Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here, back with another story, this one about Resident Evil. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I do not own Resident Evil; Capcom and a few others do.
There was a drop of the bag to the ground. She did not care; it did not bother her anymore.
Rosemary Winters did not care; she did not wish to have cared… For there was something else crawling in the mind of it… There were a lot of things that might have bothered her for now and she knew a lot of things.
The school was terrible but she did not care. People hated her and saw her as a freak… But she cared to be thrown off for now.
"Rose, honey?" Rosemary heard as she sighed and shook her cap off.
"Yes, Mom?" Rose questioned before she looked around.
It was an echo, something that reminded the girl what had happened. She paused to think of what was going on as she tried to think of things.
She paused before she slowly started to smooth her hands through her hair, she blinked as she looked over at it. A small little drop before she blinked, she knew it and she knew it well… But she was too uncaring for now.
"Mold. I must tell Chris." She stated as she sighed, knowing what it meant.
She had tried to bury what it was for now and bury it deep, yet? Chris was aware it did not work, she knew more and more of what was going on at this moment, and for good reason. She would not be well enough to deal with it.
Rose slowly trudged up the stairs, taking her boots off, she almost reached up to grab at her jacket… Then stopped. She remembered, she knew that it was the last remnant of her dad, the only thing she had been too attached to for now as she relaxed, too unwilling to deal with it, deal with the consequences.
She grabbed her phone and went to make a call.
(Several hundred miles away)
Chris only paused to sigh, to relax, he knew more and more what was coming. They had been fighting a war with the BSA and the rest of Blue Umbrella had also asked for a sitrep since the village incident.
He would have ordered it burned to nothing if he could. There was NOTHING there beside rubble and destruction and chaos left in their wake since then, something she did not care for.
He blinked as a ring slowly settled in and he drew his gun, almost expecting something… Before he managed to relax. He had been too chaotic enough to have driven him off.
He slowly reached for his pocket where his phone sat, he slowly pulled it from his pocket, making him sigh before he realized the number.
"Chris?" He heard as he paused to think.
"Rose?" Chris asked before he looked to the ground.
"Yeah… You told me to call you if it… Gets different." Rose stated.
"Is your… Condition changing?" He stated before he sighed and looked to the side.
"Yeah, kinda." Chris heard to which he cursed.
"I want you to tell your mom to go to where I tell you to go… I will have K meet you there… The real one." Chris stated.
"She ain't coming back, Chris… I felt her die, she is not coming back for another round…" Rose stated.
He would have said something but he knew that Miranda was just as bad as Wesker, throwing away an entire village as test subjects. He knew Rose had been pulled into whatever twisted chaos Miranda had planned for her on account of being told what had happened. It was too much for him at the end of the day, something he had not envisioned.
He could not save Piers; he could not save his men in the mine… He could not save Ethan … But he could not have acted like this.
He was too much confused, however? He had been willing to act, but he would not. He could not, he would not be allowed to have stridden forwards.
He was too disturbed for now; he had been willing to adapt for now… He had been willing to act upon this.
He was too thrown for a loop; it bothered him to an end for now… Yet? He did not know it, any of it for now at the end of the day.
