Chapter 3: Into the unknowns of Space and Rescue.
Not long after their capture Dewey and Webby are thrown into a prison cell. Just as they both got back on their feet the troopers that carried them immediately shut the main cell door tight, locking them in. Then they both started to bang on the door.
Webby: You let us out of here this instant your white armoured freaks!
Dewey: Where the hell are you taking our family!
Webby: All of you Lunaris will not get away with this!
Dewey: You have no idea who you're all dealing with! We will get out of here.
They shouted but nothing happened and there was nothing but silence in their cell.
Dewey then noticed Webby was sitting on the floor almost in tears.
Dewey: Hey Webby! Webby! Look at me! Everything is going to be alright!
He said, trying to cheer her up.
Webby: How can you possibly say that Dewey! Do you have any idea what type of situation we are in right now! We are both locked up in a silent prison cell, our family is captured as prisoners not even knowing where these guys are taking them, and now our whole planet is in real danger with the rest of our friends and allies completely vulnerable to them.
She said as she continued to cry and continued.
Webby: After the fall and defeat of FOWL I thought I finally have everything I wanted in life and finally found my true family but now everything I have cared about is going to be taken away from me for good.
She said while she still continued to cry as Dewey got close to her.
Dewey: Webby I understand how difficult the whole entire situation is but we've been in these situations before and we manage to figure a way out of those situations in the very end. It's only going to take time but I know our family will come back for us eventually.
He said as Webby stopped crying, making her feel a bit better.
Webby: Well I really do agree with you on that point but we don't know where they are even going or even know where we are.
She told him in concern.
Dewey: I do understand that this whole entire situation is concerning to all of us but if there's one thing that all of us have learned is that this family never gives up one each other and remains hopeful.
Webby: Well I really do hope you're right about this Dewey.
Dewey: I know I am right, Webby. I know I am.
Meanwhile Lunaris meets up with Lord Vader in the main control room.
Vader: I supposed you came to see me.
Lunaris: Yes indeed my Lord you claim you have something to inform me about.
Vader: That is correct General Lunaris. As being my newly promoted General I task you to lead an entire imperial squad on your enemies home planet and arrest anyone who is considered to be a threat to the empire.
Lunaris: Well the task does not seem to be quite difficult my lord since there are still threats that are in hiding.
He said confidently.
Vader: I never said the task would be easy General and if I were you I would take this new empire role more seriously because we do not tolerate those that saw a task as simplistic and easy to follow.
He said as he made the former moon general a bit scared.
Lunaris: Why of course my lord I will get it done with no questions.
Vader: Very well then! You are now dismissed.
Lunaris: Yes Lord Vader.
He said as he left the room to get ready to send more troops down the Mcduck's home planet.
General: My lord are you sure it's a good idea for that alien to be leading the invasion.
Vader: He is part of the empire now and he now takes orders from me only. By leading this invasion he is not only tasked to be the leader but to also prove that he is a worthy ally to me and the emorur. Now my order for you is to get back to work.
General: Yes lord Vader.
Lunaris said as he left the room.
Meanwhile on the prisoner ship the rest of the Mcduck clan along with Beakley, Daisy, and Launchpad with two guards keeping a close eye on them.
Pilot 1: How long do we have until we dock?
He asked.
Pilot 2: Should be able to dock pretty soon.
Pilot 1: How do you think our fellow comrades are going to react when they see a new group of species as prisoners?
Pilot 2: Not much except torturing them until they leak information about the rebels.
Pilot 1: I remember now but is there anything else?
He asked, making his fellow pilot feel very annoyed.
Pilot 2: That is none of your business! Your job is flying us to our docking location.
He told him.
Pilot 1: Alright geez you don't need to get so angry about it.
He said as he continued to fly the prison ship.
In the other room of the ship the two guards continued to keep a close eye on the whole family as they sitting down still chained up looking both scared and depressed about the current situation they are currently in. The same goes for Scrooge as he is struggling to think about a way to escape and to find out where they have taken his daughter and his second great nephew but with the current situation they are currently in its not going to be easy to think of an escape and he along with his family hope that a miracle can happen.
Then the family along with the guards then heard a thudding noise coming from nearby.
Guard 1: What the hell was that noise?
He asked as pointed his blaster until the thudding grew larger.
