In a quaint corner of Hogsmeade, nestled among the bustling streets, stood "9 ¾ Café", a cozy coffee shop with a warm and comforting ambiance that drew in the locals. Harry and Luna frequented this particular café since they had started at the college, Hogwarts, that was just down the road.

They usually only came in on Sunday morning for brunch but lately Harry had been pushing for them to make more frequent stops. Aberforth had recently hired a new barista and Harry had never seen someone so beautiful in his life. His crush had formed quickly and was cemented by Angelina's captivating smile and her effortless charm that always brightened his day.

Every time Harry walked into the coffee shop his heart raced at the sight of Angelina behind the count. Her warm gaze greeted him along with a friendly smile.

It was a sunny afternoon and Harry had dragged Luna out to the coffee shop and they settled at their usual corner table. The sunlight streamed in through the window and cast a golden hue where Angelina stood at the counter.

"Come on, Harry. You should ask her out already. Though the way you fumble over your words whenever she's around is particularly hilarious," Luna giggled as she sipped her latte.

Harry's cheeks flushed crimson and he nervously spun his empty mug, "I-I don't know, Luna. What if I make a fool of myself?"

Before Luna could respond, Angelina approached their table, "Hey Harry! Another usual for ya?" she asked and pointed down at the empty mug.

Harry's heart skipped a beat at her attention being focused on only him, "Y-yes, please. Thank you."

He opened his mouth to speak once more but Angelina had already hurried off to prepare his order. He looked over at Luna, who had an amused look on her face.

When Angelina returned to deliver his coffee, he attempted to strike up a conversation, "Um…so…how's your day going?"

"Pretty good. Busy but good," Angelina said cheerfully and flashed him a grin.

However, in his nervousness, Harry had reached out and accidentally knocked over his glass of water and caused it to spill across their table. Luna stifled a laugh behind her hand and Harry's embarrassment grew tenfold.

"I'm so sorry!" Harry exclaimed and scrambled to grab napkins to clean up the mess.

Angelina laughed softly, grabbed the cloth out of her back pocket and helped to clean up, "It's alright, accidents happen."

Once the table was dry, Angelina left to go serve the customers that had just walked in and Harry, cheeks red, turned to look at Luna/

"Smooth. You really made an impression there," Luna laughed.

"Just shut up and let me enjoy my coffee," Harry grumbled but Luna just continued to laugh. She had never seen him so smitten with anyone before.

They duo eventually finished their coffee and cleaned up their table. Harry waved goodbye to Angelina, and they walked out the front door.

Before Harry parted ways with Luna he looked over and said, "Don't tell anyone I was here."

When she looked at him questioningly, one eyebrow raised, he explained, "Hermione thinks I'm bordering on stalking and Ron won't shut up about how hot she is. I'd just rather not deal with it at the moment."

"Can I tell Neville?" Luna asked and Harry knew, no matter what he said, she was going to tell Neville.

"Yeah, you can tell Neville."

"Maybe you'll have better luck tomorrow?" Luna suggested as she opened the car door.

"Maybe," Harry sighed and bid farewell to his friend, his confidence a little shaken but when he looked back, he locked eyes with Angelina and the smile that she shot his way made all the embarrassment worthwhile.
