Welcome back to another chapter!

Sorry I've been gone for so long, I'm jumping between many different stories and ideas that I write but never accomplish. It's a bad habit but there is only so much time in the day to put down the ideas I want to. I struggled a little with how to followup the last chapter as well, but I hope this is okay. At the very least, Tsuyu makes a proper appearance!

So please enjoy!

Tsuyu let out a tired croak as she stared down at her phone. Her face was slightly burning up as she considered her options. She needed someone to watch her siblings while she was sick. Her parents were both busy with important meetings. Her middle school friends were either busy or Tsuyu did not trust them to watch Satsuki or Samidere.

Opening up the group chat, she let out an amused croak seeing Himiko and Mina dogging Izuku about not pushing himself. Much to the boy's consternation everyone else had a few stern words as well even if they were not as persistent.

Never in a million years Tsuyu would have thought she be in the same group chat as Miruko. But here she was watching as Miruko sent dumb gifs of a bunny kicking a bush. Tsuyu wondered if Miruko made the gif herself or if someone else did.

Izuku sent a gif of a bush with sad googly eyes, causing a lot of head pat emotes to be sent. Tsuyu sent her own, as she noticed some of the other lurkers sending one as well. While she was the only one to not meet Izuku in person from chat, Tsuyu and Izuku often chatted in private. Izuku was very sweet to give Tsuyu a welcome message when she first joined. Tsuyu even started drawing thanks to Izuku's encouragement. Mostly just cute frog drawings but Tsuyu was very happy to mess around and draw frogs.

A sneeze escaped Tsuyu before she let out another tired croak. Remembering why she opened her phone she quickly sent out a text.

In seconds Tsuyu was getting a bunch of different messages. A lot wishing her better, a handful apologizing for not being able to help her. The ones that she cared about the most were the positive responses she hoped for.

Three people agreed to help out, Kyoka, Momo, and Izuku. She was glad Izuku was coming, Tsuyu had been wanting to meet him for a while. Though she wishes it was when she wasn't sick. Kyoka coming over would also be nice, Samidere would enjoy talking to the punk rocker about rock music. Tsuyu was not sure what to think about Momo, but judging by the excited and bubbly planning she was doing in the group chat, Tsuyu knew her siblings were in good hands.

Tsuyu made a separate group chat and quickly sent the three her the directions to her home before closing her eyes for a bit.

000

"Well, I think this is the place?" Izuku said scratching his cheek as he double checked the directions.

"Only one way to find out," Kyoka said marching up to the door. Momo followed along mumbling through her list of goods that she brought. Izuku wondered if his mumbling was contagious and if he should be worried it was spreading.

Three waited as they heard the running of footsteps. They did not expect a little girl to yank the door open, while a tired older brother tried to restrain her, and for their older sister to be shuffling down the stairs wrapped up in a blanket.

Kyoka quickly moved to greet the younger kids with Momo while Izuku moved to help Tsuyu.

"Asui-san," Izuku said quickly reaching her side, "are you okay? Do you need help getting back to bed?"

"Kero," Tsuyu croaked as she glared at Izuku, "I thought I told you to call me Tsu." Tsuyu let her glare go as the boy stammered out apologies. "I would appreciate the help getting back to my bed. Sorry, I fell asleep after sending you directions."

"It's okay, you're sick, we brought you jelly packets and energy drinks if you like them," Izuku said holding up a plastic bag he was carrying.

Tsuyu took the bag from him and hid it in her blanket.

"Thank you, Izu-kun, kero."

Izuku simply nodded before moving towards Tsuyu. With quiet confidence and grace, Izuku picked Tsuyu up in a princess carry.

Tsuyu's face became red but said nothing as Izuku climbed the stairs. The boy was blushing red but said nothing as well.

When they were at the top, Tsuyu broke out of her stupor and poked Izuku on the cheek.

"I'm in the room at the end of the hallway," Tsuyu said pointing to it. As Izuku nodded and walked towards it, Tsuyu poked him in the cheek again. "Weren't you supposed to not do anything strenuous for a week?"

Izuku blushed at the reminder.

"I know that, but this isn't too bad and how else was I supposed to help you up?"

"Allowing me to lean on you would have been enough. But I do appreciate this. I feel safe in your arms."

A wide grin crossed Izuku's face as his eyes became slightly teary. The boy said nothing though as he opened Tsuyu's door and gently lowered her onto the bed. Letting the frog girl get herself comfortable. Taking this moment, Izuku looked around the room.

The room was a light green with dark lily pads painted on the wall. The walls were also dotted with photos of Tsuyu with her family. Frog plushes were littered throughout the room and a small waterfall filled the room with the white noise of flowing water.

