Chapter 2: Issei's Betrayal and Rise of the New Kaslana

Before Issei was taken to the heaven by Kiana Kaslana, this is his story about his betrayal on his past life.

(Flashback before he was taken in the heavens by Kiana)

[Location: Kuoh Academy]

After Issei saved Rias from her arranged marriage with Riser Phenex, his life returned to normal. He usually went back to his friends, Matsuda and Bala, also known as members of the Perverted Trio.

They were actually peeking into the girls' changing room, but they were spotted by the Kendo members, Katase and Murayama.

"So, perverted trio, do you have any last words?" Murayama asked them a question, more like a threat, which made many of the Kendo girls members gather around while holding their kendo sticks tightly, but then Issei and his two friends gulped in fear.

On the other hand, Kiba and Koneko, who were eating their lunch and sitting on the bench, were peacefully enjoying their meals quietly until a noise was heard, revealing Issei and his two friends running for their lives. This caused Kiba to sweatdrop while Koneko had a stoic face, sighing in disappointment as she muttered her thoughts.

"(Sigh) Why does Baka-Issei have to be like this? Can't he change his hobbies and stop peeking on girls every day?" Koneko asked. Kiba reassured her by saying.

"Just give him a chance Koneko, it's not a bad thing for his hobby to peek girls everyday plus he needs to adjust himself so he can able to understand and perhaps change his life into something better." Kiba said to her, which Koneko nodded as she understand him. Then they resumed eating their meal quietly as the silence went peace again.

[Location: ORC Clubhouse in Kuoh Academy]

In the ORC Clubhouse, we see a black raven haired in her pony tail style wearing a Kuoh girls uniform and a 3rd year highschool student named Akeno Himejima and also a girl who have blonde haired and emerald green eyes who and she is a first year highschool student named Asia Argento.

"Ara Ara~, Issei-kun seems get himself into a trouble with the kendo members again, don't you think Asia-chan?" Akeno said to her, which Asia curiously look outside the window only to see her adopted older brother get beaten up by kendo girls then sigh as she said.

"Either Issei-san is like that, I've always accept him of what he is, I don't care what others say but he is always have a good heart and he is willing to fight for us. He even give us new hope which it is all thanks to him." She said in her own words, which Akeno giggled herself as she also agreed on what she said. But Asia think about something as she asked to Akeno.

"By the way Akeno, where is Rias? I never seen her in this school very much, and it is been a week for now?" She asked Akeno, which Akeno doesn't have any clues as she shrugged her shoulders not knowing where is her leader. But then they immediately go back to their work as Asia assist Akeno to do her paperworks and finished it as soon as possible.

{Timeskip}

It's already 5 PM; most of the students have gone home. As Issei said his goodbyes to his friends, he headed over to the ORC clubhouse to meet up with his teammates. Upon arrival, he noticed the girls were now seated on the couch, and Kiba was standing behind them, looking curious.

"Sup guys, is there anything wrong?" Issei asked them, as Akeno said to him.

"I don't think were fine, Issei. Actually we're worried about Rias eversince she's been absent in a whole week. However, someone else who message on us via magic telecommunication. That person who can help us to know where Rias is?" She said to Issei, much to Issei's confusion about who is this person will help them were is Rias.

But then, a crest shows up which revealed a Phenex Crest, which Issei and Kiba ready their Sacred Gear which the person reveal Riser Phenex, heir of the Phenex clan and a high class devil.

"Ahh, Riser has arrived in the human world again." He said making his grand opening to them, but soon he fixed himself as he look at Issei in serious as he said.

"Issei, I wish no harm to you, I'm here to help you where Rias is now." He said to Issei while raising his hands showing that he comes no harm to them, this made Issei and Kiba lower their guard as they let Riser talked which he said.

"I know where Rias is, because one of my members managed to track her but there is something I couldn't explain." He said as he show them the flashdrive he holds as he continued saying.

"I don't think you will see this Issei, like I said before, one of my peerage member managed to track her and she concealed her presence so that she can't be detect by Rias and she immediately place a hidden camera on the room before she leave and record everything we have. When I saw the video that we placed the camera in, it surprise me about what happened to Rias so I couldn't watch it anymore, so its your choice to watch it. Before I leave, I'm always a good guy since in the beginning, but also I want to thank you for changing my life into better way, and I give you advice, you should not let yourself been fooled by her and you need to find better women than Rias and moved on. That's all, Issei Hyoudou and good luck." He said to him, as he tossed the flashdrive to Issei, which Issei catch it easily before Riser teleport himself back to Underworld.

