This is the life story of Peter Parker as the legendary hero Spider-Man. This will explore his destiny as a hero as he goes on the most difficult journey, he'll faces off against all sorts of danger and saving lives, he'll meet and team up with other heroes like himself in his long quest to becoming the greatest hero of all time.

48. II: Mister Negative Part II

Volume II: Mister Negative Part II

Note: This will be the twenty-third chapter of Volume II and the second part of the two part story. Martin Li is the super criminal and leader of the Inner Demons called Mister Negative, he has big plans for Spider-Man in his quest to take control of New York City. Ghost-Spider will fight to rescue Spider-Man from himself due to the corruption Mister Negative placed upon him, Spider-Man will make himself an enemy to the public as he goes up against anyone who stands against him. Cloak and Dagger will team up with the two heroes in putting an end to Mister Negative and his Inner Demons. Gwen Stacy will soon experience the biggest tragedy in her life as someone she live very dearly will die, her whole life is about to change forever.

It's May 16th, the time is 7:30 PM at the Thompson Residence, Rosie is on the phone talking to her son Flash explaining the situation that had happened at the shelter, Harrison and Jessie are worried for Flash too.

"I'm alright, mom. Spider-Man came just in time to save us all." Flash told his mother over the phone.

"Oh thank god, I was so worried for you, we all were." Rosie is relieved that her son is okay.

"I'm going to stick around at the shelter a little longer, I can't leave MJ all alone here. I'll try to get home as soon as possible." Flash told his mother.

"Okay, please be careful." Rosie told Flash.

"I will." Flash hangs up the phone.

Rosie turns to her family. "He's alright, no one got hurt."

"That's a relief. Is he still at the shelter?" Harrison Thompson is curious.

"Yes, he says that he can't leave Mary Jane all by herself in the city, so he's going to stay by her side to keep her safe." Rosie told her husband.

"Where is this shelter?" Harrison wants a location.

"It's in Chinatown in Manhattan, it's called F.E.A.S.T.." Rosie told her husband.

"Okay, thank you for telling me. I'm going there right now." Harrison is anxious to go.

"Please don't let anything happen to big brother." Jessie told her dad.

Harrison smiled back at his daughter. "I won't, I promise."

Harrison rushed out of the house as Rosie and Jessie stayed behind hoping that Flash will be alright given the kind of danger he faced today.

Meanwhile back at F.E.A.S.T., Cloak and Dagger explained everything they've learned about Mister Negative and his true identity as Martin Li, the very same man who founded this shelter they're standing in right now, everyone is still processing all they just learned about Martin Li.

"I can't believe it, Martin Li is Mister Negative. The same Martin Li who donated so much to charity and built this shelter to help people is really the criminal mastermind Mister Negative." May is still in shock by everything.

"I know this is hard to believe, but it's the truth. This all happened four years ago when Simon Marshall was experimenting for the Triads, that how Martin Li became the person he is now." Dagger told the group.

"No, I've worked with Martin Li since he opened this shelter, and he never gave an impression that he was a criminal mastermind, the Martin Li I know isn't who you're talking about." May told the group.

"May, we've both know that some people hide who they truly are. Don't forget that Wilson Fisk was also the same, he passed himself as a man who loved this city until he was exposed as the Kingpin of Crime responsible for harming the city. Martin Li is no different than Fisk." George Stacy reminded May of the Kingpin.

"Maybe the Martin Li you knew is still a good person, even the guy we've spoken to said the same thing, the experiment that created him turned him into a completely different person, it's like it unleashed his dark side and made him into the monster he is now." Cloak explained more details.

"I wonder if he..." May thought of something.

"What is it?" Ghost-Spider is curious.

"Lately Martin Li has been losing track of his movements, like he has no idea what he had done. From what you're telling me, it's sounded like he might be suffering from dissociative identity disorder." May told the group.

"What?" Mary Jane is confused.

"Multiple personalities, usually trigger by something too traumatic for the mind to handle that it created another conscious to suppress bad memories. I've seen patients who suffered from this disorder during my work as a nurse. The experiment that Martin Li was exposed to gave birth to Mister Negative." May explained about the disorder.

"So Martin Li might not know what he's doing, has no idea that he got a darker side that is really a criminal, that dark side is Mister Negative." Ghost-Spider says to May.

"Exactly." May told Ghost-Spider.

"Whether that's true or not, we can't ignore everything Mister Negative has done, we need to bring him to justice to end all the crimes he's committed." Lei Ling told the group.

"Agreed, Lieutenant Watanabe, put out an A.P.B. on Martin Li, let everyone know that he's Mister Negative and is considered be extremely dangerous." George Stacy told Yuri Watanabe.

"Right away, Captain." Yuri Watanabe pulled out her phone.

Yuri is making some calls as George then turns to Ghost-Spider who looks troubled as she still hasn't heard back from Spider-Man since he left.

"Everything alright?" George Stacy asking Ghost-Spider.

"I don't know, I still haven't heard back from Spider-Man, right now I'm really starting to get worried." Ghost-Spider is worried for Spider-Man.

May and Mary Jane are also worried for Spider-Man since he left to find Mister Negative.

At the Inner Demons hideout in Brooklyn Chinatown, Spider-Man is still held captive by Mister Negative himself who is really Martin Li displaying his power right before his eyes.

"What's the matter? Still shocked?" Mister Negative says to Spider-Man.

"This can't be. Why do this, Martin Li? Why become a criminal?" Spider-Man is very confused.

"Martin Li? Martin Li isn't here right now." Mister Negative tells Spider-Man.

"What do you mean Martin Li isn't here?" Spider-Man is more confused.

"The lighter side of me you knew is that of Martin Li, the kind hearted man who wanted to helped the disadvantaged struggling to survive out in the streets, but no one knew that he had a dark side to himself, that dark side is me." Mister Negative told Spider-Man.

"Why did you sent your men to kill May Parker? What did she do to you that you want her dead so badly?" Spider-Man wants to know why.

"She threatens my entire existence by getting me to seek help, I couldn't allow anyone to realize that me and Martin Li exist in the same body. I had to kill her before she became a huge problem." Mister Negative explained his reasons.

"You're one of Simon Marshall's twisted experiments, aren't you?" Spider-Man says to Mister Negative.

"Correct, the very same experiment that gave me powers also created me, awaken the dark side of Martin Li, after that Mister Negative was born." Mister Negative explained his origins.

"So you have two sides of yourself in one body." Spider-Man told Mister Negative.

"Now you're catching on. Do you know why I called my organization the Inner Demons? Have you ever heard of the Yin and Yang? In my culture, there's two opposing forces inside every living being, darkness and light. Even you Spider-Man have two sides, the one in front of me is the light side obviously, but you also have a dark side." Mister Negative tells Spider-Man.

"You're wrong, I don't have a dark side!" Spider-Man told Mister Negative.

"Yes, you do. There is darkness inside you, and I'm going to help you unleash it." Mister Negative tells Spider-Man.

Mister Negative placed his hand on Spider-Man's forehead as he uses his powers upon him.

"Ah! What are you doing?!" Spider-Man is struggling.

"Stay calm, I'm going to set you free very soon." Mister Negative told Spider-Man.

Spider-Man still yells as he is engulfed in Mister Negative's power.

(Inside Spider-Man's mind)

Spider-Man finds himself in a dark place that is very unfamiliar to himself, everything is full of darkness as he himself is glowing black and white just like Mister Negative.

"Where am I?!" Spider-Man is confused.

"We're inside your head, this is where you shall face your darkness." Mister Negative's voice.

A dark figure came jumping down and landed in front of Spider-Man, this figure took on the form of Venom.

"Venom?" Spider-Man is confused.

Venom attacks Spider-Man by tackling him down on the ground, Spider-Man then kicked Venom hard off with so much force, Venom disappears right before him.

"Face your darkness." Mister Negative's voice.

A mechanical claw grabbed Spider-Man by the neck and pulls him towards Doctor Octopus who is also inside his mind, Doc Ock then tossed Spider-Man hard at another figure that is the Kingpin who caught Spider-Man and squeezes him with every ounce of his strength.

"You cannot escape from it, it's a part of you." Mister Negative's voice.

Spider-Man then uses all his strength to break out of from Kingpin's hold, but then another figure attacked him with a surge of electricity, it's Electro. Spider-Man then breaks away from the attack and jumps towards Electro, he strikes back with a superman punch and Electro suddenly disappears, Spider-Man landed on the ground.

"Enough! Show yourself!" Spider-Man yells out in anger.

All of a sudden, a memory formed around him as he finds himself back at the Parker house where he finds Uncle Ben underneath the sheets after he was murdered.

"What is this?" Spider-Man is confused.

"This is where your darkness begins, where it all happened. How sad, someone you loved very dearly was murdered by some thug with a gun, it made you feel angry, doesn't it?" Mister Negative's voice.

"Stop this!" Spider-Man is feeling the pain.

"You wanted revenge for what that guy did, didn't you? And you almost had it that night." Mister Negative's voice.

Spider-Man then gets sent into another memory where he is wearing the wrestler suit and had his Uncle's killer at his mercy.

"Why? Why did you have to kill him?! He was innocent!" Spider-Man yelled out in anger.

"It wasn't... supposed to... happen...it was an... accident." Dennis Carradine is being choked.

Spider-Man wanted to take the man's life for what he had done to Uncle Ben, but then he spared Dennis Carradine in honor of his uncle.

"You could've killed him that night, you had that urge to take his life, but you didn't because your lighter side wouldn't allow it. Even though you've spared his life, that dark impulse you had in your heart never went away, it's still here deep inside you. Once you let the darkness inside, it never comes out." Mister Negative's voice.

"It's not fair, my uncle didn't deserve to die. He was a good man and he was taken from me." Spider-Man is feeling sad.

