Muscle Battle of Strong Heroic Spirit
Star and Stripe while carrying Froppy make their way to the nearest place where there is destruction happening which wasn't very far, then she jump again looking down at the sight of Muscular lifting a family van. And what's worse, there are people inside.
"Please stop! We didn't do anything to do!" The muscular mother begged.
"It doesn't really matter if you did something to me or not. When I feel like doing something, I'm gonna see it through to the end!" Muscular smirked crazy.
"Now, hope you all enjoy a nasty flight!" Muscular threw the van in the air.
"I don't think so!" Star and Stripe appeared in front of the van, catching the vehicle with her hands and holding it as she lands on the street.
"Huh, who the fuck are you?" Muscular surprised to see a hero here.
"I'm surprise you don't recognize me since you seem to be the type of guy who wants to fight against the strongest fighters you can find." Star and Stripe gently placed the van down on the street.
"You're safe now. Get out of the area and be sure that everyone is with you." Star and Stripe said to the family.
"Oh, thank you so much, Star and Stripe! I'm so glad the Number 1 American Hero has return!" The short and skinny father smiled happily.
"Give that villain a good beating!" The four children in the back cheered before the van drove away.
"Hold on, did I hear that right? You're THE Star and Stripe?" Muscular asked shock.
"The one and only." Star and Stripe answered facing the villain.
"And the one who's going to beat you." Star and Stripe smirked cracking her knuckles.
"Oh man! Now this is a party! I've been waiting for something so exciting to punch my muscle fibers right into someone strong!" Muscular excited with his muscle fibers covering his arms.
"You know, I was kind of disappointed that I didn't get to fight Deku because of how he defeated me in that one battle." Muscular mentioned.
"That's because he got more important things to do!" Froppy said appearing above him.
"More important than fighting you!" Froppy shouted as she whips her tongue to flap Muscular in the face which surprises the maniac villain.
"Hey, that stung a bit." Muscular commented as Froppy lands about ten feet from you.
"But you just mentioned Deku, that means he's here! Oh man, I've been wanting a rematch with that brat since he gave me that punch!" Muscular excited.
"Sorry, but like Froppy said. Deku is doing something important like fighting Tomura right now." Star and Stripe informed.
"Tomura? Fucking damn it, that guy always gets to have all the fun." Muscular complained.
"But I still get to kick some ass with the Number 1 American Hero!" Muscular smirked.
"Just a quite question: where are the Nomus that are with you?" Froppy asked.
"Oh, you mean those deadbeat minions? Don't worry, they're here." Muscular smirked with a chuckle.
"(I do not like the way that man just chukle.)" Tsuyu thought gulped a bit.
"Hey boys, come on over here right now! There's a little frog who wants to get to know you!" Muscular shouted.
(Music: Indestructible, Disturbed)
A few seconds later the USJ Nomu came out from a building on Froppy's right and the chainsaw Nomu came out from the other building on her life, both coming at Froppy with the instant intent to kill her.
Froppy quickly jumps high the moment she saw one burst out of a building and knew the other one is close too, then she uses her tongue to wrap around the arm of the USJ Nomu to pull herself around and landed on the back of that Nomu.
"I remember you. You were the first Nomu that attacked USJ and hurt Mr. Aizawa, I haven't forgotten how you almost killed him too." Froppy recalled the torture of Eraser Head.
Froppy starts thrashing her tongue rapidly hit Nomu on the head even though her attacks does nothing to the head of the Nomu only just annoying the monster, then the USJ Nomu tries to grab her but Froppy jumps off and onto another building.
"Just as tough as I remember." Froppy said.
The chainsaw Nomu comes at the frog girl with a mighty jump to slash at her body with its chainsaws and one little hammer, but Froppy managed to jump higher when it crashes onto the wall.
"Going down!" Froppy jumped down hard to kick the chainsaw Nomu on the head forcing it down back to the ground as the wall crumbles from the weight of the Nomu and Froppy's kick.
"Now let's have some fun!" Muscular charged at Star and Stripe for a massive fight of fun.
Star and Stripe wasn't worried as she charges in too throwing a punch of her own for the face which Muscular threw his large muscle fiber arm causing a strong power struggle, but that only lasted for five seconds before Star and Stripe pushes him back all the way to the end of the street then threw a punch that forces Muscular to turn around.
"Hope you like wrestling!" Star and Stripe wrapped her arms around Muscular's body with a strong grip.
