Chapter 3: Shipwrecked:
Pearl's POV:
I swam to the surface and found one of those boats. I decided to take a look.
"Got curious too, huhh?" It was Squid. He's half-human on his father's side.
I looked and saw one particular human. "Isn't he handsome," I asked.
"I don't know, he looks kind of hairy and slobbery to me," says Squid.
Squid was looking at a pet. "Not that one," I said, "that one." We then hid, but the pet found me as well as it licked me.

There was a storm. The human was in danger of drowning, so I had to save him.

I took him to the shore.
"How is he," I asked.
"I think he's going to make it," says Squid.
The human then started waking up.
Pearl: What would I give to live where you are?
What would I pay to stay here beside you?
What would I do to see you smiling at me?
Where would we walk?
Where would we run?
If we could stay all day in the sun?
Just you and me, and I could be part of your wwwwwwwwwooooooooorrrrrrrrrlllllllllddddddddd!!!!!!!!!
Then I heard someone coming. "Squid, you're in human form," I said, "you don't need to hide!"
"Humans are kind of big on clothes," says Squid.
"Right, their rules." We jumped into the water.
"Yoi, are you okay," asks a human girl.
"There was this girl," says the human named Yoi. "She saves me... she has the most beautiful voice." he almost fell but the human girl catches him.
"We better get back," says a human boy.
Pearl: I don't know when, I don't know how
But I know something's starting right now
Watch and you'll see, someday I'll be part of your wwwwwwwwwooooooooorrrrrrrrrlllllllllddddddddd!!!!!!!!!
Bai Tza's POV:
"Why is she acting weird," asks my son.
"Because the child is in love with a human," I said, "not just any human, a prince! The child is in love with a prince!"
"So, what do we care? I mean get why it's important to her father but us?"
"I'm going to use this to my advantage!"
Pearl's POV:
I told Tyene and Raine everything.
Tyene screamed with excitement. "Pearl, you're in love!"
"But it's with a human," Bottlenose says for Raine.
"You like Ela," says Tyene.
"She's got you there," says Bottlenose.
Raine shrugs.
I couldn't stop thinking about him. I wonder if I'll ever see him again.

I know somebody did the whole Samurai Jack and Little Mermaid thing, but the plot is more based on the Disney's Little Mermaid and not the Mermaid and the Samurai Story. Anyway, in the next chapter, Porcus tries to talk Pearl out of it.
