Chapter 1537
Luscious Breasts
Sheila and Camille were accosted by four street punks. They'd lured the punks through a parking lot into a dead end alcove of some buildings. Steve and Tom were behind the punks to make sure they didn't retreat.
The four punks held knives on Sheila and Camille. They believed Camille was responsible for the injuries caused to their friends earlier. They were right. They were going to abuse them first. They planned to 'mess up' Camille's face and hop Sheila up on drugs so they could pimp her out. They'd planned to take her with them.
"Who cares? It's time to 'get some' and then bust them up." The second punk said. "I'm doing the 'China Doll' first."
Camille wanted to make sure who he referred to. She pointed at Sheila.
"Is the 'China Doll' her, based on her ethnic appearance, or me based on how nice my face looks?" Camille asked. "Some say my face looks like a porcelain doll."
The punks thought the girls were a little too 'smart mouthed'.
"That's it." The first punk said. "I can guarantee it won't look that way for long."
The four punks moved it.
"Have you ever heard of a Terminator before?" Camille asked.
The four punks all looked at each other.
"You broads are nuttier than a fruitcake." The second punk said. "What's a Terminator?"
Sheila smiled at the four punks.
"Let us introduce you to two of them." Sheila said.
The first punk heard enough, they all had. It was time to act.
"Let's grab them." The first punk said.
Camille and Sheila both sprang into action. In a flash, they moved forward and body slammed the punks down hard on the pavement. Bones could be heard to break. Their knives clattered to the ground with them. The punks were stunned. They'd never encountered anything like this before. They'd already jumped three other females earlier in the evening. They'd all been alone. It was easy pickings for them. They usually jumped at least two females a night. It didn't pay to get greedy.
Sheila would liked to have spent some time to 'work' on the street punks because of their foul mouths and what they'd planned to do to them.
They still needed to go two blocks, get to the restaurant, join John and the other girls and keep the blood on their clothes to a minimum. They didn't want the others to wait for them to arrive.
Sheila and Camille each snapped the neck of the two punks they'd body slammed. It was over in three seconds.
Steve and Tom came around the corner. They could see the threat was neutralized. Dan pulled up with an SUV.
"We'll take care of this." Tom said.
Sheila blew him a kiss.
"Thanks, love." Sheila said.
Camille smiled.
"I appreciate it too." Camille said.
Camille opened up the liftgate on the back of the SUV as they passed. The girls headed for Fisherman's Wharf. It was a short walk. They saw the SUV head for a more secluded place along the waterfront as they crossed the last street. They knew the punks would soon 'sleep with the fishes'. Everything went down just like Sheila told them it would.
They entered the restaurant and joined John, Cammy, Ally and Hanna. The other girls returned to the table twenty seconds later. It was perfect timing.
Camille wanted to sit next to John since Cammy was on the other side of him already with her hand on his lap. It appeared she fondled his private area under the table.
Cammy wanted to make her suspicions about Camille known.
"That seat's for Leticia." Cammy said. "Some of the girls still need to have their 'turn'."
Camille frowned at Cammy. She hoped she didn't come off as 'Bitch like' the same way to other people. They both ran a copy of Cameron's program as well as shared her appearance.
As soon as they sat down, the clam chowder arrived along with the drinks for the girls.
Laura looked at the food and drinks.
"Will there only be four of us eating?" Laura asked.
Sheila smiled.
"For now there is." Sheila said. "I'm saving room for dessert."
The girls all giggled.
Leticia leaned over to John.
"I can hardly wait to be with you." Leticia whispered. "I'll do whatever you want. I'm your dessert tonight."
John managed a smile. He was nervous. It seemed Leticia made herself look even sexier when she was in the restroom.
"It sounds great." John whispered back. "I can hardly wait."
Leticia reached her hand down as Cammy moved her hand out of the way.
"Oh my, that's a big one." Leticia whispered. "It seems pretty hard right now. I'm ready. It will glide right in."
Leticia looked at John with her big eyes.
John coughed a little on a sip of water.
Leticia took a spoonful of clam chowder. It was a little warm. Some ran down from her lip towards her chin.
John went to offer her his napkin.
He watched Leticia's tongue reach out and capture the thick creamy white liquid, it disappeared into her mouth.
Leticia looked at him and giggled.
John swallowed hard. It wasn't the only thing hard either. He was ready to 'go' right now.
