I do not own Naruto.
Soft lavender eyes watched as he performed. The slightest twitch of his fingertips had the puppets moving in intricate dances. She knew the man was a master puppeteer, but she had never paid him any mind before now. She glanced over at Naruto and he nodded to her silently as he watched his friend's older brother perform. He was not only a master at making the puppets dance, he could also use them to kill.
She wondered what all he could control with those strings of chakra, but she didn't want to be on the receiving end of it. She folded her hands neatly in her lap until the performance was over. Naruto stood as Kankuro took a bow and everyone began clapping. She clapped a few times but she was more curious about the man himself. The reason why? The last time she had seen him was in the chuunin exams.
They were all older now and she had realized he was not the intentional murderer she had thought he or his brother was, they were just doing their job. She looked over to naruto and he had made his way over to Kankuro and Gaara. They were all going to the bar after this because they were all celebrating Kankuro and his performance. He was not only a talented shinobi, but had landed a gig as a puppeteer for his free time. She felt good about his prospects and had agreed to come celebrate with them.
She wanted to get to know the war paint wearing shinobi better. Naruto was trying to get them to meet for some time now and she had been nervous about it, but had finally agreed. She got the feeling she was being set up on a kind of a blind date by her friend, but she honestly wasn't too closed off about the idea of it. Sakura had mentioned once before how attractive the man was and she wanted to see what he looked like without all the face paint on.
So here she was, sitting at the bar while Naruto and the others were making their way to it. Something about having to change and get more comfortable for the night. A brunette man made his way over to her and ordered him a drink, only to stop and look at her. "Hinata. Hey." he greeted and she furrowed her brows as she took in his appearance. Brown hair spiked down around his face and he grinned at her.
"I didn't know you would be here already." he said and she blinked in realization. It was Kankuro. "Y-yeah. I had nothing else to do so I made my way here to sit for a while." she managed and he grinned at her. She was ashamed she hadn't recognized him, but then again, he was always wearing the hood and his face paint so it was hard to picture what he looked like relaxed. He held a hand out to her and she reached up and took it gently. Her softer skin rubbing against his more calloused hand sent a strange feeling through her.
"Let me buy you a drink." he said and she smiled at him as she released his hand politely. He slipped atop the barstool next to her and she told him what drink she would like. He went to ordering it and she just watched him from the corner of her eyes. Her gaze trailed up over his sleek jawline to his prominent cheekbones and she had to admit he was attractive. Not that she would admit that to him or anyone for that matter.
She had bad luck in dating and she wasn't sure if this secret date Naruto had planned for her was even going to go anywhere. She knew that this was what it was even though Naruto hadn't had to say anything. Ever since they had broken up, he had been trying to set her up with his friends. Date after date had failed, but not for her lack of trying. She just didn't feel anything towards most of them and she didn't click with them as well as she would have hoped.
Naruto had seemed to have given up on her until he brought it up to her that he wanted her to meet Kankuro. She figured this one was going to go just as badly as the rest and she wasn't going to put too much faith in it working out. No offense to him though. He was an attractive man. She was just unlucky and awkward it seemed. Her date with Kiba had gone well, but they realized they were better as friends because they just couldn't stop thinking about each other as anything other than that.
She was drawn from her thoughts as he offered the drink to her. She took it with a small smile and he grinned at her. "It's nice to finally meet you, Hinata." he said and she smiled once more. "Likewise." she said and he adjusted himself in the seat beside her. They sat in silence for a moment until he sighed. Seemed he was getting tired of her quiet nature already. She frowned as the glass touched her lips and she took a sip.
She knew this wasn't going to go well.
"So, I guess you already know this is a setup..." he sighed and she looked over to him once more. "Yeah... I kinda figured it was one." she whispered and he sighed once more as his shoulders slumped a bit. She felt bad that they had nothing to talk about. They had nothing in common that they knew of, and so their conversation had reached a stalemate before it had even started. It was a shame all around.
He rubbed over his face with his hand and she looked down to her glass once more, only to take a sip in her silent shame. "I'm sorry..." she said after a moment and he looked over to her. He was so confused with her apology it seemed. "What are you sorry for?" he asked and she drew her gaze back to the glass in her grasp once more. "I'm not a very interesting person so I can't blame you if you don't want to talk to me." she whispered and he seemed surprised at this.
