(This episode takes place 1 week after the previous episode)
A week has passed and Nightwing finally recovers from his injuries. He stands up.
"Finally… I can walk and move my body fine now. I feel really light too." - The blue hero says.
He gets out of the Tower at super speed and turns around the forest covering it.
"Yeah. The way I am now, the Demon who tried to kidnap Raven, Red X & even Slade will now regret messing with us. I won't let them do what they please" - Nightwing says with a smile.
The blue hero goes traveling in Jump City using his super speed.
And Kid Flash meets him on the way, so he follows him using his own superspeed too.
"Hey buddy. Where have you been all this time?" - Kid Flash asks.
"I was in a coma for 2 weeks due to a battle I had on another planet" - Nightwing questions in-turn.
"Wow. That must have been tough for you man." - Kid Flash responds.
"Maybe. But I am healed now. And I don't plan on backing down as well." - The blue hero adds.
Kid Flash gives a smile. But as they are running, the Titans' communicator gives an alarm.
The blue hero opens it and finds someone unfamiliar in it.
"Donna Troy!?" - Nightwing says with exclamation.
"Yea it's me. I have an issue and I require your assistance" - Donna Troy replies.
"What's there?" - The blue hero asks.
"There is an enemy with some weird abilities in San Francisco. Starfire & I are facing him right now. What's worse is that he seems to be some little kid wearing a formal uniform." - Donna Troy responds.
"Wait. Starfire is with you?" - Nightwing questions.
"Don't worry Donna. We'll come to San Francisco in a flash." - Kid Flash says.
"Oh. It seems that Wally is here with you. That could help even more then. I am waiting for you" - Donna Troy responds.
She turns off the communicator.
"I will tell Cyborg, Raven & Beast Boy to come after us. Let's head to San Francisco now" - Nightwing says.
"For sure buddy. Whoever reaches that location later is a turtle" - Kid Flash replies.
This infuriates Nightwing a bit, but he accepts the challenge and races Kid Flash to the destination.
An opening starts here*
Scene shows Donna Troy & Starfire facing a kid who wears a black uniform, a long black hat and also has a black & white stick in his left hand.
"Why are you two so annoying? I just want to have fun, you know?" - The kid says.
Starfire tries to rush at him.
"Wait Starfire. Try to not be too mean at him. He's just a kid in the end" - Donna Troy says.
"I'll try my best" - Starfire replies.
She tries to capture him, but the kid creates a tree wood from the ground that restrains the alien. It seems to be much stronger than the regular wood somehow.
Donna Troy pulls her golden cord to restrain him with it. But the kid suddenly turns it into a snake that rebels on her, shocking her in the process.
"Hahahahaha. This is so funny. But I have to go now after I got what I have needed. See ya" - He says.
Just before he attempts leaving though, he gets hit by a mix of a lightning blast and a wind blast from Nightwing & Kid Flash respectively, who have finally reached the enemy location. The kid blocks it by making a green shield.
"So he's using magic then." - Nightwing notes.
"Huh. I have come here first, Mr. Turtle" - Kid Flash says.
"What? Don't make me laugh, I have attacked him first for sure" - The blue hero replies.
"Hey Donna. Who attacked first?" - Kid Flash tries.
"You came at the same time. But does this really matter right now? Look at him." - Donna Troy replies.
Starfire frees herself from the created wood made by the magician.
"That's cool. Now there are more heroes I could play and have fun with. Hahahahaha" - The kid says while applauding.
"Have fun? Who exactly are you?" - The blue hero asks.
"Oh… you don't have to be this rude, big brother. But sure, my full name is Zachary Zatara, you can call me Zac for short" - Zac responds.
"Whatever… just what's your goal right now?" - Nightwing questions with an angry face.
"Well. I already finished it. I took this stick from a certain building. It allows me to use my powers more effectively" - Zac replies.
"So that explains it then. You must be a …" - Nightwing says
While they are talking, Raven, Beast Boy & Cyborg reach the location as well.
"Sorry for the late come. We aren't as fast as you seemingly. But hey, you have gotten healed. That's cool" - Beast Boy says.
"Yeah thanks. However, don't let your guard down now. This is the enemy. He may be a kid, but he's dangerous." - Nightwing replies.
"He's wearing formal clothes too. Like a magician" - Cyborg notes.
"Whoever he is, we must take him down" - Raven says.
"Hahahahahahahaha. Wow, so seven heroes now, that may be the most entertaining thing I have ever seen. However…. You are all teenagers." - Zac says.
"Ok? Those teenagers are more than enough to school you, buddy." - Kid Flash says.
"Hmph. Let's adjust you a little bit" - Zac responds.
"What?" - The blue hero is shocked.
"(Age these seven 10 years ahead)" - Zac says in reverse.
The 7 Titans are aged up and are fully grown up now. They are also shocked.
"Huh? Do you really think that something like this would change anything?" - Flash says.
"Well. I'm going to leave right now to test his stick. But I'll come back to play with you, don't worry. See ya" - Zac says with a smile.
Flash creates a wind blast and shoots it, but the kids turns himself into white birds and flees away.
Some of the Titans appearance has changed significantly.
Cyborg for example does not have any big changes. However, his armor becomes darker and the blue circles around his body become pink.
