Aelita woke up and looked around in her groggy state, she got up and walked down the stairs to the kitchen. "Morning" Aelita said in mid-yawn, "morning" everyone said in delayed unison. "Oh Aelita, this is Kayla. Kayla, Aelita" Andrew Said introducing them. Aelita waved to her, "Hey bud, I need your help with outside, the light need to go up since it's not to cold out" Shawn told Andrew, in a slight blank daze Andrew threw up a thumbs up. "Lights?" Aelita asked, "Christmas lights" Andrew cleared up, "it's not even Christ-" Aelita stated. Andrew's eyes widened in panic.
"They're doing it early this year" Andrew whispered. Aelita decided to play with it. "Aelita dear do you want to help us with the inside?" Staci asked her. "Sure" Aelita agreed, the whole day the boys were outside putting up lights. The girls put decorations where they needed to be.
The boys came into the house to get warm, Aelita sat next to Andrew. "Want a drink?" Shawn asked Andrew, he nodded. Shawn came back with some eggnog for Andrew. "Want anything?" Shawn asked Aelita, "I'm fine" Aelita told him. Andrew and Aelita were semi exhausted because of all of what they did. They then heard a noise at the door and it opened, a voice was heard "Mummaw? Pappy?" The small voice said.
