Alright, hello everybody!

I'm Rising Star and here we are with my first Fanfic(Although my first one was a Transformers and Digimon Crossover Fanfic, but I deleted it because I lost confidence in it because I felt like I was rushing through the story and just lost interest in it.) and I just want to say, I'm not sure if anyone will love this story or not, but I will make sure that I do my best with this romance Fanfic. Anyways, I hope you guys like this small romance and fun story that I came up with. Just a quick sidenote, I do not own Digimon nor its characters.

Tai Kamiya couldn't help but just sign what day it was today when he looked at his calendar, which was hanging in his and Kari's, who is his younger sister, room. It was no other than Valentines Day, which was a day he had conflicted feelings about. Mostly because of the fact that he didn't have a girlfriend yet and was doubtful if he ever was going to get one.

"Hey Tai?" A voice called out to him, causing Tai to blink. Tai looked down and saw it was his Digimon Partner, Agumon, calling out to him. "Agumon, what is it?" Tai asked, annoyed at how his partner snapped him out of the trail of just staring at the calendar, which he was completely fine with.

"Um, it's 7:50." Agumon said. "Yeah, so?" Tai asked, before remembering what time his school starts at, causing him to gasp in realization before grabbing his backpack and rushing out of the room, with Agumon following him from behind. "Why didn't you tell me earlier?!" Tai asked in annoyance, as he and Agumon ran out of the door and sprinted down the sidewalk.

"You were too busy staring at that calendar!" Agumon said in defense, as the two sprinted down the sidewalk to get to Tai's High School. "Wait. Where's Kari and Gatomon? Don't tell me that they have already left!" Tai asked before realizing that his little sister and her Digimon partner had already left them back at home.

"Yeah! They told me to go get you while they went off! Why were you staring at that calendar for so long?" Agumon explained then asked him. "It's… complicated." Tai answered, as he and Agumon started to slow down, now starting to reach High School. "Wait… is it about today?" Agumon asked, causing Tai to look at him with a startled and annoyed expression.

"I… please don't mention today it is Valentines Day." Tai said, before groaning to himself about how he doesn't have a date yet. He still can't believe how his little sister, Kari, managed to fall in love with someone else before he got a girlfriend and, to top it all off, it was with Davis Motomiya out of all people. While he had no problem with his protege dating his younger sister, it was just baffling, to him, that Davis, out of all people, would mature and start to date Kari, when he thought that TK Takaishi would be Kari's boyfriend.

"Come on! I'm sure that Mimi-" Agumon started to say before Tai put both of his hands over Agumon's mouth, with an embarrassed and flustered look. "Are you trying to expose my secret crush on Mimi?!" Tai exclaimed, while looking at the students who were heading towards the High School. While he didn't really want to admit it, he, secretly, started to develop feelings for Mimi Tachikawa, who moved back to Odaiba a year ago.

"Sorry man! You should get going to your class!" Agumon said, causing Tai to sign before turning to his Digimon Partner, Agumon. "We'll talk about this later." Tai said before heading into his High School while Agumon headed off into the area where all Digimon hang out while their partners are busy in High School.

After High School ended on that day, Tai, alongside Kari and Davis, were talking to each other as they were walking out the door. "Hey Tai? Did you think of ever getting a girlfriend yet?" Davis asked, causing Tai to look at him in annoyance before Tai realized how many times he looked at somebody in annoyance and just rolled his eyes at how many times he did today. "Look, I'm trying my best to find one. Kari, why didn't you tell me to get moving in the morning? You told Agumon to go get me." Tai asked, turning to his sister.

"It's not my problem! You were staring at that calendar while I was trying to get your attention." Kari explained, giving Tai an annoyed look. "Um… sorry I didn't hear you earlier?" Tai apologized, shyly, before signing to himself, wishing that his and Kari's mom and dad didn't have to leave so early in the morning for work.

"So Kari, are you available this evening?" Davis asked, causing Kari to smile. "Of course Davis! I'll be your date for this Valentine's Dance!" Kari said, before giving Davis a peck on his cheek. Tai just looked at Kari kissing Davis in a bit of jealousy, before realizing that Davis must have some good skills at winning a girl. "Hey Davis? Can I talk to you for a moment?" Tai asked. "Sure." Davis responded before Tai grabbed Davis by his wrist and quickly ran off with him, catching Davis off guard.

Once the two were outside, Tai quickly dragged Davis behind a tree. "Tai, what's the big deal man? I think you were holding my wrist too hard." Davis asked, as he winced a bit at Tai's strong grip. "Sorry Davis. It's just that I really need your help." Tai said, letting go of Davis's wrist. "Help? With what?" Davis asked in confusion, while holding his wrist and, gently, massaging it.

"It's about… me trying to get Mimi to go out on a date with me." Tai explained, blushing a bit in embarrassment. Davis just blinked at Tai for a few seconds before looking at Tai in suspension. "Wait. I thought you were in love with Sora." Davis said. "Wait, what? No, I'm not interested in Sora! She's just a friend! Besides, she's going out with Matt." Tai said. "Now Davis, I really need you to help me try to ask Mimi out on a date."

"I don't know if I-" Before Davis could finish, Tai dropped down to his knees and started to plead. "Come on Davis! I let you date Kari! The thing I want from you is just your help since today is Valentine's Day!" Tai reasoned, causing Davis to hold his hands up, having a baffled expression on his face. "Easy Tai! Look, on second thought, I can help you." Davis said in reassurance, causing Tai to grin. "Thanks Davis! I Really appreciate your help." Tai said, now standing back up, and shaking Davis's hand in gratitude and very fast, causing Davis to look at Tai in bafflement once more.

Meanwhile, Kari had catched up to them and was watching the whole conversation and was trying her best not to laugh. Meanwhile, Agumon, Veemon, and Gatomon were watching from the sides, having no idea what was going on. "Uhhh, Agumon? What has gotten into Tai?" Veemon asked, turning to Agumon. "Let's just say… Tai has been acting like this since yesterday." Gatomon said, answering Veemon's question, before mumbling how much of a crazy day it is going to be today.

Alright, that's my 1st chapter to this small romance fanfic. Hopefully, this isn't as bad of a start then I think. Make sure you try to give positive feedback since I'm still kind of a rookie at writing fanfiction. Till then, see you all later!
