AN-1: This is a random idea and will have inspirations from Fate series with Naruto gaining powers of Gilgamesh. He is kidnapped by Danzo's men hours after his birth but a hidden force saves him, absconding with him to a rebuilt Uzushio. Only the Hokage knows and makes a deal to have him to come to Konoha. Naruto will be Five years older than Rookies and will be a Tokubetsu Jonin.

Eighteen-year-old Naruto Uzumaki stares at the sky on the balcony of his home on the eastern part of the island, his azure-blue eyes watching the waves crash on the rocks or lapping on the beach. His life has been froth with perilous incidents since his birth, his parents died sealing the Kyubi no Yoko inside him after said fox was released from his mother. Not even three hours after his birth a degenerate named Danzo Shimura sought to kidnap him to become a mindless weapon for him. However secret allies of his mother saved him and used this opportunity to take him from konoha for his safety. They informed the Sandaime Hokage on matters but would not return him to konoha due to the foolishness of its people on killing him for housing the kyubi.
"Do you really need to go" a soft but sultry voice says, as slender arms wrap around his bare waist and kisses his shoulder. Naruto turns to a woman with long auburn hair and green eyes wearing one of his shirts covering her lace underwear.
"I do Mei.. Uzushio is my home but Konoha was my parents' home and I want to at least see it and see if things have changed.. Though my expectations are low" naruto says.
"Once you return.. Konoha will curse your existence" mei says.
"They will try and When they do.. They will be pierced by my Treasures" naruto says, creating a dagger from golden dust. While the Uchiha and Senju could be traced back to the Sage of Six Paths Hagoromo Otsutsuki, his own uzumaki clan were traced back to Gilgamesh Otsutsuki. The otsutsuki were a very ancient clan with powers that one could be considered otherworldly and godlike, their war reshaping the world and humans gaining chakra eventually from hagoromo.
"Be careful ok.. Ami.. Isane and I will be worried.. Even Fu will too" mei says. Naruto looks to his bed and sees a young woman with short, dark blue hair sleeping in the arms of taller young woman with messy silver hair. He engulfs her in a hug with a kiss to the crown of her head, "I will be ok.. Now I need to get dressed.. Go get some more sleep" naruto says. Mei smiles and heads back to bed with a seductive shake of her butt as naruto heads to shower before getting dressed. He dresses himself black hybrid hakama-cargo pants having dragon scale patterns on them and leather riding boots, a cloth mask and some goggles. A sleeveless black buttoned shirt with a white frame high collar and uzumaki swirl in red on the back. Lastly a black-white dress uniform jacket having a beaked hood with the upper body featuring a red lining along the torso its the lower half forming two tails and white gloves.
"Why go alone.. You can take me or Bai Yi" a voice says, as naruto enters the hall. The owner is a tall woman having neck length gray hair, half slicked back and vibrant ice blue eyes. She wears low riding black pants with straps on each leg, her hips revealed by openings on each side and combat boots. A sleeveless halter top with more straps around her neck, showing off her various tattoos and a leather jacket draped on her shoulders.
"I'm strong enough Zoya.. Kiri has me in their Bingo book as A-rank.. Same with Kumo" naruto says.
"Regardless Konoha is a snake den.. Lord Shingen believes Sarutobi is still a Paper Tiger unable to control his council" zoya says.
"Regardless I will honor Lord Shingen's deal" naruto says, as zoya grasps his face and kisses his mask.
"Call and I will Come" zoya says, heading to his room to annoy the sleeping.
"Suyaah.. They care for you" a sleepy voice says in naruto's head.
"I know Shinano" naruto muses. Several maids and guards bow as he passes before reaching the back garden of his manor and vanishing in a yellow dust flash. Naruto arrives on the southern edges of the island as a massive black dreg lays on a small spot of raised land. Its scales and wings are black as night with a wingspan able to cover a town in its shadow. It is one of the largest of the uzumaki clan's dragon summons known as the Black Dread.
"Balerion.. I need to go Konoha" naruto says. Balerion opens his reptilian eye to stare at the boy before raising its head and growls, moving his wings in the process as naruto moves to his back. Balerion slowly lifts off with a spew of black fire having swirls of red mixed in as it begins the journey to fire country.

Hiruzen Sarutobi sighs as he feels his age and laments on his many failures over the years as he signs to reject another proposal from his civilian council. He failed to prevent his students from falling to their vices, allowed his famed student to wash her hands of the village her clan founded and moving to the capital, allowed his bravest student to shirk his responsibilities to his godson and allowed his inheritance to be taken by the greed of others, allowed his favorite student to become a depraved madman and failing to kill him due to his weakness.
