After the long boat ride, Danny finally stepped off the boat and back onto American soil. He still had to travel through the states, but he felt happy to be in his home country.
"So, this is America?" Steve asked, walking up with Shai.
"One of the 50 States. However, my home is a bit further in." Danny said.
"So, can anyone drive?" He added.
"Yeah." The other husbands nod.
"Caran?" Danny asked, seeing the man sigh.
"I'll do it." He said as Samui held his arm.
"Let's wait until we get to Danny's home," Samui said, emotionless.
It was clear that the two wanted to spend as much time together as possible before Caran turned himself in. No one argued about it. They soon went to look for some cars before Danny explained to everyone that he was too young to have a driver's license. However, when they were clear of people, they saw the Specter Speeder appear and started to land. Sam jumped out before it could touch the ground.
"SAM!" Jazz said, knowing what she was going to do.
Sam ran towards Danny, forming a fist and getting ready to punch him. Only for Kyodai to grab it. Before Sam could do anything else, Jazz tackled her to the ground, keeping the goth girl pin.
"Are you alright, Danny?" Kyodai asked.
"Yeah, but what was that all about?" Danny said before turning to his sister confused.
"Sorry, man," Tucker said, walking up.
"Sam used the Specter Speeder to spy and listen in on you and everyone. We heard everything between you and others." He said.
Danny sighs. Wondering what was up with Sam.
"And just to be fair, while we are surprised of Caran's past, we did hear that he was going to turn himself in." Jazz said.
"Caran regrets his actions and is willing to make up for them. But let's talk about that later." Danny said before looking at Sam.
"Sam...you need to stop it." He said, making her look at him.
"Look, no one knew this was going to happen, but it's done and we need to accept it." He said.
"NO! You should have said no!" Sam shouted.
"Even if I could, Ky's parents clearly had more control at the time. And I was trying not to use my powers but they pushed me! They didn't care about anything we or their daughters wanted." Danny told her.
"WHY DID YOU BRING THEM ALONG?!" Sam shouted.
"And leave them to their parents?!" Danny said, making Sam growl.
Everyone could see that Danny still didn't get it. Kydoai sighs. Maybe it's time to clear the air.
"Danny, remember when you told me that you were shy around girls when we first met?" She asked.
"Yeah?" Danny asked, a bit confused.
"It seems you fail to notice your friend's true reason for wanting to drag you away. She likes you. And I mean she likes-likes you." She said.
"What?" Danny asked, still lost.
"Lad, what your wife is trying to say is your goth friend is in love with you," Scott said, helping Kyodai out.
That caused Danny's eyes to widen. He turns to Sam, who is also surprised.
"I don't love him like that!" Sam said.
"Honey, my name means love in Engish. I know love when I see it. And from the way you're acting, you want Danny's love for yourself." Aisuru said, rolling her eyes.
"And just because some of us kissed him, doesn't mean we're going to hurt our sisters. Onis are different from humans." Daidouji said.
Sam still tried to get up, her pride refusing to admit everything.
"And Caran is going to keep his word. Come near him, and I will tear your arms off," Samui warned.
"YOU TOOK DANNY AWAY!" Sam shouted.
"Sam, I was kidnapped! And not by them! Look, I'm still lost about you like-liking me, but it's clear we can't talk about this until you calm down." Danny said, sighing.
"THEN SEND THEM BACK!" Sam shouted.
"Send them... ARE YOU MAD?! SAM, DID YOU JUST FORGET WHAT THEIR PARENTS TRIED TO DO?!" Danny shouted, not believing she said that.
Even the other husbands glared at that.
"Lass, we have lived with them for years. The girls barely had any freedom!" Scott said.
"We could barely kiss without one of their parents looking over our shoulders!" Louie added.
"They forbid us from even trying to start a family until Kyodai was married!" Steve continued.
"And we barely could leave! We could see our parents, but they then tried to force all of us to stay in their shine!" Caran said last.
"Doesn't that sound familiar?" Danny asked, Sam.
"Huh?" She asked, confused.
"Your parents, Sam." Jazz said.
"Remember, they dislike how you dress and they hate Danny and his parents? And how they are trying to dress you up?" Tucker added.
"If anything, you're a lot like the girls. As well as Louie." Danny said.
"True. My folks kept trying to dress me up and make me act like them. And they dislike Daidouji because she's too "wild" for me." Louie said, nodding.
Sam looked ready to say something but Jazz covered her mouth.
"Stop ignoring the facts, Sam! This stupid pride of yours is going to get you into some real trouble that not even your parents could get you out of!" Jazz said, knowing what she was about to say.
"Pride, both good and bad. Depends on how the person uses it." Scott said, shaking his head.
"Jazz, Tuck? Can you guys go on ahead? I need to think this over, and something tells me Sam isn't going to let me." Danny asked them.
"Sure, but what about our parents?" Jazz asked, making her brother sigh.
"We have to tell them the truth." He said, knowing there was no other way around it.
"And by that, I mean our side of the story." He told Sam.
"Okay. Do you want me to say anything to them?" Jazz asked.
"Tell, them that I'm fine and I'll be home in a few days. Say I was able to get away and texted you." Danny told her.
"Sure. See you soon, little brother." Jazz smiles, picking up Sam.
"See ya back in Amity Park, dude," Tucker said, sharing a fist bump with him.
"Right back at ya, Tuck." He said, smiling.
With that, and ignoring Sam's protests again, the three head back home. Danny sighs before Kyodai touches his shoulder.
"Are you okay?" She asked.
"No idea." He said.
"Well, while that was going on, I think I found a way for all of us to fit inside a vehicle," Scott said, making everyone look at him.
Later,
"Okay, I'm going to make my parents upset about this, but this is way better than the RV."
Scott got a trailer for everyone to fit, though the girls had to squeeze through the doors since Scott had no luck finding one with large doors. They were driving down the road with Caran reading the map to help them find a way towards Danny's home.
"So, what would happen if we ran into Yokai?" Steve asked.
"Well, most people would run to safety. But I'm not sure how the girls would react," Danny said, thinking over it.
"Well, we will protect our husbands. Yokai or not, no one is going to harm any one of you." Aisuru said.
She then reached over and hugged Danny, once more.
"And that means we could spend more time with you!" She added, stuffing Danny in between her breasts.
"Sister..." Samui said, shaking her head.
"What? We agreed to stop our little game, but I never said anything about stopping with the hugs and kisses to my cutest brother-in-law." Aisuru said, smirking.
"Aisuru, I loved you, honey, but can you please tone it down?" Scott asked, shaking his head.
"Fine." She said, letting Danny go.
Just as Danny went to sigh, Aisuru suddenly kissed him, making everyone roll their eyes. Aisuru leads back and giggles.
"Still a great kisser." She said, licking her lips.
"He is." Samui agreed.
Danny sighs, wondering if this whole trip was going to be like this. Kyodai sat with him, knowing her new life was far from over.
Sorry to cut it here, everyone. Kind of got too distracted and lost forces. But, I did cover one thing I thought about. Sam wanting to deliver on her threat and everyone spelling out that Sam loves Danny. But as you all saw, her pride refused to admit any of their claims. So, Danny is still lost about everything and needs time to think it over.
The next chapter will have Danny finally returning home, and then it's back to the same older things, only this time, he has a new family with him. And I don't know how Kyodai and her sisters will help out. Remember, they're Onis.
