Chuck vs. The Courtyard Bench

Well, in the previous chapter: Heather recounted her rollercoaster of a weekend with not only Sarah and Chuck, but Casey as well. During that weekend, she stayed at the bedside of a seriously injured firefighter who was involved in a warehouse fire. The firefighter ended up dying when she talked with the Fire Chief caption of Station 51 it was highly emotional. Heather ended being welcomed into the Station 91 family, which was an honor for her. That wasn't all as the next day she was taken hostage by a gang member. Unfortunately, what the gang member didn't take into account was Heather's fighting abilities, which Casey taught her. Needless to say, the gang member didn't expect getting his ass kicked by a Hollywood actress. So, what happens in this chapter? Here are the who, what, where, when, why, how's? Who somehow snuck into 2nd floor conference room? What names did the two individuals who snuck into the conference use? Where did Beckman tell Big Mike to take the conference room crashers? When did White offer Beckman a chance at a career change? Why did Chuck reference the movie Dodgeball? How did Casey react Sarah's question concerning the wedding? Read and find out! I hope you enjoyed the read and leave a comment to share your own thoughts on this particular chapters. As always, reviews are awesome.

Again, if you enjoyed reading my stories and left a comment, I truly appreciate it. Please continue to do so as it gives me the incentive to write more chapters.

I don't own Chuck.

5 D's of Dodgeball

Heather scanned the audience of mainly senior medical staff and hospital administration as Alexis White was speaking. The executive producer of Five Elder Studios took about 20 minutes to address the senior staff of Westside Medical Center before she finally stepped aside to let her speak. As she stood there behind the podium, her eye line fell on the hospital's attorney, Emmitt Milbarge. She didn't want to and tried to avoid making eye contact with him, but she unfortunately did. He smiled and waved to her in a seemingly creepy way that made her, as well as every female working in the hospital, really uncomfortable. That was the vibe she got when he introduced himself to her and it was something of importance Sarah warned her about after they reconciled with each other. Although she was grateful for the heads up, she was used to dealing with individuals with creepy vibes, especially in Hollywood. Instead of acknowledging him, she quickly averted her attention and addressed all the other individuals in attendance seated within the conference room.

"I just wanted to say on behalf of myself, Steven and Alexis," Heather mentioned. She motioned briefly over to her co-star and Executive Producer who were standing to her left behind her. White just stood there while Pollack gave a quick salute before Heather continued on. "Thank you for making us feel like part of the Westside family. It's been a pleasure seeing how a hospital truly operates and being able to get to know each and every one of you."

The past 3 weeks flew by as Heather Chandler and Steven Pollack's time in being able to shadow the two people who inspired the characters of the project, they were a part of. A project that was to be a television series instead of being turned into a major motion picture. That decision came not only from the executive producer, Alexis White, but Five Elder Studios as well. Of course, media advertising went into full swing with talk show appearances/interviews and a sneak peek trailer of the series premiere showed the show debuting in the first week of next month. However, the senior staff of Westside Medical Center was given the privilege of watching an exclusive 5-minute clip to simply give a taste of what the show is all about as a way of saying thank you for the hospital's gracious hospitality.

White's Head of Security, Hugo Panzer, was there along with her executive assistant, Mark Ratner. Both men stood there quietly as they continued listening to Heather addressing the conference room crowd. Mark mostly whereas Panzer was scanning the entire conference room for any potential threats.

"It's truly been a learning experience and being able to reconnect with my friend, Sarah," Heather stopped and corrected herself. "Excuse me, Chief Walker." she emphasized, with a soft smile. Afterwards, she briefly glanced over to her right where Sarah was standing with Chief Beckman, Casey, Chuck and Morgan were. A soft smile and a slight nod were returned by the Chief Operating Officer. Heather reached up with her and placed her right hand over her heart. "It's certainly been an eye opening and life changing experience. I'll never forget what I've experienced here. What we've," Heather reiterated. She briefly turned and motioned over to her co-star. "Experienced here at the hospital," she added.

After the two co-stars exchanged smiles, Heather resumed speaking. "I would also like to thank Chuck for allowing me to be part of such a time-honored event like Bash At The Bench."

"You're welcome back any time, Heather."

