Note: It's Karry Universe's sixth anniversary and yes, the sixth anniversary chapter is inside Hitchhiker's Guide instead of inside Karry Universe itself. Don't worry, there will be a chapter inside Karry Universe which will be declared an official anniversary chapter but it needs to go up later in the plot, since it connects to the Aquawar plot as well, so you're getting two anniversary chapters this year as Millie loves doing them on the day of the anniversaries (Sigma long since gave up doing these for his stories, but let us know if you want him to start them again, as they'd make good Hitchhiker's Guides and Bounties)

An Outsiders Perspective

Kayla was writing in a journal – it wasn't her Hitchhiking journal, but one more personal to her. She was getting down what she'd been thinking for the past few months, ever since her arrival on Karry Universe to cover for their Kara's pregnancy.

"What you doing?" Zari asked, pulling Kayla's attention from the journal. "You go world hopping still with that Vibe Junior?" Zari had seen Kayla writing in the journal after she went world hopping.

"Not today. No, I realized I didn't write any thoughts down on the perfect world yet, so decided to start a section here in my other journal," Kayla explained.

"Other journal? How many do you have?" Zari asked.

"Some would say too many, I would say, not enough," Kayla chuckled.

"Did you say perfect world?" Mon had come down the stairs at that, drawing Kayla's attention. "What perfect world?"

"This one. Other worlds know this world as the perfect world," Kayla explained.

"Any reason why?" Mon asked, sitting on the couch next to Kayla.

"Besides the fact that Kara and Barry seem to have more money than Carter has pills," Zari added, perching on the nearby armchair.

"Cat's son's on drugs?" Kayla asked, suddenly concerned for the young actor.

"Oh crap, no. It's just an Earth saying," Zari added, correcting herself.

"Oh," Kayla paused at this. "Well, the money thing is part of it. Prime were the ones who actually pinpointed them as the perfect world. I think originally there was also something about every relationship working out on this world and Ronnie not dying and Eddie not dying either… just, things seem to go right for this world."

"Everyone here does seem pretty content," Mon mused at this.

"You know, it was also the last world standing in Crisis," Kayla added; she might have chosen to die with New Justice, but she had heard what happened after she was killed there.

"What does that mean?" Zari asked.

"It means it's the strongest Earth in the multiverse," Kayla said. "All the other Earths had to die before this Earth could – and from what I heard they nearly stopped Crisis here."

"Go Karry," Mon said with a smirk.

"Well, it helped that the Totems are strong here and that they were the last defense against Crisis," Kayla added, nodding to Zari's own Air Totem, to which she clutched caringly.

"The Totems are mystifying things. I'm not surprised the ones of this world tried to survive," Zari stated.

"I do wonder what others think of this world," Kayla said, getting back on track and looking at her journal. "You know, there are three people I know of who moved to this world permanently after their world died: Amelia Allen, Leonard Snart, and Wally West. I wonder why they chose this world?"

"Well, let's get them here and find out," Zari stood at this, and Kayla smirked, picking up her phone and calling them.

"What do you want to do until they get here?" Mon asked.

"Wanna make out?" Kayla smirked.

"I'd pass on that," Zari chuckled, looking between the two

They didn't get the chance to go further though as in that moment, Wally ran in to the room, followed by both Amelia and Len – there was a local Zap Tunnel for the latter two, after all.

"Hey, so what's going on?" Lenord 'Len' Snart asked, taking a seat as Wally perched on Zari's abandoned arm rest. Amelia leaned against a wall, wondering why she had been summoned here herself.

"We were just wondering what is it that made you three choose this world?" Kayla asked. To this, the three looked at each other confused. "Was it because it's called the perfect world…? Was it something else?" Kayla pressed. This would all add to her journal entry.

"Honestly? I felt like I didn't have a choice," Wally spoke up. "I was the first stranded, I think, that the multiverse system ever came across. There was no Prime stranded human department. When I was told my world was dead I didn't know what to do. Prime's Cisco was the one who pointed out this world didn't have a Wally and I didn't have a world, so I could come here. But this world wasn't perfect for me. I spent a lot of time just adjusting and then when I finally decided to make this a home, I had to fight for who I wanted, for Jesse to choose me over Jax. It took work for this world to feel like home, but it has finally become that. I have my wife and my child, my sister and my father too out there."

"Why did this world not have a Wally of their own?" Zari asked; she knew Joe West was now in Washington DC and had seen Iris West on the news a few times – they couldn't all be stranded like Wally.

"Oh, apparently my mother overdosed here while she was pregnant with me," Wally explained.

"That's a knock on this world being perfect," Kayla mused.

"Death doesn't stop here," Amelia spoke up. "People die. My biological mother died here like many other worlds, while Krypton still blew up. This Earth's original Leonard Snart died during the Darkseid attack – a lot of people died during Darkseid. A very dark time for this Earth."

