Post Mockingjay. Neither Haymitch nor Effie were ready for the change that was approaching them. They had settled down after the war and were sort of happy but the games were about to strike back one last time. - This story is about them dealing with the last Hunger Games and contains a little angst, a little fluff, and hayffie-kids.

What if Katniss' rebellion had been crushed? This is what would have happened. It's 25 years after the rebellion and a new quarter quell. This time there are two twists. The first twist is that all tributes will be given a serum that makes them see all the other tributes as the same person. The second is that every time someone dies, the landscape changes.
