The bunnies refuse to leave me, I must write until their gone, so here's another rushed chapter
Setting: Aldeera
Time: the start of the series
The class is silent as the teacher begins his lecture.
"Today I will be handing out your career aptitude test, but"
several kids started to ready their quirks as their teacher said.
"I know you all want to go into the hero course!"
as the class exploded into chatter and (illegal) quirk use.
as the teacher tried to calm down the class. Bakaguo made his proclamation.
"Don't lump me with the rest of these losers, most of them wi-"
Clack
the door was opened to reveal Toji Fushiguro, Officially he was one of better students in the school, unofficially he was the biggest delinquent in the school,
The reason for his (relatively) clean record was the fact no one had guts to report him, Students would clam up when questioned about him and none of the teacher's want to be knows as the one unable to control a single Quirkless teenager no matter how freakishly strong they are.
"sorry for being late teach"
The teacher quickly regained his composure before nervously replying.
"Ah, Toji don't worry about it, you were already mark as present, just go to your seat."
Everyone even Bakagou become quiet, some trying to become smaller to not draw his attention.
Bakagou for all of his pride tried to hold up his head defiantly, but he couldn't get his arms to stop shaking when Toji started to stare him down.
In his head he could take him down if it was a no hold barrel fight.
But in his heart he still felt like the child that was thrown across the playground as his lunch was being eaten in front of him by another kid.
"Oí, Bakagou I heard from one friends that you had some extra cash on you, perhaps you have some to spare"
he only briefly glanced at wings
His head is screaming to fight, to show that he no matter what he will always be number 1.
But his body wouldn't listen to him.
It was completely silent until a nervous cracking voice behind Bakagou spoke up.
"per-perhaps, you can just let it go for today? Fushiguro"
at the familiar voice both of them turned to face Izuku.
Normally Toji would just ignore him and Bakagou would cuss him out but..
Toji had plans...
And izuku had something quite useful for him.
"You know what Midoriya, ill let it go today but in exchange why don't you give me those notes you where working on"
Shakily Izuku pulled them out, and gave the to him.
Toji grabbed them more delicately than expected then went to his seat.
No one else made a peep about what just happened to anyone outside of class.
Toji POV
Normally he wouldn't resort to shaking up teenagers for money but as of right now he had no gear, no weapons, and most of his intel on potential targets were likely filtered to minimize information of hero and villains weaknesses.
luckily for him he found someone to do the work for him in the form of Midoryia. That boy would keep mumbling on and on about heroes' and villains' fights down to the smallest details.
The school ended up being the perfect area to start, with neglectful teachers, to most students being easily cowed to giving money. Granted it was mostly pocket change but every cent counts when making a armory.
The problem was there wasn't anywhere to buy weapons and most black markets won't just show their best items to a no-name teenager even if he had the money to afford them.
But unless his target had a quirk like Gojo's infinity, most heroes weren't immune to a bullet to the head or a sword through chest.
Now all there was to do was wait for him to leave school before beginning his new life as a assassin.
This chapter was made in the middle of the night with very little sleep so if there are any grammar errors, please let me know.
Now for the info dump(feel free to skip this part as it's mainly some things to clarify)
Why was Bakagou so meek: while at the later parts of the series he was stronger willed, we saw at the start that he was easily shaken up when any part of his "perfect backstory" had contradicted information. He lost his nerve losing a single fight to Izuku and seeing todoroki freeze an entire building. I'm not calling Bakagou weak as I believe if they were paired in that fight he would've beaten shoto as his explosions were perfect for close quarter combat and would let him escape the ice
But it sent the precedent that he ego was fragile and that was with a single loss( two if you count the slime villain) but now imagine if it was someone that no matter what he did he kept losing, to be told that he was destined for greatness but still lose to what was supposed to be a pebble.
In hindsight this was something that should shown but not told but I have a feeling that my sleep deprived brain won't get the message across.
Now I'm off to pass out so until then bye.