Star and Stripe leans her body backward to perform a strong suplex that cause the street to crack and a large dust cloud to burst up with a shockwave, that shaking causes the chainsaw Nomu that was able to attack Froppy to stop for a second which gave her the chance to kick the head and hops away.
The USJ Nomu suddenly appears on Froppy's right much to her shock and saw a punch coming at her that seems to knock her away.
"Too close…" Froppy said, revealing herself to have managed to dodge that punch.
But upon landing, Froppy flinches in pain and looks down to her right leg seeing a tear hole on the right high of her costume.
"(Damn, that Nomu is still as strong and fast as ever!)" Froppy thought cursed before hopping.
"(After all, it was made to fight against All Might at his full power and when he was weakened too.)" Froppy thought remembered that time.
Froppy jumps around the Nomus hoping to give them some confusion on where to attack her and the USJ Nomu threw a punch that send an air pressure at Froppy, but she manages to avoid that and dodge another one in the air with her tongue on a light pole.
"(He was only defeated when All Might had to push past his limit and send him flying. Too bad I don't have that kind of strength.)" Froppy thought knew her lack of power to defeat that Nomu.
The chainsaw Nomu charges at Froppy throwing some of its chainsaws around though she was able to dodge them with barely letting one get her.
"(This one isn't as strong nor fast as the other Nomu, but still dangerous with those chainsaws to cut others.)" Froppy thought noted on this green monster.
"(Even if Star and Stripe fought them instead, I'd still have to deal with Muscular who is crazy strong in his own rights.)" Froppy thought recalled Muscular being very strong.
Froppy dodge another chainsaw attack landing on the head and hops away, the USJ Nomu lariat the light pole she just landed on forcing her to hop onto the street again and the black-purple monster comes in to punch her again.
"Don't even think about it!" Froppy jumped over the punch just in time and whip her tongue on the creature's eyeball making it screech in pain a little.
"It's a good thing I had some training with Izuku about dodging speedy opponents like him and Iida, but…" Froppy started to feel a little sweat, and a bit of tired.
The USJ Nomu comes at Froppy throwing some punches and she barely dodges most of them.
"But my reaction speed can only dodge for so long before I get pounded to the street!" Froppy knew this and quickly jumps onto USJ Nomu's face.
Froppy threw in some kicks on the head making the USJ Nomu to punch himself on the head as she jumps off.
"I need to think of something and fast." Froppy tried to think of a plan.
Froppy saw the chainsaw Nomu coming in and jump very high on top of a building. She needs to find a way to stop those Nomus here and now, even if it means just to knock them down unconscious or something to stop them from moving.
And that's when she gets an idea when looking at her new suit.
"Come on! Come on! Come on! Give me more fun!" Muscular screamed of excitement.
Both he and Star and Stripe have been throwing punches at each other for a while though the hero woman make good use of her training from hero work and military to her advantage, the villain's sloppy style is something she can work around. But the hard part is him being too stubborn to stay down.
"I gotta admit, you're pretty strong for a B-Rank Villain." Star and Stripe commented.
"And I know you can do better than this! Show me more of your power!" Muscular demanded.
"Remember, you ask for this!" Star and Stripe threw an uppercut and a kick sending him flying into a building.
"Yeah, I'm definitely gonna be in trouble for this." Star and Stripe chuckled.
"Okay, time to try something." Star and Stripe held her hands onto her arms.
"New Order: My Arms will now generate vibrations anything I touch, even with a punch." Star and Stripe commanded feeling her Quirk is working on her arms.
"Don't think I'm done!" Muscular screamed as he charges forward at Star and Stripe again.
"Oh, it's going to be over, right now!" Star and Stripe charged forward meeting the insane muscle villain halfway.
When their fists collide, the new vibrating rule started working in the moment of contact that is causing the muscle fibers to shake as well, but Muscular didn't notice that because he is too busy having more fun with fighting the strongest hero in the country which is going to be his downfall.
"Trying to shake me up, are ya? I can handle whatever you throw at me!" Muscular proclaimed as he threw his fist to push Star and Stripe's fist away.
"Are you sure about that?" Star and Stripe asked.
Muscular started throwing more punches at an intense pace that is making the Number 1 American Hero go on the defense, but she isn't worried about anything because of her little plan that she had done with the new vibration rule in her arms.
"Hey now, I thought we were fighting! Not playing pattycakes!" Muscular mocked, seeing how lame Star and Stripe is being right now.
"Oh, don't you worry. Things are about to come apart right about…" Star and Stripe looked closely at Muscular's muscle fibers and the layers started ripping off from his body.