Izuku's attention was drawn toward Tsuyu's desk where all her frog doodles laid scattered.

"Izu-kun," Tsuyu said, drawing his attention.

Izuku quickly moved to stand beside her. Tsuyu motioned for him to bend down. Once he was close enough. Tsuyu reached up and gently bopped him on the head.

Izuku gave a sheepish smile as he rubbed his head.

"Consider yourself punished for straining yourself." Tsuyu then sat up and pulled Izuku close with a hug. "Remember next time, we are here for you. Even if this is the first time we've met, I consider you a friend."

"Thank you Tsu-chan, I promise that I will try to remember that." Izuku said. Tsu simply nodded her head with a small croak. She then closed her eyes and Izuku could see that was quickly drifting off to sleep. Without making another sound, Izuku left Tsuyu's room and made his way downstairs.

He was greeted to Momo panicking in the kitchen with a young girl that looked like Tsuyu. Satsuki if Izuku remembered right.

"Momo-chan, is everything okay?" Izuku said making his way over.

"Ah yes, Satsuki asked for a snack and I thought I would cut up some apples that I brought. I was thinking of cutting them up to be cute but I've never done anything like that before so I… I panicked," Momo confessed embarrassed.

"Op-op, Momo-nee, you don't have to stress about the apples," Satsuki said tugging on Momo's skirt.

"Thank you Satsuki-chan. I just wanted to make it special." Momo gave a smile and pat on the head.

"Momo-chan, can you get me a knife and cutting board, I can show you how to make rabbit apples," Izuku said.

Momo's eyes sparkled as she set her knife down and pulled out tools for Izuku to use. Izuku helped Satsuki sit on a barstool so she could watch safely. Momo handed Izuku half of a freshly washed apple.

Very methodically, Izuku walked Momo step by step through cutting the bunny apples. As Momo continued practicing with her half. Izuku finished his half and cut up another apple. Taking the half, Izuku decided to show off a bit and began to cut each half in a way that when spread out would create a leaf. Izuku did the same with the other half and with slightly unsteady hands, was able to place both onto the plate without ruining it.

"This is so cute," Momo said as she quickly placed her apple rabbits next to the apple leaves. She pulled out her phone to snap a quick picture. Izuku smiled seeing Momo being giddy and quickly typing away in what he assumed was the group chat.

"Op-op, nii-san, you're really skilled with the knife," Satsuki said looking at the plate with starry eyes.

"I'm not that good, my mom can do it a lot better," Izuku said rubbing the back of his head and snacking on the scrap cuts.

It was around then that Kyoka and Samidere stuck their head in the kitchen doorway.

"I take it the snacks are ready if Momo, Himiko, and Mina are blowing up the phone about how cute it is," Kyoka said.

Izuku takes the plate and hands it to her, "Best eat it now before Momo decides it's too precious to eat."

"I would never," Momo protested causing Izuku, Kyoka, and Satsuki to laugh. Samidere watched with a bored look but cracked a small smirk at least.

Izuku helps Satsuki off the stool and moves to clean up the kitchen. Momo tried to help, but Satsuki took her hand and guided her back out to the living room where the snacks were. Honestly, Izuku preferred this. He wanted the quiet moment when it was just him and the task in front of him. Finding an apron, Izuku dons it before rooting around the cabinets.

Opening one of the many bags that Momo brought, Izuku pulled out a lot of ingredients to make curry. Tsuyu mentioned that her family really loves it and Izuku wanted to cook up a dinner for them. Knowing how hard it can be sometimes to cook food when you are tired, Izuku figured this would be a great way to make their day.

With a silent thank you to Momo, Izuku starts cooking.

Momo and Kyoka sat together as Samidere and Satsuki were entranced by the Muppet movie that Kyoka brought over.

Nudging Kyoka before leaning in, Momo whispered, "Do you think one of us should stay with Izuku? He seemed a bit melancholy."

"I think he needs some time by himself. Everyone has been hovering over him lately. Let broccoli boy have his space," Kyoka said, "Mundane tasks like cooking makes him happy. Especially if it's to feed others."

Relenting, Momo said, "I don't want to become overprotective, I just… want to do something nice for him, and in the end, he had to teach me."

"Did you see how bright his smile was when he was cooking with you though?"

Momo froze, Kyoka could see the gears turning in her head. A small gentle smile grew on Momo's face.

"Yeah, yeah he was smiling."

"See, Izuku will be just fine. The last thing we want to do is make him feel like he is useless, yeah?"

Nodding her head, Momo allowed herself to relax and enjoy the movie as well. She had never seen it before and was quickly drawn into it.

