Secret Reveals Chapter 18

Episode 13: Odds and Ends

The screen lit up as another episode begun.

The scene begun with few recaps.

As the recap finished the screen started to show another scene.

They are now at Hina' funeral, where Naoto stands by their parents side.

"Hina..." their mother cried.

"I'm so sorry for your loss."

Hina's mom walked away crying.

Takemichi stood and watch silently as he reminisce his memories with future Hina up until her death.

He then walks up front becore bowing, closing his eyes, standing back up and folding his hand as if praying.

Naoto watched as a men came to Takemichi

"Um...are you all right? I understand how you feel, but there are other people waiting. Um..."

another men walked into him.

"Are you all right? Perhaps you should take a seat."

Naoto stand up as he watched. Naoto then cries realizing that it was for real...his big sister...Tachibana Hinata...is once again...dead.

Naoto kneeled to the ground crying louder. Takemichi hearing his cry shove his way up to him and held him back up.

Naoto grabbed his collar.

"Why is this happening? It should've worked out."

"Naoto..."

"Nee-san..."

The scene changes.

"Naoto...Takemichi-kun..." Hinata mumbled

"Hanagaki Takemichi-kun? I'm Hinats's mother. "

Takemichi bows. "It's been a while. Is Naoto..."

"He's all right. He's calmed down now."

"I see. That's good."

"Here." She gives him something.

"For me?"

"Open it."

Takemichi open it and his eyes widened in surprise.

"This is..."

"She seemed to really love it. She always kept it very close to her heart. You gave this to her, didn't you?"

It was the necklace althoughit was now destroyed you can still figure what it was.

Takemichi cries, Hinata's mom smiled and look up at the sky.

"She must have loved you very much."

"Hina."

Opening had been skipped

The scene changes.

#13: Odds and Ends

"I researched Sendo Atsushi a bit. In this timeline, he was married and had a child."

"What? He did?! Why would he do that if he has a family?"

"I-what?!" Akkun shouted not really planning to have family in whole life.

"Wait...I thought you're gay?!" Yamagishi sweat dropped.

"WTF YAMAGISHI?! I'M STRAIGHT AS HELL!"

"okay okay sorry geez."

"His family is currently missing."

"Huh?"

"My guess is that they took his family hostage and threatened him. Did Sendo say anything right before he died?"

"Yeah, he said the same thing. That he had to do as Toman said."

Naoto sighed. "Toman again..."

"I guess same thing. I wouldn't do that to my friend even if I had to die...but a family matters." Akkun said

"Understandable." Takuya smirks.

'Come to think of it, what was Hanma doing there?'

His thoughts were cut off when Naoto suddenly speak.

"Wait...exactly...why was he there?!" Baji shouted Chifuyu just sighed.

"So ultimately, we weren't able to change anything. Everything we did was for naught. In the end, we couldn't change fate."

Takemichi gulp.

"That's not true, Naoto. The reason nothing changed even thoughwe saved Draken-kun is because he's death wasn't the reason Toman became evil. When Hina died right in front of me, I realized something as I watched the flames rise up. We have to fix the source."

Naoto look up at him. "The source?"

"I'm going to take down Toman! And to make that happen I'm going to become the head of Toman in the past!"

Naoto laugh.

"Of all the things to say..."

Everyone laughs thinking it was a joke Takemichi let them.

"I'm serious."

"That's Impossible."

"And that's fine! I'll do the impossible if it means I can save Hina!"

"That's a pretty insane idea. But...Thank you. I feel stupid for feeling depressed. You're so idiotic."

"Huh? Why do you always have to add some snark?"

Both of then stand up and walk.

"But why did this happen even though we saved Draken-kun? If Mikey-kun and Draken-kun are together, there's no room for Kisaki to butt in. There's no way Toman would become evil if Draken-kun was still alive."

Naoto stop walking and think for a bit.

"It seems worthwhile to see what Ryuguji is up to now."

The screen fades to black as the scene changes.

Takemichi is back at his work.

The scene changes again

Hinata's grave (?) was then shown as Takemichi put flowers and fold his hand.

The scene then changes to another morning at Takemichi's house.

Takemichi grabbed his phone to see messages from Naoto.

Takemichi once again look at the necklace.

The scene changes to another place.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." Naoto walked towards Takemichi

"I hadn't heard from you in forever. I was wondering what happened."

"I'm sorry."

"Anyway, what are we doing here?"

The screen shows that they are currently at "Tokyo Detention Center".

"I thought we gonna see Ken-chin" Mikey cries

"Shut up! You're such a kid!"

'The bad feeling is back...' Mitsuya thought

The scene changes inside.

"Number 248! Someone's here to see you."

Naoto's voice could be heard

"I did some research, and Ryuguji Ken isn't currently in Toman, but there was no record of him dying. It's no wonder I couldn't find him. Ryuguji Ken is currently on death row."

Everyone gasped on what they heard. Mikey turned his head on Draken who have wide eyes like him.