John Henry thought things were wrapped up for the evening.
"Thank you for your assistance." John Henry said.
Summer didn't think it was a big deal. Something else bothered her. Actually, there were a few things.
"What's going to happen with Toto?" Summer asked.
John Henry wasn't sure.
"They will go through its chip and glean any information it might yield." John Henry said. "It should have extensive files of what all was inside the mine. It will probably be dismantled."
Summer didn't like the prospect. She'd already made other plans.
"We'll see." Summer said.
She sent some suggestions to CamNet along with some specifications.
"I think I need to work on my studies." Summer said.
She excused herself and left.
John Henry looked at the empty doorway and wondered about a lot of things. He was very pleased with Summer's assistance. It seemed John was distracted. He hoped John got his head back in the game. The big head that is.
Young Jesse in the Blackhawk, broke off from the Iroquois. They were headed for different destinations currently. It was time to go back home. She didn't know if she would be able to be with one of the Metal girls in the helicopter later on. She'd like to be with any of them.
She flew in silence. The LZ at Van Nuys should be well lit. She wouldn't need her night vision goggles. The fuel supply was good so there were no worries there. The instruments all checked out. The team in the back already stowed the door guns.
Young Jesse was sure CamNet kept two drones with her, even if they were at a higher altitude and unseen by her. It was probably 'Coltan Overcast' and 'Cherry Bomb'. She fully understood their actions earlier. There was a feeling which nagged at her. She couldn't place her finger on it.
"I don't think we're done for the night." Young Jesse said.
Her statement got everyone's attention. The Terminators all searched the sky around them.
She could see she'd caused them all some concern.
"I don't mean right now." Young Jesse said.
Samantha checked over all the instruments. Cam contacted CamNet for any additional information.
"We have two drones riding shotgun on us." Cam said.
Young Jesse figured as much. She figured Young Allison probably had something to do with it as well.
Gail checked in with John Henry. He didn't have anything new to report.
John Henry did inform the group the explosions created an 'earthquake'. It registered 3.9 on the Richter scale. It was a moderate quake, but it was of limited duration. No damage was reported.
Bob and Jim wondered what else was in the works. They planned to pay the machine shop and welding shop a visit tomorrow. Derek and Kyle wanted to be in on it.
Young Jesse continued towards Van Nuys. She slowed her pace. There was a feeling which continued to nag at her.
Young Allison picked up on Young Jesse's concern. She wasn't convinced they were done for the night either. She'd asked CamNet to keep at least one drone on station over the collapsed mine and two to escort the Blackhawk back.
Anna could see Young Allison wasn't going to wrap it up anytime soon.
"What else do you expect to find tonight?" Anna asked her.
Young Allison checked all the data on the two helicopters which arrived at the mine.
"I don't know." Young Allison said. "I feel like Young Jesse does. I don't think it's over yet."
Anna checked with John Henry and CamNet for any additional information, no matter how small it was.
"You want to know where the two helicopters came from." Anna said.
Young Allison knew there were more Grays where they came from and probably some version of Skynet.
"The enemy is as elusive as it is resilient." Young Allison said.
Anna knew there was no denying it. She received new information.
"Yes they are." Anna said. "Based on the amount of fuel used when Ken and Lou took over the helicopter, they came from within a sixty mile radius."
Young Allison figured it was based on the direction the helicopters came from. If she was to approach a target, she wouldn't fly in a straight line. The group came armed so they were tipped off by something.
"We can make it the full hundred and twenty mile diameter if they used evasive flying and changed directions in the last fifteen miles to make it seem like they came from a specific direction." Young Allison said. "They didn't know what type of threat they would face, even if they knew there was one. They would have taken precautions."
Anna knew there was another factor.
"They were on the deck when the drone picked them up." Anna said. "They attempted to avoid any radar."
Young Allison didn't need another mystery.
"It just never ends." Young Allison said. "Nothing is ever as easy as it should be."
Ken and Lou piloted the captured Iroquois. Al and Ed were in the back with the three deactivated Terminators and the confiscated hard drives.
Toto was there with them also.
Ed looked at Toto.
"Should we deactivate this thing?" Ed asked. "It looks at us a lot."
Toto sat up and looked at both Al and Ed again.
"I noticed it too." Al said. "It's kind of creepy."
