Chapter 19: To the Final Battleground

In the WBBA Headquarters...

"Sill no sign of it." Ryūsei mused, the teams from the other countries doubled up their efforts to search for Nemesis.

Out at sea...

Rago unleashed the power of Nemesis to raise The Lost Kingdom from the ocean. "The God of Destruction has already woken within Nemesis. Now the only thing left to do is to release all the energy it contains at once."

"Soon, The Lost Kingdom will be reborn." Pluto chuckled. "When that happens, it will be time for the true destruction to begin. At last." he laughed when the pillar of dark energy shot down from the skies.

Around the world...

With the awakening of The Lost Kingdom, earthquakes started occurring all over the globe.

In the WBBA Headquarters...

"Father." Ginga lead the others into the command center.

"What just happened?" Yuki asked.

"Everyone, come look at this." Ryūsei had various small window screens pop up over the large monitor.

"Strange things are occurring all over the world." Hikaru added.

"The power of the God of Destruction is even affecting Gaia's own power." Dynamis realized. "Gaia's delicately preserved balance of nature is beginning to fall apart."

"I wonder how this will affect the evolution of Nemesis." Yuki mused.

"Can we use this to figure out where Nemesis is?" Ginga inquired.

"Madoka." Aleksei voiced from the communications. "Everyone, we have some important information to share with all of you. Please look at this." he showed an image of Earth taken from space. "This is a current image of Earth taken from by our country's satellite. It would be hard to figure out using only data from the surface but look here." he magnified the image, focusing on a consistent ripple in the atmosphere. "We can confirm a disturbance in part of the Earth's atmosphere."

"So, where is this place?" Masamune demanded.

"It appears to be located in the area of the Pacific Ocean." Aleksei replied, sending the coordinates over.

"It's in the ocean." Yuki realized why all their efforts before were futile. "We were never going to find anything by searching the ruins on land."

"But how could it be in the ocean?" Ginga wondered.

"It is The Lost Kingdom." Seina supplied. "The Kingdom of King Hades that had been sunk to the bottom of the ocean along with the sealed King Hades."

"The Lost Kingdom of King Hades." Ryūsei repeated. "Hikaru, calculate the exact location. We'll send the nearest survey ship there at once. Ginga and the other Legendary Bladers, hurry to the heliport on the roof now. Tsubasa and Madoka will navigate the helicopter."

"Dynamis." Seina reminded the defense specialist.

"I understand." Dynamis nodded and the pair snuck off.

"Warrior of Saturn." Seina voiced from outside the Beylin Fist group's door. "We're leaving right now to fight the God of Destruction. In order to win against Nemesis, we need the power of all the Legendary Bladers; not even one can sit this out."

On the heliport...

"What's the big hurry?" Johannes jumped in, with Cycnus, Herschel and Keyser in tow. "Don't rush off. Stay and play with us for a while."

"We're a race against the clock here." Ginga snapped.

"The Lost Kingdom of King Hades will soon be revived." Johannes grinned. "Until then, we will not let you leave here and there's nothing you can do about it. We already know the Legendary Bladers are very strong. That is why..." he turned his attention to the helicopter and released his Bey.

"Anubius." Yuki fired off his Bey, seeing Keyser release his Bey at the helicopter, with Dynamis following suit, only to have Cycnus and Herschel block off the attack.

"I won't allow that." Tithi sent his Bye flying, knocking Beelzeb off course.

"Everyone together." Johannes ordered. "Stop him right now."

"We cannot make any hasty moves here." Ginga reminded "Our only choice is to defeat them one by one."

"I don't think so." Johannes sneered. "Our one and only aim is to hold you back. We never intended to have a real battle."

"Don't think so, kitty." King retorted. "Time to put the cat out for the night." he then sent Variares towards Lynx.

"Got you now." Johannes grinned, Lynx shooting down on the helicopter. "Don't move a muscle." he stopped Ginga from rushing to Tsubasa and Madoka's aid.

"Reinforcements have arrived." Masamune declared, the others joining up.

"These little weasels just keep coming." Johannes growled.

"That's Kronos." Yuki recognized the Bey entering the battle.

"You've come, Aguma." Seina smiled.

"Special Move: Great Ring of Destruction!" Aguma released his attack, throwing Johannes' group into the wall.

"It's falling!" Madoka exclaimed, she and Tsubasa running out of the falling helicopter.

Aguma jumped in front of the helicopter and stabilized the chopper. "Bao, I'm going on ahead." he informed Bao. "Take care of the rest."

"Come back." Johannes whined, watching the helicopter leave before retreating, seeing that their objective had failed.
