I'm struggling to come up with ideas for "saga of a dragon" and this plot bunny appeared in my head so until then here you go

This isn't the first time Toji has died, but it was the first time he couldn't tell if the thing in front of him was a human or cursed spirit

He could also tell that while he's heavenly restriction was there and yet not there. He feels restricted in this form.

But from what he can tell is that he was a baby again and from the sounds of it.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE WONT HAVE A QUIRK"

"we have ran the test necessary and aside from slightly above average muscle and bone density he doesn't show the any signs of having a quirk much less a mixture of yours'"

There was more chattering and yelling and while he doesn't have a clue what a quirk is in that conversation. He already seen something in his last life. He will be abandoned.

again

He would question what he did in last life to receive this punishment but he was a assassin in his last life.

At least he knows what to expect this time.

Izuku POV

His day has been going badly, but then again his life has been since he found out of his Quirkless a year ago but then his teacher made an announcement that they will be receive a new student from a different district.

The other kids were excited until the he walked in.

The new student was strange. He was few inches taller than them. He held himself in a way similar to kachaan but his face didn't reflect it. He had a bored expression on his face with a scar on the corner of his lip.

Then he spoke

"I'm Toji fushiguro and if you're wondering what quirk, I don't have one."

and just like that the excitement flipped from curiosity of a new student to one of having a new punching bag.

He could only feel sorry in the experience they will inevitably share later.

After the bell rang it didn't take long for there to be a fight between Toji and the other kids. But it wasn't started by them bullying him but him taking their lunch

Kaachan in particular tried to fight back. Tried, but in the end he was on the ground with the rest of his friends on the ground with their food gone.

A part of him was terrified of seeing kaachan thrown like a rag doll but another was curious if he could be the same as him.

Bakagou POV

He was having a bad day, he was hurt, hungry, crying and most importantly, he felt weak.

the others with him we're trying to convince him to get a teacher but he wouldn't, couldn't, he wasn't weak, he didn't need help, he was going to be a hero and a Toji would only be a stepping stone to his greatness.

He refused to let the teachers know until he is finally victorious.

Toji POV

Normally he wouldn't attack kids out of nowhere but he seen this song and dance before. He went to school, he would be ostracized, he would fight, then he would be moved.

At the very least he will get some good food out of this for himself and the other kids back at the orphanage. They were dropped of for similar reasons and the ones that weren't where quickly adopted. He shouldn't care but he has a bit of a soft spot for them considering that aside from his wife in his last life, they were the only one's to treat him like a person.

He doesn't hold any delusions about how this life will go, he will grow up and he will go back to being a assassin. As of right now no hero schools accept Quirkless and despite having good battle sense he doesn't have a knack for science.

But that's not to say the favors are completely against him, unlike his last life he has all the information of future targets on his fingertips, thanks to the internet and he can tell his body is growing at the same rate and he even benefits from training unlike in his last life.

This time the cards are in his favor.

It's been a while and even though I cut a lot of information, we all already know how the start of MHA goes

The following is to explain some of my thoughts writing this:

The heavenly restriction: While yes it seems strange. But souls are strange in JJK, mahito changes the body through the soul and Toji was revived through having his body back. So in this case I'm taking a bit from both mahito and Toji revival, by having his soul trying to shape his body into his original one but his body isn't a JJK one, it's a MHA one.

In my mind regular humans in MHA and JJK are completely different, regular humans in JJK are just regular humans, unless you were designed (yuji), know how to use cursed energy, or have a physical heavenly restriction, even peak humans are just humans.

Meanwhile in MHA Humans have been shown to have absurd durability from blowing up internally, taking explosions to the face without visible scars, thrown through walls and that's just the ones I can think of, the excuse that some quirks increase durability doesn't make sense for toga who's quirk is shape shifting, deku who didn't even have a quirk before OFA, and stain who granted got his ribs broken.

This means that not only will he reach his peak quicker, he will benefit from training as MHA bodies are stronger and we haven't seen a "peak" human in MHA much less one benefiting from a heavenly restriction in a world where not having cursed energy isn't a detriment.

Why make this story about toji : My understanding of the JJK system is rough so that's why I went with Toji and we saw his story end so no worries about changing his background.

and this plot bunny kept bouncing in my head when trying to focus on my other story.