'Ken-chin...no way...why?'

Then Draken walked out of prison...he is now bald but the dragon tattoo is still there.

He look at Takemichi.

"It's been a while, Takemitchy. I'm glad you're okay."

Takemichi started to cry "Draken-kun..."

The scene forwarded a bit.

"Draken-kun...You been doing good?"

"I guess."

"No shit. He's on a death row dude!" Smile laughed

Naoto stepped forward

"It's nice to meet you. I'm Tachibana Naoto."

"He's the reason I was able to see you."

Naoto and Draken stared at each other for a bit.

"I see. So what did you need?"

"I...had no idea you were on death row, Draken-kun. What happened? Why would you murder anyone? What the heck happened to Toman?"

"Takemitchy, I don't regret what I did. I deserve to be in here. It's my fault that Toman ended up like this. Because I couldn't stop HIM."

"HIM?"

Everyone wonders the same thing. Although Takemichi and Chifuyu knew who it was. Kazutora, Mitsuya, and Ryusei had a clue they wanna confirm.

'Was it Kisaki Tetta?' the three thought at same time.

"Toman...It was great when we were still kids. We did everything we could to make our team bigger. All we ever did was fight, and it was like a party every day. Toman was everything to me. Even if I could do it all over again, I'd still choose to live the same way. I have no regrets."

Takemichi smiles.

'Draken-kun is still Draken-kun after all. He hasn't changed.'

"But..."

"But?"

"If I actually could relive my life, there's one thing I'd have to do. I'd have to kill Kisaki!"

He looks mad as shadows cast his face and his eyes went wide.

Everyone's eyes went wide once again. Not just at the look of hatred in Draken's eyes and face, but also what he said. Draken didn't really meant Kill by KILL before, but now he did.

However Inupi gritted his teeth and Koko raised an eyebrow at him.

Takemichi was shock as well, and so is Naoto.

They imagined an image of Future Kisaki grinning in the dark.

'Kisaki Tetta?'

"Kisaki? You mean--"

Then the alarm went off signalling that it's time for Draken to went back inside.

"Time's up."

"Draken-kun!"

"Takemichi, get the hell out of Tokyo."

"Huh?" Even Naoto was confused.

"You were almost killed, weren't you? That's why you visited me. For Kisaki, killing someone is the same as squashing a bug."

"Please wait! Why?! Why is someone after my life?! Draken-kun!"

"Kisaki idolized Mikey. But eventually, that turned into hatred. Kisaki...wants to take away everything that Mikey holds dear."

Naoto glared as he thought 'Kisaki...'

Then Takemichi gulp as he thought 'Mikey-kun...'

The scene changes.

"You shouldn't be worried about me at that kind of time, Takemitchy. You should've worried more about yourself" Mikey smiled and Draken just nods. But Takemichi didn't response making both of them worried.

Draken is now making his way back.

Flashback begins: A dark hair Draken stood in front of the window. Bloody knife in his hand. Deads bodies surrounds him. Suddenly, Kisaki walks to him.

"Draken-kun...Good work."

"Kisaki..."

The flashback ends.

"It was really Kisaki..." Mitsuya mumbled. Ryusei just straighten up knowing it was Kisaki all along. Kazutora shrugged wanted to keep it all by himself. Baji just stares at Chifuyu.

'You're acting like Crybaby over there, Fuyu. Why?'

"Your fault, probably." Ryusei yawned and Baji look at him in shock he just smirk turning back at the screen.

Draken now stood up as he watched the sky.

'I can't believe Draken-kun's on death row.'

The scene changes to Naoto's apartment.

A flashback of Draken saying he need to kill Kisaki shows up before vanishing immediately.

"Naoto... exactly who the hell is Kisaki, anyway?"

"Kisaki Tetta... He's one of the most important people in the Tokyo Manji Gang right now, and acting commander. He must be the one who keeps having my sister killed. The police are doing everything we can to investigate him, but we don't have any leads."

"I still haven't met him once, even in the past. We've got no leads to help us take him down. Naoto... There's only one thing we can do. I'm gonna become the head of Toman."

Naoto's eyes widened and his brows furrowed.

"What? You were serious about that?"

"Ah, dude, yes. You were?" Ask Ryusei

'I mean, he had done it now at our timeline...As a President in fact.' Sanzu didn't want to admit it so he shrugged off that thought.

"Yeah! Why wouldn't I be? If I become the head of Toman, I'll be able to stop Kisaki, and I'll be able to protect everyone, including Draken, Mikey, and Hina. What we've been doing isn't going to work. We need to take down the source! I've been thinking. First, I'll become a captain. Now that Pah-chin-kun's not around, the 3rd Division Captain's spot is open. That's my opportunity!"

"How?" Mucho was dumbfounded, Sanzu only shrugged at him.

"That idea is insane" Peh laughed.

Only Peh had noticed from the corner of his eyes...Angry chuckles. Not even Smiley noticed.