With the flashdrive in his hands, Akeno decided to get the laptop and place it on the table. Then she opened it as Issei give the flashdrive to her which Akeno takes it and plug it in the laptop and search the files on the flashdrive. But when she found the file, they gulped as Akeno click it which it shows...that Rias is having sex with another guy which he doesn't belong in Kuoh.

Issei couldn't believe that the girl he loved is cheating with another man other than him. He watched Rias in the video who is feeling enjoyed her pleasure with the other as the man make Rias' pleasure feel intense as he do it to her roughly, as they reach in climax they cummed each other. Rias also had a ahegao face feeling that it satisfied her pleasure and she said something about Issei which Issei widen his eyes in shock at what she said.

"Oh Issei, if he were here, he would probably suffer when he saw me having sex with other man. He is nothing but weak, pervert and also a worthless virgin man. He is nothing but my pawn in my board, I only just want him so he can set me free from my arranged marriage with Riser. Soon I will dispose him and never, ever love him, I will reject him and replace him with someone I love. (Giggles in Maniac)" She said to herself, as she and the man continue doing their intercourse as much as they want as the video stops in the end.

This made all of them have disbelief on their faces as Issei turned away from them and ran out of the ORC Clubhouse. Then, Kiba who was beyond anger or livid took out his sword and went towards the chair where Rias was sitting beside her desk. When he stopped near her desk, he let out his rage by destroying the chair of Rias repeatedly before proceeding to destroy the desk, which he could not stop himself from doing. However, Akeno, Asia, and even Koneko, who were holding back their anger as they hated Rias for what she had done to Issei, eventually calmed down and came to the conclusion that Rias would have let them die just as she did to Issei. They felt hurt and they even considered her as a childhood friend, friend, master, and sister, but since they found out what she truly is, they decided to rank higher than the High-Class Devils so they wouldn't suffer under her orders. However, Kiba realized that Issei was a Longinus wielder, which is a Boosted Gear, after Issei sold his arms into a dragon arm, which he asked Akeno to do.

"Akeno, if I remember something, do you know what will happened to Issei?" He asked her as Akeno widen her eyes as she warned him.

"Oh no!!! Kiba, you need to fetch Issei quick!!! There is something like a curse which I read it on the history books about dragons. That curse is called as dragon's fall, it is a curse which it can poisons every type of Dragons that includes half breed and sacred gear user who owns dragon's soul like Ddraig the red dragon emperor. It can only be done by betrayal or cheating. So now go before it's too late!!!" She said to him, which Kiba rush outside to find his comrade Issei. Not only him, but also Koneko and Asia followed him behind without saying another word, leaving Akeno who just contact Sona Sitri about what happened.

"Sona, look I need your help now, it is emergency and also we need to meet here in ORC clubhouse as soon as possible." She said to Sona via magic telecommunication as she end her call which she takes the flashdrive and keep it safe to avoid revealing the secrets from Rias.

[Location: Abandoned church]

As Issei hid himself inside the church, he immediately recall everything in his past with all happy times with Rias, but everything shattered when she said those words to him. So he decided to summon his Sacred Gear, as he summon it he strike himself in his chest which he grunt in pain as he found something inside, he pulled it out revealing his evil pieces, the mutated pawn pieces.

Then he dropped it as he stepped on it, breaking it down into pieces. He was no longer a devil, but soon he felt something and coughed up blood. As he dropped himself and lay in the pool of blood, he lost consciousness. Ddraig saw this and said.

"Oi! Get a grip on yourself, Issei. You don't dare die on me, partner! Issei!!! Issei!!!" He shouted at him, noticing how Issei was already struggling to stay alive.

But soon, someone came to his aid, which it shows a white haired girl with golden yellow with eye pattern. She is wearing in white and black with violet lining in her dress, she also had B-C breast size and she also had thicc thighs. Issei couldn't believe that he will see her in his dream, but he passed out.

However, he heard dragon and the beautiful goddess talking to each other, which was unknown to him. But there was something else flowing down his mouth to his throat. He tasted something, which was "blood," and after he drank it, he felt his blood changing as his remaining blood of the devil was changing into something much stronger. He paid no mind to his pain, but when he felt gone, he opened his eyes to see the goddess from his dream was real. He wanted to ask who she was, but he passed out again before he could ask her.

After he passed out, he dream something which is a White haired man with piercing blue eyes who is sitting on his throne with a banner on top which shows a blue serpent formed into a circle like a world.

