Following Calamity Ganon's defeat, an old enemy from the ancient past rises again to destroy Hyrule. Can Link and Zelda stop the revived Demise or is Hyrule doomed anyway? This story was written in 2019 and edited multiple, multiple, multiple times due to several errors being discovered. Originally eighteen to twenty chapters, it became twelve chapters.

Her sandals slapped loudly at the flat floor of the dank cave, and each step sent a stinging shockwave up her leg. Lungs burning, she stifled a sob as she stumbled on a loose piece of gravel, scuffing her toes. The pain was nothing. Safety was everything. This will be a twist on the classic Twilight Princess story and, as I would be saying in the first part, I don't own Zelda, this is just a fan fiction of my own design.

However, he should have worded his wish better, because instead of being sent back to his own past, he gets thrown all the way back to the era of Skyward Sword...and the Link of THAT time period swaps places-and destinies-with him.

One thousand years ago, the greatest hero of all Time fought against Time's greatest enemy. But when the evil returned, the hero did not. Takes place immediately after the true ending of BotW. Link and Zelda's duties are far from over as they have some people to see after Ganon has at last been sealed away, particularly Mipha's father and brother.