"People died outside Darkseid too. Felicity Smoak, I believe, was one of those," Wally added. "And this world's Cisco, sort of."

"But people survived here through events that killed them on other worlds," Kayla pointed out. "Eddie and Ronnie survived the Reverse Flash, Astra survived that Myriad thing, and Henry survived Zoom," she knew other worlds well by now – especially Prime and Alien Earth.

"Reverse Flash and Myriad were before us," Wally shrugged at this.

"But Zoom wasn't death-free. Remember, our Rae died," Amelia pointed out. "Doesn't matter she wasn't of this world originally because that hurt."

"How about we get back on topic," Mon suggested, seeing this was going down a dark path. "Amelia, why did you choose this world?"

"You were on Mutant originally," Kayla pointed out, knowing that through Vibe Junior.

"Mutant was like Karry was for Wally, only for me. I felt I had no choice but to be there after being saved from Gender Earth – and I liked Kara and Barry along with their young Kal, but unlike Wally, there wasn't anything there I could fight for. I was just depressed. The world didn't match with me, so their Barry brought me here and I saw my nieces… the same ones that my Kara and Barry had… and I knew this world was right. And then my dad was with Cat Grant, the step-mother who raised me on my Earth. The pieces matched and this world was close enough to my world I felt at home here."

"So, you could say this world was perfect for you?" Mon spoke up.

"I guess you could," Amelia said with a nod. "I came here during the Darkseid event though, and I fought for this world because it meant a lot to me." At this, Amelia rolled up her sleeve and showed a tattoo with the name 'Karry' over a globe. "No matter what this world has thrown at me, I will be here to help keep it running. Through getting the Death Totem, Crisis, and even this war with Atlantis, this world has given me my mother, my father, my brother, my nieces, and my husband. It's home."

"Sounds pretty perfect to me," Kayla smirked at this.

"Well, we do have one more left. Why did you choose this world?" Zari spoke, drawing attention to her but looking at Len, who had been quiet throughout this.

"Millie and me are from the same world. I came here for her," Len stated.

"I told you, it's Amelia now," Amelia pointed out, but chuckled at the old name he used for her. "Besides, there was more than that," Amelia said poking him in the arm. "Your sister?"

"True," Len nodded. "My sister died young on our Earth so having Lisa here was a plus as well as having Millie. Besides, I needed to get away from my gay alternate and his husband." There was a pause at this, confusion at the statement. Len sighed. "I was in Prime's stranded human apartment building before coming here and they had another me who was gay and had a husband. They wanted a three-way. No thank you." A couple of people giggled at that.

"Why does he call you Millie?" Zari asked.

"It was my nickname on my home earth," Amelia explained. "When I came here I got rid of the nickname to just be Amelia. Len hasn't adjusted yet."

"And I never will, Millie," Len said, emphasizing his chosen name for her. Amelia tossed a pillow at Len who responded with his own pillow.

"You know," Kayla said, grabbing the returning pillow with her Kryptonian reflexes. "I get why you three chose this world now – there were definitely factors there. But this world seems to have a weird magic over other worlds, which is especially weird since magic is dead on this world."

"What do you mean?" Mon asked, Kayla. He had his arm around her shoulders now, not having moved from his spot next to her since they started.

"I mean every world I go to, unless it's a completely brand-new world, seems to have a relationship with Karry and it's always a good relationship. Is there a world that doesn't like Karry?" Kayla asked.

"SuperFlash," a new voice spoke, and the group finally noticed Cisco was in the room.

"Junior, what are you doing here?" Kayla asked, knowing this was Mutant Earth's Vibe, her Hitchhiker companion.

"I was going to suggest we check out a different world I found but talking about Karry from an outsiders view seems fun too," Cisco explained, taking a seat as well. "But SuperFlash and Karry were like water and oil. The two Barrys argued with each other from the moment they laid eyes on each other from petty things like naming kids to how to handle the Daxamites. SuperFlash and Karry are not the Earths to combine ever."

"Weirdly Twin calls SuperFlash a perfect world," Kayla mused, having spent enough time on Twin to know this. "I guess you can't put two perfect worlds together."

"You know, there is someone else who should get in on this conversation," Cisco added. "Someone else who chose this world for something important. Not to move to, but she would definitely have an interesting perspective."

"She?" Kayla raised an eyebrow at this.

Cisco opened a portal without further explanation though and returned a moment later with a familiar woman: Rae. She was in her New Justice outfit and Leona was connected to her, so the group knew this was New Justice's Rae. Clarky, her dog, also came through the portal.

"Premo!" Rae snapped, seeming annoyed. Kayla figured Cisco had just grabbed her without asking.

"Vibe," Cisco corrected again.

"Vibe Junior," Kayla corrected once again.

"Kayla!" Rae grinned as se moved over to hug her alternative sister-in-law. Kayla did like her New Justice sister and family as much as she did Prime's and Karry's now. "Why am I here?" Rae now asked.