"I second that." nodded Morgan.

"Thanks guys." smiled Heather.

"What about me?"

The source of that voice was Heather's co-star, Pollack. Chuck and Morgan were left a bit speechless as the actor was waiting for an answer from them. Speaking of the childhood best friends, they briefly looked at each other and seemed hesitant to respond. Yet, they were about to respond when White suddenly intervened.

"Anyways," White flashed a smile towards the senior staff in the conference and spoke up. "Thank you, Chief Beckman, for the gracious hospitality. Now before we leave, are there any questions? There was a brief moment of silence before White noticed a hand raised and pointed to that individual. "Yes?"

The individual in question White pointed to was a female wearing dark brimmed glasses. She had long, dark, flowing hair that went past her shoulders perfectly framed her face. When it came to her dark hair, it was accentuated by the white doctor's coat she was wearing along with a stethoscope hanging around her neck. Underneath the white doctor's coat, White noticed the white, long sleeve blouse that was buttoned up that led down to the knee length, free flowing dark skirt. The entire ensemble was held together in place by what looked like a rattlesnake skin belt. In any case, she was sitting on the second row from the bottom when she raised her hand and got Heather's attention.

"I have a question for Ms. Chandler."

"Ok," The actress paused and expressed a quizzical look on her face. "I'm sorry. I don't know your name."

"It's," She momentarily paused then continued on. "Dr. Feel…Good." the female happily responded standing up. "Dr. Feelgood. It's actually pronounced Fiel-goo. The D is silent. It's French."

The way her name was said and how exotic looking the woman was, she instantly caught Emmitt's attention. The hospital's attorney turned around in his seat and directed his attention to the beauty that stood behind him one row up. As Emmitt gazed up at the new female doctor Heather continued on.

Heather quirked her right brow. "I thought I met all the doctors in the hospital."

"I'm new here," Dr. Feelgood responded. "Started last week."

After Dr. Fieldgood mentioned that Sarah leaned over and whispered to Chief Beckman. "Chief?"

Beckman didn't say a word. Instead, she arched her right brow and focused on the new employee. She was about to say something when Emmitt Milbarge abruptly stood up.

"I'd be happy to show you around town. Hi," Emmitt waved, with a flirtatious smile towards her. Afterwards, he leaned forward and extended his hand for a handshake. "I'm Emmitt Milbarge. If you need anything, please don't be afraid to ask. My door is always open." After he said that, mumbled murmurs were expressed amongst the staff because they knew Emmitt's demeanor whenever he meets a new employee, especially if they're female. "May I ask your first name?"

"Enchante." Dr. Feelgood retorted shyly. "And my first name is Ramona."

Dr. Feelgood stuck her left hand out and when she did Big Mike took the opportunity to kiss the top of it. He paused and took in a momentary whiff of something. "What's that smell?"

"I'm sorry." Dr. Feelgood responded. She waved behind her with her right hand.

"Why are you apologizing, mademoiselle? smiled Emmitt. "It's absolutely enchanting."

At that point, Morgan leaned to his right where Chuck was standing and whispered over to him. "Isn't that…"

"Yup. It's actually a bold move, Cotton."

"You got that right, Pepper." Morgan retorted. Both men referenced characters and a line from the movie Dodgeball.

"It's like seeing Dustin Hoffman in the movie Tootsie," Chuck noted. Afterwards, he shook his head in disbelief. "Or Patrick Swayze in Too Wong Foo."

"Nathan Lane in The Birdcage?"

Both men turned to the person who added their 2 cents into the mix. It was Mark who made his over to his newfound friends.

Morgan mulled it over for a moment. "I'll allow it." Afterwards, he furrowed his brow. "You knew?"

Mark softly responded. "I work in Hollywood. It's not hard to spot."

Chuck and Morgan acknowledged Mark's response knowing how true his response was. Afterwards, Morgan continued on whispering over to his tall and lanky best friend. "You know Emmitt is going to…"

Chuck nodded and expressed a smile. "Oh yeah."

All 3 men continued standing there and waited for the fireworks to erupt. However, they wouldn't go off just yet as someone else spoke up.

"I'm new too and would like to ask a question."