"Of course, and you tried to bury that pain by doing so much good as Spider-Man, but it was never enough. For all your efforts, there are those who still hate you and think of you as nothing but a menace. I can't feel all the suffering you carry inside you soul, you risk your life doing good and what do you get in return? Nothing, but pain and misery." Mister Negative's voice.

Spider-Man then feels so much darkness engulfing himself as it's too strong for him to resist.

"Give in Spider-Man, give yourself to the darkness and set yourself free!" Mister Negative's voice.

(Inner Demons hideout)

Mister Negative let's go of Spider-Man as the hero is now glowing black and white, he has been corrupted by Mister Negative's power and gave into his dark side, he has been freed from his restraints. Mister Negative smiled as the rest of the Inner Demons gazed upon Spider-Man.

"You've done it, now your dark side is free. Welcome to the Inner Demons, Spider-Man." Mister Negative smiled at Spider-Man.

Spider-Man is now corrupted and joined the Inner Demons under Mister Negative's control.

Back at F.E.A.S.T., George and May are with Ghost-Spider who is still trying to reach through to Spider-Man but to no avail, Yuri is also on the phone talking.

"Anything?" George Stacy is curious.

"Still nothing, his phone isn't working. I think that what I fear is true, he's in trouble." Ghost-Spider is very worried.

Yuri hangs up her phone and walks back to the group as George hopes that she's got a lead on Martin Li.

"Anything from your end, lieutenant?" George Stacy asking Yuri Watanabe.

"No, officers has been to his penthouse and he's not there, we still have an A.P.B. out on him, but so far he's hasn't been found." Yuri Watanabe doesn't have any good news.

"So basically we got nothing to go on. Ghost-Spider, did Spider-Man gave you any leads on where he was going?" George Stacy asking Ghost-Spider.

"He managed to trace the signal of one of his Spider-Tracers to Brooklyn, that's all I know." Ghost-Spider gave them a clue.

"Lieutenant, have every precinct in Brooklyn widen their search for Martin Li and the Inner Demons." George Stacy told Yuri Watanabe.

"Yes Captain, on it." Yuri Watanabe pulled out her phone and made some calls.

"We'll join in the search." Cloak told the group.

"Please if you find Spider-Man, make sure that he's alright." Ghost-Spider asking Cloak and Dagger.

"We will, promise." Dagger assured Ghost-Spider.

"Thank you." Ghost-Spider is grateful to them.

"Let's go." Cloak told Dagger.

Cloak summoned his powers as he pulled Dagger in and teleported them both out of the shelter in their search for the Inner Demons and possibly Spider-Man. Ghost-Spider can't help but wonder what could've happened to Spider-Man, she can only pray that he's alright.

Back at the Inner Demons hideout in Brooklyn Chinatown, Spider-Man is now part of the Inner Demon gang as he watches the footage from earlier of Jameson speaking out against him and Ghost-Spider in public.

"Do you both have anything to say about this disaster you've created yet again?!" Jameson criticizing the heroes.

"Yeah, no comment." Spider-Man ignores Jameson.

"Do you think that you can just walk away from this?! Everywhere you go, you bring nothing but disaster int everyone's lives, including the end of the world last year. You think that you're doing your jobs in keeping us safe? Menaces like you two should never be allow to become heroes, you both should be locked up in cages for a long time! We don't need any of you here!" Jameson offended the heroes with his comments.

Spider-Man felt offended watching this footage of Jameson calling him menace to the entire city, Mister Negative knew that Jameson's words against Spider-Man would be enough to poison his soul.

"It seems like for all the good deeds you've done, the public hates you thanks to critics like Jameson." Mister Negative poisoning Spider-Man,

"He doesn't know when to shut up, he always insults me every chances he gets. I guess it's time that I teach him a lesson he'll never forget." Spider-Man is angry at Jameson.

Spider-Man then walks away from the Inner Demons as he plans to get back at Jameson for all those times he's insult him in public, Mister Negative smiles as Spider-Man plans to get back at Jameson for turning the city against him.

At F.E.A.S.T., Ghost-Spider stays behind to protect May Parker from the Inner Demons in Spider-Man's absence, Mary Jane and Flash are helping everyone around the shelter, George and Yuri are awaiting any news on the Inner Demons and Mister Negative. Harrison Thompson just entered the shelter and spotted his son Flash doing his work.

"Son!" Harrison Thompson calls out to Flash.

"Dad? What are you doing here?" Flash is surprised.

"I came as soon as I heard what happened, I needed to be here to make sure that you're alright." Harrison Thompson told his son Flash.

"Well... thanks dad, for you concern." Flash told his dad.

"Do you think that we can talk?" Harrison Thompson asking Flash.

"I'm actually busy right now helping out." Flash told his dad.

"Flash, it's okay if you take a break for a moment. I think that you two need some time to talk to each other." May told Flash.

"Are you sure, Mrs. Parker?" Flash told May.

"I'm sure." May told Flash.

Flash sighed. "Okay, I guess we have so much to talk about."

Flash stopped doing his job and walked away with his father as they needed to be alone to talk to one another.

"Thanks for coming to check up on me." Flash told his dad.

"I had to be here for you, your mother and sister are also worried about you, and I promised them that I wouldn't let anything bad happen to you." Harrison Thompson told his son.

"Listen... I'm... I'm sorry for everything that has happened between us, I know that I embarrassed you by talking about our problems." Flash told his dad.

"It's okay, son, I'm sorry too. I know I wasn't a good father to you, I made so many mistakes that I didn't realize the damage I was doing to my family. I know that my mistakes affected you the most, with your anger and your bullying, you got that from me, and I am truly sorry, son." Harrison Thompson apologizes to his son.

"I wasn't perfect either, I pretty much took my anger out everyone who didn't deserve it, particularly Parker when we were young, I was just as much a bully as you were. But if I learned anything in the past years is that we can learn from our mistakes, that we can be better than we were before." Flash told his dad.

Harrison Thompson smiled. "I'm so proud of you, son. You're a much greater person than I am."

Flash felt emotional. "Thank you... dad."

Harrison opened his arms to his son as Flash then hugged his dad, Flash teared up as did Harrison as they've finally got to reconcile their relationship as father and son. Mary Jane noticed and is happy for Flash.

"Way to go, Flash." Mary Jane says to herself.

Meanwhile George and Yuri got an update on their phones as they pulled them out and became shocked by what they've found out.

"What is it? Is it Martin Li?" Ghost-Spider is wondering.

"No... it's Spider-Man, he's been spotted at the Daily Bugle, he's broken into the front and attacked the security guards denying him entrance." George Stacy told everyone.

"What?! Spider-Man would never do that?!" Flash doesn't believe what he is hearing.

"I wish that were true, but officers are already there helping untangle the guards from his webs. They just told us that Spider-Man has gone rogue." Yuri Watanabe told everyone.

"No, that can't be. I know Spider-Man, and he would never harm innocent people of his own free will. Mister Negative must've done something to him." Ghost-Spider defended Spider-Man.

"Whether that's true or not, it doesn't matter, he attacked the Daily Bugle and now is considered to be very dangerous to the public, we've been ordered to bring him in and lethal force has been authorized." Yuri Watanabe explained the situation.

"What does that mean? Are you really going to kill Spider-Man on sight?" May is shocked to hear this.

"If they're provoked, then it's very likely. I'm sorry if you all had to hear that, but we can't ignore this." Yuri Watanabe told everyone.

"Don't! I'll go, I'm the only one who can stop him! Please tell your officers to stand down, give me the chance to do this without killing anyone. I'm the best chance you got to stopping this, please!" Ghost-Spider pleaded with Yuri Watanabe.

Yuri looked at George for his approval, he gave her a nod of approval.

"Alright, but if this doesn't work, then the NYPD will put a stop to this by any means necessary, understand?" Yuri Watanabe told Ghost-Spider.

"I understand... thank you." Ghost-Spider understood the terms.

"Good luck, Ghost-Spider, and be careful." George Stacy told Ghost-Spider.

Ghost-Spider gave George a nod before she runs out of the shelter and swings away towards the Daily Bugle as fast as she can in hopes that she can stop Spider-Man before he does something he can never turn back from.

---

At the Daily Bugle, everyone is still on the office floor as the elevator opens up and Spider-Man came here glowing black and white, everyone including Betty and Robbie is shocked to see him here and that he caused all the trouble downstairs.

"Everyone out now!" Spider-Man demanded everyone to leave.

Everyone complied and rushed out of the office floor as Jameson is still in his office to see all his employees running out in fear, Spider-Man walked up and enters Jameson's office to see the man himself.

"Jameson, it's about time that we have a talk!" Spider-Man says in a very serious tone.

(Outside)

Ghost-Spider arrived on a rooftop overlooking the Daily Bugle building to see a lot of cops outside barricading the place and many Bugle employees running out the front door with the police escorting them to safety.

"Spider-Man, what have you done?" Ghost-Spider told herself that question.

Meanwhile the office floor's window bursted opened as Ghost-Spider sees Jameson being held out by Spider-Man threatening him. Ghost-Spider had to rush to stop him from hurting Jameson.

(Inside)

Spider-Man is holding Jameson by the throat as he held him up above outside, he now holds Jameson's life in his hands.

"You shouldn't have spoken out against me, I was helping everyone without any recognition and all you've done is spread more lies about me! Do you now regret what's you've said?" Spider-Man threatening Jameson.

"Never! If you're going to kill me, then do it! At least you'll prove to everyone that I was right about you, you're no hero, you're a villain, a menace!" Jameson still criticizing Spider-Man.

Spider-Man then got his spider sense tingling as Ghost-Spider came in swinging and tackled Spider-Man back inside along with Jameson who is now safe on the floor and freed from Spider-Man's grasp. Spider-Man looked up to see that Ghost-Spider is the one who attacked him, she turns her attention to Jameson who is on the floor next to Spider-Man.

