Our Bunch
Part 1
"Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Tonight we'll be joined by Japan's favorite power couple-" The host paused after the audience gave an excited reaction, "And they would share to us a little about their family for the first time!" The cheers got louder hearing that the couple will be formally introducing their little inspirations.
Once the applause died down, "For a couple of years, they have introduced to us their little angels though social media and little from their previous interviews. The couple is known to be private with their lives especially with their children but today we'll have the privilege to get to know their little bunch." Female audience were the eager ones after Kuon would often post snippets of his three children, Kyoko on the other hand would feature little about her mommy adventures.
"Without further wait, please welcome Kuon and Kyoko Hizuri!" squeals and shrieks filled the studio after the couple appeared. As usual like any other interviews the couple waved at their fans and took their seat to the offered sofa.
Clearly the host was thrilled, "Thank you so much for choosing my show to talk about your private parent lives~" The host giggled like a teenager.
Pleased with the warm welcome, "You're always welcome. Besides, Sena-san had been kind to us in the past." Kyoko recalled when Kuon decided to reveal his true identity and celebrity lineage to National television, and Sena Nagisa had been kind enough to help them publicizing his real name.
Flustered that the couple appreciated her aid in the past, "Oh hush, it's the least I can do for my favorite couple~" She gave a kind smile, "By the way, congratulations on your new baby!" on cue an image of Kyoko with the new born baby flashed on the screen; the cute chubby cheeks were red and puffy.
Kuon felt proud of Kyoko for being strong, "I am so happy everyone is welcoming Julienne already." Kuon chuckled.
Sena dramatically gasped, "How can they not! Look at him! He's a mini Hizuri Kuon!" Sena said in defense. "And it's adorable how little Sean gives all the love to his new baby brother." She cooed at the picture of the one year old toddler just gives all the slobbery kisses to his baby brother.
Kyoko giggled once she remembered, "Sean is just happy to have another sibling, you see even if the Cain loves Sean and tries to spoil him, Sean sometimes protest wanting to return the affections Cain is giving him but the toddler is not giving him a chance, though its adorable to watch them argue who loves who most."
The host nodded in agreement, "At least they try to show it to him." Sena assured, "I have children of my own, and my oldest son Shougo spoils my youngest-" She giggled, "And I know how those little world of their own works."
"I guess most moms out there experience these type of adorable dilemma." They share a little laughter and Kuon just sat there lost. Sena noticing Kuon.
Turning her attention to the actor, "I saw your recent update, it was hilarious." Sena mused at Kuon.
Kuon gave a heartly laugh while the clip plays in the back screen, the audience were intertained at Kuon and Kuu's fatherly and grandfatherly antics, "Truth to be told, Kyoko and our mothers were out for some ladies day at that time, and my dad and I decided to make some funny videos to embarrass the kids in the future, you know passing on the tradition?" He gave a wink which mused the audience.
"So Kuu Hizuri did the same?" She gasped in surprise.
Kyoko exaggerated on making a tall arms motion, "You can't believe how many home videos dad made for Kuon, and I assure you I saw so many sides of my husband that no one ever knew. It was a tower of VHS collection too! " Kyoko cunningly grinned at Kuon who pouted at her.
Trying to shift the topic, "And thus, my dad passed on the torch and I got three boys." He smirked. "Though, the ones I recently made is actually a 'How to Dad' some works-some don't, it depends on the child. Ours got some serious personality of their own, especially our middle son." Kuon chuckled.
Sena was waiting for this moment to bring up the main topic for their babies, "Since we're on the topic already, can you tell us about your babies?" She excitedly asked.
"We'll start with the eldeat, Cain. The little boy is a spitting image of Kuon's BJ character! Quite gentlemanly, a heart breaker, affectionate to his siblings, but once he sense danger or just gut feeling about Sean, he'll be over protective and would be ready to aggressively defend him." A picture of her two and half years old toddler adorably giving his baby brothers a tight protective hug. "I am always amazed with his gut feeling-" she nodded, "One time a year ago, he cried real hard begging his dada not to stay home, and Kuon not wanting to upset him further since the baby was desperate and already coughing from all the tantrum, stayed home. Later that day, the studio where Kuon was supposed to be for his taping exploded after a gas filled prop was damaged." the audience of course remember the incident.