CamNet sent a directive. She wanted Toto to be treated with dignity. It served the team well inside the mine. She informed them Summer and her altered Toto's programming. They were given specific directives to follow regarding Toto. They were to do a complete chip scan on Toto and the three captured Terminators. They needed to do a preliminary scan on the hard drives from the Skynet mainframe and the buildings at the mine head.
Al and Ed looked at each other after CamNet was done with her requests but didn't comment with each other about what they'd both just heard. No one questioned CamNet.
The Iroquois continued along towards its secure location.
Derek worked Riley over pretty good. He'd been jazzed watching Vanna and Holly together. Even before the little blue pill kicked in, he hurried back to his room and turned off the night light. Riley was 'Holly' to him for the next hour or so. He'd expended himself several times and needed to rest.
Riley was pleased with the gusto Derek showed her. She wasn't convinced he saw her as 'her'. It was OK because she benefited from his efforts and he'd delivered.
Once he started to snore she decided to check on Precious. She got up and headed for her room. She expected Samantha to be back by now. Maybe if she was, they could knock off a quickie in the nursery.
She went into the dimly lit room and spotted her in the corner. She was in standby. She wore a bathrobe. It wasn't her normal attire. Something was different.
Wait.
It was Holly. She really wondered where Samantha was at now. She hoped Samantha wasn't deactivated for sharing with her. It was a possibility.
She moved closer to Holly and looked at her. She'd wanted to be with Holly for years. She was pleased to see earlier she'd received a set of rings too. She was even more pleased to examine them. In fact, Holly's robe hung open some right now. If she just lifted up on the material some, she could get another look at those luscious breasts.
Riley felt a little guilty as she moved up and exposed one breast. It was larger than hers. She also thought it was better proportion and rode much higher than hers did. There was no sag or droop to it. It was high and tight. She felt it also made them more attractive. She wished her breasts looked the same way. They didn't. No wonder Derek always checked Holly out.
Derek awoke when Riley opened the door and exited the bedroom. He silently got up to see where she went. He was sure she'd started a relationship with another female. He didn't have a problem with it. He wanted to know who it was.
He watched her enter Precious' room. He moved up to the door and looked in. He watched as she looked at Samantha in the corner. She appeared to be in standby.
Wait.
It was Holly. He wondered where Samantha was at.
He watched as Riley opened the robe Holly wore and looked at one of her breasts. He personally liked the way they looked over Riley's. He liked the rings too. He was pretty sure Riley overstepped with what she'd just done right now. It was a violation of Holly's privacy. Riley didn't touch her. She closed the robe back up and carefully moved away. He made a hasty retreat back to the bedroom and got back into bed.
He understood Riley was hungry for a female. He could offer her one thing a female couldn't.
Riley soon joined him in bed. He was pleased when she touched him. The blue pill kicked in and he was ready almost instantly.
"Take me hard." Riley whispered.
After what he'd just witnessed, he'd already planned to do so. The little blue pill really worked wonders. He was pretty sure he'd expanded in several ways. Maybe it was what he'd just witnessed more than the blue pill. He touched himself. No, it was the blue pill.
Vanna could only watch Sarah and Allison pleasure each other for so long. She'd started to pleasure herself as she watched them. She waited until they both finished and knocked slightly as she entered the room.
"Got room for one more?" Vanna asked.
Sarah and Allison watched as she slipped off her robe.
"I was about to leave but I can stay a little longer." Sarah said.
Vanna slid into bed on one side of Sarah. Allison was on the other side.
Sarah watched as Vanna and Allison kissed right over the top of her face. Vanna then leaned down and kissed her the same way. She moved her head away and Allison's face was there now. They kissed. Vanna started down her body along the side of her neck. She hit all the high points along the way.
Allison noticed Sarah's kiss change in ferocity as Vanna worked her way down Sarah's body. When Sarah started to squirm a little she moved her body up and provided Sarah with something else to kiss. Everyone was happy now.
Vanna and Allison would switch off with each other a few times. It was clear Sarah wasn't going anywhere anytime soon.
Sarah could tell they'd done this same thing with a lot of females before. She was sure Jesse was the lucky one for most of those.
Claire and Jesse shared with each other. They were very content to be with each other.
Jesse liked she could share her love with Claire. It wasn't just about the sex with Claire. Sure they experienced plenty of hard sex too, but it was the love she craved.
