So, after watching the latest Doctor Who, I can't believe that David Tennant is back, I came up with this idea after doing a quick recap of the 12th Doctor (Matt Smith), and it gave me this idea, just to try and get people interested in this adaptation.
Trickster Who
Chapter 2
The Time Of The Trickster
T.A.R.D.I.S.
Right now, The Trickster was relaxing in his Tardis, seeing as there was no sudden emergency or a need of his help, so, he had decided to just relax and float through space, having made a name for himself as The Trickster, the man who "tricks" his enemies into defeating themselves without using a weapon, since like The Doctor, he doesn't like the thought of killing others, but unlike The Doctor, after so many years, The Trickster came to the realisation that while he'll try to save everyone, including his enemies, it doesn't mean he has to.
Meaning that if given a chance, The Trickster would, handsdown, try to save his enemies, but if at some point his enemies didn't want saving, then he won't, he'd always tried to help them change their minds, but some people were just too stubborn, so he ends up "tricking" them into not only saving everyone's lives, but also maybe sacrificing themselves doing so, figuring that with their "sacrifice" it'll give them some form of redemption.
Hence why people have come to fear him a touch more than The Doctor, since it seems The Trickster can be just as unpredictable, if not more so, at one point The Trickster as in the Viking era, where after helping a clan with an alien problem, they inadvertently thought the alien was Odin the viking god and that The Trickster was the "The Trickster God" Loki, since he somehow managed to "trick" the "god" into leaving by talking to it, yet the vikings didn't understand what the "god" was saying, but they celebrated the "gods" visiting them, where the "god Loki" leaves them by a redbox that vanishes from their sight, where they make it out as "Loki" pulling one last prank on them.
Now here The Trickster was, relaxing.
"DOOONNNGGGG! DOOONNNGGGG! DOOONNNGGGG!"
Suddenly The Trickster falls backwards off his chair, landing arse-overhead, "GAH! JUST WHEN I WAS GETTING TO THE GOOD PART!"
Quickly getting up, he rushes to the console of the T.A.R.D.I.S. "What's going on, hey, I mean I know there's trouble since it's a big universe, but-!" suddenly, his eyes widen, then narrows in seriousness, "Okay, that is definitely a need for alarm!"
With that exclaim, he began working his console, making the tardis fly through time and space, hoping to make it to his destination in time.
Trenzalore
The war on the planet, Trenzalora was horrendous, fires and gunfights everywhere, blasters and ships flying through the air, yet, the man known as The Doctor was getting ready to make his last stand in the church tower, becoming an old man due to the fight lasting hundreds of years, with there being no more regenerations left for him, seeing as this was his last one, he wanted to make a grand show of his last moments.
"ROOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!"
That is until a mighty roar sounded off behind him, with it sounding like that of a mighty beast, making everyone stop for a moment of their fight, there, hovering by the tower was a red police box, making the old doctor question if this was himself, after fixing the chameleon in his own tardis, but in his old age, he was at the moment shocked that a Time Lord had appeared in such a fashion, telling the old 12th Doctor that this person was a show off.
Soon the doors swung open, out from it stepped a spiky blond haired, blue eyed, whiskered young man had a cheeky smile on his face, "EVERYONE THE TRICKSTER IS HERE TO SAVE THE DOCTOR! THE TIME LORD THAT INSPIRED ME TO RUNAWAY AND SAVE AS MANY INNOCENT BEINGS AS I CAN!"
Hearing this, The Doctor couldn't keep the smile off of his old face, "Another Time Lord like me, well I'm flattered lad, but this is my last regeneration, there's no more running away for me this time." Now granted such an exclaim from a fellow Time Lord was a shock all on it's own, but right now, there is no use in trying to fight time itself.
Yet, The Trickster simply states, "That maybe true, but if you're going down, THEN LET'S GIVE THESE ASSHOLES A GOOD SEND OFF!" He yells for all to hear, since The Trickster knows that even though The Doctor doesn't have anymore fight left in him, he'll at least give him a "dignified" send off.
With The Doctor laughing at such a thing, which reminded him of when he was young and serious at such an age, at least by Time Lord standards, but he was more than happy for the help.
But, while this was happening, The Doctor's companion, Clara Oswald, was in the building, begging the Time Lords to save The Doctor.
Suddenly, before The Doctor and The Trickster's eyes, the crack in time opened up in the night sky, "Well now, isn't that interesting." The Trickster states, though a stream of time energy soon makes it's way towards them, entering both The Doctor and Trickster's mouths, making them puzzled at such a thing.
They both slowly began to glow, with the Daleks ordering them and telling them about "the rules" only for The Doctor to stand up yelling at them "NOT to tell him the rules" with the Trickster next to him, "HELL YEAH! COS YA NEVER KNOW WHEN THE RULES WILL CHANGE INTO OUR FAVOUR!"
With the Daleks now getting "worried" about the outcome, though both The Doctor and Trickster were laughing their heads off and dancing about, with the Doctor yelling out, "OR IN OUR CASE! THE RULES WILL BE BROKKKKKEEEEEEENNNNN!"
Soon both of the Time Lords extended their hands, shooting a blast of regenerative energy towards the daleks, sending the last blast from their heads towards the main ship, where both regenerative blasts had sent a shockwave destroying any leftover daleks away, destroying them completely, though luckily Clara had herded the people into the church away from the blast zone.
Later
Once the dust had cleared, everyone went about trying to clean everything up, yet The Doctor wasn't there, having entered his Tardis, with The Trickster standing next to it, waiting for someone.
With that someone being Clara, "Hello there, you must be one of The Doctor's companions, I'm The Trickster, not sure if you've heard of me or not, but I guess you can say, I'm a Time Lord that was inspired by The Doctor to "runaway" from Gallifrey as well." He states to her, shocking Clara that there was another Time Lord in the universe, though granted, she should've expected such a thing.
Suddenly, The Trickster grunted, "Oh boy, I guess it's happening now, listen, before I change, you must know, that for me, my change is gonna be slightly "different" to The Doctor's, (gasp!) cos ya see, before I left Gallifrey, I made a formula that allows me to keep this old face, but due to the "expiry date" I couldn't make enough for The Doctor, or leave any of my notes around due to the whole "elders" of Gallifrey and their stuck-up ways, so, the formula "died" in my first regeneration, making me, the only Time Lord that can do this!"
Suddenly The Trickster's body and face quickly changed before her eyes, but there was no differences, except that he looks younger, like an 18 year old, but before she can ask any questions, "Go to him, be the last face he sees before he goes, also, when he changes, tell him that I'll possibly see him around." He finishes with a upset, yet cheeky smile.
A he walks away, his redbox lands before The Trickster, with the doors opening by themselves, looking back he gives Clara a friendly salute farewell and enters the redbox.
"ROOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!"
With it roaring once more like a beast as it vanishes from sight, making Clara jump slightly at such an exit, "If I see him again, something tells me I'll never get use to that Tardis' roar."
So she enters The Doctor's own Tardis, to see him one last time.
The End.
There you go, it might not be about the new Doctor Who Special, but I figured people would want to see what happens when The Trickster makes his appearance with in order to help The Doctor on Trenzalore, and how they both "broke the rules" of regeneration.
With a hint stating that the Time Lords may see each other in the future, but then, who knows, since it's far too timey-wimey for me to think about. lol
I Do Not Own Naruto Or Doctor Who.