"Go! Get out of here!" Ghost-Spider told Jameson to run.

Jameson quickly gets up and runs away from the two heroes, Spider-Man then gets back up and face Ghost-Spider, she sees him differently now that he's glowing black and white.

"Spider-Man, what has happened to you?" Ghost-Spider is shocked.

"Mister Negative has happened, he helped free me from my lighter side that has made me so weak, it held me back from doing what needs to be done, now I've embraced the darkness within me, I'm no longer bound by my weak emotions, the darkness has made me stronger than ever." Spider-Man told Ghost-Spider.

"Spider-Man, listen to me, this isn't you! The man I love would never allow himself to become a criminal! Mister Negative has brainwashed you, turned you into something you're not!" Ghost-Spider tries to reason with Spider-Man.

"Save it! I'm no longer that same Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man who selflessly goes around helping everyone for nothing, not anymore, now I've changed and this time I'm choosing myself over everyone and everything." Spider-Man says to Ghost-Spider.

"Peter, I've been where you are, I was brainwashed too until you saved me from myself, it's not too late to come back." Ghost-Spider says to Spider-Man.

"Yes, it is. Jameson needs to pay for all those lies he's told about me, he's my enemy and if you get in my way, then you're my enemy too!" Spider-Man told Ghost-Spider.

"If that's how it has to be, then I'll do what I must." Ghost-Spider told Spider-Man.

"So be it." Spider-Man told Ghost-Spider.

Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are now about to face each other in hand to hand combat, Spider-Man made the first move by firing a webline at her, but Ghost-Spider dodged it and charges in for drop kick on Spider-Man. Ghost-Spider stands above him victorious but he still lays down on the ground, she came in closer and got surprised as Spider-Man does the Martelo de Negativa kick on her, she got kicked hard out of the office and onto a desk, Spider-Man gets back up and gained the upper hand.

"You're too predictable, Ghost-Spider." Spider-Man taunts Ghost-Spider.

"Peter, we don't have to do this!" Ghost-Spider tells Spider-Man.

"SHUT UP!!!" Spider-Man yelled out.

Spider-Man runs up closer as Ghost-Spider backflips off the desk, Spider-Man jumps up and does the hurricanrana on her, he flips her back down on the ground hard. Spider-Man stands over her, she took the opportunity to strike back by doing the sweep kick and knocking him off his feet, he fell down next to her. Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider flips themselves back up on their feet and trade in some strikes and counters them, they're too evenly matched in terms of power and skill. They put themselves into a stalemate and locked their arms in place of each other.

"Please Peter." Ghost-Spider tries reaching through to Peter.

"Stop calling me that!" Spider-Man got angry.

Spider-Man then does the push kick hard on Ghost-Spider and breaks her away from him, she crashed against the wall, she fell down on the ground and quickly recovers by getting back up on her feet.

"If Ghost-Spider can't get through to you." Ghost-Spider removes her mask and shows her face as Gwen. "Then maybe Gwen Stacy can."

Spider-Man then looks at Gwen's face as it's getting through to him, she's the girl he's loves the most, he's starting to feel the emotions of light in him.

"What are you doing?" Spider-Man is feeling confused.

"Look at me, I'm the girl who life you've saved, the one who shared her first kiss with, the girl that you've loved." Gwen told Spider-Man.

Spider-Man is feeling conflicting emotions within him as she's getting through to him, but his darkness and Mister Negative's power is causing him to ignore these emotions of love.

"What do you hope to gain from showing me your face?!" Spider-Man is still resisting.

"Because I know that the man I love is still there, despite having all that darkness inside you, you still love me, and you will not hurt me!" Gwen says to Spider-Man.

"You're wrong!" Spider-Man still consumed by darkness.

Spider-Man charged in for a flying kick as Gwen ducks down and rolls out of the way, she get back up but Spider-Man then does the spinning hook kick and kicked her hard on the head. Gwen fell down onto the ground as she got a bruise from that strike, she then tries to get back up but Spider-Man pins her down hard on the ground as she's at his mercy.

"You made the mistake of holding yourself back against me. Now it is time for you to die." Spider-Man is threatening Gwen's life.

"I don't believe you'll kill me, because deep down you still have love for me." Gwen is at his mercy.

"What good is love if it can't save you from me?" Spider-Man tells Gwen.

"Because love once save me from myself, you never gave up on me when I was under the Red Room's control. Do you remember?" Gwen reminded Spider-Man.

(Flashback)

Five Months Ago in Russia, Spider-Man is fighting off against the Ultimate Black Widow who is Gwen Stacy brainwashed by the Red Room, he was holding himself back from fighting the girl he loves. Both Peter and Gwen are without their mask

"Why won't you fight back?!" Gwen as the Ultimate Black Widow.

"I'll never fight you... because I love you, Gwen Stacy." Peter told Gwen of his love for her.

Gwen is tearing up as his words are getting through to her heart.

(Present)

Spider-Man is remembering that time he saved Gwen from herself by using their love to break her free. He then shakes off his head as he grabbed her throat and tightens his fist ready to deliver the lethal blow.

"I love you, Peter. I would die for you just as you would die for me." Gwen tells Spider-Man of her love.

"No, that Peter Parker is long gone and he's not coming back." Spider-Man still consumed by darkness.

"If you really are gone, then do it. But no matter what happens, I will always love you, Peter." Gwen then closes her eyes.

Spider-Man is struggling to deliver the final punch to end Gwen's life, she is defenseless and not putting up a fight, she's willingly to die in front of him. Spider-Man makes a move and delivers the punch to Gwen's face about to take her life, but he stopped himself at the last second. Gwen opens her eyes to see that he has stopped and couldn't bring himself to kill her.

"I... can't... do this!" Spider-Man is struggling with himself.

Spider-Man then let's go of Gwen's throat and gets up as he struggles to keep himself from hurting the girl he loves.

"Something is wrong! My head!" Spider-Man placed his hands of his head.

Spider-Man is remembering a moment between himself and Gwen.

(Flashback)

Peter and Gwen are outside the house on a snowy night Christmas Eve, they're under the mistletoe sharing a moment.

"Mistletoe." Gwen whispers to Peter.

"Mistletoe." Peter whispers back to Gwen.

Peter and Gwen leaned in closer and kiss each other for the first time, sharing their first kiss, the moment was magical.

(Present)

Gwen is watching as Spider-Man is struggling to break free from Mister Negative's influence, he yells out in pain as Mister Negative's aura has been expelled from his body, breaking its influence and freeing him once and for all, Spider-Man is back to normal as fall on his knees and cries, he crying in guilt for all the things he had done. Gwen then gets up to see that Spider-Man is crying in pain, she walks up in front of him and got on her knees, she placed her hand on his mask and pulls it up, she took it off to see the face of Peter Parker crying.

"Peter." Gwen saying his name.

Peter can see the bruise he had inflicted upon her during their fight. He felt guilty for hurting the girl he loves, he couldn't bring himself to say anything to her. Gwen then hugs Peter without hesitation, Peter hugs her back as he cried out more tear of shame.

"Gwen, I..." Peter is still crying.

"I know, it's okay, Peter, it's wasn't your fault. You're back, that's all that matter." Gwen tells Peter.

Peter got back to hugging Gwen as he still cries out some more, he couldn't shake off the guilt of everything he had done while consumed by his own darkness. Gwen is glad that Peter is back to his old self again.

Meanwhile back at the Inner Demons hideout in Brooklyn Chinatown, Mister Negative along with the rest of the thugs are watching the news about Martin Li finally exposed as Mister Negative to the public.

"The police has issued warrant leading the arrest of Chinese billionaire Martin Li, the man who built the homeless shelter in the city has been exposed as the criminal mastermind calling himself Mister Negative, the leader of the Inner Demons, an international criminal organization based out of Hong Kong responsible for a number of criminal activities in China and in the U.S., he is considered to be very dangerous, if you see him, call the police."

"How wonderful, now I'm famous, everyone knows the truth." Mister Negative tells his men.

"What do we do, boss? Now that the secret is out, everyone is going to be looking for you, it's too risky for you to stay in New York for very long."

"Perhaps you are right, it's time that we bail, leave town for a time. Collect everything and have the private jet ready at the airfield for immediate departure." Mister Negative told his guys.

"We'll do as you ask, but it will take an hour or two to make the necessary arrangements."

"Then I suggest you get started immediately." Mister Negative tells his thugs.

"Yes, Mister Negative."

All of the Inner Demons are collecting everything as they plan to leave New York now that Mister Negative has been exposed to the public, everyone will be hunting him, he has no choice but to escape New York.

Back at F.E.A.S.T., Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider returned as George, May, and Mary Jane are on the rooftop alone, the heroes took off their mask in their presence.

"Peter, I'm so glad that you're back." May is relieved that Peter is okay.

Peter remained silent as he hasn't been the same ever since he was corrupted by Mister Negative, they've all noticed something is off with Peter.

"Tiger, what's wrong?" Mary Jane is worried.

"Peter, what happened at the Daily Bugle?" George Stacy is curious.

"Mister Negative, he did something to Peter that made him go rogue, he attacked the Daily Bugle and even me. But that's all over now, he's broken free from Mister Negative's influence." Gwen explained what had happened to Peter.

"Did anyone see you two?" George Stacy asking them.

"No, luckily everyone made it out and I've erasing all the footage from the Bugle's surveillance system, we're safe from exposure." Gwen explained everything.

"That's good to know, but I still don't understand how Spider-Man turned dark?" George Stacy is confused.

"It's one of his powers, he can corrupt anyone, even me. He unleashed my dark side and made me do things that I couldn't control myself." Peter explained about the power of corruption.

"That explains a lot, so everything you've done wasn't your choice." May says to Peter.

"What do you mean it wasn't my choice?! I nearly killed Jameson, almost killed Gwen and I couldn't even stop myself." Peter told the group.

