Historian Link Masters knows plenty about the great legendary heroes, but once legend becomes reality, he finds out how much he still doesn't know. Evil threatens, and Hyrule must rely on a shadow who remembers what has been forgotten, a somewhat redeemed sorcerer, and the soul of a hero. Can a historian be a hero?