"I uh... I'm not very good with this type of thing." she said and realization dawned on him and he grinned at her. "I wasn't trying to say you were boring!" he exclaimed and she looked up at him oddly. He seemed all the more interested in her now. "It's just that I didn't think you would be interested in talking to me because I'm not good at this either." he said as he scratched the back of his neck.
"I uh... I have very bad luck with this type of thing. This is something Temari and Naruto set up and I just wasn't sure if you'd be interested in me or not." he sighed and she giggled behind her hand. He blushed lightly as he looked over to her once more. She tilted her head to the side and smiled at him. "So, we are in the same boat then." she said as she took another sip of her drink. She placed the cup on the bar and she looked over to him.
"Naruto set this up for me because he was tired of me chasing every guy away that he tried to set me up with." she said with a sigh as she propped her head up on her hand. She looked over to see him staring down at his own drink with a small blush on his cheeks. She was confused by this. "What is it?" she asked and he looked over to her, startled. "Oh... It's um... well you see... I think this little setup is actually my fault because I asked about you." he said and she looked at him in confusion.
"What do you mean?" she asked and his blush darkened the slightest bit. He tapped his fingertip on the rim of his glass before he took the shot. "Well, we were at a Kage meeting and I had seen you pass by and I asked about you. The moment I did, Temari and Naruto started whispering. So, I'm sorry if you don't want to be here with me." He sighed and she smiled over at him. "It's ok, you seem very nice." she said and he ducked his head once more.
"Yeah... I try to be... but people are scared of me. So, they never show up to the dates Temari would set up for me." he sighed as he ordered another shot. She felt for him just then. "Well, I showed up, didn't I?" she asked and he looked over to her with a sad look in his eyes. "Yeah, but you don't really want to be here, do you?" he asked and she frowned at him. "I never said that..." she whispered and he gave her an odd look, only to turn his gaze back to his glass once more.
She finished her glass and waved at the bartender gently to let him know she would like another round. When the new glass was set in front of her, she slipped it closer to her without a word. She peered at him from the side of her eyes and he was busy downing the second shot. He seemed so sad that it hurt her feelings. He looked over to meet her gaze and she couldn't help the blush that crossed her cheeks.
"So why did you show up?" he asked and she smiled at him. "Because I love meeting people, even though I'm shy I like to talk to people." she said and he furrowed his brows and looked back at the glass before him. "You aren't scared of me for what happened back then, are you?" he asked and she shook her head. "No. I'm not scared of Gaara anymore either." she said and he raised a brow at her.
"I got over that a long time ago..." she whispered as she sipped from her glass once more. She knew she must be so strange to him, but that was ok. He was still talking to her. This was further than any of her other dates had gone. They never tried to get to know her. They just figured out she was shy and decided to leave, or they figured out who her family was and bailed. "So why did you ask about me?" she asked and he choked on the shot that was placed in front of him.
He looked over to her with wide eyes as he held a hand to his chest. The blush crept over his cheeks once more and she tilted her head to the side in confusion. Why was he embarrassed now? "He thought you were pretty." Temari's voice called over from over her other shoulder and she blushed and looked down to her drink. "Dammit Temari." he growled and she peeked up at him from beneath her eyelashes.
He was attracted to her? She couldn't believe that.
"It was so cute too! He was all like-" Kankuro slapped a hand over his older sister's mouth and hissed something at her. Gaara and Naruto only stared at the two and their antics. Hinata giggled once more behind her hand and he looked over to her with that blush still covering his cheeks. "I don't need your help!" He snapped at Temari and she rolled her eyes at him. "Obviously you do." she said and Hinata laughed once more, a little louder this time.
This caused the blush on Kankuro's cheeks to darken. She liked the interaction between the siblings, it seemed so much more natural than the more serious tone they usually took. "Look Kankuro, she thinks you're funny." Temari said once she had pried his hand off her mouth once again. Gaara grabbed his older sister by the arm and pulled her away from the two of them, Naruto following close behind.
She was grateful that they had all left them alone once more because it gave Kankuro time to calm down once more. "I am so sorry." He sighed after a few minutes and she smiled at him. "Don't be, Naruto is like that too." she said and he sighed and buried his face in his hands. She reached over and tapped him on the shoulder gently, causing him to look over at her once more. "So... you think I'm pretty? She asked and once more he choked on his drink.