It took a second before Chuck to scan the conference room until he finally spotted the individual who spoke up. When he did, he couldn't help but crack an amused smile. I was wondering where he was, he thought to himself. This just keeps getting better and better.

The individual in question stood up and was dressed in hospital scrubs but without the white doctor's coat. However, there was a difference as the individual in question was wearing glasses, sporting a beard, and a scrub cap adorned the top of his head. True, he looked the part of a surgeon, but the big question was whether he was actually knowledgeable.

"And you are?" questioned White.

"Dr. Howser," Dr. Howser responded.

That's when Sarah stepped forward and crossed her arms. "What's your first name Dr. Howser?" Her right brow slightly arched.

After Sarah asked that question, Chuck turned to Morgan. Both knew what the other was thinking as it related to not saying the first name of a famous young fictional tv doctor from the late 80's/early 90's.

"Doogie." answered Dr. Howser.

The moment Dr. Howser provided his first name, Chuck and Morgan immediately cringed, inevitably lowering their heads knowing it was going to be a complete trainwreck for the two "doctors". When Chuck lifted his head, he focused his attention on "Dr. Feelgood" and saw "her" eyes behind the glasses "she" was wearing. They were bugging out in the direction of "Dr. Howser". In Chuck's mind, it was apparent that someone went rogue and didn't go with the plan made beforehand, evident by silent verbal exchange between both individuals that were trying to be lowkey. Unfortunately, they were utterly failing at it. In any case, the youngest Bartowski's attention averted to Sarah. When he did, his fiancée briefly turned to look at him. The look on her face and the faint smirk expressed on her lips told him everything he wanted to know. In his mind, he knew what that faint smirk meant, and Sarah wasn't going to show any mercy as she was readying herself to get a direct hit on the dodgeball-like questions she was going to throw at "Dr. Howser."

Chuck watched as she threw her first dodgeball question that could be easily answered by a doctor. Surprisingly, it was answered correctly to where "Dr. Howser" somehow easily dodged the question.

"Dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge." Chuck faintly uttered under his breath. A look of disbelief expressed on the nerd's face watching everything unfold before his very eyes.

Morgan heard the faint movie reference and leaned over to him with a response. "The 5 D's of Dodgeball," Afterwards, he nodded. "The man, the myth, the legend…Patches O'Houlihan." There was a brief pause before he continued on. "If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball."

"I actually feel sorry for the guy," Mark softly stated, adding to the conversation. "Both of them actually."

Chuck nodded. "Unfortunately, Sarah is throwing wrenches instead of dodgeballs. Dr. Howser," The Youngest Bartowski sibling used air quotes somewhat discreetly. "Can try to dodge all he can, but he'll get tagged."

"I don't doubt it," responded Morgan. "Sarah is unleashing her inner Gordon/Wildcard Enforcer mode. Nobody stands a chance at survival."

At that point, all three men continued to watch as Sarah pressed forward with her line of questions. Although his fiancé failed in fully exposing the supposed doctor right there on the spot, the Chief Operating Officer of Westside Medical Center wasn't deterred. To Chuck, each question that was asked by the Chief Operating Officer was, in some way, like throwing a barrage of dodgeballs at "Dr. Howser." Speaking of "Dr. Howser", there was a clearly terrified expression in his eyes and the way he was looking from one side to side spoke volumes, which Chuck noticed. Those aforementioned eyes were pleading for help from "Dr. Feelgood" to save him. Unfortunately, the supposedly newly hired female doctor was dealing with a problem and that problem was a highly infatuated hospital attorney.

For Chuck's point of view, it was like watching the scene in Rocky IV where Ivan Drago was going on an incredibly brutal offense on Apollo Creed. In his mind, Sarah channeling Ivan Drago and showing no mercy whatsoever on one of the two employees who never learn from their mistakes. Sadly, Rocky mistake was that he hesitated in throwing in the towel, and it cost Creed's life in the movie. As much as Chuck wanted to throw in the white towel for "Dr. Howser's" sake, he wanted to see how many more mistakes both "doctors" would making continuing on with the charade. He wouldn't wait long as "Dr. Howser" suddenly blurted something out probably out of pure fear because he was getting pelted with so many questions.