Guard 2: We counted all of the prisoners on the ship right?
He asked.
Guard 1: Probably not all of them.
He said as the thudding grew even louder as they continued to see where the noise was coming from until they noticed that it was coming from a large metal chest. Both guards then pointed their guns and slowly started to approach the chest but when they got close to it the top of the chest burst open revealing a ghost in a demon like form.
Guard 1: Ahhh! What the hell is that!
Guard 2: I don't know! Just fire at it!
He said as they both fired at the demon figure.
Pilot 1: I think there's something going on in the other room. I think the prisoners are trying to escape.
Pilot 2: Oh really! Why else would there be loud blaster shots?
He asked sarcastically before he continued.
Pilot 2: Just see what's going on out there.
He said as pilot one got up from his seat to check out the situation before the second pilot pressed a red button nearby.
Back in the other room the two guards continued to fire at the demon figure as it slowly approached them and took both of their blasters to easily break them to pieces.
Demon: STAND DOWN NOW!
He said as the two frighted guards easily obeyed. Then the demon figure slowly approached the imprisoned Mcduck's and when it did the demon ghost changed it's form to reveal itself to be Duckworth.
Everyone: Duckworth!
They all said in surprise.
Duckworth: Greetings everyone! I apologize for my late presence.
Scrooge: Well it's great to see you at a time like this. Thought you were at this point on your long overdue vacation.
Huey: We were starting to get worried that nobody was going to rescue us.
Della: We appreciate the help.
Donald: How were you able to get on the ship without being caught?
He asked as he was about to say something before Louie interrupted.
Louie: Before we ask questions, can you get us out of these?
He asked, showing the dead butler his cuffs.
Duckworth: I'm on that right now.
He said as he approached the guards who were still sitting on the floor frightened.
Duckworth: Now can you tell me where you have the keys on this ship?
He asked politely.
Guard 1: Like we will ever tell you!
He said as Duckworth quickly returned to his Demon form.
Demonworth: I SAID WHERE ARE THE KEYS!
He said, scaring the guards further.
Guard 2: OK! OK! I have them! Just take them!
He said as the guard threw out his keys and Duckworth picked them up as he used the keys to release the captive McDuck's.
Daisy: Thank you again! It feels to be free from those cuffs.
Donald: I agree those wired armored guys really did put those too tight.
Penumbra: Even us moonlanders don't cuff our prisoners that tightly.
May: Especially to those who never had our hands cuffed before.
June: Same with me.
Louie: What's the plan now?
Scrooge: To take this ship over, find where they are keeping your brother along with my daughter, and return to Duckburg to help our allies.
He told Louie as the gang then heard a door open and shut. When they turned they saw one of the pilots who was then scared at what he saw as he rushed back to get back into the main piloting room.
Donald: Someone stop him!
He shouted as Beakley quickly started to rush him down.
Beakley: One right now!
She said as she immediately tackled the pilot and pinned him to the ground.
Beakley: The pilot is secure! Now get to the piloting room!
Scrooge: On it right now! Della! Launchpad! Both of you are with me!
Della: I'm on it Uncle Scrooge!
Launchpad: Right ahead of you Mr Mc D!
They said as they made their way to the piloting room.
When they got there the other pilot heard the door open again and when he turned around he saw Scrooge, Della, and Launchpad standing behind him as the old duck punched him in the face knocking the other pilot out.
Launchpad: Well that was easier than expected.
Scrooge: Don't say that it's easy lad! Now you and Della start flying this ship.
He said as both of them took control of the ship and Scrooge started to drag the unconscious pilot.
Back in the other room the other group managed to cuff the captive guards and pilot.
May: Now see how it feels to get yourself cuffed up tightly!
June: Just what you did to us!
Daisy: Nice job with cuffing these losers up girls.
Daisy told them.
May: Your welcome aunt Daisy.
June: We appreciate it.
Penumbra: Well that takes care of one big problem.
Huey: Since we now have control of the ship now I think it's time we ask guys where the hell they took Dewey and Webby.
Beakley: I think you're about right, Huey.
Louie: Yeah, let's make them answer our pestering questions.
Scrooge then came back in with the unconscious pilot.
Scrooge: How is everything holding up here?
He asked as he let the pilot go.
Duckworth: Things are going well as expected sir we managed to have the rest of our enemies held in complete captivity.