"You've got to stop doing that." he grumbled as the blush returned to his cheeks. "You're going to kill me." he grumbled and she giggled once more. He just smiled at her as she giggled. "Yeah..." he sighed after a while of just watching her. "I thought you were beautiful." he said and it was her turn to blush. She looked down to her glass for a moment and took a sip to calm her nerves. She wasn't expecting for him to call her beautiful...
She didn't think she was, but this man did and he was attractive to her. She peeked over at him and he had just been watching her in silence. "R-really?" she asked and he nodded. Her heart fluttered in her chest and she couldn't believe it. She blushed a little darker and he sighed deeply as he downed another shot. "I don't have a chance, do I?" He asked after a bit and she looked over to him. He wouldn't meet her gaze this time.
"I n-never said that." she whispered and he glanced at her. She began fiddling with her fingers and he just continued to stare at her. "Seriously?" he asked and she nodded. He seemed to brighten up at this and she couldn't help the smile that crossed her lips. He seemed so excited now and it warmed her heart to know she was able to brighten his mood this way. She didn't think he was going to be this interested in her when she first started talking to him.
"So ummm... what did you think of my show?" he asked and she smiled at him once more. "It was lovely." she said and he grinned at her. He reached over his shoulder for something and he pulled a small backpack from his back. She was curious as to what he had in there but she would know soon enough. He pulled a small puppet from the bag and she giggled as he began making it do a goofy dance on the bar top.
When he was done making it dance, he made it bow to her and offer her one of its tiny hands. She reached her hand out to it and he made the puppet kiss her hand gently. She giggled once more and he seemed to elated by this. He made it do another dance and she was in awe watching him. She was no longer watching the puppet; she was watching him and he seemed none the wiser. His every facial expression was adorable to her.
The pure excitement that flashed across his features as he made the little puppet dance made him hold a childlike happiness and she loved it. He loved what he did and that made him all the more attractive to her. His demeanor changed suddenly and she realized he had locked eyes with her. He realized she had been watching him and not the puppet. A blush crossed his cheeks once more and he grabbed the puppet off the bar top and put it back in the bag. He looked ashamed and she wondered what made him feel this way.
"I'm so sorry... You must be so bored with the puppet." he sighed and she shook her head, surprising him. "No... I just... you looked so happy." she whispered and his blush darkened as he scratched the back of his neck once more. "I love what I do... sometimes it becomes all I know how to do..." he sighed and looked away from her once more. She reached over and touched his hand gently.
"It's ok, really. I loved it." she said and he furrowed his brows and looked back over to her. "Really?" He asked and she nodded with a smile. "I really enjoyed it. I just was um... distracted by how happy it made you." she whispered the last part and he thought over something for a second. When he looked back at her the same excitement was in his eyes once more. "You Hyuuga have excellent chakra control, don't you?" he asked suddenly and she nodded. She was curious as to where this was going.
He downed another shot and took her by the hand gently. "Come with me." he said suddenly and pulled her from the bar stool. She looked back to see Temari and Naruto pointing at them and whispering but she didn't care about that right now, she was curious as to where he was taking her. She blushed as she looked down to their hands as he walked swiftly through the empty Suna streets.
He looked back at her then down to where she was staring and he released her hand with an embarrassed mumble of sorry. She reached for his hand once more and he blinked at her curiously as she intwined their fingers. "Now let's go." she said softly and he grinned at her. He seemed thrilled by the fact she was willing to hold his hand, but the reason she had wanted to continue to do so was the feeling she had the moment their hands had touched. A gentle fluttering in her chest. Like butterflies.
She followed him through the winding streets and up the stairs to a building that looked like a home. He turned to her and grinned as he opened the front door and offered for her to go in first. She made her way inside, taking in her surroundings. It seemed like this was his home. There were parts of puppets all over the living room, like he was building them. "I'm sorry I should have mentioned that I was bringing you to my house." he said with a hand on the back of his head, ruffling the dark brown hair there.
"It's ok." she said and he waved for her to follow him. She followed him into the back room and looked around at all the puppets he had in there as well. "I'm sorry it's so messy. I've been busy..." he said as he tried to pick things up to make it neater. She touched his arm gently and he looked over to her and stopped picking things up. He sighed and his shoulders slumped a bit. "You can go back to the bar if you want to..." he said and she shook her head at him.
She wanted to see what he had been so excited about. "What did you want to show me?" she asked and he became excited all over again. She didn't care about the mess. It wasn't that bad it was just someone who had a plan and was a little scattered with it. She got like that sometimes too so it was no issue for her. She looked over her shoulder and saw that his bedroom door was open. In there it was pristine so she knew he wasn't a slob; he was just a busy body with too many projects going on at once.
