Sup guys? Lighting wolf here, back for another story, this one about My Hero Academia. Enjoy the 4700-word chapter. I do not own MHA, Shonen Jump, Kohei Horikoshi, and a few others do.
She did not know, could not have known him as she looked to the side, perhaps thrown off as she realized that Shou had not let go of her hand even when they reached school. If she hazarded a guess? It was probably a measure of fear for starting the first day, one which would only become harder and harder as time went on, as things seemed to die down.
Perhaps it was something she did not know, there was an idea of something hidden just under the surface, knowing what was coming and knowing what was going on because of it all going down the shoot.
"Scared?" Kendo asked.
"Terrified," Shou stated before he sighed and looked down to the ground. "Aren't you? We are going into a school where we have no friends, have no idea which classrooms we are going to be assigned, no idea where the heroes will be." Shou stated as Itsuka nodded.
"That's one reason I'm doing this," Itsuka said as she held up their hands. "It is not bad to be scared, you know, not at all… Not when you have not been able to deal with things properly." Itsuka said as she paused.
She knew he was in the same boat as she, she knew he was trying and failing to hold up in combat and there was no problem with that. The problem was implying she could not be trusted with feelings. She got that he did not entirely trust her but it felt cold to her that she could not really at all do anything to have done something.
"You don't even know what's going on, do you?" Shou asked before gesturing to all the people.
"As long as you are scared? I am not stopping, that is what friends do, and that is what I am going to do. Even if it is weird." Itsuka said with a smile that almost made Shou blush as he realized that he was not going to be getting away with it.
She could tell that he was going to be just as if he had been stepping on water. It could not decide what it had wanted for now and that would not change, not now and not ever… Even at the best of days, even on the worst for now… Such things were only part of what had been going down the road when it came down to it.
Even if it could not be the best deal? There was no guarantee that such things would become harder and harder to the core, nothing but amusement and chaos on the best of days, she would find it to be too constraining to be sad over and too chaotic at all to deal with even slowly.
She had a LOT more to deal with, a LOT more to be upset over when push went to shove and all of it was over.
Even then? She could not do anything besides push it deeper along the road and hope for the best, hoping it did not crash.
She could tell Shou was carefully being dissected, she was too interested in what was going on. She had been too interested in what to try and deal with, she would pause to keep thinking for now and something that she would not push back.
She led him by the hand towards the door, never letting his hand slip from hers as she knew more and more that such an idea like this was going to work… It would not matter much to her but it would probably shake him to the core.
"You, ok?" Shou asked as she walked him to a small wall and slid down the wall.
He would say something but he was too thrown off for now, distracted by it as he paused to think of it in the best way he could think for now.
"You, ok?" Itsuka questioned to which she slid down the wall next to him. "You've been quiet the moment," Itsuka stated before she seemed to be too interested in now, too thrown off for now.
She looked at Shou as water began to stream up and down his arms.
"I don't think I'll be a good hero," Shou said to which she leaned closer. "I do not think I will be any good. There are a lot of things people can do, but all I can do is control stupid water. That is not a quirk that helps people, I cannot even control." Shou stated.
"And you think that makes you useless? You think it makes you less of a hero?" Shou asked.
She was too interested in what was going on before she crossed her arms as she paused to think of what was going on. She would continue to let him heal as she knew someone like him.
Perhaps it was just a slap to the face or the fact that she was looking at him interested. She knew him, she knew him well enough to realize what was going on, but she did know as well that he was acting as best she could.
"Friends support each other… Can you use your quirk to help me?" Kendo questioned as she paused.
Shou frowned but said nothing, not being willing to do much at the end of the day, there was just too much on the mind to figure out.
"I can try." Kendo heard to which she smiled.
"Then I can try to help you, okay?" Kendo asked to which Shou sighed.
"If you say so," Shou said before he looked to the side and then continued to act like that, he would not be willing to risk for now if he was at the end of the day, he had been willing to push it.
'You are being an idiot.' Shou thought to himself with a massive sigh.
She had been too unfamiliar with what was going on before she seemed to try and deal with it for now… There was a LOT more to this, a LOT more to have been dealing with.
She seemed to be too familiar with it for now. She clicked her fingers against the roof of her mouth. She had not been too interested in the next move as both slid down the wall. Kendo hummed, kicking her feet up and yawning.
She did not know what was going on, she had no idea of it for now… No ability to deal with it to the end. She could not have imagined it like this, there was but a moment of chaos as the two children thought of their next move.
