Chapter 111: The Sword:
Jack's POV:
As you all know, my friends and I thought we had a chance to go back to our time, but then Aku destroyed the portal and revealed it was the last time portal. From that moment, I lost my sword. Now, we are going to get it back.
"Are you sure it was here," asks Ashi.
"It was," I said, "unless... of course, I did not abandon my sword... the sword abandoned me!"
"Then what should we do," asks Ashi.
"It is something I must do," I said. I then began to meditate.

I found myself at a table in an ancient Japanese setting, which is ancient for you, but it was home to me. There was a tea set. Then I saw Johnny Bravo.
"Johnny, what is this," I asked.
"You should know," he says, "you came all this way to see me."
"What," I asked.
"Whenever Aku is on the loose, I'll be there. I was there when your father needed me most. I am the one thing Aku fears more than anything."
I then realized what he meant. "You mean to tell me... you're my sword!"
"Bingo."
"That's impossible. Talking to a sword would be like talking to this very tea pot."
"You mean that after all this time, you have never figured out that I'm not an ordinary sword. I took the form of Johnny for this conversation, though I do like the muscles."
"Why did you leave," I asked.
"You disappointed me, Jack."
"Because I failed."
"No, because you gave up. I'm a weapon. Fighting's literally the only job I can get."
"I felt there was no reason. My quest ended."
"There is always another way."
Ashi's POV:
I was waiting near Jack's meditating body, and I was bored. I then saw my mother.
"What are you doing here," I asked.
"I am here to punish you for your treachery!"
She then attacked me.
Jack's POV:
Now I'm in a Japanese forest. There were no robots or monsters. It was as if I was home.
"Bonny steid, isnae it?"
"Now you are the Scottsman," I asked.
"A've aye respected his sword. A real crakin' blade tis git."
"What must I do to prove myself again," I asked.
"Ye hae tae prove ye'r willing tae dae whit it steals, bit mind, it wilnae be lang 'til aku realises ye'r missing something."
Ashi's POV:
I was fighting my mother. This is hard for me because despite how she raises me, she's still my mother, but at the same time, I've been waiting for this chance for a long time.
Jack's POV:
I looked and now on a bridge. "Good evening." It was the man who inspired me to become a samurai. I remember him and his son.
"You still haven't told me what I must do," I said.
"We will get there, but first, I must ask you, why did you give up?"
"I told you, because there are no more time portals. I cannot get back to my time!"
"Are you sure there isn't another way?"
"What do you expect me to do, move super-fast and rotate the Earth backwards?"
"I cannot tell you what you must do."
Ashi's POV:
My mother and I continued to fight.
"Your destiny is to follow Aku," she said.
"No, I decide my destiny!"
I then managed to trip her and then I used my sickle and finally ended it!
Jack's POV:
I was in the palace where I saw my Father.
"Hello, my Son," he said.
"You took the form of my Father," I said.
"He was my original master."
"I noticed you seem to take on the personalities of whoever you take the form of," I said.
"As a sword, I have no personality of my own."
"Now, tell me what I must do!"
"You must die," my evil counterpart came and attacked me.
We fought. He has been a plague for far too long. I then decided to end it. Using the purity of my soul, I destroyed him.

I was then awakened, and I saw Ashi with a dead woman, wearing an Aku themed attire.
"You shaved," says Ashi.
"And I have my sword," I said, "now, we must go face Aku."
