Life is unfair. All men are not created equal. These are quotes that Izuku Midoriya aka Deku is very familiar with, Constantly hearing them from others and himself. How could he not after being born into a world of the most fantastical people anyone could imagine.
A world where almost everyone in that world could do incredible feats that only could exist in the realm of fiction, where people can fly, lift trucks, shoot fire, or grow berries from their fingernails.
A world of wonder.
Unless... You were born into that world with nothing special about you.
Nine out of ten people born without a quirk, without hope, without purpose.
Like him.
Izuku was diagnosed quirkless at the age of four, he lost his friends soon after, he hadn't seen his father since a little after his fifth birthday, and every now and then when he was supposed to be asleep, he could hear his wonderful mother crying to herself begging for forgiveness from her son, blaming herself for cursing him.
The words of those that doubted him haunted him throughout his life.
"I'm sorry Izuku I'm so sorry!" His mother sobbed as she held his small frame.
"You had best forget about being a hero, without a quirk it's just not going to happen." His doctor told him grimly after his diagnosis.
"Your never going to be anything important Deku, maybe you should just take a swan dive off the roof, maybe you can get a quirk in the next life." His former best friend taunted.
"I'm sorry young man but you can't be a hero without a quirk." His idol explained.
But despite all of world decrying his dream to be unsubstantial nonsense. He persevered and eventually his chance came.
"Young Midoriya You can truly become a splendid hero!" All might proclaimed as he held out a single hair. "Now...eat this." He said motioning to the hair.
After that odd moment Izuku Midoriya was well on his way to become a new beacon of hope and strength in the community of heroes.
Gaining the power of the number one hero all might, he was put through trials and tribulations that ranged from yakuza to supervillains.
With his efforts and the help of his friends and teachers, he achieved a new level of peace for Japan and the world over. Redestro and his forces were defeated, the villainous all for one and his successor Shigaraki were vanquished. Truly Izuku had succeeded at becoming a truly splendid hero.
It was unfortunate that the peace he fought so hard for came at a cost.
The battle was won, Shigaraki's body was off to the side decaying from his own quirk. The battlefield was littered with the bodies of heroes and villains alike, an army of nomus scattered around.
1-A gathered around a small crater with tears in their eyes as a young teen girl with the features of a frog held the hand of a half crushed Deku.
Despite their tears he held a large smile on his face. "Thank you everyone." He said in labored breaths. "Thank you for helping me be a hero." He said as he closed his eyes for the final time.
The world of heroes would continue on with a new era of peace. Thanks to the hero of peace Deku.
But his story wasn't over.
As cliche as it was to say but death was only the beginning.
Floating in a dark void the green haired hero soon found a wooden door in front of him. A sign on the door read.
Chaos club
Tilting his head he questioned his current reality. "Ok i remember fighting the villains, getting crushed by half a building, telling everyone thank you, nothing but darkness, now I'm looking at a door in the middle of said darkness." He said truly confused.
Before he could contemplate opening the door he heard a voice yell in exasperation. "Yer taking too long!" A pair of white gloved hands attached to grey furry arms reached out and pulled him inside.
As the door slammed behind him the goddess of fate and order felt her hold on this reality slip ever so slightly.
