A/N: This is a fanfiction story inspired from various multiple multi-crossover fanfics, VRChat videos, MMD/GMOD videos and images, Starbomb music videos and fanmade comics.
The HUBWorld, simply known as the Hub, is a pocket-sized dimension that exists somewhere within the multiverse and despite being labeled as such, the Hub is far more bigger and larger from the inside.
The Hub is a place where figures from all across the multiverse gets the chance to interact with one another, play games, watch stuffs or just hang out. The Hub had more than a billion of visitors and the existence of the area is kept a secret.
The Hub is created by the Gods of the Multiverse as a gift to a dying man who dreams of interacting with people from other worlds. Roberto Andaya is known to be a gentle soul with an innocent outlook in life and possessed a child-like imagination, and despite being shunned by others because of his odd personalities, he doesn't have any friends and his family never took him seriously, but nevertheless the man remained positive which is to why the Gods of the Multiverse became fond of him.
When the news of Roberto having not much time to live, the Gods were heart-brokened and sadden by this, so they decided to grant the Roberto's wish before things are too late. Creating the pocket-sized dimension, they brought Roberto to the location where he met the Gods and soon enough, they become fast friends. The Gods would later invite other worlders into this dimension which fulfilled the Roberto's dreams of meeting people from other worlds.
Day by day, night by night, Roberto would visit the pocket-sized dimension to socialize with the Gods and the otherworlders, playing games with them and having the best time of their life.
Until one day... Roberto didn't come.
The Gods then learned that Roberto is in the hospital where in a matter of time, he will soon pass away. And seeing that he had no friends and family came to see him off, the Gods and the otherworlders decided to visit him, much to Roberto's joy and delight.
Roberto thanked them for providing him happiness in the last days of his life and as well inviting him in a hub that he proudly can call home.
And after a few hours, Roberto passed away.
And with no one claiming Roberto's remains, the Gods and the otherworlders decided to take responsibility and brought his remains in the pocket-sized dimension where they created a special grave for him after everyone agreed that Roberto's final resting place should be where he gained great happiness in his life.
To honor Roberto, everyone decided to turn the pocket-sized dimension into an attraction, inviting more otherworlders so they can experience the same happiness that Roberto felt during the days where he was still alive.
Naming the pocket-sized dimension as the HUBWorld or simply the Hub, after Roberto dubbed the place as a hub, it became a massive hit and more & more otherworlders would visit the Hub on days going forward.
The Administrators, presented by the Gods, were introduced to invite otherworlders to the Hub while providing aid and assistance to the newcomers.
And decades from now, the Hub still continues to get new visitors everyday and while the original otherworlders are still around, the Gods took a step back but would make their presence from time to time.
"And that is the history of the HUBWorld." Blu the Honor concluded, "What do you think?" she inquired with a smile.
The camera then shifts to Darius Greg, Kennedy "Kenny" MacIntosh and Ruderford "Rudy" Tucker sitting on a couch with Darius balling his eyes out, Kenny had his head leaned backwards while snoring loudly and Rudy had a look of inspiration on his face.
Rudy then proceeds to jab an elbow on Kenny's side which woke him up, "Wasn't me?!" the man with no soul squawked.
"That was so beautiful!" Darius cried out, "I'm so happy that Roberto found his happy place!" he added, "But I'm so jealous!" he admitted, "I had an appearance that is worthy of a Gods' presence but not once they've tried to meet me!" he complained before crying loudly.
Kenny rubs the back of his head, "With how vain you are at times, I don't blame the Gods from staying clear away from you." he commented.
"Was that an insult?" Darius demanded.
"You figure it out." Kenny replied.
"I really like how the HUBWorld was created and I'm really happy for Roberto..." Rudy expressed, "But..." he trailed, "... if you don't mind me asking..." he furthered, "... why invite us?" he asked.
"Yeah." Kenny uttered in agreement, "I mean..." he trailed, "... look at us." he beckoned with his arms extended outwards, "We're nothing special." he pointed out.
"That because we are aware that you boys are not having a good time in your lives." Blu answered.
"How do you know of that?" Darius asked in surprise.
"We, the administrators, had been given the task to choose who to invite into the HUBWorld and were a specifically advised to be weary to who we invite." Blu explained, "And while we have invited different kinds of figures throughtout the decades but most of the time, we mostly invite figures whom are having a bad time in their life." she furthered, "The HUBWorld was created for figures to experience joy, so figures like that are our first priority." she pointed out, "And since you guys are having a bad time right now, you've been detected by our invite system, and sent me here to bring you in." she concluded.
Rudy crossed his arms, "Well..." he trailed, "... I can't really deny that we're having a lot of difficulties right now." he admitted, "Unstable finances, my friends getting fired from their jobs, annoying neighbors..." he listed off before making a sad expression, "... Gino leaving us." he added.
"Aw, come on, Rudy." Darius beckoned, "Like I said before, it's not your fault why Gino left, it's Kenny's." he pointed out.
Kenny nodded in response, "Yeah." he said in agreement when a thought came to mind, "Now come to think of it..." he trailed, "... meeting other people means making new friends." he said out loud, "And Rudy loves making friends!" he pointed out, "I say we take this opportunity as a way to relieve some stress from our every day lives and as well as making new friends!" he beckoned in excitement, "And honestly, I rather meet up people from other worlds than interacting with the poor saps in this town." he admitted with a blank look.
"Yeah it's sounds more exciting that way." Darius said in agreement.
Rudy thought about it before smiling, "Well what do I had to loose?" he mused.
"So, you're all taking our offer?" Blu assumed.