"Peter, what you did, that wasn't you." Gwen assured Peter.

"Still doesn't make it any easier for me." Peter still felt guilty.

"But back to the matter at hand, I got a call from Yuri, one of the C.I.'s just informed her that the Inner Demons are withdrawing from Manhattan and the rest of the Five Boroughs, they're make a run for it. We need to find the Inner Demons hideout before they get the chance to escape for good. Peter, you've been with them, do you have any idea where we could find them?" George Stacy asking Peter for a location.

Peter sighed. "I've traced them to a building in Brooklyn Chinatown, they could still be there now, I'll give you the address."

(Inside)

Almost all the officers are at F.E.A.S.T., including Sergeant Jefferson Davis who is on the phone with his son Miles Morales.

"How are things at home, son." Jefferson Davis asking Miles.

"Everything is fine, dad. I got the message to stay off the streets until the danger is over." Miles told his dad.

"Okay, stay there and look after your mother. I promise to be home as soon as this is over." Jefferson Davis told Miles.

"Be careful, dad." Miles told his father.

"I will, promise." Jefferson hangs up the phone.

George Stacy came down inside to find many officers still here, he got the location of the Inner Demons hideout.

"Listen up! We're heading out to Brooklyn, we got a location on the Inner Demons and Mister Negative himself, I want everyone mobilized with body armor and heavy weapons, we're going to war, it's time that we shut down the Demons once and for all." George Stacy told every officer.

Every officer here is willingly to take the fight to the Inner Demons, they all started to prepare themselves for an operation that will determine the fate of the Inner Demons.

"Let's get going, the fate of the Inner Demons depends on this operation, look after one another and keep each other safe, good luck." George Stacy tells his officers.

Everyone officer is getting ready for the operation that will determine the fate of the Inner Demons and Mister Negative himself, Harrison Thompson walks up to George.

"Need another hand in this?" Harrison Thompson volunteers his services.

"Thanks, but we need someone to look after these people here, to keep them safe." George Stacy told Harrison Thompson.

"I understand, I'll make sure they're safe, you have my word." Harrison Thompson will stay behind to keep this place safe.

"Thank you, Officer Thompson." George Stacy told Harrison Thompson.

George Stacy extended his hand, Harrison took it and shakes hands with the man who helped him turn his life around.

"Good luck, Captain Stacy." Harrison Thompson says to George Stacy.

George then walks away with the other officers as Harrison stays behind to guard the shelter and all its people, Harrison has great respect for George Stacy, he's one of the best men he's ever known.

(Outside)

Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are on the rooftop with May and Mary Jane as they look down to see officers getting into the cars and turning on the sirens to head for battle, including George and Yuri.

"We should get going, they'll need our help." Ghost-Spider told Spider-Man.

"I can't." Spider-Man refuses to go.

"What?" Ghost-Spider is shocked.

"I can't, Gwen! I'm not in my right mind to face Mister Negative, I can't!" Spider-Man tells Ghost-Spider.

Ghost-Spider sighed. "I understand... but I'm going, I can't let my dad face them alone."

"Gwen, you've seen what he can do to me, what if he does the same to you? He's too dangerous for you." Spider-Man tells Ghost-Spider.

"I don't care, I can't sit by and let him get away, that's not what a hero does. You can stay here, but I'm going out there to stop him, because that's what a hero does." Ghost-Spider made up her mind.

Ghost-Spider jumps off the rooftop and swings away alone to help her dad take down Mister Negative and his crime syndicate, Spider-Man stayed behind as he's not in his right mind for battle, May and Mary Jane are worried for Peter.

"Are you really going to stay here and do nothing? Gwen is heading to face danger alone without you having her back." May told Spider-Man.

"Aunt May, I can't go back out there, not after everything I've done." Spider-Man told May.

"Peter, what you've done wasn't you." May told Spider-Man.

"She's right, Tiger. Mister Negative used his powers to control you, it wasn't your fault." Mary Jane told Spider-Man.

Spider-Man then takes off his mask and shows his face as Peter Parker.

"You're both wrong, he wasn't controlling me, he just unleashed what was already inside me. I think that deep down I've always had it inside me ever since Uncle Ben died, the anger, the loss, the unfairness of life, Mister Negative preyed on those dark emotions and I gave in, he told me that I have a demon inside me, and he was right." Peter told May and Mary Jane.

"There is a demon inside you, that's true, but it's not you. Everyone has two sides to themselves, the good and the bad, but those things alone don't make us who we are, it's our choices. Everyone still struggles with themselves, but it takes the stronger person to conquer the Demon within, and you just did." May told Peter.

"She's right, even Flash's dad is no different, he's made a ton of mistakes in his life, but he came to realize that he can redeem himself and turn his life around for himself and his family, now he and Flash have finally made up. The point is, Tiger, you can still come back from everything you've done, be the hero you're always meant to be." Mary Jane told Peter.

"How do I deal with all this darkness I still carry inside me?" Peter asking them.

"Use the good parts of yourself, your courage, your compassion, your selflessness, and your love, you think that all those things are your weaknesses, they're your strength, they make you who you are." May tells Peter.

Peter felt a bit better after talking with Mary Jane and May.

"Go out there and be a hero, Peter, I still believe in you." May told Peter.

"And I believe in you too, Tiger." Mary Jane told Peter.

Peter teared up and smiled, he hugged both May and Mary Jane together, they both hugged him back as he felt much better now thanks to their words. They broke off the hug as Peter has found the strength to keep on fighting.

"You better get going, Gwen needs you by her side." May told Peter.

Peter smiled as he puts his mask back on and becomes Spider-Man again, he then jumps off the rooftop and heads towards the fight against Mister Negative himself, May and Mary Jane stayed behind and watched Spider-Man swings through the city.

At the Inner Demons Hideout, all of the weapons and equipment are being loaded onto the cargo truck, Mister Negative is in his office looking at all the thugs doing their jobs. One of his lieutenants came into the office and has an update on the progress.

"Mister Negative, everything is set, the helicopter is on the rooftop ready to take you to the airfield where the jet awaiting us for immediate departure."

"Excellent, it's time that we make our leave for good." Mister Negative says to his lieutenant.

(Outside)

They made it outside to the rooftop where the helicopter is sitting, they were about to board until they've stopped to hear sirens coming in from the distance as well as helicopters coming in by air. All the Inner Demons outside heard the noises, a group of police cars have blocked their only exit and helicopters came hovering and shining bright lights upon all the Demons, Mister Negative is stunned to find out that the police have found them too soon. George Stacy, Yuri Watanabe, and Lei Ling are outside wearing vests taking position behind the sedans along with SWAT units.

"Attention! This is the NYPD, we have surrounded, drop your weapons and get down on the ground now!"

"Crap! How did they find us so fast?!"

"It doesn't matter, I rather go down fighting than to surrender." Mister Negative refused to surrender.

Mister Negative then uses his powers and unleashed his negative energy blast and blasted the helicopter tail, causing it to crash down on the ground hard, all of the NYPD are shocked by all that power unleashed, the rest of the Inner Demons all pulled out their guns and started shooting, all of the officers took cover behind the cars.

"Open fire!!!" George Stacy orders the officers.

All the police officers are firing back, the Inner Demon are continuing firing their guns at the police. Unknown to any of them, a number of press and cameramen are nearby at the scene recording the gunfight happening right now.

(F.E.A.S.T)

Back at the homeless shelter, everyone inside are watching the TV of live footage of the war happening in Brooklyn Chinatown with the NYPD and the Inner Demons, Harrison and some of the officers there are remaining vigilant.

"Breaking news, a war has erupted in Brooklyn Chinatown as the International Crime Syndicate calling themselves the Inner Demons are engaged in a gunfight with the NYPD, residences are advised to stay away from the area until further notice."

May and Mary Jane are watching the news as well, they know that George Stacy is there right now leading this operation in capturing the Inner Demons, they can't help but worry for him as he's facing danger right now.

(Brooklyn Chinatown)

The NYPD are still caught in a stalemate with the Inner Demons who are proven to be tougher than any criminals they've gone up against. One of the Demons has a grenade launcher as George and Yuri spotted it and it spells out danger to everyone.

"Incoming!!!" George Stacy warns everyone.

The Demons fired a grenade onto one of the cars, blasting it off the ground as the officers are forced to pull back against this kind of firepower, the Demons keep firing more grenade causing so much destruction to the cars as George and Yuri are running away, one of the grenades blasted a car off the ground and sent it flying towards them, George and Yuri noticed it coming towards them fast as they fell down and closes their eyes. They both still have their eyes closed as they're find out that they're still alive, they opened them to see Ghost-Spider holding the cruiser with all her strength.

"You guys alright?" Ghost-Spider asking George and Yuri.

George Stacy nodded and smiles that Ghost-Spider saved their lives in time, she tossed the car aside and helped George up on his feet, Yuri is standing up on her own.

"Glad you're here, we're seriously getting skunked out here. The Inner Demons are well equipped with heavy weapons than anticipated, we can't even advanced with our armored vehicles." Yuri Watanabe explained the situation.

"And Mister Negative?" Ghost-Spider asking them another Mister Negative.

"He's still here, he's on the rooftop where a bird is nesting, it looks like he's about to make a run for it." George Stacy told about Mister Negative.

"Not if I can help it, I can go on ahead and stop his escape." Ghost-Spider told the cops.

"You can't, it's too dangerous for you to face him alone, even Spider-Man couldn't." George Stacy is worried for Gwen's safety.

"Captain, there's no other way, we can't let him get away with everything. This could be our only chance to stop him, everything depends on it." Ghost-Spider made up her mind.

George doesn't want to risk Gwen's life against Mister Negative who has bested Spider-Man before and corrupted him, he's worried that Gwen might meet the same fate, but he could tell that nothing he says will stop her from being a hero.