"We're doing some Karry Universe research and what draws people to this world," Cisco spoke before Kayla could, causing her to roll her eyes; Mutant Cisco was latching onto her thing with this, but what else was new? She started the hitchhiking and Cisco had joined in, after all. "I thought you might have an interesting perspective. Different from the people who chose to live on this world permanently when they couldn't go home."

"Why?" Rae asked, looking between Junior and Kayla now.

"Because you chose this world too," Cisco pointed out. "You had the whole multiverse at your disposal, you could have chosen anyone to help you with your Reverse Flash, but you chose Karry. Why?"

"Oh. Well Frankie told me of the connected worlds, and I was going to choose one of them anyway because they knew of the multiverse and I thought would be more willing to help," Rae explained.

"So that did limit your options some," Cisco said with a nod. "But if memory serves correctly, when you joined the multiverse system there were still about ten worlds. What made Karry Universe stand out?"

"Premo himself lessened it to two choices, stating Prime or Karry would be the best," Rae mused. "He stated Karry had the better technology back then, and well…" Rae paused, there clearly being more to the reason she chose Karry than the advance tech. She put her arm on her daughter. "It might seem silly, but Karry Universe had a Justice League called the Justice League, while Prime's is the Justice Society. I had just lost my Justice League and Clark had just died in my arm. Going to another Justice League for help just made sense. I know logically the Justice Society is the same thing, but the Justice League name just has a special place in my heart."

"So, you were drawn to this world like Amelia, because of a similarity to your world, even if it was just the name of their team of heroes," Kayla mused.

"I guess," Rae said with a shrug. "But I wouldn't change it even if I could. As far as I am concerned, I chose right. Karry helped me beat my Barry the first time I had to, and they gave me new hope; helped pushed me to rebuild my League and became my family. Barry here is the big brother I always wanted. Not that Prime Barry hasn't become that too, and SuperEarth's come to think of it, but that's not a matter of importance here."

Kayla nodded as she took in what Rae said. But before anyone could say anything more, there was a flash of speed, and Karry's Barry was standing in the room with Nora and Alura holding his hands – the three must have ran together.

"What is going on here?" Barry asked. "First Amelia, Len, and Wally come here and then the portal tracker keeps going off with portals here."

"I forgot you had that," Cisco said, biting his lip.

"Leona!" Alura called out to the little girl, who responded with some cooing.

"Aunty Rae," Nora said herself.

"Rae, what are you doing here?" Barry asked, smiling at his alternative cousin.

"I don't know. Ask Junior here," Rae said, running up to Barry and placing Leona in his arms before she crouched down to talk to the twin girls. "Want to go for a run faster than your dad can take you?" She asked the girls.

"Yay!" Both twins yelled, and Rae ran from the Lake house, Clarky barked, clearly not liking being left behind, and started running himself, even if he hadn't a shot at catching up to Rae at the speeds she was going.

"Hey, those are my daughters!" Barry yelled out and ran after his cousin still holding Leona.

"Don't leave me out of this!" Wally said, jumping up and running after them.

"I guess we're done?" Len asked, standing.

"I think we are," Amelia agreed, Len happily leaving the house himself to return to what he'd been doing before.

"Kay-Kay?" Mon asked, looking at Kayla who was now in deep thought.

"I think she's processing," Cisco stated.

"I've got to write," Kayla suddenly voiced, grabbing her journal, and leaving the room too, heading to her room for some quiet – which was hard given her Kryptonian hearing and the speedster running outside.

-Hitchhikers-

Once in her room, leaving Zari, Cisco, Mon and Amelia back in the living area, Kayla set her journal on the desk as she started to write her thoughts.

Continuing on my previous thoughts, it was interesting hearing the views of this world through the people who chose it – and even Rae, who chose this world above all others to help her when she needed it most. Kayla continued. It seems like most people were drawn here for one similarity to their home world. For Amelia, having her nieces and Cat Grant; for Len, having Amelia and his own sister, while for Rae it was simply the name 'Justice League'. Only Wally felt he had no choice, but even he fought to make this world a bit like his world in the fact he got Jesse.

She didn't know where she was going from here, so continued writing anyway. It's honestly interesting to know there seems to only be one world who doesn't like Karry Universe – that being SuperFlash. I have never visited them before, but they did come back after Crisis. Maybe someday I'll visit them. After I am done with my Karry maternity cover.

Kayla had to wonder what could draw her to this world, and the Lake House itself was quite a pull. I have to admit, the tug of this world is even strong with me and honestly, I think the reason behind this world being so popular will never be completely understood by me, but it's interesting to hear other people's thoughts – even if there are definitely deaths in the past of this world, mainly due to Darksied.

Regardless, I have to agree with Prime: This is almost the perfect freaking world.

Post Chapter Note: Well, we hope you liked this anniversary chapter. It's different from other anniversaries, and like Kayla I would like to hear your thoughts on Karry and this chapter.

Happy Anniversary to Karry Universe!
