"Well, well, this is something." Elinor muses at the same time the door of her cell clanging open rouses her from what passed for 'beauty sleep' nowadays.

The glazed-eyed guard said nothing in answer other than stepping aside to let the true reason for the legacy's words slip passed into the cell. "Let me make this crystal clear." Talia Burns starts off with her arms crossing tightly over her front as she speaks "don't for one second think that anything you do in helping us will take away from what you've done to my family." The hunter says meeting the legacy's board gaze, "and once this is over you will be right back here to face justice for all those people you drained."

Elinor rolled her eyes at this "And how do you…."she started to ask only for the glazed-eyed guard to reappear at the hunter's shoulder.

"You're being transferred into this woman's custody until such times as she delivers you back here." The officer says as if reading some script. Actually, it was as if the human were suffering from the after-effects of Elinor's not-so-hidden talents in twisting a person's mind.

Elinor hisses under her breath when a fresh and heavily sliver-laced pair of handcuffs fasten around her wrists as she was pulled from her lounged place on the holding cell bed. "And why would I want to go anywhere with the likes of you?" the legacy scoffed once the keys for her new shackles had been passed back to a stoned-faced Talia before the guard departed once more.

"Because as much as you'd deny it, you do care very much about what happens to Juliette and to the rest of your family so shut the hell up and go get in the damned car." The hunter's mother growls.

"What are you talking about?" the noticeable wavering of the vampire's voice triggered a huffed scoff from the human woman. "What the hell have you and your Guild done to my…"

"This isn't Guild business." Talia argued forcing herself not to recoil as she roughly clasped the blonde-haired vampire's arm to start the brisk but needed guiding through the maze of hallways separating them from the running car waiting for them out front. "this is from your own camp." She clarifies in a low voice despite knowing full well the uniformed officers around them had already been compiled by Cal's newest dark-haired acquaintance not only to let her simply walk a known murderer right out the front doors.

"Well sorry if I've been out of the loop since first being turned into a gross turtle by my brother's literal witch of a new lover, on Little Bits orders no less then tossed into this Lilith-forsaken place." Elinor reminded with an honest groan of pain every time the silvery cuffs would rub against her already smoking and red raw skin as they moved along another hallway towards what passed for freedom.

"Don't start pouting it'll give you wrinkles, darling."

Talia couldn't help but snicker a little under her breath at the comeback when she'd finally shouldered open the final separating door.

"Should I ask?" the mother questioned whilst Elinor's eyes only blow wide with owlish shock at the sight of the dark-haired, green-eyed one leaning in guarded unease against the back passenger door of the running car waiting for them.

"No, just get a move on." The glowing emerald-eyed one hiss in reply before her literal glowing eyes snap to the blonde being led towards her. "Behave, young one." The mother ordered as the front passenger door was tugged open before the serpent slithered back through the half-opened back window of the car to coil tightly into the lap of the groaning teenager sitting in the back seat.

Even without the glare of the darkened windows, Elinor could tell Cal was nuzzling the great snake as if it were some fluffy puppy dog as more bloody tears slid down her cheeks. Theo huddled beside her in the backseat not fairing much better as Elinor slid into the front seat just managing to close the door before the tires spin out as the car fishtails around before speeding off down the roadway at a truly impressive speed.