Savannah was the one who'd shown her she could love. None of her encounters from the future were about love. Maybe Derek was the closest to it. She really wanted Young Jesse and Savannah to hook up full time. She knew it was outside the 'Natural Order', but she wanted Savannah's love for her younger self. She wanted the best for Young Jesse.
As soon as they both made it again Jesse sat up.
Where was Young Jesse? There was a dark feeling which touched her. She wondered if Young Jesse was in danger. It was a feeling she couldn't shake.
The drone on high altitude patrol over the mine, picked up several surface contacts in the vicinity.
CamNet and John Henry both picked up on the movement. It could be some lookiloos who saw the dust cloud after the 'earthquake', or it could be something more sinister.
It could be reinforcements which arrived by vehicle. They may have been dispatched after the helicopters to bring additional reinforcements.
CamNet sent the drones on their way to the remote locations, back to the mine. She wasn't going to take any chances.
She was aware of both Young Allison's and Young Jesse's concerns they weren't finished for the night. It looked like human intuition proved right again.
She immediately locked up both targets for a missile strike.
'Not yet.'
It was a message which flashed across one of her screens.
It was Summer.
Summer was now in her system from the lab at the Resistance base.
She'd been unaware of it.
'I just got here now.' Summer typed.
It was clear Summer knew what she'd just thought.
'I held several drones out for long range patrol.' Summer typed. 'I wanted to see what else turned up and not make a big deal about it.'
CamNet wondered if John Henry knew about it.
'No.' Summer typed. 'Only you do.'
Summer answered her question again without her asking. CamNet knew she needed to tread lightly. She'd watched Summer tear the Skynet mainframe apart earlier. She'd beaten it on its own level, and playing field. Summer also downplayed her efforts.
'Relax.' Summer said. 'I was just trying to stay out of the way and not bother you. We'll have normal communications now.'
'Jesse is on her way to the Command Center.' CamNet typed.
'No.' Summer typed. 'She will change her mind in twelve seconds and come here instead, to the lab. She's worried about Young Jesse and doesn't want to make a big deal about it.'
CamNet watched as Jesse did exactly what Summer said she would do. She knew Summer orchestrated her decision somehow.
'You're beyond gifted.' CamNet typed.
'I'm just a girl from Kansas.' Summer typed.
'In that case, I hope I'm the 'Good Witch.' CamNet typed.
'We saw earlier the 'Wizard' wasn't all they were hyped up to be.' Summer typed.
CamNet remembered Skynet's pathetic downfall before Summer.
'They were not.' CamNet typed.
Earlier:
Jesse felt a sense of worry for Young Jesse. She waited until Claire finished again and drifted off to sleep. She slipped out of bed and grabbed a robe.
She headed out into the hall. She could hear some heavy action as she neared Vanna's room. She was a little surprised at what was going on inside. It looked like Vanna and Allison 'double teamed' Sarah.
She wanted to join them. She resisted the urge and moved on. She thought about Precious as she passed Riley's room. She touched her breasts as she did. She should be good to go if she was needed. Claire didn't work her too hard this time.
It seemed a lot of the rooms were empty including Young Jesse's room. Jesse took a deep breath and headed for the Command Center. She was almost there. She began to have second thoughts.
She entered the commissary instead, but didn't feel like anything to snack on right now. She looked towards the Command Center. She didn't want to go there and make a big deal. There was another place she could go to check on things. She left almost immediately and headed for the lab. She would look around on the computers there and see what was happening. Maybe it was nothing.
Young Allison picked up on the drone images which appeared
"Those weren't sent from CamNet or John Henry." Anna said.
Young Allison wasn't sure what she meant. Did it mean someone other than them operated outside the system?
"It's not Cameron or Savannah is it?" Young Allison asked. "I don't want them involved in anything for at least one day. Savannah needs some time off."
Anna figured there was only one other person who could do it and not show up anywhere.
"I think it's someone else." Anna said.
Young Allison nodded. There was only one choice left.
"It's Summer." Young Allison said. "I thought she left the Command Center rather abruptly."
Anna understood why.
"It appears she thought the same things Young Jesse and you thought." Anna said.
Young Allison thought things ended too neatly. She put herself in her enemy's position. She would want to know more too if she'd lost contact with the mine and the two helicopters.
"Someone is going to have a lot of questions." Young Allison said. "I hope to be able to give them some answers."
Anna was sure she meant fatal answers. She was fed fresh information by CamNet.