"And Danzo never lets me forget them" hiruzen thought. His rival danzo is another thorn in his side and his comradery with him prevents him from putting him down for his numerous crimes. He knew in his bones danzo was responsible for naruto's kidnapping and thanked kami for shingen murasaki a retainer of the uzumaki for saving him. The two men made a deal that once naruto was of age he would come to konoha and test the waters so to speak. A large shadow passes by hiruzen's window as several Anbu rush in, "Lord Third.. A massive creature is flying over the village" one says with a crane mask, causing the kage to shunshin to the roof as panic will indeed set in.
"Is That?!" hiruzen says.
"What should we do" another Anbu having a neko mask asks.
"Have a two squads Anbu follow me to the Hokage mountain.. The others spread out settle down the villagers" hiruzen says, seeing it land above the four stone heads. Everyone vanishes as people were indeed panicking and were believing another demon like the kyubi has descended upon them. Hiruzen and Anbu reach the massive creature and see a person next to it with their hand on its scales, "Who are you?!" the hokage shouts.
"Apologizes Lord Sandaime.. I did not mean to cause a Panic" they say, turning to face the group. They remove their hood to reveal blond hair, their goggles revealing azure-blue eyes and cloth mask revealing three whiskers on his cheeks.
"Lord Yondaime" one Anbu says, accidentally.
"Close" the figure says.
"Naruto?!" hiruzen says.
"Greetings Lord Sandaime.. Sorry for Balerion" naruto says.
"I did not know you were coming.. And is that is truly Balerion the Black Dread" hiruzen says.
"It is.. I can also Summon Alduin.. Bahamut.. Even Ancalagon the Black to name a few" naruto says, placing his hand on balerion and the dread vanishes.
"I see.. Well you can follow me back to the Hokage tower to discuss things.. Anbu.. Alert the council of a meeting" hiruzen says and the Anbu vanish, before the old man grasps naruto's sholder and they vanish.
"How is Shingen" hiruzen asks, once they were in his office. Naruto looks over the pictures of the four hokage with gaze lingering on his father, "He is well.. His grandson Tengen will replace him soon... Lord Sandaime I was told you wanted me to join your Shinobi forces.. Albeit for a short time" he says.
"Yes.. Our spy network has learned some disturbing things and it may revolve around the Kyubi" hiruzen says.
"Her name is Shinano" naruto corrects.
"I see.. There is a group called Akatsuki and they are after the nine Biju" hiruzen says and sees naruto looking around, "Something wrong" he asks.
"I would like to say several things your Anbu do not need to hear" naruto says.
"There are no Anbu in here" hiruzen says but his eyes widen as several golden ripples appear around naruto.
"Then they are threats to you" naruto says, as weapons emerge from them and shoot into a few blank mask Anbu fall but burst into blue flames.
"What was that.. Some sort of Jutsu?!" hiruzen asks.
"You could say that.. Call it a Clan secret" naruto says. The aged hokage clears his throat and begins explaining naruto's temporary obligations as a tokubetsu jonin also that he would be taking a genin team but shadowed by a veteran jonin. He will also be given a temporary seat on the council and head of the uzumaki clan to deal with matters concerning said clan.
"We managed to find a Uzumaki survivor named Karin.. So as clan head.. You can decide to have her brought to Uzushio if you wish" hiruzen says, as they head to the council chambers.
"How has she been treated" naruto asks, already knowing the answer.
"Well.. She has made a few acquaintances at the academy but keeps to herself.. Though she doesn't know much about her clan" hiruzen says and the blond makes a hidden face.
"Because of your Council" naruto thought. The council chamber is a large room with a wide semi-circle table and chairs for visitors as well with the hokage chair at the center.
"I'll sit here" naruto says and shocks hiruzen as this time a golden throne emerges from a golden ripple to the right of his chair. The blond pulls up his hood and takes a seat to cross his legs with his chin resting on his left fist as the council starts to enter. The council of konoha is divided into three parts, its shinobi side, civilian and advisory sides. The shinobi side is comprised of the great clans of konoha of the Aburame, Nara, Akimichi, Yamanaka, Uchiha, Hyuga, Sarutobi and Senju but the latter is vacant. The civilian side is made up of wealthy merchants and its advisory side is comprised of Danzo Shimura, Koharu Utatane and Homura Mitokado.
"Who is That?!" Ashigara Sakumoto asks, a member of the civilian council.
"My name will be given When I deign Necessary civilian" naruto says, a little arrogance in his tone. This bristles the civilians but hiruzen bangs his gavel, "I'm sure you all saw and heard what transpired not long ago" he says.
"What was that thing?!.. It scared all my clan's Ninken" Tsume Inuzuka says.
"And our clan's Kikaichu" Shibi Abrame says but is ignored.