"Okay, go... be careful." George Stacy told Ghost-Spider.

Ghost-Spider gave George a thumbs up before she jumps up and swings towards battle, the Inner Demons on the ground are seeing Ghost-Spider swinging in the air, they all started firing upon her, but she does the barrel rolls and dodged the bullets, she counters by firing some webbing at some of the Demons, the police nearby are watching as Ghost-Spider is handling the Demons.

"She's turning the tide, let's get back out there and help out!!!" Yuri Watanabe yells out.

All the officers backed up Ghost-Spider as they started firing their guns at the Demons, taking some of them down, Ghost-Spider then proceeded ahead now that the NYPD has the focused on them.

Mister Negative is on the rooftop about to board the helicopter until Ghost-Spider finally reached the rooftop and fired a webbing at his lieutenant, trapping him against the copter door, Mister Negative deserted the copter and stood on the rooftop floor about to face Ghost-Spider.

"Leaving so soon?" Ghost-Spider tells Mister Negative.

"I was, but it looks like I'll have to take care of you first." Mister Negative told Ghost-Spider.

"You're going to pay for what you did to my friend!" Ghost-Spider is very angry.

"What I did was set him free, just as I will do to you, or I will kill you, which ever comes first is fine with me." Mister Negative says to Ghost-Spider.

Mister Negative pulls out his sword and charged it up with negative energy.

"Bring it!" Ghost-Spider has rage.

Ghost-Spider fired a couple of webbings towards Mister Negative as he used his supercharged sword to slice off the webbing before they ever reached him, he then unleashed a discharge of negative energy upon Ghost-Spider, she jumps up above and dodged the attack.

Meanwhile back on the ground, the NYPD is still caught in a stalemate with the Inner Demons as they traded gunfire with one another, George and Yuri are joining in the assault against them.

"Keep up the barrage, don't let any of them escape!!!" George Stacy yells out to the cops.

One of the Demons reached for the grenade launcher on the ground that was dropped, George and Yuri are shocked to see the guy with the grenade launcher again, he fired it upon them as it still flying in the air towards them, they await to be blown up to pieces, but something unexpected happened as a garbage bin came down and got blown up instead, at the same time a webbing got fired upon the Demon's face as he got drop kick down on the ground, then many more webbings got fired at the other demons. George and Yuri opened their eyes, the NYPD and the press are surprised by what they've seen here, it's Spider-Man who came to their rescue.

"Spider-Man?!" Yuri Watanabe is surprised to see him here.

All of the NYPD and the press are shocked to see Spider-Man so soon again, given that incident that happened at the Daily Bugle earlier, him going rogue and nearly killed Jameson.

Everyone back at F.E.A.S.T. is still watching live news of the chaos happening in Brooklyn Chinatown, now Spider-Man has appeared at the scene saving everyone's lives despite that fact that he had gone rogue earlier, May and Mary Jane are smiling as he's back in action, Flash is also happy that Spider-Man is now the hero again.

"An unexpected turn of events has happened, Spider-Man just arrived in time and saved the lives of some police officers from being blown up, but the question remains, is Spider-Man a friend or a foe?"

(Brooklyn Chinatown)

Some of the remaining Demons are pulling back inside the building as Spider-Man is here and has become their enemy again. The rest of the NYPD are still distrustful of Spider-Man given that he attacked the Daily Bugle earlier, they still remain vigilant as they have their guns aimed at him. Spider-Man could see that the officers are having their serious doubts about him, George and Yuri came up to him, Spider-Man looked at George Stacy and hopes that he still trusts him.

"Captain, what do we do about Spider-Man?" Yuri Watanabe asking George Stacy.

George Stacy still looks at Spider-Man and recognize that he's his old self again, he just came to their rescue and helped them fight off the Inner Demons.

"This guy isn't our enemy, lieutenant. He's our friend and he's our only hope to stopping this madness." George Stacy told Yuri Watanabe.

Spider-Man can see that George Stacy vouches for him in front of the entire NYPD, the officers took George at his word and lowered their guns, seeing Spider-Man as their ally in their fight against the criminals.

"Thank you, Captain Stacy." Spider-Man says to George Stacy.

"You should go on ahead, she needs your help. We'll round up the remaining Demons here." George Stacy tells Spider-Man to get going.

"Are you sure? They're not exactly easy to deal with!" Spider-Man is unsure of leaving them alone.

Meanwhile a dark aura formed around and Cloak and Dagger appeared out of thin air and surprised everyone here.

"Cloak, Dagger, you're just in time!" Spider-Man told Cloak and Dagger.

"We came as soon as we heard, how can we help?" Dagger told Spider-Man.

"I'm going to help Ghost-Spider, you two help out the police round up the remaining Inner Demons inside." Spider-Man tells Cloak and Dagger.

"Don't worry, Spidey, we got their back." Cloak told Spider-Man.

"Go and help Ghost-Spider." Dagger told Spider-Man.

"Thanks you two." Spider-Man told Cloak and Dagger.

Spider-Man then hears a commotion happening on the rooftop, he leaves Captain Stacy behind on the ground as he leads the NYPD inside with Cloak and Dagger as backups to round up the Inner Demons left inside. Ghost-Spider got blasted back hard by Mister Negative's power, she crashed her back against the rooftop air conditioner hard, Mister Negative is walking towards her with his sword.

"Just like Spider-Man fell before me, so shall you. Goodbye Ghost-Spider." Mister Negative is about to thrust his sword and kill Ghost-Spider.

Mister Negative then got kicked hard on the back as he missed his target, he fell down on the ground, Ghost-Spider looks up to see Spider-Man is here and he just saved her life.

"You came." Ghost-Spider is glad Spider-Man is here.

"I'll always come for you." Spider-Man extends his hand towards Ghost-Spider.

Ghost-Spider took it and Spider-Man helps her back up on her feet, Mister Negative recovers and gets back up and sees that Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are now working together, Spider-Man has been freed from Mister Negative's control.

"It's payback time, Mister Negative." Spider-Man told Mister Negative.

"Impossible! No one was able to break free from my power, it's not possible!" Mister Negative is shocked.

"Anything is possible, it's thanks to Ghost-Spider and my bond with her that I was able to break free from my dark side." Spider-Man told Mister Negative.

"Now that we're together again, we're more stronger than ever, enough to take you down." Ghost-Spider told Mister Negative.

"Then you both can die together!!!" Mister Negative fired his negative energy.

Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider split off from the blast as Spider-Man fires some webbings at Mister Negative, he uses his sword to slice them off, Ghost-Spider fired a couple of webs at his legs, he got caught as she pulled him off his feet and he falls down, Mister Negative cuts them off her legs and gets back up, Spider-Man took the opportunity to fire a web grenade at Mister Negative's sword, entrapped it and most of his right hand. Ghost-Spider ran up and does the flying knee on him, he got hit pretty hard as he fell back down again. Mister Negative looks up to see that Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are stronger together fighting him alone.

"Stay down and give up!" Spider-Man tells Mister Negative.

"Never!" Mister Negative got very mad.

Mister Negative got back up as Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider rushed towards him to stop him, but then he unleashed a discharge wave of negative energy all around him as he pushed back Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider with all his power.

(Inside)

The NYPD are still dealing with the Inner Demons inside who are still fighting back against them with everything they've got. Cloak then uses his powers to unleash some darkness all around the Demons, blinding them without light.

"Now Dagger, it's your turn!" Cloak tells Dagger.

Dagger summons more lightforce daggers in her hands as she sent them flying towards the Demons, neutralizing some of them, but more still remains as the police are taking some of them in, George Stacy heard a ruckus happening upstairs, he's worried for Peter and Gwen facing Mister Negative alone.

"Lieutenant, you take lead, I'll go and help out the heroes!" George Stacy then leaves everyone behind.

"Captain, wait!" Yuri Watanabe was too late to stop him,

George Stacy is running up the stairs as he has a feeling that both Peter and Gwen might be in danger, he kept on running with everything he's got, hoping to reach them in time.

(Outside)

Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are laying on the ground after being bested by Mister Negative who gained the upper hand on them despite their teamwork, Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider struggles to get back up, but Mister Negative got his hands on both their throats as they're fate is now in his hands.

"You both fought well, I'll give you that. But now it's over, you've both lost. Spider-Man, I don't know how you broken free, but it doesn't matter. I've corrupted you before and I'll do it again, and this time you won't be alone, she'll be joining you too!" Mister Negative told Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider.

Mister Negative uses his powers of corruption on both Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider, George Stacy finally made it to the rooftop to see the two heroes screaming as Mister Negative is using his powers to corrupt them both. George aims his gun and pulls the trigger, but the gun was empty, he's out of ammo. Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are both screaming trying to resist his powers, George then finds a pipe nearby and picks it up.

"Don't resist, it's pointless. Soon you both shall be working for me." Mister Negative corrupting Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider.

George rushed towards Mister Negative when he's not looking and took the opportunity to strike him hard on the head with the pipe, Mister Negative got hit pretty hard and broke off his powers, he released Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider from his grips and his aura faded away from them. Mister Negative is on the ground as George went to check up on the heroes, he just saved them from Mister Negative.

"Are you both alright?" George Stacy asking them.

Mister Negative is still conscious as he spotted the sword he dropped on the ground, he grabbed the sword as George sees him getting back up, George strikes with the pipe but Mister Negative supercharged his sword and slice the pipe in half. Mister Negative side kick George Stacy back, staggering him as he lost his focus, Mister Negative took the opportunity to pierce George Stacy through with the sword right in front of Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider.

"NOOOO!!!!" Ghost-Spider and Spider-Man both yells out in horror.

Mister Negative pulls the sword out from George's body as George himself is seriously injured and falls down on the ground bleeding, Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are both in shock that Mister Negative has seriously hurt someone very dearly to them.