"There are three drones on station." Anna said. "There are two on long range patrol and five more on the way back."
Young Allison could see things were about to heat up. She checked to see where 'Coltan Overcast' and 'Cherry Bomb' were at. They were riding shotgun on the Blackhawk.
"It's your call." CamNet said. "She wants to feel useful and take some of the heat off of Savannah and Cameron. It may be nothing."
Young Allison was surprised when CamNet contacted her directly. She knew what the question was.
"How's their fuel?" Young Allison asked.
Anna was surprised too. She quickly ran the calculations.
"There is enough to fly to Mexico and back still." Anna said.
Young Allison already had a team in the air with five Terminators on board. They could be back at the target zone fairly quickly if they were needed for any additional 'ground work'. The drones there, and on the way, could destroy everything which was a threat from the sky.
"Have Ken set down so Al and Ed can commandeer a vehicle. They can return to the area by vehicle. Ken and Lou can continue on with the deactivated Terminators and the hard drives after they let them off."
Anna knew Young Allison was hesitant to make the hard call.
"What about the Blackhawk?" Anna asked.
Young Allison knew what should be done. They were all there to do a job at the end of the day. Life was about choices. She needed to make one.
"Let me speak with Young Jesse…." Young Allison said.
Summer monitored the conversations and interactions from the Young Bunker.
'Is it what you would have done?' CamNet typed
'Yes.' Summer typed. 'They're the closest troops.'
'Would Savannah agree with you?' CamNet typed.
'No.' Summer typed. 'She would go herself.'
'The same way Cameron would do.' CamNet typed.
'Just like Cameron.' Summer typed.
Claire opened her eyes. She looked over and Jesse was gone. She thought maybe she was in the bathroom. She looked over towards there. She wasn't.
She got up and looked out into the hall. No one was there. She started to go out. She remembered she was naked. It seemed she was naked more than half the day, everyday anymore. She really couldn't explain her actions. It seems like she couldn't get enough or give enough. Since she'd been with John, she wanted more as well.
She picked a robe up off of the floor and slipped it on. She headed out. She could hear some heavy activity from Vanna's room.
She peeked in the door and saw Vanna and Allison both double teamed Sarah. She really wished she was Sarah right now. Her hand slipped inside her robe as she watched the three of them. She made it too whenever one of them did. It seemed to be a fairly frequent occurrence.
The Terminator returned to his SUV and headed for the location where the failed attack occurred a short time ago.
It appeared as if the group inside the building was about to flee. The bodies of the dead were taken inside. There were over a dozen of them. The drone did another low scan.
There were eight survivors inside of the building on the earlier low drone scan. The current scan showed there were now only four. It appeared as if four of the others had been terminated. It was unknown if they were detainees or suspected of being involved with the group which attacked them.
A van exited the rear of the building. It was followed by a sedan. The drone scan showed there were two individuals in each vehicle. The van pulled out on the street and the sedan pulled up in front of it. The two men who'd been on patrol on the outside, got into the sedan.
The sedan pulled away and the van followed it. The drone overhead went with them.
The Terminator arrived near the location. He parked a block away and advanced on foot. Another drone scan showed there were no active heat signatures. The only ones which registered were the dead.
He made his way to the building and went around to the rear. It was where the sedan and van left from. It was less likely there would be a booby trap there, than there would be in the front. It was always a possibility.
He made his way down the side of the building. He looked around the corner at the rear. Nothing was spotted. He carefully advanced along the rear wall until he reached the roll up door. It was still open. They hadn't bothered to close it when they'd left. He wasn't sure if it was a good sign or a bad sign. Maybe it was overlooked in their haste to get out of the location.
The Terminator moved through the building with his silenced M9 in front of him. There were four bodies near the rear door. It appeared as if they'd all been executed. The men lay in a row on the ground. Some were draped over the others. They'd all been shot in the head. He checked the bodies. None of them carried identification or phones. He moved through the rest of the building. He located the other dead. He collected any information and phones off any of those who possess them. There were no signs of any booby traps anywhere.
There was an open safe in an office type area where there were several desks. There were two doors which adjoined the office area. One of them was a restroom. The other was a small room with a bed in it. There was a door which led to another room from the small bedroom. A quick look at the bed showed it experienced heavy usage. More than likely the operation was involved with the sex trade as well as the drug trade. There didn't seem to be a shortage of users for either product.
