"Sir." someone said to the captain\ King of the island.

'How many?" the captain asked his subordinate.

Almost everyone that lost someone, had something that they did or didn't do." the man answered the captain.

'let them go, I'll deal with them later, we have bigger issues to worry about." the captain said as he looked at the growing number of Grimm.

"Sir?"

"Where will any of them go, as far as their families know they already have their sons, daughters, wives, husbands, mothers, and fathers with them."

"And even if they don't how will any of them explain how they look much younger than they are supposed to look?" the captain said before he lifted his hand and sent a concentrated blast of air into the Grimm slicing a hole in their number.

...Change...

"Well, here we are.' Raven said to Willow, Pyrrha, and Jaune before she turned into a bird and flew away.

For a long moment one that felt like hours Willow, Jaune, and Pyrrha looked at the Airships that were flying towards Beacon Academy, each of them knew what day this was but none of them could believe it.

The only reason why they followed Raven through the portal was out of instinct, but none of them knew what they were supposed to do, now that they were here.

"Why don't we go sit down." Jaune said to his partners when he noticed that the people around them had started to notice that none of them had moved.

They walked towards a nearby bench and sat down, none of them knew what to do and yet they knew that they had to do something, but they didn't know what.

Willow took out her scroll and began to look through the internet and she wasn't surprised to find that the world that she was in was just like the one that she had come from.

Everything was the same, even her old self.

"I need to go home." she said to herself before she used her old account number and paid for a private ship to come and pick her up.

It didn't take long for the airship to arrive and Jaune felt Pyrrha hold his hand and as he turned to look at her she said.

"I need to see my mom." before she turned to look at Willow who nodded and signaled to her to get on.

Jaune watched as the two of them flew away, but he felt the world around him become quiet when he saw himself and his old friends running for the airship that was about to leave them behind.

Jaune could only sit quietly as everything that he had experienced flashed before his eyes until he found himself on the island and the time that he spent on it followed.

He then looked at the remnants of his sword and remembered the only person who could help him right now, so he stood up and began to walk home.

he walked in a daze, he walked down the same old streets, past the same people whose faces he had gotten us to, and past the buildings that he had grown so comfortable with even if he had never gone inside them.

Yet as the sun set and he entered his old home, he walked towards the only room of the house that had someone in it at the moment.

"Hello Jaune." he heard his grandpa say to him.

Jaune didn't say anything as his grandpa's smile dimmed and then returned just as brightly as it was before he saw who was in front of him.

"Or should I say, Mr. Arc, well just because you're older doesn't mean that you can't give your grandpa a hug does it?" his grandpa said to him as he held his hands open and hugged Jaunwho ran up to him.

"Grandpa I'm sorry!, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" Jaune cried in his grandfather's arms and the old man simply held him tightly.

"You didn't fail, you became what you wanted to be and now you know a hero's pain." his grandpa said to him with the same firm yet warm voice that Jaune remembered.

"Cry my boy, cry as much as you need then tell me what happened." the elder arc said to his grandson.

Jaune slowly regained control over his emotions and then as he let go of his grandpa he began to tell him everything that his younger self was about to experience.

As Jaune told his grandpa his story, Willow stood next to her sleeping father's body and used a skill that she learned on the island to heal his Dust sickness.

The moment that her father opened his eyes she hugged him yet their reunion was short-lived when the sound of a glass cup shattering on the floor made them turn and she found herself looking into the eyes of her older self.

Willow quickly created a wall of ice to stop her older or perhaps it was her younger from running away and she began to tell her father and younger self everything.

She ignored their questions and the looks on their faces and kept on telling her story.

Pyrrha didn't wait, for her mom and dad to say anything, she simply told them to sit down and began to show them a video of things that hadn't happened yet, things that her family would later do without her.

Then she began to tell them what she knew and put their arms around her as they tried to comfort her.

"So when are we going to meet him?" her mother asked him.

'That's just the thing, I know that you met him, but I wasn't there." she answered her mom before her scroll began to ring and both Jaune and Willows's names appeared on its screen.

As Pyrrha was about to answer her scroll Raven landed in front of her older self who didn't say anything as the two of them looked at each other.

No words were needed if she had anything to say then her sword would have to say it for her.
