Chapter 1376 Mind Powers
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
John Vattic was walking around the city and checks the area.
He then saw damage against a wall and inspects it.
"Hmmm, this was done by force but not the normal way." He said.
John can sense something like a phychic, behind him was a man wearing a green coat.
"Impressive, you could detect me."
John turns around but he got pushed away by a phychic force.
"Your a phychic." John said.
"I am Henry King, Sr, also known as Brainwave." (Stargirl TV Series)
He lifts a dumpster and throws it at him making John use his powers to stop it.
John runs to the other side and Brainwave flies towards him.
He sends a brain-blast hitting the side of the street sending John back.
"You think your mind powers can rival mine. Your a child in comparison." He smiles.
John uses a Psi Pulse sending a orb at him and Brainwave defended himself.
John uses his powers to make bricks fall down at him but Brainwave makes a barrier to protect himself.
He then uses another blast against John sending him back.
John grunted and uses his powers to heal himself.
"Impressive, you use the mind to heal yourself, it's a unique ability that I don't have, but theres a limit." Brainwave said.
He uses his telekinesis to attack and John did the same making a clash.
Brainwave sends John away sending him through a window.
John got up and uses charm to turn himself invisible.
Brainwave looks around and shoots a blast making John avoid.
"Making me think your not there. Well it's working but I can feel some of your energy." He said.
John walks around and avoids being seen as he puts mental barriers.
His powers are above another level, but with the right strategy I can do it. He thinks to himself.
Brainwave charges at the building and looks around the inside.
"Hmmm, he's blocking me from his mind." Bainwave said.
He looks around for where he might come.
John was behind a table and he sends a radial blast making a shockwave hitting Brainwave through the walls.
"Ow!" He said.
John runs off and Brainwave got up and he was mad.
"Now, i'm mad." He sends another around the area.
He destroys parts of the building and John goes down.
Brainwave walks down the hallways. "Where are you?!"
John was inside of a room and uses Projection to send his mind out of his body, the Projection runs foward and goes to another room.
Brainwave goes foward, he heard a sound on the room to the right.
He looks at it and blasted it opened, he sees it was empty making him confused.
Inside was the Projection, John sent it to trick him as he goes around.
John runs down and said: "Gotta keep him away."
Brainwave chases after him and looks around as he twisted the building to make ir crack.
"I'll crush you here." He said.
John jumps out of a window before the window came down, he landed on the floor and grunted.
Brainwave comes out and charged at him, he tries to grab him but John dodges before he came close surprising him.
Brainwave raises his hands but John uses a radial blast to counter him.
"How is he able to do this, unless... Your able to see the future!" Brainwave got shocked.
John looks at him holding his head.
"Your a precog, those that can see the future means they're mental powers are in a advance state to see the future, I will not be surpassed!" Brainwave was mad.
His pride got hurt, since he found that his allies didn't even know about this.
John got ready but then his team came and they attacked Brainwave.
He made his barrier to protect himself.
"Remember this, John Vattic, I won't be surpassed." He vanishes.
The group checked on John and Megamind said: "Are you alright?"
"Yeah, just a few bruises, but i'll be fine." He said.
"Well good thing we came just in time, that guy didn't like your ability." Shuri said.
"It seems he couldn't accept it, being prideful means that those with powers he doesn't have he would overload with rage." John said.
"Pride can affect a lot of people." James said.
"But this is the second attack against us, it makes you think." Minion said.
"That Team Dark made a team of Supervillains?" Delsin said.
"I don't know, but it's most likely." John said.
"Well let's go back to the mansion, since it's best to train." Shuri said.
"Are you sure we shouldn't look after him?" James said.
"I know Team Dark better, and he's out of this world." Shuri said.
"Okay, they prefer to get them out faster." Darkwing Duck said.
"So trust me you guys." She said.
The group went back to the mansion to rest since John got tired from this battle and he had to outsmart him to defeat Brainwave.
Note: Here's a battle of Good and Evil, with John Vattic fighting against Brainwave, he's not really a fighter as he has limited skills he prefers to sneak around, but has some basic training in the army, but his powers make up and yes he's a precog since the future scenes are just his powers showing him visions as the flashback scenes are the true present time.