"AHHH!!!" Spider-Man gets up and charged at Mister Negative.

Spider-Man tackled Mister Negative away from George with every ounce of his strength and kept him busy while Ghost-Spider rushed towards her father's side to see that he's in very bad shape from that sword injury.

"Dad." Ghost-Spider whispered to George Stacy.

Spider-Man push kicked Mister Negative hard as he turns back to Ghost-Spider with George on the ground.

"Ghost-Spider, get him out of here! I'll hold him off, now go!!!" Spider-Man tells Ghost-Spider.

Mister Negative switches to hand to hand combat as he and Spider-Man are fighting while Ghost-Spider is helping up her father who is dying from his injuries, she takes him downstairs, away from this fight.

Yuri and the rest of the NYPD were successful in taking down the Inner Demons thanks to the help of Cloak and Dagger as their backup.

"We did it, good work everyone!" Yuri Watanabe is proud of everyone's efforts.

Ghost-Spider came downstairs with George Stacy all injured, Yuri and the rest of the NYPD are shocked to see what had happened to Captain Stacy.

"Captain Stacy! Oh my god! What happened?!" Yuri Watanabe is shocked.

"Help!!! Please, he needs a hospital right now!!!." Ghost-Spider asking for help.

"The nearest hospital is five miles away, the ambulance won't get here in time!" Yuri Watanabe says to Ghost-Spider.

"I can get him there faster!" Cloak offers to help.

"Please, save him!" Ghost-Spider helping George Stacy.

"I will, give him to me." Cloak asking for George Stacy.

Ghost-Spider carefully gave George Stacy over to Cloak as he teleport himself and George away from the scene, Ghost-Spider hopes that he makes it.

(Outside)

Spider-Man is facing off against Mister Negative alone with so much rage for what he done to himself and George Stacy, Spidey is using his fists as he has too much anger for Mister Negative.

"This is for turning me against the city!" Spider-Man is angry.

Spider-Man punched Mister Negative in the face, he still remains standing.

"This is for making me hurt my friend!" Spider-Man says to Mister Negative.

Spider-Man punched Mister Negative in the face again, the villain is having a hard time maintaining focus with all the injuries he's sustaining. Spider-Man has his fist ready for another punch.

"And this one is for George." Spider-Man tightens his fist.

Spider-Man delivers a strong punch to Mister Negative, strong enough to sent him flying towards the rooftop access and took the impact hard, he fell down on the ground fully injured. Spider-Man emerged victorious as he defeated Mister Negative. The villain closes his eyes and his powers faded away, he turned back to normal as Martin Li opens his eyes again, Spider-Man walked up to him as Martin Li looks very confused.

"What happened? Where am I?" Martin Li is very confused.

"Martin Li?" Spider-Man suspects he's talking to Martin Li.

"Yeah... what happened? What did I do?" Martin Li asking Spider-Man.

"Enough." Spider-Man told Martin Li.

Martin Li sighed. "I was afraid this would happen."

"You knew about your dark half, didn't you?" Spider-Man says to Martin Li.

"I tried to control it, tried to stop it, but I couldn't. Do me a favor, Spider-Man, kill me, please, I can't live with what I am and what I've done. Please, the only way to stop Mister Negative for good is me to die. Please do it." Martin Li pleaded Spider-Man to take his life.

Spider-Man knows that Mister Negative is a part of Martin Li, despite the fact that his other side has done so much harm to a lot of people, including George Stacy, he knows what's right in his heart.

"I know that you were only a victim of your other half, but I can't, he wouldn't want me to. I'm going to do what's right by George, I'm going to take you into custody and you'll be locked up in a place where you can't hurt anyone ever again." Spider-Man told Martin Li.

"It's for the best, I don't want Mister Negative to harm anymore lives ever again. Take me in and lock me up." Martin Li surrenders willingly to Spider-Man.

Spider-Man could see that Martin Li isn't putting up a fight anymore now that he's his other self again, he helps him up on his feet and takes him into custody.

(Later)

Back on the ground outside, the NYPD has rounded up all of the Inner Demon thugs as they're all arrested and taken into custody, Ghost-Spider is with Dagger along with Yuri and Lei Ling. Everyone then see Spider-Man coming out of the building with Martin Li all normal, the press are recording the event of Spider-Man bringing Martin Li to justice.

(F.E.A.S.T)

Everyone back at the shelter are watching live footage of the NYPD arresting members of the Inner Demons and their leader Martin Li now taken into custody by Spider-Man.

"After an hour of gunfire and bloodshed, the war in Brooklyn Chinatown has finally ended, the Inner Demons Triad has been terminated, the NYPD has arrested a number of criminals, including their leader Martin Li who has gone by the name Mister Negative, has finally been taken into custody thanks to the help of the heroes including our own Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man."

Everyone is happy that this nightmare has finally ended thanks to Spider-Man being on the right side, May and Mary Jane are proud of Peter, Flash is also happy that Spider-Man fought for what was right.

"However, the NYPD has suffered major casualties, including Captain George Stacy of the 13th precinct who personally lead the operation against the Inner Demons, Captain Stacy has been seriously injured during a confrontation with Mister Negative and is in critical condition at the Brooklyn Hospital as doctors are working tirelessly to save his life, our prayers are to Captain Stacy and hopes that he makes it through."

Mary Jane and May are both shocked to hear that George Stacy has been seriously injured during the battle, Harrison and Flash are also shocked to hear that something terrible has happened to Gwen's dad.

It's midnight at Brooklyn hospital as doctors are doing everything they can to save George's life but the injury done by Mister Negative has damaged his organs as he's barely clinging to life, George has lost a lot of blood as the doctors are transfusing some into his veins.

(Waiting Room)

Peter and Gwen are in the waiting room along with Yuri Watanabe and Lei Ling, they're all waiting for the news of George's condition as they hope that he pulls through this. Meanwhile May and Mary Jane came in rushing towards Peter and Gwen, Harrison and Flash also came along, they all came as soon as they heard about George's condition.

"Peter, Gwen!" May rushed towards them both.

"Aunt May." Peter says to May.

May hugged Peter, Gwen then stop and turns to Gwen who more worried for her dad than anyone.

"Gwen, how is George?" May asking Gwen.

"We still don't know yet, they still have him in surgery." Gwen tells May.

"He's going to pull through, he's a tough guy, you'll see." May tells Gwen.

May hugged Gwen to comfort her, everyone is being prayerful for George's recovery, they continue to wait in the waiting room.

(Morning)

Hours later as Peter and Gwen are sitting in the waiting room still awaiting news of George's condition, a number of police officers are here to show support for George. A nurse came out as Jefferson immediately recognized her as his wife Rio.

"Rio? What are you doing here?" Jefferson Davis surprised to see his wife.

"I work here, I'd figured after hearing the news about that incident in Chinatown, I should be here doing my job." Rio Morales tells her husband.

"I see, how's Miles?" Jefferson Davis asking about their son Miles Morales.

"He's still staying at home, being a good boy." Rio Morales tells her husband.

Gwen cuts in. "Excuse me, nurse, how is my dad?"

Rio Morales sighed as it's not good. "We've stopped the bleeding, but it's bad, that sword strike damaged his organs, he's lost a lot of blood, we've managed to stabilize him, but he doesn't have much time."

"What? What does that mean?" Gwen wants to know the meaning.

May steps up with a sad look. "Gwen... it means he's dying."

Peter and Gwen are both shocked to hear those words, as did everyone else here.

"My dad? Dying?" Gwen is still shocked.

"He's alive for now, but there's nothing we can do to stop it. You'll have to brace yourselves for what about to come at any moment. If you want to see him, then now is the time, and I like I said, he doesn't have much time... I'm sorry." Rio Morales told Gwen with a sad look.

Peter and Gwen are both still in shock to hear that George Stacy is dying very soon and this could be the last moment they share with him before his time is up.

"You two should go, I know that George will want to see you both." May told Peter and Gwen.

"Actually, he wants to see Yuri Watanabe too, he says that it's important to speak with you." Rio Morales told Yuri Watanabe.

"Okay, then why don't the three of us go." Yuri Watanabe told Peter and Gwen.

"Sure." Peter agrees with Yuri Watanabe.

"Please take me to my dad." Gwen asking Rio Morales.

"Very well, follow me." Rio Morales leads the way.

Peter, Gwen, and Yuri are leaving everyone in the waiting room and following Rio Morales down the hall towards George Stacy's room. She opens the door and they all find George Stacy awake and stabilized for now, he turns towards Yuri with his daughter and her boyfriend.

"You wanted to see me, Captain Stacy?" Yuri Watanabe says to George Stacy.

"I do, shut the door." George Stacy told Yuri Watanabe.

Rio walked away, leaving the room with only Peter, Gwen, and Yuri staying behind, the door was closed behind them. Yuri is the first one to step up closer to George Stacy resting in the bed, she sits in the chair beside him.

"How was the operation, Lieutenant?" George Stacy asking about the operation.

"It was a success, the Inner Demons are finally finished and their leader Mister Negative has finally been taken into custody, he's being transferred to the Raft where he can't escape and hurt anyone ever again, it was all thanks to Spider-Man and his friends, we couldn't done it without them." Yuri Watanabe informs George Stacy.

"That's good to know, Lieutenant Watanabe. I need you to do two things for me." George Stacy tells Yuri Watanabe.

"Sure thing, Captain. What is the first one?" Yuri Watanabe is listening.

"I need you to explain to the city about what happened with Spider-Man, tell them that he was brainwashed by Mister Negative's powers and that he was manipulated into attacking the Daily Bugle, Spider-Man is innocent, this city still needs him as a hero." George Stacy asking Yuri Watanabe.

"You have my word, I'll make sure of it. And what's the second part?" Yuri Watanabe is listening for more.

"I want you to take my place as the new head of the 13th precinct, carry on my mission and protect this city, look after our guys and lead them well." George Stacy says to Yuri Watanabe.