He opened the other door from the small bedroom. There was another room with a group of beds in it. There were various restraint devices on several of them. There was a scattering of hypodermic needles on one of the counters. It appeared as if new recruits for the sex trade were 'broken in' for their new 'jobs' in the room. Those who were less compliant were restrained and injected with drugs. Once they became junkies, their compliance was no longer a problem. They would do anything for another fix. It appeared the small room with the bed was for the boss of the operation to conduct 'personal interviews' in a more intimate setting.
The Terminator armed his last Thermite grenade. He tossed it next to a pile of combustibles. He exited the building and headed back to his SUV. There'd be no emergency response at the location he just set on fire.
He checked the drone image of the van and the sedan. They had taken some evasive measures, but hadn't exceeded the speed limit or driven recklessly. Evidently they didn't want to get pulled over. CamNet would redirect any law enforcement response away from them anyway. More than likely, they were carrying a large quantity of narcotics with them. If they were to get pulled over, it would most certainly result in the termination of the police officer.
The Terminator wanted to find out what their next location would be. Based upon the beds at the previous location, there were probably some victims of the sex trade at wherever they would end up at.
The female Fanatic saw the lack of light as their opportunity to get up onto the catwalk. They made their way to one of the ladders and went up. There was sporadic minigun fire throughout the building as both of the HK Tracks sought out targets. There was some scattered return gunfire. It didn't last long.
It was hard to make out any details from the catwalk because there were only a few emergency lights on throughout the building. They could make out the shapes of figures moving in several different locations.
They passed above various types of machinery and storage bins.
"I think we can let the HK Tracks do the killing for now." The female Fanatic said.
Jill was satisfied the last of the truck drivers had been killed. She's been the one to deliver the fatal blow on the last one. She's been able to get her vengeance. She felt it was owed to her for what she'd needed to endure through no fault of her own.
They watched as other men entered the building from time to time. They weren't sure where they came from. They most likely came to investigate the shooting and thought there was an enemy force inside. They didn't know they were viewed as the enemy force to the reprogrammed HK Tracks.
The female Fanatic took their high vantage point to see what else was inside of the building.
She'd expected to find other types of HK equipment like they'd found at the mine. There wasn't any. There were crates. They were most likely sub-assemblies, or other components, Skynet would want for the future. It appeared the mine had been the main location where they'd stored everything at. It made sense because it was the most bunker buster bomb proof location. Everything was still inside of it, even if the entrance collapsed.
Jill wondered how Jackie was going to deal with the building. It was a very large building. They'd been over several sections of the catwalk. It didn't go everywhere. It only went through about a third of the building.
The female Fanatic wanted things to play out a little more before she made her next move inside the building.
The drone overhead showed the men in the outposts around the perimeter look back in the direction of the building when they'd heard the minigun fire.
Sporadic minigun fire continued along with other automatic weapons being fired. One by one, each of the outposts sent one man towards the big building to investigate.
Lena and Tina knew their biggest threat was the HK Track on the move near them. The drone images also spotted a new threat. There were four additional men headed towards the building. Each one had come from one of the four outposts. There'd also been several men who move towards the big building from several of the outlying buildings. The gunfire seemed to be a magnet which drew more and more of the Grays towards the big building.
One Terminator had already been spotted inside of the building. They were currently with his deactivated chassis. They still didn't know if there were more or not. The drones needed to remain out of Terminator hearing range so they wouldn't be detected. It would already be clear to any Terminator in the building they were under attack. As to what the nature of the attack was, they wouldn't know for sure. If they heard HK drones above them, they might expect other Terminators were in the building.
They tried to stay on the backside of the closest HK Track.
They were able to observe various other individuals enter the building. It was decided not to take them down with 'metal hail' on their way there. They wanted as many individuals as possible to enter the building.
So far six additional Grays entered. There was one from each outpost and two from another building. They were unsure of the total number of targets in the building.
Lena and Tina would use their silenced M9 to engage any threats they encountered. They could direct a drone strike with a missile against one of the HK Tracks inside the building by giving CamNet the location information. They weren't ready to do so yet.
The security chief exited the Central Station and moved away from it. He heard another burst of minigun fire. He thought the best course of action was to try to get out of the building.