Scrooge: That is exactly what I want to hear.
He said as he approached the guards.
Scrooge: Now gentlemen since we now have been held completely captive ask us where in the Blazes did you take Dewford and Webbigail?
He asked as the captive guards and pilot looked at each other completely confused at his question.
Launchpad: I never really thought I would ever get the opportunity to be flying in space right now.
He told Della while the both of them are piloting the ship.
Della: I know right. I mean at first it could be a bit of a scary experience but as time goes by it can become quite enjoyable.
Launchpad: Yeah you said so Miss D.
He said before he continued.
Launchpad: Anyways where are we even heading to?
He asked her.
Della: To where those snowmen armoured weirdos are keeping my son and Webby.
Launchpad: Yeah I think I understand that but where too?
He asked again.
Della: I don't know, ok! But once we get the information we need we will go to where they are and attempt to rescue them.
Launchpad: Well that sounds good to me then.
They continued to fly until Both the pilots noticed a few small ships heading their way.
Launchpad: Hey Miss D!
Della: What is it?
She asked him.
Launchpad: I think I see help coming our way!
Della: Really! Where?
She asked as Launchpad pointed to the ships but when she took notice of the ships she grew concerned.
Della: Ahhhh! I don't think those ships are friendly.
Launchpad: How can you tell?
He asked her confused.
As the ships got closer the small ships started to fire at them.
Della: By that!
She said as both of them strapped their seat belts.
Della: Hold on LP! This is going to be a wild ride!
She said as she sharply turned the ship causing everyone else to completely lose their footing.
Beackly: What in the blazes!
Donald: What's going on now!
Louie: I think we're under attack again.
They said as everyone got back up.
When they did they heard some evil laughter when they turned around they noticed that the other pilot that was knocked out managed to regain his consciousness.
Penumbra: What the hell are you laughing about!
Scrooge: What did you do this time?
Pilot 2: Simple When you and your little prisoner band were getting free I called for some back up.
Everyone: Back up!
Daisy: What kind of backup?
She asked him.
Pilot 2: For some ship backup to take the entire ship down!
He said much to everyone's horror.
Everyone: What!
May: Are you crazy!
Duckworth: That is just suicidal!
June: That is going to kill all of us!
Donald: What do we do now!
He said feel very scared and concerned.
Scrooge: I will get use out of this lads! All of you just keep a close eye out on them!
He said as he entered the pilot room where the ship took another sharp turn.
As he got into the pilot control room Della and Launchpad took notice of him.
Launchpad: Great that you have come to join us Mr Mc D!
Scrooge: What's the current issue right now?
He asked them.
Della: Well we are currently being chased by a few of their ships right now and we are trying to shake them off!
She said as they noticed a giant meteor in their direction and took another sharp turn.
Scrooge: Did you see if any of these buttons can control some type of weapon to fight back with.
Della: We're checking right now!
Launchpad: What does this do?
He asked as he was about to press a random button.
Della: No wait! Not that one!
She warned him it was a bit late as he pressed it.
For a moment nothing happened then the ship started to go at hyper speed.
Scrooge quickly got a hold of the pilot seats to hold on with.
In the other, everyone else quickly got a hold of something while they started to go at hyper speed but Huey, Louie, May, and June both struggled to get a hold of something and were quickly falling back until they were both caught and held by Donald and Daisy.
Then the ship stopped going at hyper speed and it was now heading towards what appeared to be a dry and deserted planet.
Scrooge: What is going on, turn away from that planet!
Scrooge told them as he got up.
Della: I don't think we can Uncle Scrooge!
Launchpad: I think we're about to crash!
Della: Quickly warn the others!
She said as Scrooge quickly left the pilots room and flames started to appear on the front of the ship.
As Scrooge got back to the other room he noticed everyone was getting up again.
Donald: Is everything going ok Uncle Scrooge?
He asked him.
Scrooge: I am but there's no time, everyone quickly hold on to something because there is a possibility the ship is about to crash!
Louie: What! Where!
Scrooge: Just do as I say!
He said as they quickly took hold on something nearby.
Pilot 2: Well it's nice knowing you all but it looks like we are going down with this ship together!
He said as he started to laugh evilly again as the ship entered the planet and when it did the ship loses control and for Scrooge and everyone else on board everything goes black.