Once again, he heard the stranger who is sitting on the throne as he said.

"Ohh, its strange to find someone who is look like me. But don't worry, soon you will use my powers to become the strongest hero of humanity. And of course, you should become my direct descendant and you will purge any evil beings including honkai, Issei Hyoudou or should I say, Kevin Kaslana - The Descendant of Kevin Kaslana." ??? said to him as the dreamscape began to shake and glow bright light which Issei accept it while embracing the light towards him.

(End of Flashback)

[Location: Heaven]

As Issei woke up as he said the word: "DELIVERANCE". It create a strong shockwave as every low to seraph class angel tossed away or knelt down, except for the 3 Archangel Brothers who stand still without a single move, but deep inside their hearts they feel fear as the energy is not belong to devils nor angels. It is same power as their new goddess, but when they came back to their senses, they immediately restrain him from escaping as they don't want him to wreck havoc in their home. After that, Issei managed to bring his senses back as he saw the people wearing their white/golden clothes or armor, then when he was about to ask them, he saw the same goddess who just walk inside the room. This made him look nervous that ain't a dream but a reality.

Kiana, who just walk inside as she sense a little force of honkai which it is impossible, but then she knew most of low class to seraph class who just got unconscious by the sudden force but luckily it doesn't affect her archangels. When she walk towards Issei, she asked him in worried looks.

"Excuse me, are you alright? If you're not alright, you need to take a rest for a while, please?" She asked him, which Issei answered her nervously.

"I-I'm fine miss, I never thought that I would let myself loose control into something, I think I should leave here before I could do something happen to you or others." He said to her, which Kiana said to him.

"Oh no no, everything will be fine, you just need to take some rest for a while, you need to gather your energy so you can move properly, but before I leave you here, you should check your new looks because I am the one who saved your life but at cost your blood and appearance." Kiana said to him as she create a mirror through the void powers before she tossed the mirror to Issei who catch it easily and look at his new appearance as he saw this, he was shock and amazed about his new appearance.

(Imagine Issei has a looks of Kevin Kaslana. He is actually Kevin Kaslana's legacy/descendant.)

Once he checked his appearance, Kiana fake cough to gained Issei's attention to her which he did, then Kiana told him as she said.

"Once you're fully recovered within 15 minutes, Archangel Michael here will guide you to the throne room as I need to see it, if it fits me well… and if you're wondering where are we, we are in the heaven more specifically Angel Faction. That's all." She said to him, as she walked outside and head to the throne room, which Issei listened to her words before he rest for a while within 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes of recovery, Issei was met by Michael, who was standing and smiling at him.

"Greetings young Red Dragon Emperor, my name is Michael also known as Archangel Michael, one of the Archangel of God." He said to him, as Issei looked at him in shock as he wanted to bow down infront of his divine presence, but Michael raised his hand to stop bowing him which Issei did. But then, Michael ask about the name of wielder who wields the boosted gear.

"But before we go, may I know what is your name?" He asked him, which Issei introduce himself to him.

"Issei… Issei Hyoudou is my name, Lord Michael." He said as Michael nodded before they went to the throne room.

In few minutes, they've reach the throne room as they went in, many angels from low to archangel class were present at the coronation of their new leader of heaven. Which Issei is confused about this event, but he saw the goddess who is sitting on the throne, which Michael answered about Issei's confusion.

"Young Issei, this event we have is the coronation of the new leader of heaven. Meaning the Goddess over there who is sitting on her throne is our new leader of heaven. And if you're wondering why, our God the Father who died from the Great war alongside the 4 Satans, but a miracle happen for many years that God give us new hope which is our new leader. That goddess name is Kiana Kaslana, she is from another world and she is also human but she has a power of the God which she is the most powerful, more powerful than Ophis and Great Red, the Dragon Gods. And she is the one who fixed the heaven system, which she is truly worthy to be our leader of heaven." He said to him, which Issei knows her existence as a Goddess.

Once again, after they announced their new leader, all angels bowed down to their new leader with the bells ringing loudly as a sign of their new hope, joy, and glory of their new leader of Heaven. After that, Kiana ordered her angels to go back to their work, as the coronation was now over, and all angels decided to head back to their work. Then Kiana stood up from her throne as she walked over to Issei and Michael, who were waiting for her. Once she arrived, Michael bowed down to her in respect before he immediately returned to his work, leaving both of them alone. Once Michael had left, Kiana asked Issei about their conversation with Michael.