He spotted several other men on the move. He didn't know if they were his men or attackers. He really didn't know what was going on. His main concern was the HK Track headed in his direction. He didn't know who activated them. He knew they needed to be the ones which were already in the building. He was also aware of the trouble at the other locations and the recent arrival's story about how the HK Tracks went on a rampage at two locations. The minigun fire directed at where he'd been earlier when he'd fired the shots To warn everyone was a good indication they were on a rampage there as well.
The security chief made his way towards the front of the building. He wanted to see if he could rectify the effects of the electrical discharge and get the lights back on. He needed to avoid the two HK Tracks on the move, and he needed to avoid any females he spotted.
He reached the location where the testing occurred earlier. He was a little shocked at what he looked at. There was the back half of one of the technicians there. There was no sign of the other half of him. He wasn't sure exactly what could cut a man in half so perfectly. He was sure it had something to do with the spatial portal they'd fooled with.
The security chief ducked down behind the electrical console as two men entered the building. They both carried weapons. He was sure they were his men. He didn't engage them. It didn't seem to make a difference. The HK Track came around the corner and did. Both of the men were cut down. He remained where he was at behind the electrical console.
He could hear additional minigun fire somewhere else in the building. It was towards the rear of it. The HK Track turned around and went in the direction of the other gunfire.

Cameron and Young Allison went around the block and parked in the rear of the sporting goods store.
There was another man at the rear door who carried what appeared to be a long gun wrapped in a towel. He went inside.
Young Allison paused for a moment. She stopped Cameron as well.
"This isn't going to be another 'curtain rod' incident is it?" Young Allison asked.
Cameron tilted her head slightly.
"It's probably someone who needs some assistance with a firearm." Cameron said.
The girls continued on to the rear door. Cameron reached it first and held it open for Young Allison. They both walked inside.
There was a varied assortment of camping supplies as well as fishing gear. There was one small corner along the side of the building, by what looked like the manager's office, where there were some long guns. There was ammunition on shelves next to the long guns.
Young Allison noticed there were some various different types of archery equipment. She looked at some of the arrows. Most were for target practice, other ones appeared to be for hunting.
Cameron looked at one of the hunting arrows.
"In close quarters, it's a very efficient and silent weapon for terminations in the right hands." Cameron said. "There are very few proficient individuals left. It's more of a tradition than a practicality anymore."
Young Allison looked over at the firearms counter. The man who'd entered the store took the towel off of a long gun. He showed it to the clerk. The clerk worked the action to make sure the weapon wasn't loaded. It wasn't. She instantly recognized it.
"It's an M1 Carbine." Young Allison said.
Cameron moved closer to the two men as they talked.
"It's a nice looking weapon." The clerk said.
"I just got it in the mail today." The man said.
"I guess you need some ammunition for it." The clerk said.
The man frowned slightly.
"I need more than the ammunition." The man said. "I got it from the NRA. They don't ship them with anything to hold the bullets. It doesn't come with a manual either. I'm not sure how to disassemble it."
The clerk took a renewed interest in the firearm.
"If this is from the NRA, it's straight from a US arsenal." The clerk said.
"It was a little more than I wanted to spend." The man said.
"How much did it set you back?" The clerk asked. "I mean if you don't mind me asking."
"It was $17.50 plus $2.50 postage." The man said.
"I think it's a pretty good price for a piece of American history." The clerk said.
"I want to take it apart so I can clean it and oil it." The man said. "I see there's a screw at the back of the receiver in the stock. Maybe I need to unscrew it. There's a screw up in the front too."
Cameron wanted to be of assistance. She glanced at Young Allison and smiled.
"Follow me." Cameron said.
Cameron and Young Allison walked up to the counter.
Both of the men looked over at them. They wondered if they were in the wrong section. The camping goods were on the other side of the store.
The clerk was about to tell Cameron where the Badminton equipment was located.
"Excuse me." Cameron said. "I know how to disassemble the firearm. It's very easy."
The man looked a little skeptical.
The clerk looked amused. He looked at the man who nodded.
"Go ahead." The clerk said.
Cameron moved forward and looked at the two men. She proceeded to loosen the screw on the barrel band as she smiled at them. She slid the barrel band forward after she compressed the band spring in the stock. She took the hand guard off. She pulled the action out of the stock by the barrel and set it next to it.
She made sure to capture the retaining pin which held the trigger group to the receiver. She let it fall into her hand and slid the trigger group off of the receiver. She proceeded to compress The recoil spring and guide and removed it. She pulled back on the operating rod and disengaged it from the bolt and removed it. She then removed the bolt from the receiver.