"I will, I promise, Captain Stacy. It's been an honor serving beside you." Yuri Watanabe then salutes in his presence.

George Stacy salutes back as Yuri Watanabe is given the task of becoming the new head of his precinct when he's gone, and to help clear Spider-Man's name that was tarnished because of Mister Negative.

"Thank you, Lieutenant. Now I'd like to speak to them alone if you please." George Stacy told Yuri Watanabe.

Yuri then gets up and walks out of the room to give George some privacy with Peter and Gwen alone as this conversation involves their secret. Gwen walked up and took the chair beside him, she grabbed her dad's hand as he felt weak to move so much.

"Gwennie." George Stacy using his daughter's nickname.

"Dad, why did you risk your life for us?" Gwen asking her dad.

"Because it was my job as a police officer, I couldn't stand by while you and Peter were both in danger, I had to act without any hesitation. And because as a father, I was sworn to protect you with my life." George Stacy told Gwen.

"And you did, you saved our lives at the risk of your own, and because of your heroic sacrifice, you gave us a fighting chance to take down Mister Negative, the Inner Demons has been dismantled, everything that happened last night was all because of you, you were the real hero, George." Peter told George Stacy he was the real hero.

"So where you, you're a great hero Peter and a great guy." George Stacy smiled at Peter.

"I had a good example." Peter smiled at George Stacy.

"Yeah, your uncle was a great man." George Stacy told Peter.

Peter teared up and smiled. "It wasn't my uncle I was talking about."

George could see that Peter meant him, during the past two years, George became a new father figure to Peter after Ben died, and George got to see Peter as a son he never had, he's proud that he and Gwen are together.

"I understand... please take care of my girl... son." George Stacy called Peter.

"I will... I promise." Peter promised George Stacy.

Peter just promised George to protect Gwen with his life. Gwen then turns to her dad with tears in her eyes as she's losing him to death.

"Dad..." Gwen is tearing up more.

"I'm so proud of you, Gwendolyne Stacy, to me, you were my princess, you've grown up to be a wonderful woman and a great hero, your mother would be proud of you too. She's waiting for me, I'll be sure to give her your love." George Stacy smiles at Gwen as he felt weaker.

"Please don't leave me, dad, I still need you." Gwen is tearing some more.

"I'll always be with you... I... love... you..." George Stacy says his final words.

Gwen teared up. "I love you too, daddy."

George Stacy smiled as he at peace, the monitor are beeping as his life is fading away right before their eyes.

"Dad? Dad?!" Gwen crying out for her father.

The monitor stopped beeping as his vitals are gone, George Stacy had passed away right in front of them, Peter is tearing up as Gwen is devastated that her father just died.

"Dad? Please, wake up! Open your eyes! Don't leave me!!!" Gwen crying out trying to wake him up.

"Gwen!" Peter hugged Gwen from behind.

Gwen turns and tries to shake off Peter who refused to let her go in her state.

"Gwen! Listen to me, he's gone! He's gone." Peter is crying too.

Peter still hugs Gwen in his arms tightly as she cries out as her father is gone, Peter is also crying for George as a good man has died and taken from them. Peter and Gwen are in each other's embrace, both saddened my George Stacy's passing.

It's May 21st, at the Queens Cemetery, a memorial was held in honor of Captain George Stacy of the NYPD, a hearse came up as Yuri Watanabe, Jean DeWolff, Jefferson Davis, and three more police officers are pulling out the coffin with a flag covering it, they all escorted it down to where George Stacy's gravestone is held. A man is playing music with the bagpipe and honor guards are shooting their rifles in the air, Peter, Gwen, Mary Jane, Flash, Harry, and a number of their classmates attended the funeral, May and Anna Watson are there too, most of the NYPD are there, including Harrison Thompson dressed in uniform. The six officers finally made it to the grave as they're removing the flag and folding it, Yuri then delivers the flag to George's daughter Gwen and gives it to her. Gwen took it and Yuri salutes to her before she walks up in front of everyone gathered around.

"We're all gathered here to honor a man who dedicated his life in service of his community, Captain George Stacy was one of New York's finest, he fought bravely to the end and gave his life to stop a man who used his own powers to harm the city and everyone in it. Now I would like his daughter Gwen Stacy to come up and say a few words." Yuri Watanabe says to everyone

Gwen steps up next to the coffin as Yuri went to join the group, everyone including Peter are listening to Gwen's words, Peter could tell that Gwen is still working up to say a few words.

"My dad was known to this city and those he serve beside as a great cop who risked his life on a daily basis to fight those who inflicted harm to this city and it's people. But to me, he was a great father, a man who would always be there for his daughter when his wife died, a daughter he also dedicated his life to raise and who could make her smile when she lost her mother, he would often help out with my homework when I was very young, he would cook breakfast for her every morning and takes her to school. He was my hero, the greatest man I've ever known... Rest In Peace, dad." Gwen finished her speech.

The coffin is being lowered down into the grave as Gwen tossed a flower in there, Peter came up next to her and tossed his flower down, everyone then joined in and gave their flowers to George. After everyone is done, Gwen took a speck of dirt and tossed it onto the coffin, she then walked away and stands next to Peter all sad.

All the officers salute in honor of the fallen Captain, he will be remembered as one of New York's very best. Men with shovels are pouring in dirt in his grave, Gwen is tearing up in sadness as she has to let him go, Peter is also sad for George's passing.

Later after the funeral, Peter, May, and Gwen all came into George's house to see the place is now empty without George Stacy in it, with them is Gwen's uncle and cousin Arthur and Jill who came as soon as they heard about George's death.

"Thank you both for coming, it's means a lot." Gwen tells her uncle and cousin.

"Of course, cousin, we're family." Jill Stacy tells Gwen.

"Thanks Jill." Gwen told her cousin.

"Gwen... I know this isn't the best time to say this." Arthur Stacy says to Gwen.

"What is it, Uncle?" Gwen wants to know.

"What I'm about to say isn't easy, but... I like for you to come live with us in London now that your dad is gone." Arthur Stacy told Gwen.

Gwen is shocked to hear this news, Peter and May are also equally shocked too, her uncle wants Gwen to move to London.

"Move to London? Move far away from here?" Gwen is shocked.

"Yes, I'm afraid so, Gwen. Believe me, the last thing I want to take you away from here, but my place is in London, it's not in New York. We're going to stay here until the end of the week, after that we're heading for London together. If you want to say goodbye to your friends, then please do so. And Gwen, I am sorry." Arthur Stacy told Gwen.

Gwen is saddened more, it's bad enough she had to lose her father, but her home and friends too. She'll have to move far away from here, far away from her friends, far away from Peter.

Later at the Parker Residence, Peter and May just returned home after dropping Gwen at her home with her uncle and cousin. They're both still processing the news of Gwen moving away to London with them, this news deeply affects Peter the most.

"Are you okay, Peter?" May is worried.

"It's not fair." Peter is disappointed.

"I know, Peter, it isn't, but there's nothing we can do. Arthur is her immediate family and he has custody of Gwen's guardianship, he's just doing what's best for Gwen, something I can understand." May speaks from experience.

Peter sighed. "I know. Seeing Gwen like this, brought back old feelings of loss, the loss of Uncle Ben."

"Yeah, it felt that way to me too... So what about you and your other problems? There's a hearing in a few days for Spider-Man over that incident that happened at the Daily Bugle." May reminded Peter.

"I know, Jameson isn't going to miss this chance at crucifying me in front of the entire city for assault him at his workplace, but at least Yuri has agreed to testify on my behalf about what really happened to me, I just hope it's enough to sway everyone. Jennifer Walters has agreed to represent Spider-Man as a favor for helping her cousin Bruce out of a jam. What about you? What's going to happen to the shelter now that Martin Li is locked up? Is it going to shut down without someone in charge?" Peter told May.

"Honestly, I don't know, Peter." May is clueless.

The doorbell rang as Peter and May are curious as to who it could be outside their door, Peter walked up and opened it, they see a man wearing a suit holding a briefcase they don't know.

"Can I help you?" Peter asking the man.

"Yes, I'm here to see May Parker, does she live here?"

May walked up. "I'm May Parker, can I help you, sir?"

"I'm an attorney, I'm here on behalf of my client Martin Li, I was instructed to see you if anything happened to him, may I come in?"

Peter doesn't sense danger with his spider sense, he gave May the safe look telling her that it's okay.

The man came into the house as he walked up to the living room where he opens the briefcase and pulls out a laptop computer and a thumb drive, inside the briefcase is also legal documents and paperwork.

"What's all this?" May is curious

"Don't worry, you'll soon find out in this video Mr. Li has left for you."

The lawyer turns on the laptop and the screen brightens, he then plugged in the drive and plays the video left for May, it's Martin Li on the screen.

"May Parker, if you're watching this, then it means that I'm either dead or arrested, but I want you to know that I am truly sorry for everything I've done, I haven't been completely honest with you and you deserve to know the truth. I am Mister Negative, or at least my other half is, but either way, I'm the leader of a criminal gang calling themselves the Inner Demons. I know this must be shocking to you, but it's the truth. I have this condition that gave me dual personalities, the one talking to you is me and the other one is that of a criminal. I couldn't do anything to stop my other self and I had to carry the sins of everything Mister Negative has done through me. I thought that by becoming rich, I could help everyone in need and that would make up for all those terrible things I've done, but I was wrong. May, what I've started was a good thing for a good reason, F.E.A.S.T. thrived better under your care, perhaps it still could. Which is why I'm passing ownership of F.E.A.S.T. over to you, the shelter is now yours, even more so than mine. I ask that you continue the shelter's mission in helping people, I believe that you're the right person for this job. And thank you for everything, May, you're the best person I've got the privilege of knowing, goodbye." Martin Li finished his video message.