"I have never met him in my life," He pointed over to Dr. Feelgood. Instantly, "Dr. Howser's" eyes widened and quickly corrected himself. "Her! I mean her. I'm definitely not with her." he firmly added, shaking his head.

At that point, everyone in the conference room already knew who the two supposed doctors really were, especially the two hospital Chiefs. What also sealed it was that the left side of "Dr. Howzer's" beard was noticeably peeling off and wasn't staying in place. It was quite the humorous scene as "Dr. Howzer" was doing everything in his power not to make it look like he was keeping his beard from falling off his face. Of course, Big Mike shook his head and silently cursed to himself thinking they wouldn't actually pull a stunt of that magnitude. He was dead wrong. So wrong in fact that he actually couldn't enjoy the rest of his chocolate eclair. In any case, Casey and Panzer's instincts instantly kicked in because of Jeffster's presence. The 2 behemoth men already positioned themselves in front of the podium that Heather was standing behind.

Of course, Emmitt was totally oblivious as to what was going on as he was too preoccupied with the exotic allure of Dr. Feelgood. At the same time, Dr. Feelgood's body language was looking considerably uncomfortable because of all the attention he was getting from Emmitt. Meanwhile, as everyone in the conference room wanted to see how it all embarrassingly played out for both individuals, someone decided to spoil all the fun. That someone was Anna. She was sitting behind Emmitt and Dr. Feelgood in the 3rd row.

All Anna did was stand up and leaned forward. She made sure that she placed her left hand down on the conference table to steady herself. It wasn't long before she grabbed "Dr. Feelgood's" hair and ripped it off "her" head revealing it was a fake wig. In doing so, Anna revealed that person's true identity. Afterwards, Anna tossed the fake wig to Emmitt who suddenly freaked out when he caught it and dropped it down on the crowd. Everyone seated in the conference room busted out laughing at the chaos that ensued except for Anna. She simply sat back down in her seat with her arms crossed without even saying a word.

XXX

It took a moment before Emmitt settled down. When he did, it finally registered what he was looking down at on the floor where the wig was laying by his feet. It seemed like he stared at the wig on the floor forever until he slowly lifted his head. When he finally locked his eyes directly at the individual, he was flirting with his eyes widened.

"Patel." he softly breathed out.

From Lester's point of view, he saw Emmitt looking as if he was not only mentally glitching, but physically glitching as well. It was clearly evident by the way Emmitt's right eye was twitching. At that moment, Lester knew it was time to retreat and called out to his partner in crime.

"Jeffrey," Lester turned to Jeff. "Run!"

Unfortunately, Jeff wasn't where he was standing because he was already in the middle of making his escape. Speaking of Jeff, he was side stepping down the crowded aisle while at the same time glancing behind him. He was so focused on looking at Lester behind him that he tripped and fell right behind a seated Ellie and Devon momentarily disappearing out of sight. The married couple simultaneously reacted and looked behind them down on the floor.

"Not awesome." responded Devon, shaking his head.

"Jeff?" questioned Ellie, with actual concern in her voice.

The conference room fell completely silent as if everyone was actually waiting for Jeff's response. They wouldn't have to wait long as Jeff suddenly popped back up and looked a bit wobbly while trying to mentally get his bearings straight. Afterwards, he shook his head and looked around at everybody in the conference room staring at him. Why? Jeff lost the beard that was hanging on for dear life on his face and he knew it too. As he stood there, he began looking down and around where he fell.

"Jeffrey!"

Lester repeated Jeff's name two more times before he finally lifted his head and made eye contact.

"Yeah?"

"What are you doing?" wondered Lester, shaking his head in confusion.

"I lost my beard." Jeff responded, looking and sounding disappointed.

"I'll get you a new one."

"It was my favorite." Jeff retorted, shaking his head. "Besides, why couldn't I be the woman?"

"We discussed this," Lester rolled his eyes and turned to face Jeff. "I have the bone structure and legs for it, Jeffrey. You don't."

The ridiculous discussion between both men actually had everyone in the conference room totally transfixed with an added sense of dumbfounded disbelief as well. Everyone except Emmitt, who got fed up and suddenly leaped up with both hands wanting to choke Lester. The argument between Jeff and Lester quickly ended with the Canadian Hinjew being able to somehow dodge and duck Emmitt's attack.