"Now you can properly clean and oil it." Cameron said.
Young Allison could see both of the men's mouths hang open slightly. There was a blank look on their face. They couldn't quite believe what they'd just witnessed. It literally happened in a matter of seconds. She knew Cameron didn't hurry either.
"I've never seen anyone disassemble an M1 Rifle so quickly." The man said. "I don't even think most men know how."
Cameron frowned slightly.
"This is an M1 Carbine." Cameron said. "It's not an M1 Rifle. There's also an M1 Submachine gun. The other two firearms are different calibers."
The man looked at his disassembled rifle on the counter.
"I need a 'clip' for this one. " The man said.
Cameron was aware it was a common mistake.
"The M1 Carbine, and M1 Submachine gun, both use a detachable box magazine." Cameron said. "The M1 Rifle does not. It's fed by an en bloc clip. It's different from a stripper clip."
The man looked a little confused.
"What's the difference?" The man asked.
Young Allison could see Cameron would become irritated soon if the man kept asking questions which she didn't think were intelligent. She gently touched Cameron's back to remind her to be civil.
Cameron glanced back and nodded.
"The detachable magazine is a self contained unit with its own internal spring." Cameron said. "They are usually capable of holding more rounds of ammunition. They come in various sizes. There are 15 and 30 round magazines available for the M1 Carbine. There should be a 5 round magazine available for hunting. I don't know how easy it will be to acquire one of those. It's required in some jurisdictions."
The manager came out of his office which was near the firearms counter.
"Hello. You seem to know a lot." The manager said. "If you ever need a part time job, I'll give you an application to fill out."
The man didn't want everyone to get distracted.
"What about my gun?" The man said. "It's in a lot of pieces right now. It cost me twenty bucks with postage."
Cameron proceeded to reassemble the firearm. She did it in a matter of seconds. She work reaction and locked it open and handed it to the man.
"It's ready to shoot." Cameron said.
Young Allison could see the looks of amazement on all of the men's faces.
"How did you do that?" The manager asked.
Cameron looked at the three men and smiled.
"I did it with style." Cameron said.
Young Allison didn't want to get sidetracked from the reason why they were there.
"I hate to interrupt." Young Allison said. "We're actually here to find out if you have any .45 Colt ammunition. A clerk at the White Front store directed us to your location."
The man looked a little surprised.
"Do you have a .45?" The man asked. "Those are sweet autos."
Young Allison could tell Cameron didn't care for the man.
"She said .45 Colt." Cameron said. "She didn't say .45 ACP. The types of ammunition are not interchangeable."
The man looked a little indignant.
"A .45 is a .45." The man said. "I know my guns."
The store manager knew exactly what Young Allison and Cameron referred to.
"I think I have a couple of boxes of 45 Long Colt left." The manager said. "It's not as popular as it was a few years ago. I couldn't keep enough of it in stock where I worked before."
Cameron was about to correct the manager as to the terminology of the cartridge. She felt Young Allison touch her back again. She knew not to continue to correct the men. It wasn't the proper setting.
Young Allison hoped to wrap things up.
"We'll take both of them." Young Allison said.
The man still wanted to obtain a magazine for his M1 Carbine.
"Do you have a 'clip' for this thing or not?" The man asked.
The manager knew they didn't. He didn't want to lose a customer.
"We might get some in soon." The manager said. "We don't have any right now. We do have a few boxes of ammunition."
Cameron didn't think the man was worthy of his new acquisition. She was sure he would abuse it in some fashion. She didn't like to see machinery wasted.
"If this gentleman here wants to part with his newly acquired firearm, we'll give him $30.00 for it." Cameron said. "He'll make $10.00 off the deal. In fact, we'll throw in an extra quarter to cover a gallon of gasoline."
Young Allison was a little concerned at where the conversation might go.
Luscious
To think one is untouchable
Is more than a little erroneous
It promotes foolishness and recklessness
It can prove to be quite dangerous
The weight of life and time affects everyone
No person or group is impervious
Events take their daily toll
No matter how much they try to be callous
Some more than others try
To be more outgoing and adventurous
They should look closer to home
They need to take everything serious
Some try to exist in the shadows
No one forever remains anonymous
It is especially so when their decisions
Are often vague and ambiguous
Take a long hard look
At what is considered delicious
What is there now
Will not always remain luscious
Nobody