Peter and May are astonished to hear that Martin Li gave the homeless shelter to her, May is touched by Martin Li's word, the Martin Li she knew and not Mister Negative.

"Now that we've all done listened to that message, I've got the paperwork ready for you to sign, it just needs your signature and F.E.A.S.T. is officially yours."

The lawyer laid out the paperwork of F.E.A.S.T., he gave her a pen to use to sign, May is having some conflicts about whether or not to take such an enormous responsibility.

"I don't know what to do?" May having some doubts.

"May, you've helped a lot of people over the past year and you're obviously the best choice to lead the shelter, if that's what you want." Peter told May.

May realized that Peter is right, she dedicated herself in the past year helping the homeless with her hard work and her compassion, she's proven to be a great leader during Martin Li's absence and now she has the chance to make a bigger difference as its new owner.

"Okay, I'll sign." May agreed to take it.

May took the pen and signed the documents with her signature, the ownership of F.E.A.S.T. now officially belongs to her.

"Congratulations May Parker, you're now the new owner of F.E.A.S.T.."

May smiled as she now owns the homeless shelter Martin Li founded, Peter is happy and proud for May taking up such a huge responsibility in helping the homeless, this is the start of her new life.

It's 4:30 PM at the 13th precinct, Yuri Watanabe is inside the office that was occupied by the former Captain George Stacy as she's collecting his stuff and putting it inside the box. Lei Ling knocked on the door as Yuri noticed.

"Packing up?" Lei Ling asking Yuri Watanabe.

"Yeah, just going to put everything in the box to give to George's family. Are you leaving so soon?" Yuri Watanabe asking Lei Ling.

"That's right, now that the case has finally been closed, I'm being called home to Hong Kong where a promotion is waiting for me to Chief Inspector." Lei Ling told Yuri Watanabe.

"Congratulations, we couldn't done this without your help." Yuri Watanabe told Lei Ling.

"Thank you, I'm sorry that all this effort took the life of George Stacy, he was a good man." Lei Ling told Yuri Watanabe.

"He was... anyway, thank you for all your help and have a safe trip back to Hong Kong, Chief Inspector Ling." Yuri Watanabe salutes Lei Ling.

"Thank you and congratulations on your promotion, Captain Watanabe." Lei Ling salutes Yuri Watanabe.

Yuri and Lei finished saluting each other as Lei Ling walked away to head on back home to Hong Kong, Yuri Watanabe has been promoted to Captain and now is the new head of the 13th precinct.

It's May 25th, at City Hall, Spider-Man is in front of city council along with Jameson sitting with the group as the press are there filming the whole event, Spider-Man is with Yuri Watanabe and Jennifer Walters representing him in his defense.

"Do you honestly believe that Spider-Man was brainwashed by the criminal Mister Negative into attacking me and my building? This is ridiculous!" Jameson ain't buying it.

"It's the truth, apparently Martin Li has the power to turn any law abiding individuals into doing things against their will, even the late George Stacy believed it. Is this so hard for you to believe since we live in a world where anything is possible?" Yuri Watanabe speaking in defense for Spider-Man.

"And there you have it, my client is innocent. Let's not forget that thanks to Spider-Man, Martin Li is finally in custody and locked up in the Raft where he belongs. Let his heroic contributions to this city be added and that my client doesn't deserve to pay for what Martin Li forced him to do." Jennifer Walters defending Spider-Man.

"It still doesn't change the fact that he's very dangerous, he just proved it to me. In my opinion, both Spider-Man and his sidekick belongs in the Raft with the other criminals, not going out doing what they do without consequences." Jameson speaking out against Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider.

"You're not going to put me in a prison, JJ! You're not going to put any of us in a prison! You know why?" Spider-Man speaks out.

"Do enlighten us?!" Jameson told Spider-Man.

"Because you need us. Yes, the world is a vulnerable place, and yes we help make it that way, but we're also the most qualified to defend it. So if you want to arrest me, Jameson, arrest me... you'll know how to find me." Spider-Man dare to speak Jameson that way.

Everyone is surprised by the way Spider-Man spoke up to Jameson in that manner, Jameson himself remained silent as he still felt insulted in the way Spider-Man told him, he felt so mad deep inside for the Web-Slinger. Spider-Man got up and walked away as the cameras are flashing and taking photos of him walking out without saying a word.

At the Spider-Cave at night, Peter is sitting all alone after that hearing and the way he spoke out against Jameson, he snaps out of his head of thoughts and sees Gwen walking in with her backpack.

"Gwen... take it you saw the news?" Peter says to Gwen.

"Yeah, very subtle, you basically told Jameson to kiss your ass in those words. I don't know if the whole city will take kindly to those words." Gwen told Peter.

"It doesn't matter, Gwen, I'm here to keep the city and all its people safe, they can think what they like about me, that's not why I do what I do." Peter told Gwen.

"I know, that's what I love about you, you're so selfless no matter what. I know that people will see you as a hero again." Gwen told Peter.

"I know, I've managed to clear my name, but I still have much work to do to savage my reputation. But either way, I'll still be the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man this city needs, it's who I am, it's my destiny, and it's because that's what a hero does." Peter told Gwen.

"It's a destiny you'll have to do without me." Gwen told Peter.

Gwen is opening her backpack and pulls out her Ghost-Spider suit in her hand.

"Your suit?" Peter is confused.

"I won't be able to continue being Ghost-Spider anymore after this, I'm moving to London very soon, and my whole life is about to change." Gwen told Peter.

"Gwen... I don't want you to go." Peter says to Gwen.

"I don't want to go either, Peter. But my dad is gone and my only family lives in London, I don't have any choice here, if I were 18, I could stay here, but I can't. I'm sorry Peter." Gwen told Peter.

"I understand... it is what it is. I guess this is it." Peter says to Gwen.

"It is, this is the end of my life as a hero, as Ghost-Spider." Gwen told Peter.

Gwen walked up to an empty glass case as she puts the suit inside and stores it away, she closes it and took one last look at it inside the case.

"It's been great while it lasted, Ghost-Spider." Gwen tells herself.

Gwen then walks away from the glass case as she and Peter are leaving the Spider-Cave, all the lights in the place started to turn off, Gwen left the suit behind as her days as Ghost-Spider are over.

It's May 27th morning time at the Stacy Residence as everything around the house is covered in sheets, Gwen is walking down the stairs with her luggage all packed up, her uncle and cousin are all packed up as well waiting at the front door, she took one last look at the house she grew up in for the past 16 years with her father and her mother, she's sadden as she's leaving her old life behind.

"Gwen... it's time to go." Arthur Stacy told his niece.

"I know." Gwen says to her uncle.

Gwen then walks out of the house with her stuff, leaving it for good. Gwen is walking with her uncle and cousin until Peter, May, and Mary Jane are outside waiting for her.

"Hey." Gwen says to her friends.

"We like to be there, saying our goodbyes. If that's okay with you, Gwen." Peter told Gwen.

Gwen looked at her uncle, he gave her a nod of approval for her loved ones to be there on her day of leaving.

"Sure, I'd like that." Gwen smiled at them.

Peter walked up and helped Gwen with her luggage as everyone is leaving for the airport to catch a flight to London.

Later at LaGuardia Airport, the car is parked at pickup area as Gwen is grabbing her suitcase as she's about to enter the airport to take her flight to London. Arthur and Jill were walking until Gwen stopped to take one last look at her friends.

"Wait, let me say goodbye to them before we leave, please." Gwen asking her uncle for a moment.

"Alright Gwendolyne, but make it quick, our flight is about to leave soon. Take your time." Arthur Stacy told her niece.

Gwen walked back to Peter, May, and Mary Jane as she's about to leave them behind to move away to another country, she walked up to May first.

"Thank you for taking me in for a time, Mrs. Parker." Gwen told May.

"It was a privilege to have you while it lasted, I'll miss you, Gwendy." May told Gwen.

"I'll miss you too." Gwen told May.

Gwen and May hugged each other, then she turns to her best friend Mary Jane.

"Goodbye, Mary Jane, you're my best friend, my sister, I'll miss you." Gwen told Mary Jane.

"No matter where you are, we'll always be best friends forever." Mary Jane told Gwen.

Mary Jane hugged Gwen goodbye.

"Please, look after Peter, he'll need you by his side." Gwen hugging Mary Jane.

"I will, promise." Mary Jane hugging Gwen.

Gwen and Mary Jane broke off their hug after saying their goodbyes, Gwen then turns to her boyfriend Peter, the love of her life.

"I wish you could stay here." Peter says to Gwen.

"I wish I could, but I can't. I'll miss you the most, don't ever forget me." Gwen tears up her eyes.

"I never could, you're the greatest part of my life, Gwen." Peter is tearing up too.

Gwen and Peter hugged each other as they're about to part ways for good.

"Goodbye, Peter." Gwen tells Peter.

"Bye, Gwendy." Peter tells Gwen.

Gwen then leaves to join up with her uncle and cousin, she then stops and turns to see Peter, she ran back as Peter ran up to her, they hugged each other again with tears in their eyes, Peter and Gwen kissed each other for the last time. They've stopped and look into each other's eyes.

"Don't forget... I love you, Peter." Gwen says with tears.

"I love you too, Gwen, I'll always love you." Peter says with tears.

Gwen gave one last kiss to Peter before she parted ways with him, Gwen walked away without looking back at the love of her life. Peter stayed behind to watch Gwen joining up with Arthur and Jill as they're all entering the airport. May and Mary Jane joined up with Peter and stood beside him as his true love is gone.

"Goodbye, my love." Peter says with sadness and tears in his eyes.

(Later)

The plane is taking off from the runway, leaving New York and flying towards London, Gwen is looking out the window seeing the home she's leaving behind, along with everyone she's loves, including her true love.

"Goodbye, my love." Gwen says with sadness and tears in her eyes.
