"Keiwa-sama will wake up—"
"Isn't that what you said before? As long as you wished for it..."
.
"Tycoon!/Keiwa-sama!"
The two of them immediately cried out as soon as Keiwa started to open his eyes again. Ace gently helped Keiwa to sit up before putting some pillow behind him as support. Tsumuri immediately grabbed Keiwa's hands gratefully.
"Thank goodness you're all right, Keiwa-sama!"
Keiwa raised his eyes towards her for a moment, before dropping the gaze. Fresh tears started to fall from his cheeks as both Ace and Tsumuri immediately exclaimed in alarm.
"I'm sorry..." Keiwa started to sob. "I'm very, very sorry..."
Tsumuri immediately sat on the bed and leaned over to reach out and wipe away the tears on Keiwa's face.
"No... you no longer have anything to be sorry about anything. What had happened in the past was not your fault—"
Keiwa shook his head immediately in response. "No. Everything was my fault," said Keiwa again as even more tears started falling. "If I hadn't made that wish... mom, dad... big sis, I wouldn't have subjected my family... and other innocent lives to yet another brutal death. If I hadn't surrendered Tsumuri-san to Jitt, all of this—"
"Keiwa-sama!"
Keiwa glanced up towards her as Tsumuri took out Keiwa's Desire Driver; alongside Bujin Sword buckle, before placing them on Keiwa's lap.
"I'm not blaming you. You had been desperate... back then. And while it was your wish that led to this present situation, the one who forced me to grant that wish was Jitt-sama, not you."
"Does that make any difference... the things that I've done regardless?" Keiwa picked up Bujin Sword before placing it in front of Tsumuri. "I no longer deserve to have this, please take this back."
Tsumuri placed the black-green buckle back onto Keiwa's hands.
"I wished this buckle to exist... for your sake, Keiwa-sama. Even if you've made some very wrong decision, I've always believed... that you could use this buckle to make your wish come true."
Keiwa shook his head again. "It doesn't matter anymore. I no longer had the strength to carry on. It's over —"
"No, it's not over yet."
.
Keiwa raised his head again to look up towards Ace. Ace smiled at him weakly before placing a hand over Keiwa's cheek.
"Didn't I tell you this before? I may not be able to bring your parents back alive, but I should be able to save Sara-san. As long as I could revert this current world back to how it was before, I'm sure that everything will turn out fine."
Keiwa chuckled bitterly.
"You don't have to try so hard for me, Ace. Even if you're able to revert everything back to before Tsumuri granted my wish, what about the other things that also happened afterwards? The things that had transpired between Neon-chan and her dad, Tsumuri-san's escape... if you reverted everything back to before... wouldn't all those things be undone as well?"
"I'll figure out a way to go around that, don't worry—"
"Don't bother." Keiwa sighed listlessly. "You don't have to do all that just for me. I guess this was my punishment for wanting to become selfish—"
Ace immediately grabbed Keiwa's shoulder and shook him hard.
"That's not true. You're not wrong for wishing to be happy. Did you forget already what Big Sis said to you before? What was it that I truly desired? A world where everyone could be happy... that also includes you, Keiwa! I wanted YOU to be happy as well!"
"Ace..."
Tsumuri grabbed Keiwa's free hand as she nodded her head as well. "Yes, my thoughts are also the same. I also wished for that same wish!
"Tsumuri-san..." Keiwa gasped again as another tear streaked down his cheek. The single tear fell from his cheek and onto the Bujin Sword buckle as the buckle suddenly glowed brightly.
Keiwa stared at the buckle in confusion as he also noticed that Tsumuri's body and Ace's Desire Driver had also glowed brightly...
"Ace—?" Keiwa gasped before he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his chest. Shortly after, the three of them were suddenly surrounded by bright light...
xxx
Michinaga turned around as he saw three strange pillars of light suddenly shot up from one of the hospital buildings. The red-green-and-white pillars of lights then merged into one in a burst of colours as Michinaga ran back towards that direction once he remembered that the location was exactly where Keiwa's hospital room should be. On the way there, the bull rider crossed paths with Hareruya Win.
"What're you doing here, PunkJack?" asked Michinaga as the two continued running.
"Tsumuri wanted to see Keiwa-chan... so I left her there while I get some air—"
"What? You left her alone just like that?"
"Well, Ace was also there... so I assume that it should be safe for her—"
Michinaga frowned at the other. "That's very careless—!"
Without warning, the sound of church bells started echoing all around them as a burst of light passed through them in a sweeping motion. (Had the two of them paid extra attention, they could have noticed yet another layer of light around the two that acted as a 'protective' barrier for the two of them.)
.
"—!"
"What's happening—? "
"I guess this is it. I'll fix this world back to normal..."
"Let's believe... in a world where everyone could be happy—!"
.
Both Win and Michinaga barged into the room to find it empty aside from Tsumuri, who was lying unconscious on the bed... looking just like how she used to look.
"Where's Ace and Keiwa-chan?" exclaimed Win, voicing aloud both of their concerns.
Michinaga frowned before his phone suddenly started ringing. He answered the call before suddenly exclaiming aloud in surprise.
"What is it?" Win asked the other youth as Michinaga stared at the other in confusion.
"That was Na-Go. She said... they're all gone! Every trace of them... those Gang Riders... all of them were now gone!" Michinaga shook his head in disbelief. "What's going on right now?"
Win glanced back towards the hospital bed where Keiwa used to lie on and where he had last seen Ace.
"I suppose those two would've known the reason why—"

[The End]
A/N: I'm ending this in a cliffhanger as it felt appropriate to end it this way. Not gonna add a follow-up to this but at least there's that one alternate end.
Thanks for still reading and following this story.
