Sakura smiled as she saw Kakashi chatting with the hospital's receptionist as he waits for her end of shift.
"Oh, there she is." Kakashi said to the receptionist as she walks around the lobby of the hospital. "Hello, wife." Kakashi greeted her.
Sakura grinned at Kakashi, her eyes lighting up as she approached him. "Hello, husband. How was your day?"
Kakashi returned her smile and reached out to gently touch her cheek. "It was good. Uneventful. Just counting the minutes until I can see you."
Sakura blushed, feeling a surge of affection for Kakashi. "Well, its the end of my shift. Do you have any plan for the night?"
"Actually, yes." Kakashi's eye sparkled with a hint of excitement. "I was thinking we could go out for a nice dinner, just the two of us. It's been a while since we had a proper date."
Sakura's face lit up with anticipation. "Actually, we never had a date." Sakura whispered to him.
"Oh, really?" Kakashi asked. "Then, let's rectify that." He swept her off her feet and carried her bridal style to the restaurant.
"Kakashi!" Sakura smack Kakashi's arm. "Put me down!"
"No. I'm treating my wife to a date, and I will not let go of you until we cross the restaurant's threshold."
"Kakashi!"
Kakashi sighed, stopping from his tracks. "Alright." He put her down, not letting her hand go until she found her footing. "But, you can't stop me from carrying you over our house's threshold, Mrs. Hatake." Kakashi whispered to her ear.
"You know I can walk right?"
"I know but it doesn't matter."
"You're impossible you know that?"
Kakashi just chuckled, taking her hand and leading her into the restaurant. "But you love me, right?"
Sakura rolled her eyes but couldn't hide her smile. "Yes, I do. Let's have a nice dinner, husband."
Sakura's eyes widened as they entered the restaurant. There was no one there aside from the waiters. "Are you..." but the question died in her mouth as Kakashi lead her to a table where a large bouquet of red roses lay.
He offered her a seat and she sat down he took hold of the bouquet and offered it to her. "For my lovely wife."
Sakura blushed. Not expecting that Kakashi planned out the evening. "Kakashi, you don't have to do this."
"Nonsense, Sakura. Is it so bad to spoil my wife?" Kakashi asked. "Besides in six months of marriage, I never took you out on a date."
"You closed the whole restaurant for us, Kakashi." Sakura said. "Just how much did you spend for this?"
"I can pay for it, Sakura. I'm not broke." Kakashi pressed his masked lips to her temple. "Just enjoy this, for me, please."
Sakura nodded to him. Realizing that she shouldn't spoil Kakashi's surprise.
"Thank you, Love." Sakura thanked him. Kakashi looked surprised and satisfied with the nickname. It is evident when he pressed his masked lips to her, and even though there is a thin cloth that separates them, she can feel how Kakashi wanted to deepen it, but he restrained himself.
Kakashi and Sakura spent a delightful evening together, enjoying their private dinner in the cozy and romantic atmosphere of the restaurant. They talked, laughed, and shared stories, savoring each other's company and the exquisite food.
As the evening came to a close, Kakashi insisted on paying the bill, despite Sakura's protests. He was able to get the check by kissing her. He was determined to make their date special and memorable, and he considered it a small price to pay to see Sakura's smile.
They walked back home hand in hand, their steps light and their hearts content. It had been a perfect date, and they both felt a deeper connection and appreciation for each other.
As they entered their home, Kakashi turned to Sakura and said, "I hope you had a good time, Sakura. I wanted to do something special for you, and I'm glad I could make you smile."
Sakura smiled warmly at him, her eyes filled with affection. "Kakashi, you've made this day more than special. It was perfect, and I couldn't have asked for a better date. Thank you for everything."
Kakashi's visible eye softened, and he gently brushed his fingers through her hair. "You're welcome, Sakura. I'll do my best to make more moments like this for us. You deserve nothing but the best."
Sakura leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to Kakashi's lips. "I'm already getting the best, right here with you."
Kakashi smiled beneath his mask and pulled her into a warm embrace. Kakashi in a heat of a moment, pulled down his mask and fervently kissed Sakura on her lips.
Sakura gasped at the feel of Kakashi's bare lips. Kakashi took advantage of Sakura's parted lips to slid in his tongue. He was pleased as he heard Sakura's moan, and felt her fingers fist his hair. He deepened the kiss, the way he wanted to do earlier in the restaurant.