"What the… My muscle fibers?" Muscular confused of why his muscles are tearing themselves off.
"Guess you didn't expect your muscles to be taken down by strong vibrations. If you were a little smarter, than maybe you would've notice that I made my arms super vibrating to weaken your muscles." Star and Stripe revealed with a grin.
"Oh, so you think you're so clever!" Muscular smirked readying himself to charge at his opponent against despite his muscles starting to fail him.
"I am, and you just lost!" Star and Stripe blitzed at the muscle villain faster than he can react with a single punch that knocks him out-cold with his eyes white.
"Now that was a Plus Ultra finish!" Star and Stripe commented with a proud smile.
Speaking of Plus Ultra, around the time same that Star and Stripe just defeated Muscular, Tsuyu has begun to perform her own finishing moment on the Nomus.
"I hope you're ready for a shower!" Froppy jumped higher right above the two Nomus.
"Secret Stinging Shower!" Froppy started throwing down her slimy secret like raindrops at the Nomus as they didn't bother to move away because they didn't even think since they can't really think for themselves except when it comes to following orders.
The chainsaw Nomu ran toward the frog girl with swinging around one of his chainsaws that she is able to dodge and threw in a few kicks of her own, the USJ Nomu came running in to attack.
Froppy does her best to dodge their strikes for a little while until she got between the two Nomus letting them slash and hit each other.
Both Nomus screech as they're about to throw down their arms to kill the girl, but suddenly felt a sudden stinging sensation throughout their bodies that they couldn't move at all.
"Good thing you guys decided to take those large extra doughs of my paralyzing secret to make this easier for me to beat you." Froppy winked.
Froppy got to work with using one of the chainsaws to cut onto the USJ Nomu's brain and the other one on the chainsaw Nomu, they both screech in pain for a moment until they stop screaming and just went silence.

"Damn, don't you think that was a little overkill?" Star and Stripe asked surprise that Froppy defeated them in a brutal way.
"These Nomus were made from the dead bodies of some people some time ago. It's really disgusting of how the doctor science would do something like that." Froppy expressed how she hates looking at these Nomus, remember how they used to be people in the past.
"I guess that make sense, but they're not like dead-dead, right?" Star and Stipe asked.
"They have Super Regeneration Quirks, but it doesn't really matter at this point." Froppy stated.
"I sure hope the others are doing good in their battles." Froppy looked up at the sky.
(Lady Nagant, Himiko, and Violet vs Re-Destro)
"Take this, you fool!" Re-Destro threw his big left arm sending a strong force of wind to tackle the girls as Violet protects herself and Himiko with her forcefield.
"This guy is not really lighting up, is he?" Violet noticed that.
"Yeah, when he wants to do big things for his revolutionary or whatever, he does them big with his Stress Quirk." Himiko explained.
"Still can't believe he can get stronger like All Might crazy just by being stress. It's so crazy!" Violet commented.
Once the strong wind stops, Violet and Himiko took this chance to start running to their right and Re-Destro jumps toward them to slam his right hand down.
Violet quickly form a forcefield around the big hand to make it move away from them and slams onto the street instead, and then suddenly a hair bullet came at Re-Destro from behind on the left making a small cut on the shoulder.
"Damn it, you're really hard to know where you've been shooting from, Lady Nagant." Re-Destro angered.
Lady Nagant is seen on top of a tall building about two kilometers away from the fight, doing her best to help he others out with her long-range specialty, and quickly loaded the next bullet and look to see Re-Destro about to attack the girls again and fired the new loaded bullet making the bullet bounce like pinball to go for the head.
But Re-Destro was about to block it with one big hand and picked up a rock with the other to throw where the shoot was coming from.
"Shit." Lady Nagant jumped out of the way using Air Walk to get into a new position.
"We need to get that guy down. Do you have anything that can stop him?" Violet asked Himiko who is looking through her little bag of blood vales.
"Hold on, I know it's in here somewhere…" Himiko searched within her bag and soon found the vale she's been looking for with the tag reading "FAT GUM" on it.
"I think this one should do that trick, but it's gonna be heard since that guy is super strong." Himiko said.
"Come out, come out, wherever you are." Re-Destro lifted a car upside-down.
"Well, best to go beyond, right?" Violet grinned.
"Definitely." Himiko nodded.

Star and Stripe defeated Muscular using her own muscles along with her brain to defeat the muscle villain to beat him down by the layers, and Froppy has been able to defeat the two Nomus by herself though it was a real close one. Now there's Violet, Himiko, and Lady Nagant fighting against Re-Destro.