Sometime later, Kyoka snapped a picture of Momo and Satsuki singing together as the young frog girl sat on her lap.

As the movie was drawing to a close, everyone in the living room started to notice the faint sweet and savory smell that was coming from the kitchen. When Izuku called for everyone to come to dinner, they were there in seconds. Even Tsuyu shuffled into the kitchen in an oversized hoodie croaking softly while sniffing the air.

Izuku wasted no time serving everyone.

"Kero, this is soo good, kero," Tsuyu said before chowing down.

"Opop, nii-san can you teach Tsu how to cook this? I want to eat this more, opop," Satsuki said.

Samidere did not say anything as he was too busy devouring his plate.

"I hope you made a lot, Green. If Mina and I can go through one pot, and with Momo here, I'm doubting two will be enough," Kyoka said.

"Hey! I don't eat that much," Momo said while blushing trying to hide the fact she was already on her third plate.

"It's a part of your quirk to eat a lot Momo-chan, it's okay." Izuku gave Momo a warm smile making her smile. "And have no fear, I made enough to feed a small army. There were a number of large pots in the kitchen, I used six of them."

"We have a large family," Tsuyu said. "Need a lot of pots to cook whenever they come over. Where did you get all the ingredients, kero? I didn't know we had enough in our fridge for this."

"Oh, Momo was kind enough to buy all of these," Izuku answered as he ate his plate of food.

"Don't be so modest Izuku, you're the one that picked out all the ingredients. The shop owners at your local marketplace absolutely adore you. They made sure you got the best of their goods," Momo said going up for fifths.

"I always help them out in the mornings after my runs. It's a little embarrassing how well they treat me," Izuku said blushing.

"Izuku is pretty much their favorite local hero. I hear them speak of Izuku with more praise than any other of the local heroes," Kyoka said.

"Huh? When did you hear that?" Izuku asked surprised.

"I walk through there on the way to your place. Whenever someone talks about hero news, the shopkeepers scoff whenever certain ones pop and go on about you being better to whoever listens."

Izuku could not say anything as he was hiding his blushing face in his hands. Tsuyu, Momo, and Kyoka shared a look enjoying how cute Izuku was when embarrassed. Satsuki's head was tilted to the side as she watched Izuku while Samidere simply raised an eyebrow before focusing on his food again.

The table delved into small talk as they slowly finished their meal. Momo and Kyoka were quick to send Izuku out to the living room with the Asui siblings. He tried to protest at first before a firm but gentle hand on his arm from Tsuyu stopped him. He allowed Satsuki to drag him away to the living room, the girl quickly pulled out her crayons and eagerly showed off each of the colors. Tsuyu and Samidere watch in silent amazement at how Izuku seemed to be completely enthralled by whatever Satsuki was saying. Even if it sounded more like gibberish at times than Japanese.

By the time Kyoka and Momo rejoined them, Izuku and Satsuki were drawing together. Izuku was doing outlines of whatever Satsuki wanted while she colored them in. Everyone else settled down to watch another movie. This time an action-packed superhero movie.

Izuku was not sure when it happened, but it wasn't until the movie ended that he realized that Satsuki had fallen asleep on his lap. Once the explosions started Satsuki made Izuku move so they could watch the movie together. They were sitting side by side on the floor at first but when she started getting sleepy from all the excitement she crawled into Izuku's lap. Izuku, who was used to this behavior from Himiko by now, did not even think twice as he wrapped his arms around Satsuki.

Kyoka, Momo, and Tsuyu took a couple of pictures of the two and shared them with the only girls chat. As the others cooed over how cute the two were, Tsuyu found herself staring very intently at Izuku.

"We're home," a feminine voice called out from the doorway.

"Welcome home," Tsuyu and Samidare called out.

"It smells good in here," a gruff voice said walking into the living room. Izuku recognized him as Gama Asui, Tsuyu's father. Gama froze when he realized there were guests there.

"Tsu-chan, you better not have pushed yourself to cook when you're sick dear," Beru Asui said as she walked into the living room as well with bags of food. She too froze in surprise seeing guests.

"Hi mom, dad, did you not check your phones, kero? I told you there were guests and food here. My friends watched over Satsuki and Samidare for me, kero." Tsuyu gave her parents accusatory looks as they had sheepish smiles.

Momo and Kyoka stood up and bowed, "Please excuse our intrusion," they said together.

Izuku tried to get up but stopped remembering Satsuki was napping there.

"Pardon my intrusion," Izuku said softly.

