where you're at." A voice said.

Gray became a little concerned.

He gave a brief description of who he was and where he was from.

"Why didn't you say so in the first place?" The voice asked. "We were just about to send a team to see what happened. We haven't been able to contact anyone all day long."

Gray was instructed to pull his vehicle inside of the building. The leader of the team was there to greet him. He didn't look very happy.

The female Fanatic and Jill slowly closed up until they could see the taillights of the car in front of them. They continued their long range pursuit.

Jill was a little sleepy. She ate an energy bar and drank an energy drink. She was just about to take a couple of the anti drowsy tablets when she saw something. Jackie told her to tell her if she saw anything different. She reached over and gently touched her.

"Jackie, the car up ahead just hit its brakes." Jill said.

Jill had already let off the gas.

The female Fanatic was up in an instant. She looked ahead and saw the car hit its brakes. She was even a little more surprised to see the turn signal come on as the car made a turn. She could see they were well behind it. Their vehicle had slowed dramatically.

"Turn off the lights." The female Fanatic said. "Slowly pull off to the side. Use the parking brake to stop us. Apply pressure a little at a time, we're going very slow anyway."

Jill did as instructed. She stopped a vehicle without using the brakes. The headlights were off ever since Jackie told her. She put the car into neutral and secured the parking brake.

The female Fanatic tried to gauge their distance. She felt they were close to a mile away. It was probably a little closer. She took out the map and looked at it. There was no cross street indicated on the map. It didn't mean there weren't dirt roads. There were a lot of those where they were at now.

"I think the railroad tracks are up ahead." The female Fanatic said. "There are probably some buildings there. There could even be a small community. Everything looks dark."

Jill was a little concerned.

"Are we going to park here and walk over there?" Jill asked. "We don't know what's up there."

The female Fanatic was still worried the car may have taken a dirt road. They didn't have time to walk up there and walk back to the vehicle. Then again, if the car did take a dirt road, it was going to dead end somewhere. She thought about it for a moment. She was going to make it a dead end for whoever was there. If the dirt road was a dead end, everyone would be at the end of it. She'd already been to one warehouse at the end of a dirt road. This could be another.

She looked at the map a little further. It appeared the road made a turn a short distance past where it crossed over the railroad tracks. There was a blue line on the map. It usually indicated some type of waterway. Where they were at right now, the waterways were normally dry except when it rained. She looked up at the night sky. It didn't look like rain to her. It might give them a way to approach whatever was there a little more undetected than walking on the road. Moving through the brush was going to be noisy. If there were any trip flares or booby traps, they were never going to see them until they were activated. It didn't matter if they had on their night vision or not.

"Go ahead and pull back onto the road." The female Fanatic said. "Once you on it, turn your lights on. We're going to drive past the location where we saw the vehicle turn and see what's there. We're going to continue past it for approximately a half of a mile where the road turns. We'll look for a spot to stash the car there if we see the other vehicle. Don't slow down from the regular road speed as we pass it. I'm going to look back with my night vision on and see what I can see in the direction the vehicle turned. Just play it cool like we're driving by. There shouldn't be any problems."

Jill felt a rush of adrenaline. Maybe whatever was going to happen was going to happen soon. She didn't know if she would survive or not. She'd come to the conclusion she wasn't going to. It didn't really seem to bother her. She'd already faced death a number of times at Jackie's side. Jackie had saved her several times. She knew someone could only cheat death so many times before it caught up with them. If it came, it came. As long as she could kill one or more of the men who'd abused her, it would be worth it.

The female Fanatic moved into the back seat as they approached the location. She tried to keep her head down so she could look off to the side as well as be able to look out the rear window with only the top of her head observable. She thought someone would need to be looking real hard in order to spot her. Jill told her there were some buildings up ahead.

Jill did as she was instructed. She went over the railroad tracks. The car bounced a little bit and made some noise as it did. She could see there were buildings on both sides of the tracks. Everything was dark. She looked straight ahead and kept driving at the same speed. She needed to consider the possibility they might be under observation.

The female Fanatic looked at the buildings on the side where the vehicle turned. She didn't spot anything out in the open. She took a quick glance to the other side. It was dark. There was no indication the vehicle was on a dirt road past where the buildings were. She was just about to turn her head back forward when she caught a glimpse of light. It was only there for a few seconds. She was pretty sure it was where the other vehicle was at. It hadn't gone far.

Jill went around the bend and slowed down near a bridge.

The female Fanatic instructed Jill where to park. She got out and looked around. She thought she saw a pretty good spot. She didn't know if the car would get stuck there or not. They most likely wouldn't be coming back to it anyway. She motioned for Jill to move forward.

Jill drove down the slight incline and parked underneath the bridge.

The vehicle should remain out of sight, even when it became daylight. Someone would need to be in the riverbed itself to spot it. The riverbed was dry. There could be dirt bikers at some point or other recreational vehicles.

They collected some of their food and drink items from the vehicle. They weren't going to take all of them. They moved to the trunk and armed themselves with some of the weapons. They each carried an assault rifle along with their pistol and knife. They each took a satchel charge along with one of the LAW rockets. The rest of the items, along with their remaining food, was left in the trunk.

The female Fanatic and Jill move through the dry riverbed. It was below the level of the ground and fairly obscured walking. The dirt was free of any brush and was currently rock hard. It was almost like walking on cement. They both wore night vision equipment.

Jill was a little disoriented with the night vision. She stayed behind Jackie and watched everything she did. It made it much easier for her to move along.

The female Fanatic indicated another low bridge ahead. It was where the railroad tracks crossed the dry riverbed. They went up the embankment and moved up next to the railroad tracks. They stayed on the dirt access road next to the railroad tracks. They moved back towards where the buildings were at.

They spotted the first building in a few minutes. They were able to tell there were three of them on this side of the road. She was pretty sure it was the middle building where she spotted the light.

The female Fanatic and Jill carefully move towards the closest building from the rear.

Never Ever

Nature has much to offer
Such as crimson and clover
It's something which can be seen
Many times over and over

Wounds to a heart and mind
Can cut like a clever
The wounds created and propagated
Can last longer than forever

When things go wrong
It's best any ties to sever
Emotions get swept away
As if in a raging river

Everyone should stand tall
There's no need to cower
There's more inside everyone
Waiting for someone to discover

There's no such thing
As never say never
It's best to learn
To never say never ever

Nobody