Beast Boy grows a bit taller and bulkier. And his clothes become red and white.
Raven barely changes if at all
Donna Troy gains black clothes and grows bigger as well
Starfire grows significantly and her clothes also change.
Flash & Nightwing grow like any normal male does. But Nightwing gains a significant growth spurt specifically, he changes the most out of the 7.
"I didn't know you'd become this tall and buff man." - Flash notes.
"Wow. Not gonna lie, you look so handsome like this, Nightie. Hihihi" - Starfire says with heart eyes on her face.
"Whatever, this isn't the priority now." - Nightwing says with a slightly red face.
"So, do you know how that brat managed to do this to us?" - Cyborg asks.
"Homo Magi" - The blue hero replies.
"What is that?" - Cyborg says.
"it's a sub-race of naturally magic-wielding humans. The Zatara clan is one of the families of that group." - The blue hero responds.
"Magic? Is there a way to return us back to normal then?" - Beast Boy asks.
"Yeah. I am familiar of the Homo Magi too. If we destroy the stick he possesses, it can nullify the spell casted upon us. Sadly even with my own Dark magic, I can't reverse that of the Homo Magi for some reason" - Raven says.
"Well then, I guess we should go find that brat quickly and teach him a lesson" - Donna Troy says.
"Yeah" - All the Titans say at once.
Camera switches to Zac testing his stick on some buildings, turning them into cute animals for around 10 minutes.
"Damn. This is quite boring at this point."
Suddenly, he hears a sound of someone moving at super speed for a brief moment. But he could not identify.
"Who is here?" - The kid asks.
He looks behind him and he finds Raven in an ugly & huge form in order to intimidate the kid.
"Huh! You would need to try harder if you think you can scare me with that." - He says.
He attempts to hit her with a magic beam that would turn her into an animal, but Raven shoots a dark blast that overpowers it.
"Huh. So you know about magic as well." - The kid notes.
Suddenly, a golden cord captures him. He finds Donna Troy behind him.
"So you want to play like that huh. Fine by me" - Zac says.
He uses his stick and turns 2 buildings into a T-Rex and a Triceratops.
Beast Boy turns into a T-Rex in turn and fights his identical. Meanwhile, Cyborg fights the Triceratops.
So the Homo Magi kid further creates a rock golem using his stick. So Starfire takes care of it.
Flash appears in front of the kid.
"Try to hit me if you can" - Flash taunts the kid.
"Let's see how fast you can get then" - Zac responds.
Flash keeps dodging the magic beams for a few moments until it suddenly gets taken from his hand by Nightwing who teleports behind him.
"Huh? How did you take it from me like that? And give it back to me now" - Zac says.
"You did a grave mistake by doing all of this. Now you will get punished like you deserve" - The blue hero replies.
He breaks the stick with his hand. And everything returns to normal, including their bodies and the stuff that was caused by the magician kid's staff.
The kid gets extremely frustrated.
"Now you'll go with us without a single word, got it?" - Nightwing says.
"I thought we could have fun. But since you choose to play like that, fine. Don't forget that" - Zac replies.
The blue hero is a bit surprised and Zachary Zatara turns himself into crows this time and runs away.
"Damn it. He ran away" - The blue hero says.
"Don't worry about that. The next time we find him, he won't know what will come to him. Hahahahaha" - Kid Flash responds.
"Yea. Let's go home now, Nightie. There are a lot of things I want to talk with you about." - Starfire says.
"Sure. Let's go…." - Nightwing responds.
"And I am also really hungry" - Beast Boy notes.
"Like always…." - Raven replies.
"I must go to the Island as well to check some stuff. If you need any help, don't hesitate to call me" - Donna Troy says with a smile.
"Definitely" - Cyborg responds.
Donna Troy flies away.
"I guess I gotta go as well buddy. Jinx may have been alone for a long time, and duty calls for me as well. If there is anything you want from me, call me anytime" - Kid Flash says to the blue hero.
"Definitely. And btw, I liked your adult red outfit. Hehehehe" - Nightwing responds with a smile.
"Yeah. It looks identical to my mentor's outfit almost" - Kid Flash replies back with a smile.
He decides to run away and go.
"Well then. Let's head back to the Tower" - Cyborg says.
And the Titans walk their way back.
(A few minutes later)
Camera switches to Zachary Zatara in a corner of the building. He's clearly angry by the loss of the stick that he stole.
"How am I supposed to get another stick now that they have broken it?" - He says with a loud voice.
"Maybe I could give you one" - A voice responds to him.
Zac turns around to see who is there and sees Red X with his mask. Who is basically a Nightwing with different hair & eye colors without it.
"Huh? Who are you? And why do you even want to give me another stick?" - Zac responds
"Because I need you to join my side." - Red X says.
"Join your side?" - Zachary replies
"I will make it more simple. I will give you another stick, and you, on the other hand, will join the team we are going to create. We will even play together" - Red X speaks just before pulling his hand to the kid.
Zachary Zatara hesitates at first.
"Sure. But… why do you want someone like me in your team?" - Zac asks.
"Our enemy is one. And besides that, a Homo Magi be useful in it." - Red X replies
It seems the magician boy noticed that Red X is straightforward with his words and has no lies in them. So he accepts the deal.