"Izuku-nii was the one who cooked dinner for us, left a bunch of leftovers for you too. It was good, guo-guo," Samidere said croaking at the end. He excitedly hopped to his feet and hugged Beru. "You should try some too, guo."

Beru melted as she picked up her son, "If you're giving it such a glowing review I shall." Beru gave Izuku a questioning gaze only to get a bright smile in return.

Gama approached Izuku and knelt down. Understanding what the man wanted, Izuku lifted Satsuki up and handed her to Gama. With a gentle smile and nod, Gama took his daughter and began taking her upstairs.

Tsuyu shuffled into the kitchen following her mother and brother. Leaving the three friends by themselves for a second.

"I think that was a successful babysitting gig, don't you think?" Kyoka said relaxing against Momo.

"I agree, today was a lot of fun and hopefully everyone also enjoyed themselves." Momo leaned back against Kyoka enjoying the close contact.

Izuku checked his phone and was surprised to see how late it got.

"Momo-chan? Would your driver be okay taking us home? I don't think Kyoka-chan and I will be able to make it to the last train." Izuku said, pulling up the map to check the time.

"Please do not fret, I had intended for my driver to take us home so they are aware already," Momo said with a warm smile.

Kyoka patted Momo's head causing the ravenette to blush.

"I'm grateful you're always looking out for us Yaomomo," Kyoka said teasing the heiress.

"Looking out for my dear friends is only proper," Momo said pouting while Izuku and Kyoka gave her appreciative smiles.

Their conversation was interrupted when Beru came out of the kitchen. The teens were surprised when she bowed before the three of them.

"Kero, thank you three for helping take care of my children and for being so kind to prepare dinner for them. Even leaving leftovers for us." Beru said while she kept her head low. "Knowing that Tsuyu has such kind friends to help her out for nothing, it means a lot to my husband and I. So thank you, very much."

"Tsu is our friend, it is only natural we help each other out," Momo said standing up. She bowed her own head. "Thank you for accepting us into your home, it means a lot to us." Kyoka and Izuku quickly followed her lead and bowed as well.

"Oh you children," Beru said wiping a tear. "Do you need me to drive you to the trains? Or back home? I think the last trains might have departed. Which train line do you need to take?" Beru pulled out her phone and was rapidly tapping away at it.

"Please do not fret aunty. My family driver will make sure we all return home safely," Momo said trying to calm the woman. Beru was stunned and looked up at Momo while blinking in confusion.

"Mama, please do not worry, kero. Momo's family is very well off and employs personal drivers," Tsuyu said coming out of the kitchen before sneezing. Momo was by her side in an instant giving her a handkerchief. With a grateful smile, Tsu took it before using it. "Thank you Yaomomo."

Momo said nothing as she simply beamed.

"I think it's best we leave now," Kyoka said looking at her phone, "parents are asking when I'll be back."

"Of course dears, please don't let us keep you. Have a good night, kero." Beru bowed her head in appreciation once more.

"Have a safe drive home, kero" Tsu said giving them a wave.

"Guo-guo, bye bye!" Samidere said, sticking his head out the kitchen and waving them off.

"Have a good night," the three said together with one final bow before exiting the house.

As the three were in Momo's limo, watching the outside world pass by, the three began to doze.

When the driver got to his first stop and looked back into the limo, he wore a small smile. Many times he had seen Momo asleep all alone in the limo. It warmed his heart to see her smiling contently in her sleep as her friends dozed on her shoulder. Snapping a few quick pictures, the driver quickly sent them off to Mrs. Yaoyorozu. He wondered if he would get a bonus for capturing a rare moment like this. He at least knew Mrs. Yaoyorozu was going to give him an expensive cake as she always does when she got pics like this.

Looking at his phone one last time, the driver smiled seeing Mrs. Yaoyorozu gushing over the picture and promising him a delicious cheese cake.

I wanted more chapters to just allow the everyone to just exist more and this is one I came up with. I wanted to give Satsuki and Samidere their own unique croaks to help them standout more as their own characters. That and I think it is a fun way to introduce how other country hear how their frogs croak. Satsuki's croak is from Thailand while Samidere's is from China.

I guess this is also shows how everyone tries to look out for Izuku in their own way. Himiko and Mina being somewhat overprotective, Rumi jokingly saying she do worse to him, Momo unsure how to be best be supportive and learning from Kyoka there is a time to be pushy and a time give space. Tsuyu also has her own blunt but caring way.

It sucks how FFN has been lately, I always love reading reviews and not being able to recently has been a bit of a downer. I hope everyone is still enjoying the story and I can't wait to hear from yall again!

I will do my best to get the rest of my half-baked ideas polished and out for everyone to read.

Have a good day!

PK OUT!