"Run Jeffrey!" called out Lester.

Jeff's fight or flight response kicked in and frantically made his way down towards the aisle apparently none the worse for wear after falling down. As for Lester, he was fortunate enough that the 2nd row conference table hindered Emmitt's objective in getting his hands around his former client's neck. It also provided the Canadian Hinjew the small window of opportunity to make his desperate escape. Of course, Lester quickly assessed what options were for not only his escape route, but completely avoiding getting strangled by Emmitt. In that brief moment, he looked behind him, to his left, and what was in front of him.

It didn't take long for him to make his decision when he suddenly dipped down out of sight. He attempted to crawl on his hands and knees under the table. Unfortunately, his path was blocked by an obstacle. That obstacle was Head Nurse Forrest who purposefully didn't move, which caused Lester to pop straight back up. He looked back and saw that Emmitt was making his way through the crowded aisle, which allowed Lester to make another quick second decision.

That quick second decision that he chose was to jump on the table. He made sure to lift part of the free-flowing knee length skirt he was wearing before he did. Afterwards, he turned to his left and started running down the table for his life all while wearing heels, which was an impressive feat. Unfortunately, during his run down the table he stepped on and ruined a chocolate eclair that Big Mike wasn't done with yet much to his dismay. In any case, Lester was halfway down the table Lester when he looked like he was going to dive over the first row. Instead, he launched himself in sort of a high jump fashion over not only the first-row conference table, but a number of senior staff that were half sitting and standing. When he did that everyone in that conference room expected Lester to crash and burn. He didn't. Why? Jeff caught him.

Speaking of Jeff, he lost his balance as he was momentarily spinning with Lester in his arms to the point where they nearly fell to the ground. The good news was Jeff regained his balance before they did. However, the bad news was Emmitt was heading straight towards them. He was mainly after Lester than the guy holding him. Unfortunately, Emmitt's path to his target was hindered by Casey who grabbed the hospital's attorney by the back of his suit coat. The order came from Beckman and because of that order it allowed Jeff and Lester to make their exit out of the conference room much to Emmitt's displeasure. However, Jeffster didn't make it very far as they hit a brick wall as soon as they turned around causing both men to hit the floor. That brick wall was none other than Hugo Panzer.

As for Emmitt, he was still reaching for Lester because he humiliated him. Casey quickly put a stop to that when he growled at Emmitt, which immediately snapped the hospital's attorney out of his tunnel vision. After Panzer, yanked Jeff and Lester to their feet Beckman appeared. The Chief Administrator of Westside Medical Center didn't look pleased at all, expressing an angered look towards all 3 men involved in the absolutely embarrassing fiasco that just happened. Of course, the scary thing was she didn't say anything at first. She just stood there with arms crossed. A few seconds later, she closed her eyes and reached up with her left hand. Afterwards, she pinched the bridge of her nose while she shook her head.

At that point, everyone in the conference room thought Beckman was about to explode, including Sarah. The Chief Operating Officer was about to check on her boss when Beckman called out someone.

"Michael," she stated, in a seemingly calm tone of voice.

It took a moment for Big Mike to respond because he was mourning the unfortunate demise of his precious chocolate eclair. It wasn't until he was elbowed in the side by one of the senior staff sitting beside him that he finally directed his attention to Beckman.

"Yes Chief!" For a large man, Big Mike was deceptively quick and agile on his feet as he made his way down to the front of the conference room.

"Take Jeff and Lester to my office," Beckman took a deep breath with her eyes still closed. "I'll be there shortly once I'm done here."

Big Mike acknowledged Beckman's orders and quickly snatched his two mischievously moronic subordinates from Panzer's clutches. A look of absolute disappointment on the head orderly's face knowing that anything he said wouldn't compare to what was going to reign down on Jeff and Lester. After Big Mike exited with Jeff and Lester, someone made the mistake of speaking up. That someone was Emmitt.

"Those two should fi…"

Emmitt didn't get to finish his sentence as Beckman's right finger pointed in his direction. Instead of looking directly at the weasley attorney, she only stated three words to him.

"Sit down, Emmitt."