She looked back over to him and he was looking through his puppets. He pulled out the one she had seen him carrying the most, and motioned for her to follow him. She followed behind him silently and he led her out onto the rooftop where he had training supplies set up. She was curious as to what they were going to do up there. She watched as he set the puppet a few feet away from them and he walked back over to her.
"Would you like to try?" he asked and it dawned on her that this was what he was so excited about. He wanted to teach her how to control the puppets. She nodded in excitement and he grabbed a hold of her hand and held it out in the air towards the puppet. He walked around behind her and he rested his right arm along her outstretched right arm and placed his hand over hers, palm open against the back of her hand.
"Ok, so I know you guys can see chakra, right? So, watch me and see what I'm doing." he said and she bit her lip slightly. The proximity of them was making her nervous, but she knew it was because he was going to show her how to do this. She nodded and activated her eyes. She watched as strings of chakra shot out of his fingertips and attached themselves to the puppet and forced it to hover, its arms moving around with the twitching of his fingers.
She felt the heat from him radiating into her back and she suddenly felt so small compared to him. She focused on the task at hand as he released the puppet and let it carefully fall to the floor. She watched as her chakra reached out towards the puppet and made contact, but unlike his thin lines of chakra, hers were thick and unsteady. She furrowed her brow and focused on thinning them out and making them more flexible and string like.
After about fifteen minutes of trying, she twitched one of her fingers and the puppet shifted to the left a bit. "Good job!" he exclaimed as he ruffled her hair. She turned around and grinned up at him. "Now it'll take a while to get used to it and figure out exactly how to do it, but you made good progress." he commended and she nodded. "What else can you control like that?" she asked curiously and he grinned.
He raised a hand and attached chakra strings to the door and he pulled it open. He then walked over to the door and held his hand out once more and he made another small puppet come out carrying two bottles of wine. She giggled at his antics and he offered her one of the bottles. "I don't think we have had enough to drink for the night, do you?" he asked and she shook her head. It wasn't that she wanted to get drunk, she just enjoyed drinking with him.
She opened her bottle and he offered her a small sake cup and she took it gratefully. She didn't want to just drink out of the bottle like he was, except that amused her to no end that he just turned up the bottle. He rushed inside his home and grabbed a blanket and a few pillows and set them up on the roof for them to sit on. She walked over and sat beside him and laid her head on one of the pillows and looked up to the sky.
She leaned up after a bit and poured her a cup of sake. He did the same as he sat down beside her. They both looked up at the sky once more and she smiled as she just sat there sipping sake and enjoying the silence between them. He looked over at her and she met his gaze. She could tell the sake was starting to kick in because his cheeks were flushed and it wasn't because of anything she had said this time.
"Are you ok?" she asked and she blushed as she noticed the slur to her own voice now. He chuckled and ran a hand through his hair. After a moment they looked at each other and she burst out into a fit of giggles as well. There was nothing truly funny, just their reaction to each other. She sipped a little bit more sake and he watched her intently as her face continued to flush darker. He just kept watching her and she was starting to feel nervous under his intense gaze. She carefully crawled to her hands and knees and turned to face him.
"Are you ok?" she asked again and he nodded this time. "Y-yeah..." he managed as he took another sip of sake from the bottle. She sat back on her feet and watched him carefully; he seemed nervous as he leaned forward. "What is it then?" she managed and he blushed a little darker. "You're just... so beautiful..." he sighed and she felt her cheeks grow a little warmer and not because of the alcohol.
He offered her a hand and she took it gently. They stumbled to their feet and he turned her back towards the puppet gently. "Wanna try again?" he asked and she nodded. He pressed himself to her back once more and this time she relaxed into him as his fingers trailed down her shoulder and the length of her arm to rest atop her own fingers as well. She liked the feeling his touch gave her. She didn't feel so nervous around him now as she had when she first began talking to him at the bar.
She shivered as she felt his breath on the nape of her neck, but it wasn't one of discomfort. It was a feeling unknown to her. She had never felt it before and it was exciting to her. He rested his free hand on her hip and it was a gentle touch, as if it were just ghosting over her hip instead of actually resting there. She leaned just the slightest bit to the left and she felt his fingers brush against her hip the slightest bit.