She had been too thrown off before she looked downwards at the ground before she seemed to relax as she cracked her fingers.
"So… Did you ever have a plan about becoming a hero or was it just something along the way you decided might be better?" Itsuka questioned before she thought of what to say.
It was an odd question to ask. It would always be an odd question; it was not exactly like they had many options to have done something like this… Their chaos would not waver and they would not be surprised.
"Because I want to help people? I want to try and make a difference… But I do not know how to make a difference when it comes down to it… Perhaps I do not know what is going on." Shou stated before he paused.
He had been unfamiliar with what needed to be done next. They sat next to each other each moment for now as she paused to try and deal with for now.
She clicked her fingers on her knees for now, too interested in the next moment.
She had been too familiar with what to say or do. Kendo watched Shou, his head slowly moving up and down as if was trying to breathe through a pipe.
Perhaps she did not know what was going on as she looked upwards and into the sky, too interested in what needed to be done. His blue eyes made him think of what was going on as she clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth.
She had been too unfamiliar as she seemed to think of something she had not been expecting. She knew more and more with each passing breath what was going on and what she had to have done to fix it.
There was a long desire to have done better. She wanted to be superior to this… But she could not, she would not have done so… That was a bridge even though she could not have fixed it.
Nor did she wish to have done something like this… Not while he was still standing up on his own two feet as of the time being, it would not have been worth many efforts for now… Not at this juncture.
Shou hummed before he looked downwards at the ground, knowing what the best idea was to grow for now… He had not been able to relax.
To be fair? Shou seemed to be tired, thrown off, and worn down for now as he paused, letting it all fall apart sooner or later as he sighed.
Shou hummed as Kendo leaned on his side, knowing what the next idea would be. Lennix did not know what would become of it as push came to shove and all of it seemed to be prepared for now as he thought of what was growing on his mind.
Shou felt her lean on his side and rolled his eyes as the two seemed to finally fall silent. It was clear that their next move was to be harder and harder to manage.
"You know that the more we end up walking around? The more we are going to fall apart." Shou stated before he paused, thinking of what was growing in his brain.
He seemed to be too interested in what he could try and deal with for now, knowing what he would do next before he clicked his fingers on the ground.
The water danced around his fingers before he hummed and thought of it lest he fall apart when it was all said and done… He did not even know what was going on in his mind as he clicked his fingers before he looked at her.
"You are the one panicking about being at the school. I am not, you are the doofus trying to deal with school, I am not." Kendo sighed before she looked to the side.
She did not know what the next move was to grow, for now, thinking about what was growing in his mind.
To be fair? Neither could tell what was going on in his brain. Shou simply seemed to be amused, for now, knowing whatever awaited him. It would be little compared to that and him.
Shou sighed and then thought of it for now, thinking of what he was growing to be dealt with for now. He had not been able to relax for now as he paused to think of what he would be doing next.
Kendo smiled, knowing what was growing for now. He had not been able to try and deal with it for now… He had not been able to deal with it for now… He had been cursed with it for now and for good reason.
He had been familiar with it and her to a certain degree of it all. Shou was silent and he knew of what was growing on his mind, that would not be enough to fix it for now, and for good reason.
He had not been relaxed though, knowing what it would have dealt with now.
To be fair? It was not like she could not handle it. She knew what was going on, she had known for a very long and tiring day at the end of the time being.
To be fair? Both could at least tell something was up, knowing that. The only reason it might go far enough was knowing that the chaos within would be impossible to fix.
He guessed that Kendo was just messing with him, wishing to relax, and cut through it to the end of the road. This part of the plan made risks but it was clear these risks had so much worry and planning to be within them that it might as well.
All of it? All of this hurt and not just in some certain path… It hurt because it tore at everything that made him who he was. He was too flabbergasted by it all at the end of the day, there was something else that needed to be dealt with.
He clicked his fingers against the palm of his hand and looked at her as both seemed to be thinking of it at the end moment, there was a lot more to try and figure out.
"So… Any goals for when you end up being in the school?" Shou questioned in a tone that told her there were a lot of things she did not know.
For a second? She only could nod, knowing it was going to be dealt with for now which he clicked to himself and seemed to try and figure it out.
"I don't know," Kendo said before she hummed and then looked to the side. "Maybe start a club, maybe help some schoolmates… I have a lot of time to relax, the only problem is relaxing, dude. You are the one stressing." Kendo stated.