Kuon with a warm smile, "Good thing that day I called in which prompt the whole crew to postponed the scene and went to the next location, saving everyone from the incident. I and everyone could have perished if I came in for work. So we owe everything to my eldest boy's gut feeling." Sena was amazed of the fact that it was actually the eldest Hizuri baby that saved everyone that day.
Kyoko with a smile, "And ever since when Cain express his discomfort and warn us about something, we'd follow, it never failed." she added.
Again the host gasped, "I feel like Cain-chan is a great psychic!" still amazed.
Kuon then, "Other than his amazing gut feeling, he's quite the normal baby, he loves playing, dress-up with his Nana Julie. But mornings with him is another story." Kuon mused.
Kyoko sighed, "Sadly he inherited Kuon's awful morning habits, like waking up on time, and dislike for breakfast." Kuon awkwardly chuckles.
Trying to calm his wife, "We always have Sean to make him eat, right?" He gave that innocent smile.
Kyoko rolled her eyes which made thwir viewers laugh, "That's why I give him the task of taking Cain out of his big boy bed and dealing with bath. Cain is very specific with his water temperature and loves staying in the tub. I swear he has an infatuation with either the sea and the tub." glaring at Kuon who had those habits in the past.
The poor husband was just anxiously smiling which made the host laugh at his reaction, "Like I said, it's Sean that solves everything." he insisted.
Shifting the topic to the middle child, "What about Sean-kun, he looks so cute in his chef uniform!" Sena screeched at the picture of the baby sitting on his diaper padded butt; wearing a camouflage chef uniform and matching hat. The toddler looked like Saena Mogami with his own adorable scowl, except the emerald eyes.
Kyoko's mood changed, "Seanie-boy is very expressive from all our boys, he's also a mini Taisho, who loves food and cooking, he took an interest on that tiny spatula and whisk-" Kyoko giggled.
Kuon this time added, "He found it once in the drawer and now he won't let go. Plus he loves to boss around his nii-chan and keeping him straight." Kuon gushing over his sons.
The adorable diaper clad year old is in a chef outfit playing with the his uncle-grandpa, LME's respected CEO cosplaying as another chef, "The kitchen set was courtesy of his favorite aunts and my fellow Love Me girls-" Kyoko mused, "They hesitated because this might be a girly thing for him, but whatever he's happy with then we're supportive of it." She even added, "Yukihito-kun, Kuon's manager and our brother from another mother gave the kids an adorable giant play house! Though, It is Sean who often uses it." Shaking her head and hummed.
Another slide of picture where Sean's little chubby hands are being guided on holding two slices of breads sandwiching Lory's big head recreating 'Gordon Ramsey's Idiot Sandwich meme' and this caused the audience to be in fits. "There are plenty of male chefs out there, and our boy is starting young." Kuon beamed in pride.
Then Kyoko supplied, "Our family securities calls him Taicho for some reason since he often acts like an old man owning a restaurant or an inn owner." Kuon remembering the time his middle son just babbled an angry mutter while his nii-chan was throwing tantrum which then caused Cain to start stiffling and cowering in fear of his baby brother.
"Also, Sean as a baby he was never fuzzy or had any terrible tantrums; bath and feeding time is are a breeze, walk in the park just as smooth... until its nap time." Kyoko had a flat and a bit of disappointed reaction about the nap time which made audience laugh. "I do t even k ow what is his vendetta against naps. He does not throw fits but just frustratingly sits up when you make him lay down, the when you leave, shortly you'll find him standing on his crib holding on to the side and calling help from the family cat.
The host was taken back with all the hilarious information about the Hizuri babies, "What does he do after those?" Sena was quite enthusiastic to know the Hizuri children's little quirks.
Kuon this time responded, "He loves to play with his cooking set and would try to climb down his crib, Soysauce and Tofu, our cats would scheme with him to crawl out his tiny prison called crib and crawl his way to the play pin where his play house is." Kuon explained.
"Does Sean-kun allow his Nii-chan to play with his cooking set?" Sena asked.
"Yes, he does. He was never upset of it, except he never lets Cain touch the toy stove or the knife." Kuon thought and Kyoko hid her smile being fully aware of the reason.
"Does this remind you of what happened in the past when you played Cain?" Kyoko snorted at Kuon who looked pale.