She heard him swallow behind her and she peeked at him over her shoulder. He had a curious look on his face and she smiled at him. "U-um... try to focus on the puppet with your chakra again." he managed and she nodded. She relaxed into him a little bit more and she felt his fingers twitch on her left hip once more. She wondered why he was doing that but she didn't want to startle him by asking.
She focused on making the chakra strings once more, but it was a bit harder due to her being under the influence of alcohol. She focused on making the five chakra strings attach to the puppet and when they did, she twitched her fingers up against his. The puppet moved the slightest bit once more and she felt him move behind her the slightest bit. "Good job." he whispered and she smiled as she tried once more. This time the puppet came up off the ground and she squealed in excitement before it dropped back to the ground.
She could feel his breath on her neck and she looked at him with her byakugan. His eyes were saddened for some reason. She leaned his head back against his shoulder and looked up at him. "What's wrong?" she asked and he blinked at her. "N-nothing." he managed and she turned her face towards him a little bit. His fingers gripped her hip the slightest bit tighter and his fingers brushed over the back of hers before straightening out once more.
The look on his face was unreadable but his head dipped down further towards her neck and his lips made contact with her exposed collar bone gently. Her eyes fluttered shut at the contact, but she made no effort to pull away. He laced his fingers in between hers and pulled their arms across her chest as his other hand trailed across her stomach. "You are so beautiful it hurts." he whispered softly and she leaned her cheek against his head.
"How so?" she asked and he pulled his face away from her neck to look her in the eyes. She was comfortable in his embrace and she trusted him not to do anything to make her uncomfortable. "I feel like you're only letting me touch you because we've been drinking." He sighed and she leaned her head back against his shoulder as she looked up to the sky. "To be honest... I felt comfortable around you before the sake." she sighed and he turned his face towards her once more.
"I know you aren't going to hurt me. I wouldn't have come back to your house with you if I didn't trust you." she said, proud of herself for managing it the way she did. He leaned his head back down to the nape of her neck and placed a gentle kiss there, and yet again, she made no move to get away from him. She didn't want to get away from him. She hadn't felt this comfortable around anyone since Naruto or Kiba.
She wondered what it would feel like if he were to kiss her, and not just on the neck. He unlinked his fingers from hers and allowed her the option to get out of his embrace, but she only turned to face him. He looked down at her with those same sad eyes and she wondered what could be going on in his mind. She reached up and placed both of her hands on his cheeks. He flicked his gaze to her once more and she got lost in that gaze.
She brushed her thumbs over his cheekbones and a small smile tugged at his lips. He dipped his head down and slipped his eyes shut as his lips made contact with hers. Her heart fluttered at the feeling and she pulled her hands away from his face to settle on his shoulders as she leaned up to put more force into the kiss. His hands found their way to her hips once more and pulled her flush against him.
His hands trailed down over her backside as she opened her mouth to deepen the kiss. He gripped tightly and lifted her up off the ground so she could wrap her legs around his waist. He set her down after a moment and pulled away from her to get some much-needed air, but she didn't want him to pull too far away from her. She wrapped her arms around his waist and folded her hands behind his back as she looked up at him with glassy eyes.
"Wanna go sit down and drink some more?" he asked and she nodded. She linked her fingers with his and he led her back over to their little makeshift pallet on the floor and he sat down first. Tugging her gently down with him. He propped himself up on one arm and began drinking out of the bottle once more. She giggled as she sipped from her little cup. Once her bottle was finished, she laid down beside him and stared up at the sky.
She fluttered her eyes shut as she sighed in content. She was perfectly happy being right here next to him. She hadn't had a date go so well in a long time and she was thrilled this one seemed to be going so well. She looked over to see him staring at her once more and she licked her lower lip as she took in the look in his eyes. They were so filled with want that it set a fire in the pit of her belly. She shuffled down on the pillows a little and reached her hand over gently to grab a hold of his shirt.
He leaned down with the tug of the shirt and gently pressed his lips to hers once more. When he pulled away, he opened his mouth to speak, but closed it soon after. He wasn't going to say whatever it was so she made the first move once more. She reached and entwined their fingers together once more, pulling his free hand down to rest on her belly. "Hinata I..." he began as he tried to pull his hand away from her belly, but she placed her hand on top of his and slipped it under her shirt to touch the smooth skin of her stomach.