Rudy nodded in response, "Yeah." he confirmed, "So, how do we do this?" he inquired.
Blu snapped a finger and in response, three silver-colored watch-like objects materialized from thin air which then landed safely on each boys' hands and they noticed that it had a large button with a rubix cube-like color scheme.
"What are these?" Rudy asked.
"Those are portal devices." Blu answered, "Pushing the button will open a blue-colored portal which allows you to enter the HUBWorld at any time and any place." she explained, "Although I said that..." she trailed, "... I do advise to refrain from entering the Hub during works hours or whenever you are attending a certain event such as weddings or parties." she advised, "And I strictly advise not to use the Hub as a place for hiding purposes." she added, "You'll be kicked out immediately if you do so." she shared.
Rudy nodded in response, "Point taken." he acknowledged.
"The device also allows you to go from one area to another." Blu added, "Unlike the real world, the Hub don't have any paths to use in going to another area, so you can't really go anywhere without opening a portal." she explained, "And over the decades, the Hub had created a variety of places to visit, most of them are replicas of places from different worlds, so you don't have a shortage of places to visit." she concluded.
"Cool/Awesome/Broccoli!" Darius, Kenny and Rudy cheered.
Kenny then thought of something, "Are we allowed to stay in the HUBWorld?" he asked, "Or is it even possible to make residence there?" he added.
Blu shook her head, "Unfortunately, you can't." she answered, "Permanent residency isn't allowed in the Hub but visitors are allowed to do overnight stays for just one night." she explained, "However, once you've done an overnight stay, you had to wait for five days to pass before you can have another one." she shared.
Kenny shrugged his shoulders, "It was worth the shot." he mused.
"You really hate living here don't you?" Darius pointed out.
"What gave you the idea?" Kenny questioned rather sarcastically.
"So, can we visit the HUBWorld now?" Rudy asked whom is excited to press the button on the device in his wrist.
Blu giggled in response, "You're excitement is infectious." she commented, "Anyways before entering the HUBWorld..." she trailed, "... would you like to arrive at the main starting area or would your prefer having a base starting area of your own?" she offered.
"What do you mean by that?" Rudy asked in confusion.
"There are two places where you'll go automatically upon entering the Hub: the main starting area and a base starting area." Blu replied, "The main starting area is a large park where most visitors would appear first upon entering the Hub and is where they can choose where to go next." she explained, "The base starting area is more of a personal place and depending on the person, the base starting area can be based of a place familiar to them such their home or somewhere else." she concluded.
Rudy crossed his arms and thought about it, "Hmm..." he hummed out loud, "As much as I like meeting new people, I think meeting that many people at the same time will overwhelm me..." he admitted, "... so, I think it's a good idea to have base starting area of our own." he beckoned.
Kenny nodded in response, "I second that." he said in agreement.
"Third." Darius quipped.
"Okay, we agree to have a base starting area of our own." Rudy declared with a smile.
Blu nodded in response, "Understood." she accepted, "What kind of place do you prefer as your base starting area?" she inquired.
Rudy turns to his companions, "What do you guys think?" he asked.
Kenny thought about it, "Hmm..." he hummed out loud, "... something familiar that we're comfortable with." he said out loud.
"Something like we can call home." Darius added.
Rudy looks around the place, "Like our house?" he suggested.
Darius and Kenny gave him a thumbs-up in response, "Exactly!" they exclaimed in confirmation with the former winking at the same time.
"The house it is!" Rudy cheered before turning to Blu, "We choose the house." the brunette said with smile.
Blu nodded in response, "Understood." she accepted while closing her eyes, "Please remind standby as I proceed to create a map of your house." she beckoned with her body glowing brightly while letting out a few humming sounds at the same time.
A few seconds later, a white-colored circular beam shot out underneath her feet and waves across the place, the boys then instinctively lift their foots off the floor while watching in awe as the light beam scans the interior and later exterior of their home.
"Scanning complete." Blu declared while raising her left hand up and a large blue-colored screen pops before presence, "Proceeding to create a map of this house." she announced.
The boys then watches as an orange-colored bar began to load from 1 to 10% and after a few minutes of loading, the bar reaches 100% and the screen vanished without a trace.
"Map creation complete." Blu declared, "You may now use the device on your wrist to open a portal." she beckoned with a smile.
After getting a nod from his companions, Rudy proceeds to press the button on the wrist-device and upon doing so, an orange-colored screen pops out before him alongside two tabs that says 'Main Starting Area' and 'Base Starting Area'.
"I want to choose Base Starting Area..." Rudy said, "... but how do I do it?" he inquired.
"Just touch the screen and you're good to go." Blu advised.
"So it's like touchscreen, huh?" Rudy mused before pressing the 'Base Starting Area' tab on screen
And upon doing so, a blue-colored portal with white-colored electric waves surrounding it appears before them, much to the boys' shock and awe.
"Cool/Awesome/Broccoli!" Darius, Kenny and Rudy cheered.
"My work here is done, so I'll be taking my leave." Blu announced, "I hope you all enjoy your visit to the HUBWorld." she expressed, "And if you need some assistance..." she trailed, "... please feel free to contact me or my fellow administrators." she beckoned, "There is an option on your devices that allows you to contact any of us." she shared.
Rudy responded with a thumbs up, "Will do!" he acknowledged with a grin, "Thanks for showing us the ropes, Miss Blu." he expressed in gratitude, "See ya around." he added.
Blu bowed her head in response before disappearing into pixels, leaving the boys behind.
Darius and Kenny then stood beside Rudy whom adjusted his pants, "Alright..." the brunette breathed out, "Let's go!" he beckoned.