"Oh no… Does this mean, Cain is really is really me in the past?" Kuon playfully gasped which earned a few laughs from the viewers and staff.
"I think our little chef already knows it and already making precautions." Kyoko nodded with a hum. An adorable picture On Sean in his familiar costume and diaper flashed on the screen. He had that iconic Mio squint whilst sucking on his camo binky.
"If you don't mind me asking, why is Sean's name foreign?" Sena asked.
"Oh! It's just a coincidence!" Kyoko said in defense, "You see, when he came out, he really looks like my mother, Saena Mogami, especially when he squint and glares!" Kyoko smiled. "So to at least let my mother know that she's still in our lives and show her little version, we tweaked her name and named our second son 'Sean.' She was so happy when she met him for the first time." Kyoko's heart melted all over again.
"Mother-san never played favorites over her grandchildren, actually she takes plenty of time off together with my parents and watch the children at home. They prefer to watch them than have us get nannies or baby-sitters whenever we're busy." Kuon further explained.
Their fans knows how hands on the couple is to their children. "And lastly, our new angel, Julienne~" Kyoko had a falling in love tone in her voice. "He's named after Juliena Hizuri. Look how he resemble the beautiful blonde hair and emerald green eyes!" Kyoko swooned as she cooed at her youngest. The baby's two months old picture being carried by Julie Hizuri, of course he is a carbon copy of Kuon, but to avoid Julie being jealous after their second son being named after Saena.
Another picture of Kuon holding the tiny infant in his arms with a hilarious caption from Kyoko 'When you worked hard carrying him for nine months, but this guy did all the work?' made their fans in the studio burst in laughter, "He's quite the glutton honestly." Kuon laughed inwardly, "He can finish at least two bottles, and he'll throw a fit if you don't let him have more. I'm just surprised that he's not gaining any weight!" Kuon admitted.
Being Kuu Hizuri grandson the mad a blackhole of a stomach, "No doubt, he has all the Hizuri genes." Kyoko reminded her husband who sighed in defeat. "Right now, we're still observing his likes and dislikes. And apparently his favorite at the moment is Sho-kun." Kyoko revealed. "He visits regularly, and plays with the kids, but his biggest fan as of the moment is actually the two months old." Kyoko revealed, "Sho-kun would play his guitar and Julienne would start to kick, coo and give him those cute little blinks."
"I think you'll have a future musician and Fuwa-san would be his coach!" Sena excitedly said since her eldest Shougo is a singer and song writer as well.
The father being unsure, "We'll see." Kuon and Kyoko nodded, "But whatever path he takes, we'll support him." The staff and viewers admired at how supportive the couple is to their children's future.
After the interview ended, Kuon and Kyoko updated a post over their social media about a play-time clip of their kids. "Hew…" Sean clumsily placed a toy egg over his play kitchen counter and feeding their giant white Maine Coon, "Offo ech!" he was trying to say Tofu eat. The camera was a bit shaky and the camera man is clearly stiffling his squeals.
Cain then interjected, "No-no, Tofu can't bwite eggy!" he reminded.
Sean cutely tilted his head, "Wat?" Sean made eye-to-eye contact to the giant cat asking it what it would like to eat. Tofu only meowed and the camera man recording the scene burst in cooes and squeals.
With the camera man calming down and steadily holding the phone, "Here baby, give Tofu treats." And Yashiro handed the toddler a fish shaped cookie like treat.
Taking the tiny cookie treat, "Entle!" Sean commanded as his little chubby hands open to feed the cat, Tofu being gentle nibbled little-by-little until it was finished, "Lab!" and Sean hugged the cat.
Cain on the other hand complained to his baby brother to feed him, it was safe to say Kuon's clingy side was inherited by Cain.
Yashiro wantes to take another angle, when, "OW!" The cameraman's agony trying to pull himself out from his restrictions.
In concern, "Yuki-kun, are you alright?" It was Kyoko's voice.
Realizing, "I think I'm stuck…" The poor manager slash camera man was stuck through the play house's window. Kuon's loud cough of laughter and wheezing can be heard from the background, "Kuon help!" Was the camera man's cry.
After taking a tumble from his laughter, "Hold on let me get this first…" Kuon took an embarrassing picture of his best friend and posted it over the comment section of the play-time clip.
