NINJAGO OC AU Strange things start happening in Ninjago- First Cole goes missing, then weird weapons start to fall from the sky- and new faces appear to be somehow related and connected to everything that's been going on. What will our heroes find out? Will they be able to save Cole? And more importantly, What in Ninjago is going on!

After a violent and allusive gang has been terrorizing Ninjago City for far too long the police Commissioner has gone to the ninja for help. Cole must fake his death and go undercover to bust this gang. But Cole quickly realizes that the price for such a mission may be higher than he's willing to pay. Rated T for some pretty dark themes.

While travelling the Echo realm and saving the world once again, Lloyd takes his final stance and is killed. Or at least, that’s what the Ninja think. 5 years after the incident Wu has a vision of Lloyd, and realises that he is alive. With help from some allies, the Ninja travel back to the Echo Realm, hopefully in time to save Lloyd. Will they make it? Or are they too late?

After Lloyd and Melissa get kicked out of Darkley's, they begin their quest to prove everyone wrong and that they are bad kids, but they eventually stumble upon some new foes and eventually discover their destiny.

After the battle with Imperium, the ninja team finally realizes after 5 years that Jay isn't coming back anytime soon. Something must have happened to him and they need to find him. Going to include Jay's birth parents and that Jaya angst you're looking for!

It was a picture, him, his Father and his Mother all in one portrait. He was a baby, cradled in his mothers arms and nestled between both parents. He placed the photo with the others on his desk, spaced out just enough for him to see the people in the frames. Lloyd glared at them, using his hands to lean over the desk and stare.

Kai always knew his power was destructive, but he never realized others may have an issue with that. After a small mission goes horribly wrong, it's up to the master of fire to extinguish these flames.

Life for Chen was hard. Not that he would admit it. Chen's escape from his horrible life at home was his life at school. It was easy at school because everyone adored him. He was loved. Of course for someone who was always bullied back at home, one would wonder why Chen bullied Lloyd. But he honestly had no clue. OR I felt sorry for Chen in How It All Began by Hijabiwriter (on AO3)

Late one night after the move to the monastery, Wu finds himself alone with his thoughts until he can't take them anymore. With no way to get away from the suffocating world around him, he goes back to his childhood home. However, time changes everything and things aren't the way Wu remembered them. (Pre-series.)

The Serpentine have been released, Lloyd is is nowhere to be found, and the team are about to have their inner strength tested in more ways than one. Everyone is in a race to find the legendary Four Fangs of Ouroboros that hold the power to unleash the mother snake: Anguis-The Great Devourer. Once released, she will consume all of Ninjago. Can the ninja find all the fangs in time?

Part one of the first season of Dragons Rising is finished, but what may have happened off-screen? This series of short yet sweet one-shots will put into perspective the moments we all but see on screen. . .

Lego Ninjago is one of my favorite shows, but I couldn't help but wonder how it would look with a more serious plotline.
