Alfred hasn't been seen for weeks. Everything is starting to crumble, even though WW1 has been over for nearly a decade. Nobody is sure where he's gone or why they can't reach him. But Arthur, convinced that he knows Alfred better than anybody else, takes it upon himself to find him and figure out what's wrong. He may be the only one who can help Alfred now.

Sometimes we talk about the way it was before. When we first met, our hands were trembling with adoration. Eyes full of love and tangible sweetness in the air. Back when we loved each other. He had handled his brother when he was drunk, and he had handled his grandpa when he was drunk. Lovino stood up, scattering puzzle pieces on his carpet. Lovino edged toward the door.

[ ItaPan Oneshot ] "Feliciano?" Kiku stopped, but Feliciano had walked on a few paces. He turned his head, hand already up in a casual greeting. It took Feliciano a couple of seconds before recognition slammed across his face like a door. He spun, small child pulled around in a wide circle at his feet. "Kiku!" Kiku took a quick step back, eyes flicking down to the moody child.

[ EngAus Oneshot ] Arthur Kirkland saw things. Ever since the first year, everyone at Hogwarts had known that. Arthur Kirkland talked to fairies, to ghosts no one else could see. He wandered the forests and found unicorns, and everyone thought he was weird. Roderich had witnessed a particular unpleasantness of Arthur in his second year.

She ignored the man for a moment, eyes flicking to the cane that was abandoned by the doorway, the x-rays on the desk. "Mr. Jones," Natalia said. It actually sounded quite reasonable when Alfred explained the situation later.

[ FACE Oneshot ] Matthew had met several different Alfreds over the years. The first had been probably the most honest, and Matthew had at least enjoyed that. The seven-year-old Alfred, who talked loudly and picked his nose and hung off of Matthew's new father, screeching for attention. Matthew used to watch his new brother, curled into his bedsheets.

[ Snapped!Liechtenstein ] Everyone seemed terribly upset with her. Liechtenstein didn't really understand, though she was getting a little upset that the handcuffs were so tight; Switzerland hadn't looked at her once since they had been snapped on. Liechtenstein tried smiling at Denmark, the only nation looking her way, and she shrank away when his face twisted into a snarl.

He didn't make the acid, God, no, but he did manage to sell a huge amount of product in a short amount of time. Even the teacher knew the best place to get acid from. The house didn't look like Dmitry made acid. It was tidy, with wind chimes and dreamcatchers hanging from the roof.

[ Romano x Belarus ] There weren't very many spies in the world. They usually got shot, or captured and tortured, or they fell off of the top of moving trains. Lovino was not a stranger to any of these things—though the train incident was less exciting than it sounded. A broken femur isn't very fun. Lovino was only aware of a few spies. There was her.

[ Romano x Ukraine ] "A boyfriend?" he asked. Katyusha wanted to grimace. Instead, she forced herself to stand straight. "His name is Lovino. He's really sweet, really, and he takes me to nice places and tries to be charming." Ivan's mouth pulled into a leer. "Is he the one who wears sunglasses?" Katyusha wilted slightly under his gaze. "They're designer."

Japan enjoyed a good drink after World Meetings, something to calm his nerves after debating politics. Usually, these were peaceful visits to the local hotel bar. Unfortunately, Romano was staying at the same hotel.