"So Issei? What are you two talking about?" She asked him, which Issei said to her.

"Oh that one, me and Lord Michael were talking on something in your event which is the coronation of heaven. More than that, I was surprised that you are the new leader of heaven though I was sad that God the Father died according from Michael. But either ways, I would like to congratulate you for becoming the new leader of heaven. And I also want to thank you for saving my life, and if you didn't save me, I would die there and I would never see my parents and even my adopted sister Asia." He said to her, as he kneel down to her, but then Kiana cupped Issei's face as Issei look at her which Kiana said.

"You don't have to thank me, in fact you are my destined one that God grant me in my life. Even if I saved you by turning you as one of my member of Kaslana family… It's a miracle for you to be alive than dead. Also promise me that you will swear the oath of my clan, do you understand?" She said to him, which Issei nodded to her as Kiana release her hand off from Issei's face. But then, Kiana also said to him as she said.

"Good, but in order to get yourself stronger. I will teach you the way of fighting alongside the Kaslana's fighting style and from the 4 Archangels fighting style within 2 weeks. And also, one of the archangel named herself as Gabriel, she will teach you about the etiquette in both indoors and outdoors, especially your morality and whatsoever. Moreover, you should have another name as your permanent name since you inherited my blood, so its your choice to name yourself." She said to him, which Issei listened to her words, but this made Issei think about what his name will be, but then he recollect from his dream with the conversation of the white haired man saying that Issei is Kevin Kaslana - The direct descendant of Kevin Kaslana. But then, Issei already accept of what he is, as he said to Kiana about his terms and his new name.

"Kiana, I accepted your terms and I wish myself to be the strongest hero of humanity, and I want to redeem myself for what I have done, so I discarded my old name and life as Issei Hyoudou. I am no longer Issei Hyoudou what they know, I am now Kevin Kaslana - The true direct descendant of Kevin Kaslana. The hero of humanity, the Flamechasers and the Deliverance." He said to her, which caused Kiana to widen her eyes on what he said that he is now direct descendant of her ancestor Kevin Kaslana. But then she said to him as she said.

"Heh, Kevin Kaslana - The direct descendant of Kevin Kaslana, that name is very interesting. You're really like him just like I saw from Aunt Theresa's information. Very well then, Kevin for I, Kiana Kaslana, the leader of heaven and the herrscher, promise you that I will train you well and take care of you as your destined one." She said to Issei or now as Kevin, promise him that she will take responsibility to trained and take care of him, which Issei gladly heard those promise as he bow down to her as a sign of 'Please take care of me', which both of them have their time with each other.

(Timeskip 2 weeks later)

For two weeks, Issei is no longer known as Issei Hyoudou; instead, he goes by the name Kevin Kaslana. He has become well built and handsome, and therefore attracts many women. During this time, Kevin undergoes rigorous training from the strongest angel, Joker Card of Michael named Dulio. The training is extremely difficult, but Kevin perseveres through it, knowing that he must show no fear or weakness. Now, Kevin is on equal footing with Dulio, and so is Kiana. Dulio, who is sparring with Kevin, admits that he is already at his limit because Kevin possesses the strongest weapon, Judgment of Shamash, in the form of Might of An-Utu. This weapon was meant for Kiana, but when Kevin touched it, it transformed into Might of An-Utu, recognizing him as its true wielder. Kiana then gave her weapon to him, as she no longer needed it since she had acquired her own weapons and powers.

Dulio believes that Kevin having his ultimate trump card, makes him struggle in his fight, but when the flames from Kevin's sword increase, which has also been fused by the modified Boosted Gear that was upgraded by Kiana, making him the most powerful human wielder of Boosted gear. But once Dulio couldn't take any longer, he yielded to him, and Kevin stopped as his sword turned into its gun form. Then he put his gun in his holster as he walked over to Dulio, offering a helping hand. Dulio accepted it, and he praised Kevin for it.

"Wow Kevin, you're fighting skills are amazing. I've never thought that you could surpassed me in both terms of power, you really did a great job." He praised Kevin, but Kevin is unfazed on his praise as he said.

"Whatever, but you need to do your training everyday. What if there is a war from underworld, we will be disadvantage on fighting those evil beings especially if our numbers are very low." He said to him, which Dulio also remember that day, when Kevin and Kiana saw some angels making a deal with the terrorist which it considered them as traitors, this makes Kiana and Kevin become furious as they capture them alive, then Kevin decided to cut off the traitorous angel's wings using his Might of An-Utu while Kiana banished the traitorous angels from heaven into hell, making those traitors never come back to heaven nor come in human world. Which it is a warning for those angels who wanted to ally with the terrorist and they did not as they were completely loyal to their Goddess.