"It was Balerion the Black Dread" hiruzen says and this freezes the shinobi.
"Impossible!.. That Beast died during the Second Shinobi War" koharu says.
"Who told you That.. Balerion is very Much alive.. Shall I summon him back" naruto says and sees some shaking of heads.
"Who are you" Shikaku Nara asks. Naruto slowly reaches for his hood and slowly removes it as several believe the yondaime is sitting before him, "My name is Naruto Uzumaki.. Son of the deceased Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki but also holder of the Kyubi no Yoko Shinano" he says and a pin dropping silence fills the room.
"I-I-Impossible" koharu says, as the civilians find their voices.
"You're the Demon.. We thought you died as an infant" ashigara says and yelps in terror as a blade pierces the table. The councils' eyes widen as golden ripples form around ashigara and the civilians, "Naruto don't" hiruzen says and they slowly vanish.
"Control your counciliors Lord Sandaime.. Their mouths overstep" naruto says.
"What was That?!" Hiashi Hyuga says.
"A Power no different than your Byakugan or the Uchiha's Sharingan" naruto says. Hiruzen bangs his gavel to regain some decorum, "Naruto is indeed the son of Kushina and Minato but on night of his birth after his parents made the Ultimate Sacrifice by sealing the Kyubi inside him.. Not even three hours after.. Someone attempted to kidnap him and nearly succeeded.. If not for the intervention of Shingen Murasaki" he says, shocking a few clan heads.
"Why was this kept from us" Inoichi Yamanaka says.
"When Lord Sandaime Foolishly announced my father's final wishes.. You all showed your True nature by calling for my death" naruto says and some try to refute this.
"Emotions were raw.. We had Just survived the Kyubi's assault.. We can't be faulted for it" Choza Akimichi says, even though he did.
"What about a Month.. Six Months.. A Year.. Eighteen Years.. The people still believe that I am Shinano when we are two beings sharing one body" naruto says.
"She exerted heavy losses.. Such things are hard to overcome" Homura Miokado says but naruto scoffs.
"Can you control the Demon" danzo says. Naruto levels a serious look towards the man who sought him as his personal attack dog, "If you're asking if I can use Shinano's power.. Then Yes I am a Perfect Jinchuriki like the former Mizukage.. In fact I am friends with another Perfect Jinchiriki and one of my girlfriends is another Jinchuriki" naruto says, shocking many on the council.
"Naruto surely you don't mean.." hiruzen says and naruto chuckles a bit.
"Surely you all didn't believe Uzushio would simply be beholden to Konoha and have no other allies.. In fact I am also engaged to Onoki's granddaughter Kurotsuchi" naruto says.
"Traitor!" another civilian councilor named Kawamori Shinji shouts and a few agree with her.
"Surely you would entertain an engagement to someone from Konoha" koharu says, not happy one bit at naruto having a iwa bride.
"Is there anyone qualified" naruto asks, knowing really only girls that were five years his junior.
"I have a daughter" tsume says. Naruto looks around the room and no one puts forth their own, "So Only one.. Konoha has Truly fallen on hard times.. Unfortunately I will decline" he says and this angers tsume, seeing as she and his mother were friends but perhaps she can offer herself instead.
"If there is nothing further to speak about.. I will meet my team if they have been chosen" naruto says.
"Placements are tomorrow" hiruzen says.
"Then I will retire to my parents home" naruto says.
"It was destroyed" hiruzen says and naruto rubs his eyes with a sigh.
"Then who among the civilian council owns a hotel.. A Good one" naruto says.
"I do" Junpei Miko says and three golden ripples form above her to her fright but three sacks off jewels drop in front of her.
"The Hotel is now Mine and considered Uzushio territory.. Its workers work for me now.. Which means Anyone who seeks Ill intent concerning me.. Whether Civilian or Ninja will meet their ends" naruto says, seeing many with greed in their eyes but also shock by some.
"You speak above your station Boy" danzo says.
"So do you.. You are an Advisor.. You have No power here.. Unless delusion counts as power" naruto says, rising from his throne and it crumbles to golden dust.
"Ms. Miko.. Show me to My New hotel" naruto adds and miko springs from her seat with a yes naruto-sama.
"Hiruzen.. He can not get away with such action" koharu says.
"He can and He will.. Naruto is a Diplomat and Temporary Shinobi per the contract between myself and Shingen Murasaki witnessed by the Daimyo" hiruzen says, shutting up a few.
"Which team will he be given" shikaku says, after about five minutes of silence to digest certain information.
"Team-9.. Anko Mitarashi will shadow him.. His Genin will be Sumire Kakei.. Namida Suzumeno and Wasabi Izuno" hiruzen says and a few were relieved their children will not be exposed to naruto.