"Try going here then tell me not to stress at all." He stated as he pointed behind him. "We are at one of the most important schools in the world… And you are acting like it is a Saturday morning book club. I just want you to notice that." Shou stated as he frowned.
If he was honest with himself, he would be exhausted. He was tired and worn down, he felt at least some desire to snark since it was the only damn thing keeping him in check. He had little to nothing to try and figure out from her without a good reason.
That? And the fact that he wanted to be home, relaxing… Sleeping, being not worn down like this to nothing like he had been able to try and figure it as he clicked to see it end as he clicked his fingers.
She seemed to be dealt with for now and for good reason. She was relaxed and she was worn down to the bone at this moment as if she could not relax once more.
There were a lot of things that needed to be discussed and handled either way before something was found and before it would all end.
This chaos was going to bite them hard in the behind, knowing such things would only proceed to get worse with time and effort from it to the end of it… Such things only served to help a little… But not a lot now. There was more to it than this…. A lot more than he could manage… Should have to manage, it felt almost like she was due to it being something to deal with…. Something beyond it all to work out…. And it was funny enough to be dealt with in its way.
There were even some things on the end of the line that could not spoil if he did. It would… It caused many more problems than it seemed to fix now.
It was clear to him that such things were odd and yet? They did not wish to compromise it for now… Did not entirely know for now what was going on.
Shou for his part seemed to be silent, knowing what she could and would do was amusing enough at that point, knowing what was going on now… He looked at Kendo who was as silent as the grave.
She did not for once admit there were problems with it, knowing perhaps it could be done and dusted… That? And the fact that such problems were very rare…. Very ideally done on purpose.
It was then and there he held no real problems with it for if he did? There was to be something to deal with… Something about it all just reeked of being superior… To gazing down on those who did not bow to the end of the day, knowing what can and will need to be done now… All she had left to do was push the ball forward and push it hard down the railing.
He was silent and he knew that Kendo was just trying to do whatever she could best, she had been trying to deal with it the best way possible.
It was just Kendo also terrified him and whatever she could have done paled compared to what needed to be done and needed to be fixed.
He sighed to himself as both sat in uncomfortable silence, that was the funniest part of it all. He looked over at her, expecting some sort of heroic cheer or something that had been coursing through her veins.
Instead? She was content to lean back and glance into the sky, knowing very well how life was going to work and what might happen when it came to it.
She was silent and he could guess why, he could guess that even Itsuka was still figuring things out. She was still trying to understand who she was and what she was going to be a hero at the end of the time being.
Perhaps it was that sort of thing that calmed him. if Itsuka was that nervous? She was not going to easily let it be shown and she was not going to pretend she had a plan for them for there was not.
The only problem was she did not have a clue and neither did he.
"You do know we're going to be sitting here for a very long time, right?" Shou asked before he looked to the side, knowing what was going on and not wanting it to be overlooked yet again.
There were plenty of things about it that caused her to think very well that their problems would not be over so soon.
She was not stupid. They were just starting, just trying to figure out what was going on at the end of the day. Whatever needed to be done was going to take a very long time.
She welcomed it and she could see Shou did as well, drumming his hands up and down his legs as water droplets seemed to overtake every single little piece of his body.
They were not normal, not at all, some part of them was terrified of that… But they also welcomed it, they welcomed every single piece of that puzzle, knowing that if it stood in their way? It would be removed.
The only problem was how well it would have worked out how well it needed to have been done for now something which needed to be controlled and something which would be stopped now and for good reason at the end of the day.
She was odd like this when it came down to it. He knew it and he knew her off to the end.
He of all such people only found Kendo to be amusing for now as of the time being.
She did not know what was going on but she did know that he of all people was going to be making it fall over now.
Shou hummed as he thought how… Odd, she was, how odd and how weird it had been for now and for good reason at the end.
Even he of all people had been at the mercy of her… And part of him did not mind, he did not believe it would be even slightly different now where he had gone or how it had ended.
Kendo looked at him with a smile, one she refused to relinquish. She knew him and knew he of all people could not control when it was all said and done.
"You know we are going to have a harder time training when it comes down to it… School isn't going to pull punches when it is all said and done." Shou stated before he sighed to himself.
He was eager to figure it out now when it came down to it… There was a lot more to their work when it was all over.
She seemed to smile, leaning on the wall as she paused to think of it now and for good reason.
She did not know what was growing on his mind and she did not wish it to be that harder and harder.
She did not even know what was going on. She had held onto mercy when it came down to it and she rubbed at her temples.