He swallowed slightly and leaned down to meet her lips once more. He rubbed gentle circles over her belly before his hand moved up to brush the underside of her breast as soon as it touched her breast it jolted down a bit. He trailed his fingers back down and he seemed to be counting her ribs with his fingertips. He eventually pulled his hand back out of her shirt and pulled away from her. "Hinata, I don't want you to regret this." he said and she leaned up with him.
She reached to touch his cheek with the back of her fingers and he leaned away slightly. She leaned into his side and smiled as she did so. She was going to have contact with him even if he were trying to stop her. He looked over at her and sighed once more. "I'm not worthy of you." He said suddenly and she giggled behind her hand. "You're so silly. Don't think that way. You deserve to be happy." she said and he looked over to her curiously.
"Could you be happy with me?" he asked and she smiled at him. "I haven't been this happy in a long time." she said and the dark pink tint to his cheeks seemed to darken more. "Seriously?" he asked and she nodded. "You're so cute when you make your puppets dance. I like seeing you so happy. And I kinda want you to sleep with me." she said and sucked in a breath as she had not meant to say the last part out loud.
He was staring at her wide eyed and she burst out laughing once more. He buried his face in his hands and started laughing as well. "I can't believe you just said that." he laughed and she grinned up at him as he leaned closer to her. She leaned up and met his lips with hers only to reach up and grip the collar of his shirt and pull him down over her. His lips left hers and started to trail down the side of her neck, but she turned her head to make it easier for him.
"You sure you want me?" he asked as he pulled his lips away from her collar bone once more. "I'm yours." she said and he chuckled as he nuzzled his face into her neck. "Don't regret me in the morning." he whispered and she giggled once more. She knew he was worried about that. But she didn't think she would ever regret it. She snuggled down into the pillows once more and allowed his fingers to trail over her hips and up her sides.
He reached and unzipped her shirt slowly watching her with curious eyes to see if she was going to stop him. He leaned up to allow her to do so as well and she shrugged out of her lavender sleeveless shirt. He reached up and allowed her to pull his shirt from over his head as well. She knew he wanted her to feel as comfortable as possible and she did feel comfortable with him. She released her chest from its bindings and he licked his lower lip before he ducked his head down and took one of her exposed nipples into his mouth. He lightly nipped at it and she gasped softly, causing him to look up at her.
She planted a kiss on his head and he continued. He just wanted the reassurance she was ok. As he continued to massage her other breast with his hand she reached up and began running her fingers through his hair as they leaned back against the pillows once more. The hand that was propping him up slipped up to grab one of her hands and entwine their fingers together against the pillow near her head.
She slipped her eyes shut and relished in the feeling this gave her. He released her breast and trailed his lips down her stomach planting kisses and little nibbles along the way. He reached the hem of her shorts and looked up to see if it was ok to go further. She ran her fingers through his hair once more and adjusted her hips so he could pull her shorts off of her. When he had set them atop the pile of her clothes, he looked up to meet her gaze.
"It's ok, I promise." she whispered and he nodded as he parted her thighs and dipped his head between them. She gasped and arched her back the moment he got a good rhythm going. She gripped the blankets and clamped her thighs around his head as he slipped his fingers within her. Her eyes fluttered shut and she just took in the feeling. Her knees began to tremble as she came, and she released him from between her thighs as she struggled to catch her breath.
She stared down at him with half lidded eyes and he nipped at her thigh before he made his way back up to her lips so she could taste herself on his lips. She opened her mouth and deepened the kiss as he struggled to remove his own pants to free himself. She pulled away from him and tried to lean up so she could do the same for him but he kissed her forehead and leaned her back down. "I don't need you to do that for me." he whispered into her ear and she watched him as he leaned back to position himself. She angled her hips for him to get better access and he slowly made his way inside her.
She reached up and gripped his shoulders tightly, taking him in fully. He waited for her to relax and only then did he begin moving within her. He stared into her eyes as he thrust within her and she leaned up to kiss him once more. He reached up with one hand and brushed his thumb over her nipple as he slipped his eyes shut. She laid back fully against the blankets and began gripping them once more as pleasure swept through her entire being yet again. She began moving her hips with his and was meeting him in the middle, the contact of their skin making it all the more pleasurable to her.
She wrapped her legs around his waist tightly as she felt him begin to throb within her. "H-Hinata..." he managed between thrusts and she cracked her eyes open to look at him. She saw the pleading look in his eyes and she waited until he tried to pull back once more to thrust into her again to slam her hips up at him. "P-please... I'm begging you... Let me cum in you..." he whispered and she swung her hips up at him once more causing him to release a whimper as he buried himself into her once more.
