The planet under investigation has been reclassified as "Terra Apostasia," from its previous classification of "Terra Mirra" as upon arrival my senses were besieged by heretical xenos aberrations of an unprecedented magnitude. Beast men, abhumans inhumans mutants and heretics of every kind call this tainted planet home. With near constant displays of warpcraft in public view it's a miracle from the Emperor himself that the planet has yet to be turned into a Chaos world.
++ Immediate Threat Level ++
The populace, identified as "humans," though in reality it encompasses not just the human population but the sub humans as well, exhibits unnerving innate psykic powers they have labeled "Quirks,". An entire third of these quirks resemble unsanctioned psyker mutations. the other two thirds involve emitions and short lived biomancy, the manner of things these quirked up individuals are capable of manifesting include but are not limited to: Pyrokinesis, Cryokinesis, Sludge, and of all things that the God Emperor holds dear, Amasec. The last one alone has more cause for concern if nothing else. while they may be primitive the simple fact that just one of them is capable of producing drinkable alcohol with what seems to be no upper limit should be the astra militarium frothing at the mouth to take this planet by force. And for the love of holy tera let that sink in the urgency of this report.
Currently from available records the percentage of the population that manifests these "quirks" is around 55/45in favor of the god Emperor's chosen. Though it seems that some on the planet are attempting a Genetic purge through encourage if not outright enforced crossbreeding experiments to strengthen the genetic taint.
++ Unstable Power Structures ++
Terra Apostasia's society is teetering on the brink do to many factors involving groups of interest and native bore individuals. Currently we havent found out right chaos worship though it wouldn't surprise me is the ruinous powers were the ones responible for all the heresy on the planet. as for the Native born threats there are currently two. One such group are psykers that are sectioned and trained by the governments of Terra Apostasia called 'Hero' and shall be hence forth referred to as such.
The second group, most of which are what one would find in any underhive, consist mainly of the scum and peasant population that is incapable of contributing anything to their society. These individuals are all lumped together whether or not they hold psyker powers under the label 'Villain'. While their structure may resemble our structure regarding psykers remember this. it isnt entirely enforced and those that do break the rules aren't killed outright. If there is one boon this planet may yet provide, it must be at bare minimum the mass quantity of pyskers for the black ships.

During a data retrieval operation digging into their archives a hidden heresy of the highest order was uncovered. ONE FOR ALL, a heretical genetic strain used to store up psykic powers of those that hold it while allowing transfer from one individual to the next. it currently isnt know how it works only that it exists. if it is an inheritable strain of genetic taint then the spread of psykers will in all likely hood explode like one of the dark gods plagues. fortunately it seems that their constant infighting has keep them planet bound.
++ Desperate Cult of False Divinity ++
The populace of this planet have of late become fanatically devoted to a false idol named "All Might," a symbol of false peace, leading to cultic fervor that permeates every corner of society. there seem to be little else in the way of cults and should this planet be brought into the Imperium the cult machnicus should immediately be notified of several possible heretechs and techheresy.

In light of the escalating heresies found on and throughout Terra Apostasia, I am requesting assistance of the joint ordo Xenos, Malious Hereticus scouting division. to send a fully trained and seasoned Inquisitor to the planet. One misstep and not only could we end up with a demonic army popping out of nowhere but another rip in the fabric of the materium itself.
