"Haruno Sakura." a man called out to her.

Sakura whipped around, confused as to who would call her using her maiden name. Its almost eight months since she married Kakashi, no one ever uses her maiden name anymore. As Sakura turned around, she saw a well-dressed man approaching her. He appeared to be in his forties, with a serious expression on his face. He extended his hand to her, and she shook it cautiously.

"Haruno Sakura," the man repeated, "I'm here on behalf of the Daimyo. He's requested your presence for a meeting. It's of utmost importance."

Sakura's heart sank as she realized the implications of this request. She knew that the Daimyo had been pressuring Konoha to secure an alliance through her marriage, and it seemed that he wasn't giving up on his demands.

"I understand," Sakura said, her voice steady. "I'll go to the meeting. Please inform the Daimyo that I'll be there."

The man nodded, looking somewhat relieved that Sakura had agreed. "Thank you, Haruno Sakura. The Daimyo's patience is wearing thin, and he's eager to resolve this matter."

Sakura watched as the man walked away, and she couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. She knew that this meeting could have significant consequences for her and for Konoha, and she had to prepare herself for whatever challenges lay ahead.

As she made her way to the meeting with the Daimyo, Sakura couldn't help but wonder how this would impact her marriage to Kakashi and the life they had started to build together.

"I cannot agree to such demands, Lord Daimyo." Sakura refused the proposal that the daimyo is giving her. "I am a married woman; it is an insult on my husband's name and clan that I am being propositioned like this."

"Clan? You mean Hatake Kakashi's lineage?" the daimyo asked. Then he let out an insulting laugh. "The Hatake is a dying blood. Why would you associate yourself by such weakness?"

"The reason why there is only one Hatake left is because they offered their blood and life to the village. Don't drag their name into the mud."

"Is that so? Are you sure that you wouldn't want anything to happen to your beloved husband?"

"Is that a threat?" Sakura asked.

"No." he answered but a dangerous glint was shown in his eyes. "Well, yes if you keep on refusing my son's hand."

Sakura couldn't hide her anger and frustration at the Daimyo's words. Her loyalty to Konoha and her commitment to her marriage were unwavering, and she wasn't about to let anyone threaten her or her husband. She took a deep breath to compose herself before responding.

"Lord Daimyo, I hold my duty to Konoha and my marriage in the highest regard. I will not betray either for political gain. I married Hatake Kakashi out of my own choice, and I will stand by him with unwavering devotion. I hope you can understand and respect my decision."

"Do you realize how easy it is to kill a shinobi?" The daimyo asked. "I can lure your husband out of this village in a pretense of a mission. Then, set an ambush to eliminate him. A small prick of poison in his system and he will not be able to fight the way that he can. Do you really want to test that theory?"

Sakura's eyes narrowed with determination as she responded to the Daimyo's threat. "I believe you underestimate my husband, Lord Daimyo. Hatake Kakashi is one of the most skilled and formidable shinobi in Konoha. Even if you were to succeed in luring him out and ambushing him, you would find that he's not so easily defeated. And if any harm were to come to him, the consequences would be dire."

She took a step closer, her resolve unwavering. "I'm here to find a peaceful resolution, not to engage in threats and violence. If you truly want to secure an alliance with Konoha, I suggest we discuss terms that are mutually beneficial and respect my choice and the vows I made in my marriage."

The Daimyo looked at Sakura for a moment, his expression set. He wanted the best for his son, and Sakura is the best that he can get. He will not give up the stubborn Kunoichi. At a flick of his hand a small needle buried itself on Sakura's neck. Before the kunoichi can respond, she crumpled to the floor.

"Take her out." The Daimyo ordered. "We will take her with us. Our business in this village is done."

Meanwhile, back in Konoha, Kakashi was growing increasingly anxious about Sakura's prolonged absence. He had been waiting for her return, but the hours had passed, and she hadn't come home. Kakashi's instincts as a ninja and a husband were on high alert.

When the sun began to set and Sakura still hadn't returned, Kakashi's concern escalated into full-blown worry. He knew that he needed to find her and ensure her safety. The possibility that she might be in danger was too great to ignore.

Kakashi swiftly made his way to the Hokage's office, where Tsunade and the council members were discussing the situation with the Daimyo. He barged into the room, his demeanor urgent and determined.

"Tsunade, Sakura is missing," Kakashi stated without preamble. "She was summoned for a meeting with the Daimyo, and she hasn't returned. I fear that something has happened to her."

Tsunade looked at him, her eyes somber. "We can't do anything now, Kakashi. The daimyo took her." Tsunade said, showing him the letter that the daimyo sent to her office.

Kakashi's visible eye widened in shock and anger. He couldn't believe that the Daimyo had taken Sakura against her will. His first instinct was to rush off and rescue her, but he knew that the situation was delicate, and a hasty move could endanger her further.

"What are the Daimyo's demands?" Kakashi asked, his voice tense with worry.

Tsunade sighed, her expression grim. "He demands Sakura's hand in marriage to his son. He is threatening to harm her if we don't comply. If we do comply, we have to dissolve your marriage."

"Tsunade, bring me back my wife." Kakashi demanded, fury is evident in his voice. "Bring her back to me."

"Kakashi, maybe this is better." Tsunade said. "We tried this approach already. The daimyo didn't stop. Maybe we should just comply."

Kakashi's visible eye blazed with anger, and he clenched his fists. He couldn't believe that the village was considering such a compromise. To dissolve his marriage with Sakura and allow her to be forcibly married to someone else was not an option he was willing to accept.

"No, Tsunade. I won't allow it," Kakashi said, his voice resolute. "Sakura is my wife, and I will not let anyone take her away from me. She's my wife and I will protect her my life!"

"There will be war." Tsunade said. "If we don't comply, there will be war in our hands. Sakura means so much to me, but she will not be the reason of Konoha's destruction."

"I will fight for her." Kakashi declared. His determination is reflected in his voice. He faced the council. "Do not dissolve my marriage, I will take her back." After he said that, he left the room to get Sakura back.