Emmitt was about to say something else when Casey leaned down and growled in his right ear. When he did, it startled Emmitt to the point where he immediately complied with what Beckman told him to do. As he speed walked back to his seat thoroughly embarrassed, the senior staff couldn't help but express amused chuckles at Emmitt's expense. Unfortunately, the amusement suddenly ended when Beckman turned around and faced everyone in the conference room. Instead of saying anything, she simply arched her right brow towards them, which caused everyone to not only quiet down, but take their seat as well.

Afterwards, an astonished White cracked an impressed smirk. "You run a tight ship, Chief Beckman. Listen," she stated. The smirk she was expressing turned into a smile. "If you ever want to change careers, give me a call. I can put in a good word for you."

Beckman cracked a faint smile of her own after she heard that from White. "I'm flattered," She gave a slight nod towards the female executive producer. Afterwards, Beckman turns her attention back to the senior staff sitting in front of her. "My place is here. It may not be glamorous as a Hollywood movie studio or set," She paused briefly and shook her head. "It's just as wildly entertaining notwithstanding the disastrous setbacks that truly become a headache."

White nodded. "How do you keep it all afloat?" she wondered, expressing genuine curiosity.

Beckman didn't have to think long and hard about that question. She immediately answered White. "I have an exceptional crew," Her focus turned to Sarah, Chuck, Morgan, Casey, and the senior staff sitting in front of her. "They've gone above and beyond for me."

"We'd gladly take a wrench in the face for your, Chief." Morgan stated, saluting her.

Beckman arched her right brow with a bit of confusion after Morgan conveyed that to her. She watched as Chuck expressed a look towards her as if he was apologizing for his bearded best friend. As he did, Chuck reached up with his right hand and pressed Morgan' s right arm that was saluting down to his side. It was actually considered a humorous side to see for the Chief Administrator. Instead of cracking a smile, she took a deep breath. Afterwards, Beckman returned her attention to White.

"Let's try this again shall we," Beckman cleared her throat before she continued on. "Does anyone have any actual questions before our special guests take their leave?" she asked, turning to her senior staff. A number of hands were instantly raised and that led to a chaotically free question and answer period.

XXX

Heather walked arm in arm with Sarah down the front entrance walkway happily sharing a conversation with each other. Casey was behind them as the trio followed Chuck, Morgan, Mark, Pollack, and White who were in front of them. Unfortunately, Beckman wasn't able to see the hospital's special guests off because she was busy dealing with two troublemakers in her office. She apologized beforehand and the aforementioned special guests understood the situation. In any case, the group was heading down to another seemingly expensive vehicle waiting for them that Panzer was standing in front of when the Hollywood actress asked Sarah a question.

"How's the wedding planning going? Sorry, I haven't been able to help because of my shooting schedule and everything else."

"As long as you show up because you are one of my bridesmaids after all."

"You can count on me being there."

Sarah smiled after she heard that. Afterwards, she rolled her eyes and groaned concerning the question Heather asked her. "I don't want to talk about wedding planning or anything wedding related."

"It's that bad?" retorted Heather, expressing a faint chuckle.

"Awesome actually," Sarah responded. "That's what worries me." she added, shaking her head.

Heather cracked a grin after she heard that. Afterwards, she gave an encouraging squeeze to Sarah's left arm. "I'm sure everything will go smoothly."

"Hope so," Sarah breathed out, shaking her head. "Chuck and I managed to dodge a number of issues so far that many couples walking down the aisle deal with." She briefly paused. Thankfully, having Alex as the maid of honor has been a big help. Chuck's sister, Ellie, is backing her up so it takes some of the pressure off her. "

"Doesn't hurt to have back up."

A nod was given in response by Sarah. "I just can't shake the feeling something is going to pop up out of nowhere and hit both of us right in the face."

"Could it be your dad?" questioned Heather. "Is he invited to the wedding?" she added, keenly interested.

Sarah was momentarily silent after the subject of her dad was brought up by Heather. "That's something I've thought about. Granted, we're both in a good place when it comes to our father-daughter relationship and there's an invitation with his name on it. But…"

"But what?"

"We don't exactly know where he is. Chuck mentioned to me that we could use the private investigator that's been trying to locate Chuck's dad."