He broke the kiss when his lungs started to burn. Sakura leaned into him, panting.
"Kakashi..."
"Stop me, Sakura." Kakashi murmured to the woman.
"Kakashi." she whispered. She her right hand in his hair, while the other clutched his shirt. "Kakashi."
"Sakura..." he whimpered. He hooked his finger under her chin and made her look at him. "If you don't want this..." he pressed his thighs against hers, and he heard are her moans and felt her tug on his hair. "Sakura, tell me to stop."
But Sakura didn't say a word of protest. Kakashi leaned and capture her lips in his, and she responded to his demanding kiss. When the pressure in her stomach became unbearable she bit his lip, and Sakura heard him growled and felt him guide her to their bedroom to their bed.
Sakura felt a soft something presses against her forehead, then her lids, her cheeks, and lips. Back to her forehead and traced the same route that the soft thing had earlier.
She opened one eye and saw that it was Kakashi. He is showering her with kisses. When he saw that she was awake though, he said something unexpected to her.
"I'm sorry, Sakura." Kakashi apologized to her. "I'm sorry."
Sakura blinked in confusion, trying to process Kakashi's unexpected apology. She reached up to gently stroke his cheek, her thumb caressing the scar that marred his otherwise handsome face. Naruto is wrong, Kakashi doesn't have fish lips or buck teeth. He is perfect, even the scar that runs through his eye, he is handsome.
"What are you sorry for, Kakashi?" she asked softly.
Kakashi met her gaze, his visible eye reflecting a mix of emotions. "I'm sorry for letting things go too far last night, Sakura. I didn't want to lose control like that. I'm sorry. I'm really sorry, I should not have touched you."
Sakura felt enraged at Kakashi's words. Why did he have to ruin such beautiful night?
"Sakura..."
"No, Kakashi." Sakura snapped. "You don't get to ruin that beautiful night." Sakura gathered the blankets to cover herself, not looking at him.
She winced as she trudges their floor where their clothes where haphazardly thrown last night. Gods, she's so sore! And she can feel the prickle of tears in her eyes. She slammed the bathroom door before it can even fall.
As the tears started to fall from her eyes, she looked at herself in the mirror. She can see Kakashi's marks in her neck, the witness to their night. As she was contemplating if she has to heal it or not, she heard the knocking on the door.
Kakashi stood outside the bathroom, his face etched with concern and regret. He knew he had made a mistake by apologizing and causing Sakura's distress. He didn't want to ruin the beautiful night they had shared, but it seemed he had done just that.
"Sakura," he called out gently, knocking on the bathroom door. "Please, let me explain. I didn't mean to upset you."
Sakura took a deep breath, trying to compose herself. She wiped away her tears, and with a shaky voice, she responded, "Explain then, Kakashi."
Kakashi could hear the vulnerability in Sakura's voice, and he knew he had to make amends for his thoughtless apology. He spoke through the closed door, his tone earnest. "I'm sorry for apologizing, Sakura. I didn't mean to make you feel like what happened last night was wrong. It wasn't. It was beautiful and intimate, and I'm grateful for that night with you. I just didn't want to lose control and push you too far."
Sakura's anger began to dissipate as she listened to Kakashi's sincere words. She knew that his intentions were rooted in concern for her well-being, but she also understood that she was an equal participant in their passionate night.
Kakashi continued, "Last night was special, Sakura. I just wanted to make sure you were comfortable and didn't regret anything. I care deeply for you, and I want our relationship to be based on trust and understanding."
Sakura finally opened the bathroom door, her eyes still red from her tears. She looked at Kakashi with a mixture of emotions, including understanding and tenderness. "Kakashi, I appreciate your concern, but please understand that I wanted it as much as you did. I don't regret what happened. I want us to be honest with each other, and I want our relationship to be built on trust and open communication too."
Kakashi nodded, relieved that they were on the same page. He stepped closer to Sakura and gently wiped away the remaining traces of her tears with his thumb. "I'm glad to hear that, Sakura. I care deeply for you, and I don't want to drive you away."
Sakura smiled at Kakashi, her heart, warming at his words. She reached up to cup his cheek, her touch soft and affectionate. "I care deeply for you too, Kakashi. You won't drive me away, just be honest with me."
Kakashi smiled back at Sakura, and he leaned in to press a soft kiss to her lips. It was a tender and reassuring kiss, sealing their unspoken commitment to each other.