He released a guttural noise as he came within her. She found that to be one of the most attractive things she had ever heard. Not to mention the begging he had managed to do. He was currently leaned over her and sweat was pouring off of his forehead as he panted. There was something that turned her on even more about the situation she was currently in. He was still buried deep inside, steadily releasing himself within her, and yet she found herself to be even more turned on.
She reached up and ran her fingers through his hair as he collapsed, his face buried between her breasts as he panted with exhaustion. He made a move to remove himself from her after a while, but she pulled him back down against her chest. "Shhh... go to sleep, it's ok." she whispered into his hair and he nodded slightly as his eyes slipped shut. She pulled the other blanket up and tossed it over them to cover them from the chill of the night air.
She buried her face in his hair and drifted off to sleep as well. When the light of the sun hit her eyelids first thing in the morning she sighed as she fluttered her eyes open. Kankuro was still snoozing on top of her and she couldn't help the smile that crossed her lips as she began running her fingers through his hair once more. As soon as he felt her fingers rummaging through his hair, he started to stir.
He leaned up half awake and blinked a few times before he realized she was beneath him. He pulled himself from within her and scrambled away from her, burying his face in his hands as he cursed. "Fuck, I'm so sorry Hinata... I didn't mean... this was not supposed to happen... I'm so sorry..." he managed and she smiled over at him. "Kankuro, it's ok. I promise." she said softly and he looked up to her.
His eyes were swimming with confusion as he took in her unclothed position. "I..." "Kankuro... I'm ok. You're ok. I wanted this." she said and he blinked at her in confusion. "You... don't regret it?" he asked and she shook her head. She could tell he was so confused by this. She reached up and touched his cheeks gently and he leaned his face into her hands. "I wanted you." she said and he closed his eyes and allowed her to run her thumbs over his cheeks.
She leaned up and pressed her lips against his and he smiled against her kiss. "Now come on... we need to get dressed before the sun comes all the way up and someone sees us out here." she whispered and he nodded as he scrambled to grab their clothes off the ground. He ushered her inside his home and closed the door behind them. He showed her where the shower was and she slipped inside to wash herself up.
When she was finished, she made her way out to him, drying her hair with one of his towels. A sudden sadness overcame her and she watched him as he slipped inside the shower after her. She watched as he buried his face in his hands under the stream of water. "Kankuro..." she called and he looked over to her through the glass. "You know I have to go home today, right?" she asked and he nodded.
"Yeah..." he managed and she sighed. "I don't want to go." she whispered and he placed his hand on the foggy glass. "Then don't. Stay here... with me." he said and he looked down to her hands. "You know I can't... I have... my clan to think of." she said with a sadness that grew with every word she said. "Can I come visit then?" he asked and she nodded. "I would love that..." she said and he nodded behind the glass, pulling his hand away from it.
She waited for him to finish showering and getting ready before she left. She wanted him to walk her back to Naruto and the others. The walk to them was silent and she could tell neither of them wanted to say goodbye to one another. "Hinata! Holy shit. You're ok! I was worried about you last night. You two vanished into the night and no one could find either of you." Naruto called the moment he saw her.
She smiled at the blonde who was relieved to see her. "I'm fine. I promise." she said and he hugged her to him gently. "Come on, we have to go." he said, but stopped the moment he saw the grip Kankuro still had on her hand. He looked between the two of them and a grin spread over his lips. Gaara and Temari caught sight of it as well and they all exchanged looks, seeing as Hinata didn't want to let go of his hand either.
"Kankuro... You know... if you want to... you can go with her." Gaara said softly and he turned to look at his brother. He looked back to Naruto, who nodded as well. He looked to Hinata and she was watching him with hopeful eyes. She wanted him to come home with her. She was almost begging him to with her eyes alone. "I... I would love to." he said and he released her hand. "Wait for me... I'll be back. I'm just going to grab some things." he said and she nodded.
When Kankuro vanished from sight she looked around at everyone who was staring at her. "Damn Hinata..." Naruto said and she blushed darkly. "One night and the man is head over heels for you." he chuckled and her blush darkened as she looked over to Temari, who was smirking at her. "Don't worry, you can keep him." She mused and the blush darkened a little more. Kankuro came back swiftly and she grabbed his hand and started pulling him away from the gates of the village.
"Hinata?"
"I don't want to talk about it." she whispered. And he left it at that thankfully.