"And?"

Sarah momentarily focused on Chuck walking several feet in front of her. "I told Chuck I'd think about it. From that point on, he wouldn't push the issue."

There was a moment of silence shared between the two. Heather couldn't help but feel for the soon to be married couple's issues with an absentee father. As much as it has affected the two of them mentally and emotionally in the past, Chuck and Sarah have managed to have a stable support system to keep from going absolutely insane with the insanity going on around them. Plus, she's never seen so much love and loyalty from two people who make sense to people who know them but don't to others. That's why they're so perfect together, she thought to herself. It reminded her of her relationship with Mark and as much as she wants to go public with it she knows she has to be patient.

Ultimately, it's just a matter of keeping up appearances with her co-star until the time comes where they're able to announce their breakup and say they'll continue to "remain friends". That's Hollywood for ya. In her mind, she has grown tired of constantly trying to duck and dodge questions whenever it involves her fake relationship with Pollack all with a fake smile on her face. She would rather talk about Mark, and he truly makes her happy. Her thoughts concerning Mark were broken when Heather saw Sarah shaking her head and took a quick moment to briefly glance at the man who was walking behind them. Heather did the same as well much to Casey's bewildered confusion. The actress was curious why Sarah glanced behind, especially after she noticed her expressing an amused smile.

"What are you smiling about?"

"A thought popped in my head."

"About the Colonel?"

"What about me?

Casey's grunt worthy response caused Sarah and Heather to momentarily stop halfway down the covered walkway. The two women turned around unlinking their arms and faced the hospital's Head of Security.

"You can say yes," Sarah paused briefly. "Or no."

When Casey heard that he expressed a soft grunt, which led Heather to lean over to Sarah. "Which grunt is that?

"Honestly," Sarah replied, crossing her arms. "That's a new one."

"Just spit it out, Walker." Casey grunted, sounding annoyed.

"What would you say if I asked you to walk me down the aisle?" she asked, raising both eyebrows.

Both women stood in front of Casey and waited for his response.

"Seriously?"

Sarah nodded. That's led to Heather speaking up. "She's serious."

"Chuck too afraid to ask me? So, you asked for him?"

The oldest Walker sibling shook her head. "I'm asking. Chuck doesn't know."

"Why me?"

"You're the closest thing I've ever had to an older brother. I…"

"Stop right there," Casey held up his both hands in front of me. "If I say yes, will it stop you from sharing your lady feelings?"

Sarah smiled. Afterwards, she turned to Heather who was smiling as well. Both women turned their attention back up to Casey awaiting his answer.

"So, is it a, yes?"

Casey stared at Sarah for a moment and then expressed a soft grunt. After he did, he took a step to his right and moved forward passing Sarah and Heather. Both women turned around and watched Casey head down to join the rest of the group that were already standing by Heather's mode of transportation.

"Really!?" Sarah faintly breathed out.

Afterwards, she shook her head and followed after Casey. A look of bewildered confusion was expressed on Heather's face as she stood for a brief moment. It wasn't long before she quickly followed after Sarah mainly to find out what answer the Colonel gave to the woman she happily reconciled with. Unfortunately, the Hollywood actress wasn't able to find out because White got a call from Five Elder Studios to take care of some important business. A few seconds later, they all departed. As the 4 individuals were heading back towards the front main entrance of the hospital, the sound of a ringing cell phone caused everyone to momentarily stop and check. It turned out it was Casey's and when he looked at the number on the screen, he instantly knew who was calling.

"This is Casey" He placed his iPhone up to his right ear.

After he asked that question, the other 3 individuals stood there half conversing with each other and the other half eavesdropping on who Casey was talking to on the phone. Apparently, the phone call didn't last long as the hulking Head of Security stuck his iPhone back in his right front pants pocket. However, it was short enough that Chuck, Sarah, and Morgan noticed Casey's whole demeanor change, which concerned them. Each one of them knew Casey long enough that it must be something truly serious.

"You alright big guy?" questioned Morgan.

"Is it bad?" asked Chuck.

"Casey, what's wrong?" Sarah asked, stepping over to him.

"Sensei," Casey softly responded. "He's gone."