Naoto thinks for a moment before finally speaking up.

"This idea is insane."

"But Naoto... I'm pretty sure this is the only thing I can do."

"All right. Despite everything, you've succeeded with every mission, so I'll believe in you. This trip is probably going to be a long one."

"Yeah."

They shake hands. And several pictures shows up again as Takemichi's thoughts could be heard.

'Why did I end up dumping Hina? Why was Hanma at the scene where Hina died? How did Draken-kun end up on death row? And finally, who is Kisaki, and how did he end up hating Mikey-kun so much? The mystery is scattered, like puzzle pieces. I'm going to connect all these pieces and destroy everything in my way!'

"Hanma's probably Kisaki's helper-" Kazutora stop as he sees everyone's eyes on him. Mikey urge him to continue.

"I mean...If Hanma was there in the past, it won't be impossible for him to be in the future timeline Takemichi's heading. Not to mention, about the fact that Hanma knew Takemichi was supposed to be in the car and seems disappointed he is not in the car. And after knowing it was Kisaki's plan to kill Akkun and SUPPOSEDLY KILL Takemichi as well, wasn't it just right to assume it was Hanma working with Kisaki all along? He's a future enemy too according to Chifuyu." Kazutora said he trembles a bit at the beginning. At the end everyone nods at him.

He is now back in the past.

But in the bathtub or something.

"Huh? Everything's white?"

'A public bath?!'

He get down only to be surprised when Mikey gets up suddenly from water.

"Ba!" Mikey had shouted.

"M-Mikey-kun?!"

"Ahhahaha Was I that scary?"

"Hey! Shut up!" They look behind to see Draken

"He did get traveled back wrong timing" Mikey laughed

"You're not a kid. Quit messing around in a public bath."

"Draken-kun?!"

"I don't want to hear that from a third year who still wears a shampoo hat." Mikey shouts before bending down to ehisper at Takemichi.

"Isn't that hilarious? He's a giant beanpole, but he's afraid of getting shampoo in his eyes."

Draken hears him.

"Shut the hell up!"

Takemichi laughed awkwardly before everything processed in his mind.

'What the hell's going on?! I'm at a public bath with Mikey-kun and Draken-kun?!'

"Who knows?" Pah chuckles.

The scene forwarded a bit as now Draken is with them.

"Man, I feel alive again."

"Draken-kun, are your wounds all healed now?"

"Huh? This ain't shit. It's because I work out."

"I see..."

Draken then stood up surprising Takemichi a bit.

"Behold! Have a look at my abs and my scar."

Takemichi just laugh awkwardly

"You're definitely bigger than a middle school kid."

"Right?"

Mikey swim around until his infront of Draken then gets up and punched Draken's guts.

"You're not completely healed up yet. Don't push yourself too much."

"The hell do you think you're doing?!"

Mikey laugh loud

"You little shit! Whether I'm all healed or not isn't the point! Take this!"

They can hear a loud thud or something.

"Ow! What the hell, man?! That's it. Now you're gonna get it!"

And a lot of things went flying.

"Hey! My 3-in-1 shampoo and conditioner!"

"Quit tryin' to be all fancy!"

"That's dangerous! Don't!"

"Ahhahahah"

"That's--"

"Go fly!"

And the shampoo hat landed on Takemichi's head. Draken and Mikey stares for a while before laughing their lungs out.

"Takemitchy, you've always got something on your head, huh?" Draken teased

"I remember! You had shit on your head! Ahahhah" Mikey laughed

"Way to go, Takemitchy!" After saying that draken grabbed Mikey in the back of his neck

"But you can go die for once."

He then throws him in the baththub. Takemichi watch as the two tried to drown eachother.

"Piss off!" Mikey cursed

"You started this shit!" Draken said

Takemichi had a flashback of Draken saying how things great back in the past. And then it quickly ended. Takemichi just smiled at the two.

"Ow!"

"I hope days like these will continue forever."

Draken and Mikey look at him.

He caught himself dumbfounded.

"Er..."

"Yep gonna get yourself caught in no time, Takemichi." Akkun laughed, Takemichi just smiles a bit.

"Guess it's time to get out."

The scene changes to after they change clothes.

"Let's go, Takemitchy."

"Huh? Go where?"

They went out.

"It's finally happening." Mitsuya greeted them with Mucho behind him.

Smiley just smiles. Mikey turned to Takemichi.

"Let's go, Takemitchy. It's time to formally welcome the new 3rd Division Captain!"

"Huh?!"

The closing has been skipped

The screen fades to black.

"Holy shit! Did he made it?! 3rd div captain?!" Pah shouts only to be laughed at Mikey and Sanzu

"Hell no!" Sanzu laughed

"Yeah...sorry to disappoint." Mikey chuckles this confused everyone who didn't know...

'Not now...but sooner...a division captain...replacing Baji-san.' Chifuyu look at his partner.

The screen lit up for another episode.