Kendo was too eager to figure something out now and for good reason when it was clear even these measures were behind such an idea that it broke entirely.
She of all people could and would guess it was harder and harder to figure out now and for good reason. They would and could have ended it now and for good reason when push came to shove.
It was too much for them now… Far too much. Lennix hummed and then rubbed at his nose… He wished her to be thrown off but he also did wish.
Kendo seemed to be thinking of what was growing on her mind before she looked to the side. Kendo seemed to be relaxing as she wished to be thinking of it when all of it.
Kendo wished to be thinking of it was all said and done. Kendo seemed to be thinking of it as she wished to crack her fingers.
Shou hummed to herself before she wished to be thinking of her next move. Kendo seemed to be thinking of her next move before she questioned her next move.
She enlarged her hands and thought of how Shou seemed to be over it as she wanted it to come crashing down to the ground.
She did not want to think of it when all of it now before she hummed before she wanted.
Shou hummed before she looked to the side and thought of it when all of it came down.
Now? Now he had a lot more to try and figure it out as she paused… Shou thought of what was growing on her mind.
Kendo seemed to think of what was growing on her next move was… Shou seemed to be tired and then thought of it all.
Kendo wanted him to relax, something which needed to be disturbed now.
"Are you ok?" Shou asked himself before she wanted to think of what was growing on her mind.
Shou hummed and cracked his fingers before he looked to the side. He hummed as he smiled to himself.
All of it seemed to be more and more amusing as Kendo who was already tired as it was seemed to be making it worse and worse. She knew Kendo was trying to conceal her fear and it was barely working now… No doubt because something… Was off.
She hummed to herself; no doubt willing to let it all come to a head now rather than later…. She of all people could tell he was trying his best to relax which was not going to happen next.
Shou was eager to deal with it all now, eager to relax… He would not get the chance and she knew it… She knew damn well that such an idea was harder and harder to figure out.
Now? He did not know what was going on with it all when push came to shove it all into place now and good.
Kendo hummed and then looked to the side, something about her next move made her smirk as she looked downwards at the ground.
Shou seemed to be thinking of what was growing on her mind before she thought of it all as a little game… Something about it all had been to think of it.
Kendo seemed to be thinking of it all as a little game. They had a LOT more to deal with for now and for good reason as she paused, thinking of what was growing on her mind before she looked downwards.
Kendo was all too eager to think of it all before she looked downwards at the ground. Shou hummed to think of it all before he sighed to himself before now.
Shou sighed as he tapped on his knee with his free hand, pausing to relax for a moment… Something within his mind had told him exactly how this was going… How it was growing now.
She was odd, Kendo was very odd but it was not like he had never met something weird… Someone like her was a warrior he had met before… Something about it all made him want to laugh.
Yet? She was a nice person; she would remain a nice person. Shou looked at their connected hands… Something about it all had made him laugh.
She was so nice and he barely knew her, this woman was something else.
"Do you have plans when we get into school? Because I think we might be waiting for a LONG time when it comes down to school." Shou stated before he looked downwards.
Kendo was silent, too interested in trying to relax… Something on her mind was tearing her apart molecule by molecule. She ran her thumb over the palm of his hand, curiously glancing into the sky as if she expected something to fall out of it now.
She did not know the answer to the question, there were a lot of things she could not have expected… Did not want to know. All she knew? Well, she knew that he was an odd person now, and for good reason.
Kendo sighed, thinking that Shou was thrown off by just how ridiculous it would have been now… Something about it all was growing to be amusing for her.
She sighed and did not once relax for a few moments… Now? Now she had a lot more to deal with, an idea that cut through her like a knife, it was too amusing for them all when it had come down to it at the time being…
Something about it all had been amusing to them… To them, both now back and forth like it was a lot like sitting through the rain, something about it all had been harder and harder to deal with for now and for good reason.
All of it was much harder said than done. All of it had to be done.
Shou almost wondered if she was as terrified as him. it made a lot of sense when push came to shove… Something that would be harder and harder to figure out now.
All of it was much easier said than done… It was a lot more tiresome than now.
They had to end it for now… Something within them both had to end it now… They had a LOT more to deal with, a lot.
Shou hummed, looking at Kendo who was silent and making sure both were able to deal with it for now.
Both times? Both were able to do more together than alone… He knew that much was beyond it all for now… All of it could have been dealt with.
Shou smiled at the prospect of it all before now… Something within them both had to end now… An idea like this would not have died now.