But then, Archangel Gabriel came by herself which Kevin and Dulio saw her as they both bow down to her in respect as she said to them.

"Greetings sirs, I see that you win again Kevin-kun, but I was sent here by Kiana-sama to fetch you. This is very important discussion and she's waiting on the Throne room." She said to them, which Kevin and Dulio said their goodbyes to each other as Kevin and Gabriel walked outside the training room which they headed to Kiana's Throne room.

Once they reached there, they entered her room where the three Archangels, Michael, Uriel, and Raphael, were kneeling down in front of Kiana. As Kiana herself was sitting on her throne, Kevin and Gabriel walked towards the three Archangel brothers, who then knelt down as well, while Kiana announced something.

"Okay then, I am here to announce you all that, Me and Kevin will head back to the Kuoh town to observe and eliminate most of the rogue fallen angels and stray devils to avoid bloodshed on the humans. Not only that, I also wish for Kevin to visit his family too, since it's been two weeks now, and as a promise that me and him will marry soon, is that right, Kevin?" She said to them, as four archangels who are now shocked that she and Kevin will head back to Kuoh, which they never talked about because it was her own decision, and they also understand that she and Kevin will soon get married because Kevin proposed to her three days ago; he confessed his feelings to her, and they became lovers, and soon-to-be married husband and wife.

But then, Kevin also understand his lover's decision, which he never decline it as he wanted to visit his family since he was gone for 2 weeks, but then Kiana said something to Michael as she said.

"Michael, as much as I wanted to stay here, I have a mission with Kevin in the Kuoh town so I decided that you will be my second in command while I will be gone, but also can you notify those 2 exorcist who is been sent in a mission to retrieve Excaliburs pieces. Since Kevin has already have a real Excalibur in his hands and of course, we also need to find where is the EA - the sword of rupture, in the Kuoh town since we also detect it's presence somewhere. Of course, it is best to tell them the truth of the heaven as I don't want them to loose their faith to God especially me becoming their new God of heaven, is that clear?" She said to him, which Michael listen to her and understood as he also give her an advice as he said.

"Of course Kiana-sama. But we also wanted to let Gabriel accompany those 2 exorcist as she will be the one will lead them in Kuoh and she also know about Kevin's home location." He said to Kiana, which Kiana accepts Michael's advice as she said.

"Very well then, I will accept that so Gabriel do your job properly, and for now, Kevin let's get ready so pack your things up and let's meet in the Gate in 5 minutes before we leave today. Now this meeting is dismissed." She said to them, as they are now leaving which Kiana goes back to her room to pack her things up while Kevin heads to his own room next to Kiana's room packing his things and his weapons in his luggage bag.

After they're done packing their things, they immediately head to the first floor of heaven which they have arrived. Once again, Kiana who is in her Herrscher of Void Suit while Kevin who is in his world serpent suit ready themselves to leave the heaven before they head to Kuoh as Kiana said.

"Are you ready, Kevin-kun?" She asked Kevin which Kevin answered her.

"Hmm, I'm always ready; especially when it comes to the fight. I've also missed my birthplace including my parents too." He said to her, as Kiana nodded at him as she use her void portal that leads to the Kuoh City in Kevin's home more specifically Issei's home.

But before they could leave, Kiana asked Kevin to give her a kiss. Kevin sighed and gave her a kiss on her lips. After kissing, they pulled their mouths apart, revealing a string of saliva - a sign of their proof of love for one another. Then, they immediately walked towards the portal, leaving Heaven behind them as they headed to the Kuoh Town.

[Location: Kuoh town in Issei's home]

As they both arrived at Kevin's home, Kevin felt relief as he inhaled and exhaled repeatedly. But Kiana put her hands on his shoulders, reassuring him that everything would be fine. Kevin was grateful for her support; then she changed out of her suit into more casual clothing, which was normal for her to do so as not to attract any suspicion from Kevin or Issei's parents.

"So are you ready to meet your parents?" She asked Kevin, which Kevin looked at her as he don't know what will be his parent's reaction to his new appearance, but he nodded to her that he is ready as they went infront of the door to meet his Parents.

But only God knows what will happen as they wished them for good luck to Kiana and Kevin Kaslana.
